调节模块,用于根据所述当前场景模式,以及预先学习的所述驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置习惯,自动调节车内的相关环境参数。
可选地,所述装置还包括:
监测模块,用于在预设周期内,在车辆驾驶过程中,监测驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置行为,并获取对应的场景模式;
学习模块,用于根据所述驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置行为,对对应场景模式下的车内环境参数进行学习,得到所述驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置习惯。
可选地,所述监测模块,还用于在预设周期内,在车辆驾驶过程中,识别当前驾驶者的身份信息;所述身份信息至少包括:驾驶者的头像、指纹、虹膜其中之一;监测驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置行为,并获取对应的场景模式;
所述学习模块,还用于根据所述驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置行为,获取所述驾驶者对车内设置的环境参数,所述环境参数至少包括:车辆驾驶模式、空调温度参数、音响的声音大小和/或常听的歌曲,作为所述驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置习惯,并获取当前对应的场景模式,将所述驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置习惯、驾驶者的身份信息与对应的场景模式关联存储。

本发明提出的一种车内环境自动调节方法及装置,在监测到驾驶者驾驶车辆时,获取当前场景模式,以及预先学习的所述驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置习惯;根据所述当前场景模式,以及预先学习的所述驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置习惯,自动调节车内的相关环境参数,由此,可以通过在车内设一学习单元或学习模块,根据驾驶者习惯进行车内环境学习,当驾驶者驾驶车辆时,根据不同的场景,对车内环境参数进行自动设置或调节,使驾车者开车更安全。

具体实施方式
应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明实施例的主要解决方案是:在监测到驾驶者驾驶车辆时,获取当前场景模式,以及预先学习的所述驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置习惯;根据所述当前场景模式,以及预先学习的所述驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置习惯,自动调节车内的相关环境参数,由此,可以通过在车内设一学习单元或学习模块,根据驾驶者习惯进行车内环境学习,当驾驶者驾驶车辆时,根据不同的场景,对车内环境参数进行自动设置,使驾车者开车更安全。
由于现有技术中,车内环境的调节,比如空调设置、节目设置等主要是通过车主自已手动调节,但是,这种调节方式,使得车主在开车时,由于手离开方向盘,且精神不集中在驾驶上,易造成车祸。
本发明提供一种解决方案,可以实现车内环境参数的自动设置,提高车辆驾驶安全性。
具体地,如图1所示,本发明第一实施例提出一种车内环境自动调节方法,包括:
步骤S101,在监测到驾驶者驾驶车辆时,获取当前场景模式,以及预先学习的所述驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置习惯;
本实施例方案主要解决车内环境参数的自动设置,以提高车辆驾驶安全性。
本实施例方法的执行主体可以为车载终端或车载单元,也可以为用户手持设备(比如手机、平板电脑等移动终端),还可以为网络服务器或云端服务器。此外,还可以为一种车内环境自动调节装置,该装置可以设置于上述终端或服务器上。
具体地,在监测到驾驶者驾驶车辆时,获取当前场景模式,以及预先学习的所述驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置习惯。
其中,场景模式可以根据实际情况分为多种,考虑到车主通常在工作时间段(比如上班时间和下班时间)开车时,时间比较紧张,没有太多时间设置车内环境参数,而且所听歌曲可能偏向于激进或舒缓型(因人而异),因此,可以设置上下班驾驶时间段和业余驾驶时间段两种场景模式。
此外,根据季节的不同,也会设置不同的车内环境参数,比如空调制冷温度或制热温度。因此,场景模式还可以分为夏季模式和冬季模式。
本实施例中,预先根据驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置习惯,进行相应的学习,并存储有驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置习惯数据,以便后续,可以直接根据驾驶者的习惯设置参数来设置车内环境参数,避免用户每次启动车辆后,需要实时手动调节车内参数,导致因精神不集中在驾驶上而易造成车祸的隐患。
进一步地,考虑到每个驾驶者的使用习惯不一样,因此,还可以针对不同的驾驶者,采集对应驾驶者的车内设置参数。
具体地,可以在车内设一学习单元,根据驾驶者的对车内环境参数的使用习惯,进行相应的学习,比如车内空调温度的高低,温度的调节,音响的声音大小,常听的广播节目设置,常听的歌曲等,并将学习数据对应驾驶者身份进行存储。在具体实现时,当监测到驾驶者驾驶车辆时,首先识别驾驶者的身份信息,获取当前场景模式,判断当前场景模式属于冬季模式还是夏季模式,或者,判断当前场景模式属于上下班驾驶时间段还是业余驾驶时间段;同时,还要获取预先学习的所述驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置习惯,即当前场景模式下,该驾驶者习惯使用的空调温度高低、音响音量大小等环境参数。
其中,在识别驾驶者的身份信息时,可以通过车内摄像头或车载终端或车载单元,或者用户的移动终端,获取用户的头像、虹膜等信息,还可以通过设置在方向盘或车内其他部件上的指纹识别器识别用户的指纹信息,以获得用户的身份信息。
步骤S102,根据所述当前场景模式,以及预先学习的所述驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置习惯,自动调节车内的相关环境参数。
具体实现时,可以根据当前场景模式以及所述驾驶者的身份信息,查找与所述当前场景模式以及该驾驶者身份信息关联的预先学习的所述驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置习惯,得到当前场景模式下,所述驾驶者习惯设置的车内环境参数,并根据所述驾驶者习惯设置的车内环境参数,自动调节车内的相关环境参数。
本实施例通过上述方案,在监测到驾驶者驾驶车辆时,获取当前场景模式,以及预先学习的所述驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置习惯;根据所述当前场景模式,以及预先学习的所述驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置习惯,自动调节车内的相关环境参数,由此,可以在车内设置一学习单元,根据驾驶者的习惯,进行相应的学习,比如车内空调温度的高低,温度的调节,音响的声音大小,常听的广播节目设置,常听的歌曲等,当学习单元识别到该驾驶员驾驶车辆时,学习单元根据以往驾驶员的习惯,对车内环境进行相应的自动调节,使驾驶员驾驶更舒适,更安全。
如图2所示,本发明第二实施例提出一种车内环境自动调节方法,基于上述图1所示的实施例,在上述步骤S101:在监测到驾驶者驾驶车辆时,获取当前场景模式,以及预先学习的所述驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置习惯之前还包括:
步骤S90,在预设周期内,在车辆驾驶过程中,监测驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置行为,并获取对应的场景模式;
步骤S100,根据所述驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置行为,对对应场景模式下的车内环境参数进行学习,得到所述驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置习惯。
相比上述实施例,本实施例还包括通过学习得到驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置习惯的方案。
具体地,首先,在预设周期内,在车辆驾驶过程中,识别当前驾驶者的身份信息;所述身份信息至少包括:驾驶者的头像、指纹、虹膜等。
然后,监测驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置行为,并获取对应的场景模式。
最后,根据所述驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置行为,获取所述驾驶者对车内设置的环境参数,其中,所述环境参数可以包括:车辆驾驶模式、空调温度参数、音响的声音大小和/或常听的歌曲,作为所述驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置习惯,并获取当前对应的场景模式,将所述驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置习惯、驾驶者的身份信息与对应的场景模式关联存储。
本实施例通过上述方案,预先在车内设置一学习单元或学习模块,根据驾驶者的习惯,进行相应的学习,比如车内空调温度的高低,温度的调节,音响的声音大小,常听的广播节目设置,常听的歌曲等,当学习单元识别到该驾驶员驾驶车辆时,学习单元根据以往驾驶员的习惯,对车内环境进行相应的自动调节,使驾驶员驾驶更舒适,更安全。
如图3所示,本发明第一实施例提出一种车内环境自动调节装置,包括:习惯数据获取模块201及调节模块202,其中:
习惯数据获取模块201,用于在监测到驾驶者驾驶车辆时,获取当前场景模式,以及预先学习的所述驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置习惯;
调节模块202,用于根据所述当前场景模式,以及预先学习的所述驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置习惯,自动调节车内的相关环境参数。
进一步地,所述习惯数据获取模块,还用于在监测到驾驶者驾驶车辆时,识别驾驶者的身份信息,获取当前场景模式,以及预先学习的所述驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置习惯;
所述调节模块202,还用于根据当前场景模式以及所述驾驶者的身份信息,查找与所述当前场景模式及所述驾驶者的身份信息关联的预先学习的所述驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置习惯,得到当前场景模式下,所述驾驶者习惯设置的车内环境参数,并根据所述驾驶者习惯设置的车内环境参数,自动调节车内的相关环境参数。
本实施例方案主要解决车内环境参数的自动设置,以提高车辆驾驶安全性。
本实施例车内环境自动调节装置可以设置在车载终端或车载单元上,也可以设置在用户手持设备(比如手机、平板电脑等移动终端),还可以设置在网络服务器或云端服务器上。
具体地,在监测到驾驶者驾驶车辆时,获取当前场景模式,以及预先学习的所述驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置习惯。

其中,在识别驾驶者的身份信息时,可以通过车内摄像头或车载终端或车载单元,或者用户的移动终端,获取用户的头像、虹膜等信息,还可以通过设置在方向盘或车内其他部件上的指纹识别器识别用户的指纹信息,以获得用户的身份信息。
然后,根据所述当前场景模式,以及预先学习的所述驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置习惯,自动调节车内的相关环境参数。
具体实现时,可以根据当前场景模式以及所述驾驶者的身份信息,查找与所述当前场景模式以及该驾驶者身份信息关联的预先学习的所述驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置习惯,得到当前场景模式下,所述驾驶者习惯设置的车内环境参数,并根据所述驾驶者习惯设置的车内环境参数,自动调节车内的相关环境参数。

如图4所示,本发明第二实施例提出一种车内环境自动调节装置,基于上述图3所示的实施例,所述装置还包括:
监测模块203,用于在预设周期内,在车辆驾驶过程中,监测驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置行为,并获取对应的场景模式;
学习模块204,用于根据所述驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置行为,对对应场景模式下的车内环境参数进行学习,得到所述驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置习惯。
进一步地,所述监测模块203,还用于在预设周期内,在车辆驾驶过程中,识别当前驾驶者的身份信息;所述身份信息至少包括:驾驶者的头像、指纹、虹膜其中之一;监测驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置行为,并获取对应的场景模式;
所述学习模块204,还用于根据所述驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置行为,获取所述驾驶者对车内设置的环境参数,所述环境参数至少包括:车辆驾驶模式、空调温度参数、音响的声音大小和/或常听的歌曲,作为所述驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置习惯,并获取当前对应的场景模式,将所述驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置习惯、驾驶者的身份信息与对应的场景模式关联存储。
相比上述实施例,本实施例还包括通过学习得到驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置习惯的方案。
具体地,首先,在预设周期内,在车辆驾驶过程中,识别当前驾驶者的身份信息;所述身份信息至少包括:驾驶者的头像、指纹、虹膜等。
然后,监测驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置行为,并获取对应的场景模式。
最后,根据所述驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置行为,获取所述驾驶者对车内设置的环境参数,其中,所述环境参数可以包括:车辆驾驶模式、空调温度参数、音响的声音大小和/或常听的歌曲,作为所述驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置习惯,并获取当前对应的场景模式,将所述驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置习惯、驾驶者的身份信息与对应的场景模式关联存储。

    在监测到驾驶者驾驶车辆时,获取当前场景模式,以及预先学习的所述驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置习惯;
    根据所述当前场景模式,以及预先学习的所述驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置习惯,自动调节车内的相关环境参数。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的车内环境自动调节方法,其特征在于,所述在监测到驾驶者驾驶车辆时,获取当前场景模式,以及预先学习的所述驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置习惯的步骤之前还包括:
    在预设周期内,在车辆驾驶过程中,监测驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置行为,并获取对应的场景模式;
    根据所述驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置行为,对对应场景模式下的车内环境参数进行学习,得到所述驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置习惯。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的车内环境自动调节方法,其特征在于,
    所述在预设周期内,在车辆驾驶过程中,监测驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置行为,并获取对应的场景模式的步骤包括:

    调节模块,用于根据所述当前场景模式,以及预先学习的所述驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置习惯,自动调节车内的相关环境参数。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的车内环境自动调节装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    监测模块,用于在预设周期内,在车辆驾驶过程中,监测驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置行为,并获取对应的场景模式;
    学习模块,用于根据所述驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置行为,对对应场景模式下的车内环境参数进行学习,得到所述驾驶者对车内环境参数的设置习惯。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的车内环境自动调节装置,其特征在于,
