- 根据权利要求37至46中任一项所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述处理单元进一步用于:确定所述第一传输格式包括的第一传输块大小;根据所述第一传输块大小,计算预配置的多种调制方式中每种调制方式对应的发射功率;按照所述每种调制方式对应的发射功率,确定所述第一传输格式包括的第一调制方式或第一调制编码等级。
- 根据权利要求47所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述第一调制方式或所述第一调制编码等级所包括的调制方式对应的发射功率,为所述多种调制方式对应的发射功率中最小的发射功率;和/或所述第一调制方式或所述第一调制编码等级所包括的调制方式对应的发射功率小于所述终端设备传输所述待发送数据的最大可用发射功率。
- 根据权利要求46所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述单位上行资源能够承载的比特数包括多种调制方式中每种调制方式对应的单位上行资源能够承载的比特数;所述处理单元进一步用于:根据所述上行可用资源的大小,以及所述参考码率,以及所述每种调制方式对应的单位上行资源能够承载的比特数,确定所述每种调制方式对应的传输块大小;根据所述多种调制方式对应的传输块大小,确定所述第一传输格式包括的第一传输块大小,以及确定所述第一传输格式包括的第一调制方式或第一调制编码等级。
- 根据权利要求49所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述处理单元进一步用于:将所述多种调制方式对应的传输块大小中最大的传输块大小,确定为所述第一传输块大小;将所述第一传输块大小对应的调制方式确定为所述第一调制方式,或将将所述第一传输块大小对应的调制方式所属的调制编码等级确定为所述第一调制编码等级。
- 根据权利要求49所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述处理单元进一步用于:从所述多种调制方式对应的传输块大小中,确定大于所述待发送数据的数据量的至少一种传输块大小;将所述至少一种传输块大小中最小的传输块大小确定为所述第一传输块大小;将所述第一传输块大小对应的调制方式确定为所述第一调制方式,或将 将所述第一传输块大小对应的调制方式所属的调制编码等级确定为所述第一调制编码等级。
- 根据权利要求49所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述处理单元进一步用于:计算所述每种调制方式在对应的传输块大小下的发射功率;根据所述每种调制方式在对应的传输块大小下的发射功率,确定所述第一传输块大小,以及确定第一调制方式或第一调整编码等级。
- 根据权利要求52所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述第一调制方式或所述第一调制编码等级所包括的调制方式对应的发射功率,为所述多种调制方式对应的发射功率中最小的发射功率;和/或所述第一调制方式或所述第一调制编码等级所包括的调制方式对应的发射功率小于所述终端设备传输所述待发送数据的最大可用发射功率。
- 根据权利要求52所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述处理单元进一步用于:根据所述每种调制方式在对应的传输块大小下的发射功率,以及所述每种调制方式对应的传输块大小,确定所述第一传输块大小,以及确定第一调制方式或第一调制编码等级。
- 根据权利要求37至54中任一项所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述处理单元进一步用于:根据当前下行链路质量,以及第一对应关系,确定所述第一传输格式,其中,所述第一对应关系用于指示多种传输格式与多个下行链路质量范围的对应关系。
- 根据权利要求37至43中任一项所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述处理单元进一步用于:根据所述待发送数据的数据流,以及第二对应关系,确定所述第一传输格式,其中,所述第二对应关系用于指示多种传输格式与多个数据流的对应关系。
- 根据权利要求37至43中任一项所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述处理单元进一步用于:根据所述待发送数据的承载,以及第三对应关系,确定所述第一传输格式,其中,所述第三对应关系用于指示多种传输格式与多个承载的对应关系。
- 根据权利要求37至53中任一项所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述处理单元进一步用于:根据所述预配置的传输上行数据的可用资源的位置,以及第四对应关系,确定所述第一传输格式,其中,所述第三对应关系用于指示多种传输格式与多个上行资源位置范围的对应关系。
- 根据权利要求37至43中任一项所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述处理单元进一步用于:根据所述待发送数据的QoS要求,以及多种传输格式中每种传输格式所能满足的QoS要求,确定所述第一传输格式。
- 根据权利要求43所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述收发单元进一步用于:接收所述网络设备的配置信息,所述配置信息用于指示以下中的至少一种:所述预配置的多种传输格式;所述预配置的上行可用资源的位置;所述预配置的上行可用资源的大小;以及所述预配置的上行数据的参考码率。
- 根据权利要求60所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述收发单元进一步用于:接收所述网络设备通过无线资源控制RRC层信令、媒体介入控制MAC层信令或物理层信令发送的所述配置信息。
- 根据权利要求37至61中任一项所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述终端设备用于免授权传输。
- 根据权利要求37至62中任一项所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述终端设备为非激活态的终端设备。
- 一种网络设备,其特征在于,包括:处理单元,用于确定用于接收待接收数据的第一传输格式;收发单元,用于按照所述第一传输格式,接收终端设备发送的所述待接收数据。
- 根据权利要求64所述的网络设备,其特征在于,所述第一传输格式包括以下中的至少一种:第一调制方式;第一编码速率;第一传输块大小;第一调制编码等级;和第一物理资源块大小。
- 根据权利要求64或65所述的网络设备,其特征在于,所述收发单元进一步用于:接收所述网络设备发送的第一指示信息,所述第一指示信息用于指示所述第一传输格式;所述处理单元进一步用于:根据所述第一指示信息,确定所述第一传输格式。
- 根据权利要求66所述的网络设备,其特征在于,所述收发单元进一步用于:通过传输所述待接收数据的数据信道,接收所述终端设备发送的所述第一指示信息。
- 根据权利要求66所述的网络设备,其特征在于,所述收发单元进一步用于:在用于传输传输格式的指示信息的预配置资源上,接收所述终端设备发送的所述第一指示信息。
- 根据权利要求68所述的网络设备,其特征在于,所述预配置资源为所述终端设备的专用资源;或,所述预配置资源为多个终端设备共用的资源,所述指示信息还携带所述终端设备的标识。
- 根据权利要求64至69中任一项所述的网络设备,其特征在于,所述收发单元进一步用于:发送配置信息,以用于接收方选择传输上行数据的传输格式,其中,所述接收方包括所述终端设备,所述配置信息用于指示以下中的至少一种:预配置的多种传输格式;预配置的上行可用资源的位置;预配置的上行可用资源的大小;以及预配置的上行数据的参考码率。
- 根据权利要求64至70中任一项所述的网络设备,其特征在于,所述网络设备用于免授权传输。
- 根据权利要求64至71中任一项所述的网络设备,其特征在于,所 述终端设备为处于非激活态的终端设备。
