Description

一种电子烟 技术领域
本实用新型涉及电子烟技术领域,尤其涉及一种防止憋气及电池组件短路 的电子烟。
背景技术
现有技术的电子烟的结构请参见图 1所示, 现有技术的电子烟中包括相互 连接的雾化器 110和电池组件 120。 电池组件 120的电极与雾化器 110的电极同 轴。 其中电池组件 120的电极为下电极铜件 121和内螺纹铜件 122, 且分别与电 池的正负极连接, 而雾化器 110的电极为上电极 111和外螺纹电极 112。 其中, 上电极 111和外螺纹电极 112与雾化器 110的电热丝 113电连接。 当雾化器 110和 电池组件 120连接后, 电池组件 120的下电极铜件 121与雾化器 110的上电极 111 电连接, 电池组件 120的内螺纹铜件 122与雾化器 110的外螺纹电极 112电连接, 这样构成了一个闭合的回路, 电池组件 120给雾化器 110的电热丝 113供电产生 烟雾。
下电极铜件 121与上电极 111的接触部和外螺纹电极 112与内螺纹铜件 122 的接触部都为环形的面接触。 其中雾化器 110的上电极为中空结构, 用户吸电 子烟时, 气流从空腔通过。 而电池组件 120的下电极铜件 121为中空结构, 当雾 化器 110和电池组件 120连接后,上电极 111的空腔与下电极铜件 121的空腔位置 相对应并相通,这样形成电子烟的气流通道。电子烟使用时间久了,雾化器 110 内的烟油容易因重力作用或毛细作用直接从上电极 111的空腔直接通过下电极 铜件 121的空腔流入所述电池组件 120内, 使电池组件 120短路, 导致电子烟寿 命较短; 此外, 为了增加通气量及降低雾化器 110工作时产生的热量, 所述雾 化器 110的外螺纹电极 112开设有进气孔 114, 所述上电极端面上横向开设有与 所述空腔及所述进气孔 114相连通的通气槽 115, 然而, 由于当雾化器 110和电 所述通气槽 115容易因泄露的烟油沾染灰尘等污垢而堵塞, 造成气路不通畅, 导致吸电子烟时憋气。
发明内容 基于上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种防止憋气及电池组件短路的电子 烟。
一种电子烟, 包括雾化组件和电池组件; 所述雾化组件包括外电极、 内电 极和电热丝组件; 所述外电极和所述内电极分别与所述电热丝组件电连接; 所 述内电极设置有用于使烟雾通过的中空腔,所述外电极中间设置用于供所述内 面;
所述电池组件包括第一弹性电极柱、第二弹性电极柱和电池; 所述第一弹 性电极柱和所述第二弹性电极柱并列设置并分别与所述电池正负极电连接; 所述雾化组件和所述电池组件釆用可拆卸连接,且当所述雾化组件和所述 电池组件连接后, 所述第一弹性电极柱、所述第二弹性电极柱分别与所述外电 极及所述内电极的所述环形端面相抵接,且所述第一弹性电极柱和第二弹性电 极柱均偏离所述中空腔的腔口;所述外电极与所述第一弹性电极柱和所述内电 极与所述第二弹性电极柱构成闭合回路,使所述电池可以给所述电热丝组件供 电。
优选地,所述电池组件还包括用于将所述电池组件内部元件包裹保护的电 池套;
所述电池套在所述雾化组件和所述电池组件连接的一端设置有端盖; 所述端盖上设置有用于使所述第一弹性电极柱和所述第二弹性电极柱穿 过的通孔, 且还设置有用于使烟雾通过的烟雾通孔。
优选地, 所述电池组件还设置有用于烟雾通过的烟雾通道,且所述烟雾通 道与所述电池组件内部元件隔离;
所述烟雾通道与所述烟雾通孔连通。
优选地, 所述第一弹性电极柱和所述第二弹性电极柱均包括固定套、弹簧 及导电端子;
所述固定套固定在所述端盖上;
所述导电端子的一端活动插设在所述固定套内,而另一端延伸至所述固定 套外并与所述外电极或所述内电极的所述环形端面相抵接;
所述弹簧套设在所述固定套内并与所述固定套及所述导电端子的一端弹 性相抵持。
优选地,所述外电极的所述环形端面和所述内电极的所述环形端面分别设 置有凹槽;
所述凹槽用于使所述第一弹性电极柱和所述第二弹性电极柱沿着环形端 面向滑动,且能使所述外电极与所述第一弹性电极柱和所述内电极与所述第二 弹性电极柱接触导通。
优选地, 所述电池组件还设置有连接件;
所述连接件第一端与所述电池套螺纹连接;

从以上技术方案可以看出, 本实用新型具有以下优点:
在所述雾化组件和所述电池组件连接后, 所述第一弹性电极柱、所述第二 弹性电极柱分别与所述外电极及所述内电极的所述环形端面相抵接,且所述第 一弹性电极柱和第二弹性电极柱均偏离所述雾化组件内电极的中空腔的腔口。 这样形成点与面之间的接触并偏离腔口的方式, 不仅保证了气路的通畅, 防止 憋气,而且即使有烟油通过重力或毛细作用从所述中空腔的腔口向所述电池组 件方向流,也不容易流入所述电池组件内, 因而较好地解决了现有技术中烟油 容易直接流入所述电池组件内,使电池组件短路,导致电子烟寿命较短的问题。 此外,通过所述弹性电极柱与所述环形端面相弹性抵接的结构, 这样无论电池 组件与雾化组件两者之间连接时是否到位,均能够保证弹性电极柱与所述环形 端面相弹性抵接, 从而提高了电池组件与雾化组件两者之间电连接的可靠性, 极大地提高了用户体验。

具体实施方式
本实用新型提供了一种防止憋气及电池组件短路的电子烟, 请参阅图 2 所示, 包括雾化组件 12和电池组件 11 ; 所述雾化组件 12包括外电极 21、 内 电极 22和电热丝组件 23; 所述外电极 21和所述内电极 22分别与所述电热丝 组件 23电连接; 所述内电极 22设置有用于使烟雾通过的中空腔, 所述外电极 21中间设置用于供所述内电极 22插置的通孔, 所述外电极 21及内电极 22面 向所述电池组件 11的端面均为环形端面;
所述电池组件 11包括第一弹性电极柱 31、第二弹性电极柱 32和电池 33; 所述第一弹性电极柱 31和所述第二弹性电极柱 32并列设置并分别与所述电池 33正负极电连接;
所述雾化组件 12和所述电池组件 11釆用可拆卸连接,且当所述雾化组件 12和所述电池组件 11连接后, 所述第一弹性电极柱 31、 所述第二弹性电极柱 32分别与所述外电极 21及所述内电极 22的所述环形端面相抵接, 且所述第 一弹性电极柱 31和第二弹性电极柱 32均偏离所述中空腔的腔口,所述外电极 21与所述第一弹性电极柱 31和所述内电极 22与所述第二弹性电极柱 32构成 闭合回路, 使所述电池 33可以给所述电热丝组件 23供电。
由此可知, 在所述雾化组件 12和所述电池组件 11连接后, 所述第一弹性 电极柱 31、 所述第二弹性电极柱 32分别与所述外电极 21及所述内电极 22的 所述环形端面相抵接,且所述第一弹性电极柱 31和第二弹性电极柱 32均偏离 所述雾化组件 12内电极的中空腔的腔口。 这样形成点与面之间的接触并偏离 腔口的方式, 不仅保证了气路的通畅, 防止憋气, 而且即使有烟油通过重力或 毛细作用从所述中空腔的腔口向所述电池组件 11方向流, 也不容易流入所述 电池组件 11 内, 因而较好地解决了现有技术中烟油容易直接流入所述电池组 件 11 内, 使电池组件短路, 导致电子烟寿命较短的问题。 此外, 通过所述弹 性电极柱与所述环形端面相弹性抵接的结构,这样无论电池组件与雾化组件两 者之间连接时是否到位, 即插接深度是否到位, 均能够保证弹性电极柱与所述 环形端面相弹性抵接,从而提高了电池组件 11与雾化组件 12两者之间电连接 的可靠性, 极大地提高了用户体验。

在本实施例中,所述电池组件 11还包括用于将所述电池组件 11内部元件 包裹保护的电池套 34; 请参阅图 6、 图 8所示, 所述电池套 34在所述雾化组 件 12和所述电池组件 11连接的一端设置有端盖 35, 请参阅图 3并结合图 4 所示。所述电池组件 11的面向所述雾化组件 12的一端设置有用于使烟雾通过 的烟雾通孔 36, 所述烟雾通孔 36与所述内电极 22中空腔的腔口错开设置。 具体地,所述端盖 35上设置有用于使所述第一弹性电极柱 31和所述第二弹性 电极柱 32穿过的通孔, 且还设置有用于使烟雾通过的所述烟雾通孔 36。
在本实施例中,所述雾化组件 12和所述电池组件 11连接的一端设置有端 盖 35, 端盖 35设置有烟雾通孔 36。 当所述雾化组件 12和所述电池组件 11连 接后, 端盖 35迫使烟雾只能从烟雾通孔 36流通, 端盖 35的其余部分都已经 被封住。 而端盖 35的第一弹性电极柱通孔 311和第二弹性电极柱通孔 312为 密封结构, 烟雾无法从通孔 311和通孔 312穿过。 这样在端盖 35设置第一弹 性电极柱通孔 311和第二弹性电极柱通孔 312起到了既能够使所述第一弹性电 极柱 31和所述第二弹性电极柱 32与所述外电极 21和所述内电极 22接触导电, 还可以使烟雾从烟雾通孔 36穿过。当然这里端盖 35上面的通孔 311、通孔 312 和烟雾通孔 36并不局限于图 3和图 4所示的位置, 可以根据实际情况设定, 具体设定位置这里不做限定。 此外, 由于所述烟雾通孔 36 与所述内电极 22 中空腔的腔口错开设置,因而即使有烟油通过重力或毛细作用从所述中空腔的 腔口向所述电池组件 11方向流, 也不容易流入所述电池组件 11内。 在本实施例中, 所述电池组件 11还设置有用于烟雾通过的烟雾通道 37, 且所述烟雾通道 37与所述电池组件内部元件隔萬;所述烟雾通道 37与所述烟 雾通孔 36连通。
由此可知, 电池组件 11 内部设置有专用的烟雾通道 37并且与烟雾通孔 36连通, 这样烟雾通过电池组件 11 内部时, 会顺着烟雾通道 37流过, 防止 烟雾经过电池组件 11而导致电池 33短路损坏。
在本实施例中, 请参阅图 5所示, 烟雾通道 37设置在电池 33侧部, 紧靠 电池套 34。 当然烟雾通道 37还可以设置在如图 6所示, 电池 33的轴线与电 池组件 11的轴线不在同一条直线上, 而烟雾通道 37设置在电池组件 11的一 侧, 具体的电池侧放置电池套一侧, 给烟雾通道 37留出部分空间, 这样简化 电子烟的加工工艺, 提高工作效率, 而且这种方式不影响电子烟的使用。 这里 电池 33和烟雾通道 37的设置位置不做具体限定。
请参阅图 10, 所述第一弹性电极柱 31和所述第二弹性电极柱 32均为弹 性电极柱。具体的, 所述第一弹性电极柱 31和所述第二弹性电极柱 32均均包 括固定套 391、 弹簧 392及导电端子 393, 所述固定套 391固定在所述端盖 35 上; 所述导电端子 393的一端活动插设在所述固定套 391内, 而另一端延伸至 所述固定套 391外并与所述外电极 21或所述内电极 22的所述环形端面相 4氐 接;所述弹簧 392套设在所述固定套 391内并与所述固定套 391及所述导电端 子 393的一端弹性相抵持。当电池组件 11和雾化组件 12连接后第一弹性电极 柱 31和所述第二弹性电极柱 32的弹簧 392被挤压,而由于弹簧 392的反弹力 作用, 使导电端子 393与雾化组件 12的外电极 21与内电极 22接触的更加紧 密, 从而保证电池组件 11和雾化组件 12的电连接。 可以理解的是, 所述第一 弹性电极柱 31和所述第二弹性电极柱 32还可以釆用导电橡胶等制成,在此不 作具体限定。
在本实施例中, 为了能够保证电池组件 11和雾化组件 12的电连接, 所述 外电极 21的环形端面和所述内电极 22的环形端面分别设置有凹槽;
所述凹槽用于使所述第一弹性电极柱 31和所述第二弹性电极柱 32沿着环 形端面向滑动,且能使所述外电极 21与所述第一弹性电极柱 31和所述内电极 22与所述第二弹性电极柱 32接触导通。 具体的, 当电池组件 11和雾化组件 12的电连接后, 可以使所述第一弹性 电极柱 31和所述第二弹性电极柱 32卡入外电极 21的环形端面和所述内电极 22的凹槽内, 这样可以保证所述外电极 21与所述第一弹性电极柱 31和所述 内电极 22与所述第二弹性电极柱 32的电连接位置, 从而保证电池组件 11和 雾化组件 12的完好连接。 而且如果电池组件 11和雾化组件 12釆用螺纹方式 连接时, 所述第一弹性电极柱 31和所述第二弹性电极柱 32可以沿着外电极 21的环形端面和所述内电极 22的凹槽旋转。 而电池组件 11和雾化组件 12釆 用卡扣式或其他方式连接时, 所述第一弹性电极柱 31和所述第二弹性电极柱 32直接卡入外电极 21的环形端面和所述内电极 22的凹槽内, 不影响电池组 件 11和雾化组件 12的具体连接方式。
在本实施例中, 请参阅图 5和图 6所示, 所述电池组件 11还设置有连接 件 38; 所述连接件 38第一端与所述电池套 34螺纹连接; 所述连接件 38第二 端设置有螺纹, 且用于使所述电池组件 11与所述雾化组件 12螺纹连接。
由此可知, 这里所述电池组件 11与所述雾化组件 12螺纹连接, 其中电池 组件 11的螺纹是由所述连接件 38与所述电池套 34连接后, 使所述连接件 38 与所述雾化组件 12螺纹连接。
在本实施例中,请参阅图 7和图 9所示, 所述电子烟还包括用于储存烟油 的油瓶 13; 所述油瓶 13与所述雾化组件 12可拆卸连接。 当油瓶 13的烟油用 尽需要更换油瓶 13或添加烟油时, 可以将油瓶 13从所述雾化组件 12拆下, 这样方便更换油瓶 13或添力。烟油。

在本实施例中, 所述烟油锁存件 42还能够很好地避免烟油过度地输送给 所述电热丝组件 23, 保证了烟雾量的稳定性; 所述套管 41用于包裹所述烟油 锁存 42件并起到保护作用; 套管 41还设置有导油孔可以让油瓶 13中的烟油 迅速引导至雾化芯 40内部, 可以防止雾化器雾化因没油而干烧, 产生有毒气 体。 也防止损坏雾化器损坏。
所述电热丝组件 23包括沿着所述套管 41的轴向延伸的导液件 (未标号) 及缠绕在所述导液件上并与所述外电极 21和所述内电极 22分别电连接的电热 丝(未标号), 即所述导液件与烟油锁存件 42为同轴设置; 其中, 所述导液件 可以是玻纤线或棉线等, 只要能导油即可, 在此不作具体限定。

由于所述烟油锁存件 42及导液件均为实心柱形结构并同轴设置, 且烟油 锁存件 42的横截面积大于导液件的横截面积, 使得烟油输送路径呈阶梯状结 构, 此种结构可使烟油锁存件 42的吸油状态基本为饱和状态而导液件的吸油 状态基本为适中的状态, 从而保证导液件能够随时从所述烟油锁存件 42获取 所需的烟油, 不仅能够进一步较好地提高烟雾量, 防止电热丝组件 23干烧, 而且能够防止所述烟油瓶 2内的烟油泄露出来,保证了雾化器 3能产生稳定的 烟雾量。 在本实施例中, 所述烟油锁存件 42的轴心线与所述导液件的轴心线 重合, 当然也可以为平行或者两者形成一定角度等, 在此不作限定。
在本实施例中,请参阅图 9所示, 所述电子烟还包括用于吸电子烟的吸烟 端 14; 所述吸烟端 14设置于所述电子烟的远离所述油瓶 13的一端。 这样用 户在吸电子烟时, 烟雾不会穿过油瓶 13, 而避免将烟油带入口腔影响吸烟效 果。 在本实施例中, 所述油瓶 13和所述电池组件 11分别位于所述雾化组件 12的两端, 且所述油瓶 13和所述电池组件 11及所述雾化组件 12同轴设置; 所述吸烟端 14设置于所述电池组件 11的远离雾化组件 12的一端。
由于油瓶 13设置在电子烟远离吸烟端 14的一端,因此用于储存烟油的油 瓶 13距离吸烟端 14较远, 用户使用电子烟时, 能够避免用户吸食到烟油, 从 而影响体验效果。
釆用将电池组件 11设置在油瓶 13和吸烟端 14之间,雾化组件 12又设置 在电池组件 11和油瓶 13之间, 则使雾化组件 12离吸烟端 14的位置较远, 吸 食电子烟时, 雾化组件 12的位置距离用户口腔的位置较远, 即可使得雾化组 件 12雾化烟油时所产生的热量不会烫伤用户, 有效地提升了所述电子烟的使 用安全。 而且, 使用电子烟时, 用户无需夹持发热的雾化组件 12, 使得用户 在使用所述电子烟进行吸烟时手部不会出现烫伤的情况,且有效地模拟了真实 的香烟的温度, 提升用户吸烟过程中的使用体验。 此外, 此种结构使得吸烟时 雾化组件 12通常位于所述电池组件 11的下方, 因而更好地避免雾化组件 12 内的烟油流入所述电池组件 11内, 避免电池组件 11短路。
在本实施例中,所述外电极 21与所述内电极 22之间设置有用于起到绝缘 隔断作用的绝缘环 24。 绝缘环 24可以釆用绝缘橡胶或硅胶等。
对所公开的实施例的上述说明,使本领域专业技术人员能够实现或使用本 实用新型。对这些实施例的多种修改对本领域的专业技术人员来说将是显而易 见的,本文中所定义的一般原理可以在不脱离本实用新型的精神或范围的情况 下, 在其它实施例中实现。 因此, 本实用新型将不会被限制于本文所示的这些 实施例, 而是要符合与本文所公开的原理和新颖特点相一致的最宽的范围。例 如, 所述电子烟也可仅包括电池组件 11及雾化组件 12, 且所述雾化组件 12 的一端作为所述吸烟端等, 这些均属于本发明保护的范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种电子烟, 包括雾化组件和电池组件; 其特征在于, 所述雾化组件 包括外电极、 内电极和电热丝组件; 所述外电极和所述内电极分别与所述电热 丝组件电连接; 所述内电极设置有用于使烟雾通过的中空腔, 所述外电极中间 设置用于供所述内电极插置的通孔,所述外电极及内电极面向所述电池组件的 端面均为环形端面;
所述电池组件包括第一弹性电极柱、第二弹性电极柱和电池; 所述第一弹 性电极柱和所述第二弹性电极柱并列设置并分别与所述电池正负极电连接; 所述雾化组件和所述电池组件釆用可拆卸连接,且当所述雾化组件和所述 电池组件连接后, 所述第一弹性电极柱、所述第二弹性电极柱分别与所述外电 极及所述内电极的所述环形端面相抵接,且所述第一弹性电极柱和第二弹性电 极柱均偏离所述中空腔的腔口;所述外电极与所述第一弹性电极柱和所述内电 极与所述第二弹性电极柱构成闭合回路,使所述电池可以给所述电热丝组件供 电。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述电池组件还包括用于将所述电池组件内部元件包裹保护的电池套; 所述电池套在所述雾化组件和所述电池组件连接的一端设置有端盖; 所述端盖上设置有用于使所述第一弹性电极柱和所述第二弹性电极柱穿 过的通孔, 且还设置有用于使烟雾通过的烟雾通孔。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述电池组件还设置有用于烟雾通过的烟雾通道,且所述烟雾通道与所述 电池组件内部元件隔离;
所述烟雾通道与所述烟雾通孔连通。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述第一弹性电极柱和所述第二弹性电极柱均包括固定套、弹簧及导电端 子;
所述固定套固定在所述端盖上;
所述导电端子的一端活动插设在所述固定套内,而另一端延伸至所述固定 套外并与所述外电极或所述内电极的所述环形端面相抵接; 所述弹簧套设在所述固定套内并与所述固定套及所述导电端子的一端弹 性相抵持。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述外电极的所述环形端面和所述内电极的所述环形端面分别设置有凹 槽;
所述凹槽用于使所述第一弹性电极柱和所述第二弹性电极柱沿着环形端 面向滑动,且能使所述外电极与所述第一弹性电极柱和所述内电极与所述第二 弹性电极柱接触导通。
6、 根据权利要求 2所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述电池组件还设置有连接件;
所述连接件第一端与所述电池套螺纹连接;
所述连接件第二端设置有螺纹,且用于使所述电池组件与所述雾化组件螺 纹连接。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述油瓶与所述雾化组件可拆卸连接,所述雾化组件的一端插设在所述油 瓶内并用于将所述油瓶内的烟油导出并雾化;
所述吸烟端设置于所述电子烟的远离所述油瓶的一端。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述雾化组件还包括至少一端插设在所述油瓶内的用于雾化烟油的雾化 芯;
所述雾化芯包括套管以及由吸油材料制成的烟油锁存件;
所述烟油锁存件套设在所述套管内,与所述套管的内周面相贴合用于将油 瓶内的烟油输送给所述电热丝组件雾化并用于将在油瓶倒立时, 防止烟液泄 露;
所述套管用于包裹所述烟油锁存件并起到保护作用。
9、 根据权利要求 7所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述电子烟还包括套设在所述套管外周面上的弹性密封套;
所述弹性密封套的一端与所述油瓶的瓶口端相 4氏持,用以防止烟油从所述 瓶口泄露出来。
10、 根据权利要求 7所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述油瓶和所述电池组件分别位于所述雾化组件的两端,且所述油瓶和所 述电池组件及所述雾化组件同轴设置;
所述吸烟端设置于所述电池组件的远离雾化组件的一端。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述电池组件的面向所述雾化组件的一端设置有与所述吸烟端相连通并 用于使烟雾通过的烟雾通孔,所述烟雾通孔与所述内电极中空腔的腔口错开设 置。
12、 根据权利要求 8所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述电热丝组件包括沿着所述套管的轴向延伸的导液件及缠绕在所述导 液件上并与所述外电极和所述内电极分别电连接的电热丝;
所述烟油锁存件及所述导液件均为实心柱形结构,且所述烟油锁存件的横 截面积大于所述导液件的横截面积。
13、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述外电极与所述内电极之间设置有用于起到绝缘隔断作用的绝缘环。
