- This prior art has a disadvantage in that the flip cap and the container can not be disassembled so that the tamper avid function for the container and the cap cannot be imparted.
- the first purpose is that the high frequency induction heating container encapsulation, which can be double-sided, is sealed in the upper inner surface of the cover in the upper direction of the container encapsulation and the inlet side of the container in the lower direction of the container encapsulation.
- the result is to provide a high frequency induction heating container encapsulation capable of double-sided adhesion to completely prevent leakage of the contents.
- the high-frequency induction heating container seal which can be double-sided adhesive is sealed in the upper and lower sides by placing the container seal in the middle of the ring-shaped container cover and the container so that the cover ring and the container cannot be separated and fixed. It is to play a role.
- the third purpose is that when opening, the opening tab is pulled upward and the aluminum foil and the heat-sealed sealing layer of the lower layer are cut along the opening cut line.
- the opening cutting line When the opening cutting line is seen from the plane and the side, it is in line with the inner circumferential line of the cover, and when the opening is opened, when the opening is seen from the top, the opened cutting surface is hidden from the inner circumferential surface of the cover, so that the opened container The entrance is clean.
- the seal is welded on both sides of the cover and the container, so that the consumer can not open or disassemble the cover and the container arbitrarily so that the perfect tamper evident function is achieved. There is a purpose to have.
- the high-frequency induction heating container seal assembly capable of double-sided adhesion to the double-sided adhesive is applied to the flip cap container or the like has a tamper function.
- the upper layer is a first heat seal layer
- Synthetic resin layers having tensile strength and hardness
- An opening tab having an opening induction cutting line in the upper layer
- the lower layer is a second aluminum foil layer
- the second heat-sealed sealing layer consisting of sequentially from the top to the bottom,
- the first heat-adhesive resin layer of the upper layer and the second aluminum foil layer of the lower layer are integrally bonded to each other to form a high frequency induction heating container encapsulation capable of double-sided bonding.
- Another method is to further configure a second heat adhesive resin layer on the second aluminum foil layer.
- the first thermal adhesive resin layer formed at the lower end of the upper layer is ethylene vinyl acetate (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) or ethylene acrylic acid (Ethylene) strong heat adhesion to the metal to have a thermal adhesion with the aluminum foil layer formed in the lower layer It consists of a polymer made of a copolymer of acrylic acid.
- the first thermal adhesive resin layer may be formed by coating a bond with the polyester layer using an extrusion equipment or by laminating a film.
- the first heat-adhesive resin layer is formed by coating a hot-melt adhesive, such as nylon, ethylene vinyl acetate, polyester, etc., as a main raw material, or laminating a film. Good to do.
- a hot-melt adhesive such as nylon, ethylene vinyl acetate, polyester, etc.
- the synthetic resin layer is composed of a biaxially stretched polyester, polypropylene, or polycarbonate film to have a strong hardness and tensile strength.
- polyester film is excellent in cost and performance.
- the second thermal adhesive resin layer is laminated on the second aluminum foil layer to apply heat and pressure so that the upper layer and the lower layer are integrated, and the first thermal adhesive resin layer and the second thermal adhesive layer are laminated.
- the resin layer is made of a heat seal polymer of the same material made of polyethylene, polypropylene, or ethylene vinyl acetate so that the second aluminum foil layer is not directly exposed to air. To prevent oxidation and to have high heat resistance.
- first heat seal layer and the second heat seal layer are preferably made of a thermoplastic adhesive resin of the same material as the cover and the container applied by applying to the high frequency induction container seal.
- the thermoplastic adhesive is preferably made of polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, ethylene vinyl acetate, or the like.

- Layer Layer
- the composition of planes will be explained in layers.
- the first heat seal layer 10-a is constituted. It is to combine the upper inner surface of the cover ring (300).
- the first heat-sealing sealing layer 10-a is a layer sealing the inner surface of the upper portion of the cover ring 300 covering the inner container.
- the cover ring 300 is thermoplastic plastic.
- the first thermal adhesive layer 10-a should also be made of the same thermoplastic material.
- the first heat-sealing sealing layer 10-a is preferably polypropylene or polyethylene.
- the first heat seal layer 10-a serves to couple to the inner surface of the upper portion of the cover ring 300.
- the first thermal adhesive layer 10-a and the first aluminum foil layer 10-c may further comprise a print film layer for printing a design for promoting the product and a trademark or trade name.
- the printing film layer 10-b is a layer selectable depending on the presence or absence of printing.
- the printing film layer 10-b may be placed for printing, or the printing layer may be omitted when printing is not required.
- the print film layer will be described.
- the print film layer is preferably configured to a thickness of 0.008-0.03 mm.
- the material of the print film layer is preferably composed of a polyester film or a polypropylene film.
- the work order for forming the layers described above can be done by laminating any of the multilayer films first, depending on the circumstances of the manufacturing process. In the case of laminating after the printing process first.
- the above product is first printed on the print film layer (polyester film or polypropylene film) and then laminated with other layers.
- this printing film layer is abbreviate
- the upper layer may be printed by directly printing on the lower surface of the first heat-adhesive resin layer 10-a or the upper surface of the first aluminum foil layer 10-c without the printing film layer. have.
- a separate print film layer is generally required is to print on a thin polyester or polypropylene film layer and to the first thermal adhesive resin layer 10-a or the first aluminum foil layer 10-c. Direct printing is difficult and difficult, such as stretching problems of the fabric, it is preferable to use a separate printing film.

- the heat induced by the second aluminum foil layer formed in the lower layer is hardly transferred to the upper portion, so that the first aluminum foil layer ( 10-c) needs to be put.
- the reason why the first aluminum foil layer 10-c is necessary is that if the second aluminum foil layer 20-a is included only in the lower layer as in the conventional encapsulation structure, the second aluminum layer 20-a is used. Heat is induced in the second heat sealing adhesive layer (20-b) is directly laminated in the lower direction is a good heat transfer, but the upper direction of the polyester film layer (10-e) consisting of a relatively thick layer and Since the heat is blocked by the intermediate substrate 10-d, and the first heat sealable layer 10-a cannot be heated, it is not possible to heat bond the upper inner surface of the upper cover ring 300. In order to heat the 1st heat-sealing sealing layer 10-a, this 1st aluminum foil layer 10-c is necessary.
- the intermediate base layer 10-d is a layer composed of a film or sheet formed by foaming a material such as polyethylene, polypropylene, or ethylene vinyl acetate. Due to the intermediate layer made of appropriate and various thicknesses, while holding the opening tab 101 of the upper layer with a finger, it can be configured to hold the opening tab 101 while still feeling a comfortable grip sensitivity.
- the synthetic resin layer is preferably composed of a polyester layer (10-e).
- the hardness makes the foil layer to tear cleanly.
- the synthetic resin layer is composed of a polypropylene or polycarbonate film in addition to the polyester film is biaxially stretched to have a strong hardness and tensile strength.
- Opening tab 101 is lifted upward as shown in Figs. 24 and 26, and the induction cutting band 102 connected thereto is also applied with force in the upward direction and is heat-sealed and fixed to the container 200 inlet. It is separated from the band 103, and the gap is separated from the polyester film and polypropylene due to the physical strength and the high hardness of the biaxially stretched polyester film and polypropylene or polycarbonate used as the synthetic resin layer.
- the polycarbonate film has a second aluminum foil layer (20-a) and a second heat-sealed adhesive that acts like a scissors when the induction cutting band 102 and the heat-adhesive sealing band 103 are alternately separated.
