导轨A56和导轨57上装有两个传输轮58,传输轴60同轴安装于两个传输轮58中,导轨A56上安装有同步轮A 61,同步轮A与其传输轮58相连接。传动电机安装在第二电机座上,传动电机转动带动同步轮B 62转动,同步轮B 62通过同步带带动同步轮A 61转动,从而带动导轨上的两个传输轮58转动。导轨A56和导轨57上还安装有数个小轮。
传输轮58带动左接驳皮带转动进而实现了左接驳皮带运输PCB板的功能。同时导轨A56和导轨57上的两个左接驳皮带压紧块59起到压紧左接驳皮带,防止打滑松懈的作用。
小气缸与气缸支架67安装固定在导轨A56的右端部,起到控制中间运输部分扣板和松开扣压的作用。导轨A56上装有入板感应器座65和出板感应器座66,两个感应器分别感应PCB板的左右位置信号。
右接驳部分与左接驳部分功能对称相似,此处不再赘述。
本实用新型可以实现以下功能:
1、PCB板从进入到左接驳部分,运输到中间部分插件,以及从右接驳部分出板,全部实现自动化,解放劳动力,节约成本,解除了安全隐患。
2、左右接驳部分和中间运输走板部分,结构紧凑轻巧,使整个机型轻便高效。
3、左右接驳部分使用直线导轨调整插装PCB板的宽度,使用精度高,操作轻便。
4、利用左接驳部分的小气缸的垂直上下运动和气缸杆的顶出和收回,实现对中间工作台部分的驱动力,节约了电气件,提高了效率,节省了成本,更经济更高效。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而 所有这些改进和变换都应属于本实用新型所附权利要求的保护范围。
上面结合附图对本实用新型专利进行了示例性的描述,显然本实用新型专利的实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本实用新型专利的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种改进,或未经改进将本实用新型专利的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的,均在本实用新型的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种立式插件机自动过板装置,其特征在于,包括左接驳部分、右接驳部分以及中间运输插件部分,所述中间运输插件部分设于所述插件机设备的X-Y工作台上,所述左接驳部分设于所述插件机机架的左部,所述右接驳部分设于所述插件机机架的右部,所述右接驳部分与所述左接驳部分对称的分布在所述中间运输插件部分两侧;
    所述中间运输插件部分包括工作台和设于所述工作台***的挡条,所述工作台设于所述X-Y工作台上,所述工作台上设有相对的中间导轨A和中间导轨B,所述中间导轨A和所述中间导轨B之间设有两条相对的中间压条,所述中间导轨A和所述中间导轨B上分别设有两个中间传输轮,电机通过第一电机座固定在所述工作台上,传动轴与所述电机的联轴器连接,所述传动轴同心连接两个所述中间传输轮,中间导轨镶块设于所述中间导轨A和所述中间导轨B的两端,
    转轴固定在所述工作台上,用于定位PCB板的定位块通过定位固定块套于所述转轴上,所述转轴两侧边缘均设有挡片固定块、压块以及扭紧块,所述压块和所述扭紧块通过扭簧驱动所述转轴扭紧;
    所述左接驳部分包括固定所述插件机机架的固定板,推动所述左接驳部分升降的气缸固定在所述固定板上,气缸顶板与气缸顶杆以螺纹紧固连接,滑轨固定于滑轨固定座上,所述滑轨固定座与所述气缸顶板通过螺栓连接,
    导轨A安装在滑轨固定座上,所述导轨A上安装有第一压条和左接驳压条B,导轨B设于滑块垫板上,所述滑块垫板与滑轨滑块螺栓连接,调节垫块安装在所述滑块垫板上,所述导轨B上安装有第二压条和左接驳压条A,
    所述导轨A和所述导轨B上分别装有传输轮,传输轴同轴安装于所述传输轮中,传动电机转动带动同步轮B转动,所述同步轮B通过同步带带动同步轮A转动,从而带动所述传输轮转动,小气缸与气缸支架安装固定在所述导轨A的右端部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的立式插件机自动过板装置,其特征在于,所述中间压条包括 中间压条A、中间压条B、中间压条C以及中间压条D;所述挡条包括工作台左挡条、工作台右挡条以及前面挡条。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的立式插件机自动过板装置,其特征在于,所述中间导轨A与所述工作台固定连接,所述中间导轨B与所述工作台活动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的立式插件机自动过板装置,其特征在于,所述中间传输轮包括中间传输轮A和中间传输轮B,所述中间传输轮A和所述中间传输轮B分别设于传输轮固定座A和传输轮固定座B上,所述传输轮固定座A和所述传输轮固定座B分别设于所述中间导轨A和所述中间导轨B上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的立式插件机自动过板装置,其特征在于,所述转轴通过转轴固定块固定在所述工作台上,所述转轴固定块包括转轴固定块A和转轴固定块B,所述转轴固定块A和所述转轴固定块B套于所述转轴上,抱箍装于所述转轴固定块A和所述转轴固定块B的侧面。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的立式插件机自动过板装置,其特征在于,所述气缸通过气缸固定板固定在所述固定板上,所述固定板包括固定板A、固定板B、固定板C以及固定底板,D16轴安装于所述气缸顶板上并与所述气缸固定板相导向。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的立式插件机自动过板装置,其特征在于,所述导轨A通过导轨固定块安装在滑轨固定座上,所述同步轮A装于所述导轨A上,所述同步轮A与所述传输轮相连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的立式插件机自动过板装置,其特征在于,所述传动电机安装在第二电机座上。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的立式插件机自动过板装置,其特征在于,所述工作台还设有用于张紧中间皮带的中间皮带压紧块,所述导轨A和所述导轨B上还设有压紧左接驳皮带的左接驳皮带压紧块。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的立式插件机自动过板装置,其特征在于,所述导轨A上装有入板感应器座和出板感应器座,所述入板感应器座和所述出板感应器座分别感应PCB板的左右位置信号。
