雾化芯及其雾化器
本发明涉及电子烟配件领域,尤指一种雾化芯及其雾化器。
雾化器是电子烟的核心部件,用于将烟液加热成雾后被吸出,而雾化器中的雾化芯则是将烟油加热雾化的核心组件,其包括若干用于加热油烟的烟弹、用于固定烟弹的烟弹支架,烟弹固定在烟弹支架内,烟油通过烟弹导电加热雾化。
目前,市面上的雾化器产品无论是TANK或者RBA、DIY类型的雾化芯,烟弹要么是固定在烟弹支架上不可换,要么是结构复杂,不便于拆卸组装,需要专业人员或者有较长经验的使用者才能熟练更换,否则会大大降低雾化效果。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种雾化芯及其雾化器,结构简单、便于对烟弹的拆卸组装,适用于任何电子烟使用者。
为实现上述目的之一,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种雾化芯,包括烟弹支架、数个烟弹、正电极和正电极绝缘环,所述烟弹支架底部开设有烟弹孔,所述烟弹支架上端开设有数个导气孔,所述导气孔与烟弹孔对应设置,烟弹从烟弹支架底部向上安装于烟弹孔内,烟弹的顶端容置于导气孔内,所述正电极绝缘环通过螺纹连接于烟弹支架下端,正电极通过螺纹连接于正电极绝缘环下端,烟弹的上端与烟弹支架接触电性导通,烟弹的下端与正电极接触电性导通。
具体地,所述烟弹包括雾化芯支架、吸油棉、发热丝、无纺布、烟弹盖、正极绝缘圈和烟弹正极,所述吸油棉套设于发热丝外,所述吸油棉和发热丝的组合体安装于雾化芯支架内,所述烟弹盖盖合于雾化芯支架外且烟弹盖与雾化芯支架接触电性导通,所述无纺布设置于雾化芯支架和烟弹盖之间,烟弹正极通过正极绝缘圈设置在雾化芯支架的底端,发热丝两端分别与雾化芯支架和烟弹正极接触电性导通,烟弹通过烟弹盖与烟弹支架接触电性导通,并通过烟弹正极与正电极接触电性导通。

雾化器使用时,拧开上盖3,从加油孔41加烟油进入玻璃管5,烟油通过烟弹支架11的开口进入到烟弹12内,点火吸烟时,通过底座6和电极柱61外与接电源导通,烟弹12内的发热丝123工作,烟油被加热雾化后通过导气孔112、吸嘴2吸出,由于雾化芯通过烟弹支架11的上端与加油环4的下端螺纹连接,便于将雾化芯从雾化器中拆卸和组装。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化芯,其特征在于,所述烟弹包括雾化芯支架、吸油棉、发热丝、无纺布、烟弹盖、正极绝缘圈和烟弹正极,所述吸油棉套设于发热丝外,所述吸油棉和发热丝的组合体安装于雾化芯支架内,所述烟弹盖盖合于雾化芯支架外且烟弹盖与雾化芯支架接触电性导通,所述无纺布设置于雾化芯支架和烟弹盖之间,烟弹正极通过正极绝缘圈设置在雾化芯支架的底端,发热丝两端分别与雾化芯支架和烟弹正极接触电性导通,烟弹通过烟弹盖与烟弹支架接触电性导通,并通过烟弹正极与正电极接触电性导通。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的雾化芯,其特征在于,所述烟弹支架上开设有开口。
  4. 一种应用权利要求1雾化芯的雾化器,其特征在于,包括吸嘴、上盖、加油环、玻璃管、底座、雾化芯,所述吸嘴安装于上盖上端,所述加油环设置在上盖的下端,底座上设置有电极柱,电极柱与底座绝缘设置,所述加油环和底座设置于玻璃管上下两端,加油环上端设有连通至玻璃管内的加油孔、吸气孔,所述雾化芯设置在玻璃管内,雾化芯通过烟弹支架的上端与加油环的下端螺纹连接,雾化芯通过烟弹支架的下端与底座上端螺纹连接,雾化芯的下端通过正电极与底座的电极柱接触电性导通。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的雾化器,其特征在于,还包括调气环,所述底座侧表面设置有进气孔,调气环表面设置有与进气孔对应的调气孔,调气环对应旋转套接在底座的表面。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的雾化器,其特征在于,玻璃管和底座的连接处设置有密封圈,烟弹盖与烟弹支架之间设置橡胶圈,吸嘴与加油环之间设置有垫圈。
