本发明户外电子设备的进一步改进在于,所述延伸板的端部向内部弯折形成安装翼板,所述安装翼板上开设有第二螺纹孔,所述背板的四周贴设于所述安装翼板上并开设有与所述第二螺纹孔相对应的第二连接孔,通过连接螺钉穿设所述第二连接孔并螺合于所述第二螺纹孔以紧固连接所述背板和所述安装翼板。
本发明户外电子设备的进一步改进在于,所述外壳的侧部和背部形成有散热翅片。
本发明户外电子设备的进一步改进在于,还包括密闭的电子盒,所述电子盒内装设有与所述显示模组连接的电子件,所述电子盒的背部可拆卸地罩设有另一散热模组。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明提供了一种户外电子设备,为电子设备提供了一种新型的散热方式,既包括密闭型的传导散热,通过外壳进行热交换散热,又包括开放型的通风散热,通过在外壳的背部上罩设外罩体,外罩体和外壳的背部之间形成了散热空间,该散热空间与外部连通,而后通过设置在外罩体上的散热风扇形成散热气流,对外壳的背部进行散热,以提高电子设备的散热效果。本发明的户外电子设备通过密闭的外壳确保了内部的空气洁净度,从而确保显示模组的显示效果和使用寿命,通过设置散热模组,利用低温的外界空气对外壳的背部进行快速的降温,提高降温散热效果,且还能避免外界空气中灰尘的污染问题。下面结合附图对本发明户外电子设备进行说明。
如图1和图2所示,本发明提供了一种户外电子设备包括密闭的外壳11、设于外壳11内的显示模组12、以及可拆卸地罩设于外壳11的背部113的散热模组20,散热模组20包括与外部连通的外罩体21和装设在外罩体21上的散热风扇22。通过散热风扇22将外部的冷空气送入到外罩体21内,再经由外罩体21排出到外部,从而在外罩体21内形成了散热气流,该散热气流对外壳11的背部113进行散热,外壳11的背部113通过热交换对内部的显示模组12进行散热,本发明的户外电子设备具有较好的散热效果,也具有较好的显示效果。由于采用密闭的外壳11,能够确保外壳11内部的空气洁净度,避免灰尘对显示模组的显示效果的影响,还保证了显示模组的使用寿命。散热模组20的设置增加了外壳11的散热效果,提高了对显示模组的散热能力。
作为本发明的一较佳实施方式,外罩体21包括与外壳11的背部113正对设置的背板211,背部211上装设有散热风扇22,散热风扇22的出风 口正对外壳11的背部113设置。背板211与外壳11的背部113正对设置,背板211与外壳11的背部113之间留设有间距,即在外罩体21和外壳11的背部113之间形成有散热空间24。散热风扇22的出风口正对外壳11的背部113设置,使得散热风扇22吹进的风直接吹向外壳11的背部113,直接对外壳11的背部113进行降温,由于外罩体21与外部连通,吹进的风对外壳11的背部113降温后,被排出到外罩体21的外部,在散热空间24内形成了散热气流,提高了散热效果。由于将背板211正对背部113设置,散热风扇22的出风口也正对背部113设置,使得由散热风扇22吹入的风能很快地从外罩体21与外部的连通处排出,散热气流的流动路径较短,从散热风扇22进入的风从与外罩体21上的连通口排出,而未在整个散热空间24进行循环流动,提高了风循环的速度,进而加快了外壳11的背部113的降温速度,提高了散热效果。
在第一实施例中,如图1和图2所示,背板211的四周形成有安装折边212,安装折边212的端部与外壳11的侧部可拆卸地连接。更进一步地,该安装折边212上开设有与外部连通的连通口213。具体地,安装折边212包括形成于背板211端部的倾斜段和形成于该倾斜段末端的竖直段,竖直段贴设设备本体10的侧部并与该侧部可拆卸地连接,倾斜段上开设有多个连通口213,通过连通口213将散热空间24内的空气排出。背板211上装设有多个散热风扇22,散热风扇22呈设定间距间隔设置,散热风扇22的进风口置于背板211的背面,散热风扇22置于散热空间24内。该散热模组20的散热原理为:散热风扇22将外界的冷空气送入到散热空间24内,且散热风扇22送入的冷空气直接吹向外壳11的背部113,对外壳11的背部113进行降温处理,由散热风扇22送入的冷空气对外壳11的背部113降温后通过安装折边212上的连通口213排出至外部,进而散热风扇22源源不断地送入新的冷空气,冷空气对外壳11的背部113降温后快速的从连通口213排出,形成了循环的冷却散热气流。
结合图3所示,外壳11的侧部112开设有第一螺纹孔1121,安装折边212的端部贴设于外壳11的侧部112并开设有与第一螺纹孔1121相对应的第一连接孔214,通过连接螺钉23穿设第一连接孔214并螺合于第一螺纹孔1121以紧固连接安装折边212和设备本体10的侧部。通过连接螺钉23实现安装折边212可拆卸地连接在设备本体10上,使得散热模组20的拆装均方便,在散热模组20内部沉积的灰尘较多时,可以将散热结构 拆卸下来进行清洗,也可以方便地更换新的散热结构。
在第一实施例中,如图1和图2所示,外壳11的前部111为显示玻璃,侧部112和背部113为散热板,具有较好的导热性能。散热板与显示玻璃之间、散热板之间均密封连接,形成密闭的外壳11。外壳11通过侧部112和背部113处的散热板实现热交换散热。在外壳11内形成有密闭空间,显示模组12装设在密闭空间内且靠近显示玻璃的一侧设置。在外壳11内还设有位于显示模组12和外壳11的背部113之间的电子件13,电子件13与显示模组12连接,为显示模组12提供显示控制。该电子件13为装设在固定板上或开放盒体内的PCB板卡、PC、电源和开关电器等。显示模组12包括有安装框和装设在安装框内的多个功能板,功能板包括有灯板、液晶面板、扩散板和光学膜片。显示模组12用于显示播放户外广告。
作为本发明的一较佳实施方式,在背部113和侧部112表面形成有散热翅片14,散热翅片14间隔地设于背部113和侧部112的内表面和外表面,用于提高散热板的散热效果。
如图4和图6所示,显示了本发明户外电子设备的第二实施例,在第二实施例中,显示模组12和电子盒15为分体式结构,显示模组12设于密闭的外壳11内,电子盒15也为密闭结构。相应地,在装设有显示模组12的外壳11的背部114和电子盒15的背部均装设有可拆卸的散热模组20。散热模组20的连接方式也与第一实施例的不同。如图4所示,外罩体21包括与外壳11的背部113正对设置的背板211,该背板211上装设有散热风扇22,散热风扇22的出风口正对外壳11的背部113设置,外壳11的侧部112凸伸出外壳11的背部113形成延伸板115,延伸板115与背板211可拆卸地连接。更进一步地,延伸板115上开设有与外部连通的连通口,使得外罩体21内的空气可以通过连通口排出至外部。
如图4所示,外壳11的前部111为显示玻璃,侧部112为侧板,背部113为散热板,侧板的前端向内弯折形成包边,该包边贴设在显示玻璃的侧部,侧板与显示玻璃封连接,侧板与散热板密封连接,侧板与显示玻璃和散热板围合形成一密闭空间,在密闭空间内装设显示模组12,该显示模组12靠近显示玻璃的一侧设置。显示模组12包括有安装框和装设在安装框内的多个功能板,功能板包括有灯板、液晶面板、扩散板和光学膜片。显示模组12用于显示播放户外广告。
结合图5所示,侧板的后端凸伸出外壳11的背部113形成延伸板115,延伸板115的末端向内部弯折形成安装翼板116,安装翼板116上开设有第二螺纹孔117,背板211的四周贴设在安装翼板116上并开设有与第二螺纹孔117相对应的第二连接孔215,通过连接螺钉23穿设第二连接孔215并螺合于第二螺纹孔117以紧固连接背板211和安装翼板116。通过连接螺钉23实现背板211可拆卸地连接在设备本体10上,使得散热模组20的拆装均方便,在散热模组20内部沉积的灰尘较多时,可以将散热结构拆卸下来进行清洗,也可以方便地更换新的散热结构。
在第二实施例中,背板211、延伸板115和外壳11的背部113围合形成散热空间24,散热风扇22的进风口置于背板211的背面,散热风扇22置于散热空间24内,散热风扇22的出风口正对背部113设置。该散热模组20的散热原理为:散热风扇22将外界的冷空气送入到散热空间24内,且散热风扇22送入的冷空气直接吹向外壳11的背部113,对外壳11的背部113进行降温处理,由散热风扇22送入的冷空气对外壳11的背部113降温后通过延伸板115上的连通口排出至外界,进而散热风扇22源源不断地送入新的冷空气,冷空气对外壳11的背部113降温后快速的从连通口排出,形成了循环的冷却散热气流。由于将背板211正对背部113设置,散热风扇22的出风口正对背部113设置,使得由散热风扇22吹入的风能很快地从外罩体21与外部的连通处排出,散热气流的流动路径较短,从散热风扇22进入的风从与外罩体21上的连通口排出,而未在整个散热空间24进行循环流动,提高了风循环的速度,进而加快了外壳11的背部113的降温速度,提高了散热效果。
如图6所示,电子盒15为密闭型结构,电子盒15内装设有与显示模组12连接的电子件,为显示模组12提供显示控制。该电子件为装设在固定板上或开放盒体内的PCB板卡、PC、电源和开关电器等。电子盒15的背部为散热板,在电子盒15的背部可拆卸地罩设有散热模组20,通过散热模组20为电子盒15进行散热。电子盒15上连接有侧板151,侧板151设于电子盒15的四周,该侧板151的末端向内弯折形成安装翼板152,该安装翼板152与电子盒15背部的导热板之间形成有一设定间距,在侧板151上开设有与外界空气连通的连通口。散热模组20包括背板211和装设在背板211上的散热风扇22,背板211和散热板之间形成有散热空间24,背板211的四周贴设在安装翼板152上,并通过连接螺钉23实现背板211 与安装翼板152的连接紧固。
在第二实施例中,散热板上与背板211相对的表面形成有散热翅片,以提高散热效果。
本发明户外电子设备的散热过程为:
电子设备中的显示模组产生的热量,如图1中所示的箭头方向,从显示玻璃的一侧向背部的散热板的一侧传递,电子设备中的热量可经过背部的散热板和侧部的散热板进行热交换传递,以实现对电子设备的降温。在背部的散热板处的热量经散热板与散热空间内的空气进行热交换散热,该散热空间内通过散热风扇形成有散热气流,散热风扇所形成的散热气流的方向如图1中所示的箭头方向,从背板的外部向内部吹入,而后经过散热空间侧部的连通口排出至外界,散热风扇直接吹向背部的散热板,对散热板直接降温,达到较好的降温效果。
本发明户外电子设备的有益效果为:
具有双重散热功能,结合了密闭型的传导散热和开放型的风循环散热,即散热板的热交换散热和散热模组的开放式风循环散热,该风循环散热直接作用于背部的散热板,加快散热板的降温速度,提高电子设备的降温效果。
电子设备采用密闭结构,能够确保内部空气的洁净度,为显示模组提供良好的工作环境,避免灰尘等对显示模组显示效果的影响,确保了显示模组的使用寿命。
散热模组中的背板与外壳的背部正对设置,且散热风扇的出风口也与背部正对设置,缩短了风循环的路径,加快了风循环的速率,能够快速的送入外界新的冷空气,提高降温的效果,加快降温速度。
以上结合附图实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域中普通技术人员可根据上述说明对本发明做出种种变化例。因而,实施例中的某些细节不应构成对本发明的限定,本发明将以所附权利要求书界定的范围作为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种户外电子设备,包括密闭的外壳以及设于所述外壳内的显示模组,其特征在于,一散热模组可拆卸地罩设于所述外壳的背部,所述散热模组包括与外部连通的外罩体和装设于所述外罩体的散热风扇。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的户外电子设备,其特征在于,所述外罩体包括与所述外壳的背部正对设置的背板,所述背板上装设有所述散热风扇,所述散热风扇的出风口正对所述外壳的背部设置。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的户外电子设备,其特征在于,所述背板的四周形成有安装折边,所述安装折边的端部与所述外壳的侧部可拆卸地连接。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的户外电子设备,其特征在于,所述安装折边上开设有与外部连通的连通口。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的户外电子设备,其特征在于,所述外壳的侧部开设有第一螺纹孔,所述安装折边的端部贴设于所述外壳的侧部并开设有与所述第一螺纹孔相对应的第一连接孔,通过连接螺钉穿设所述第一连接孔并螺合于所述第一螺纹孔以紧固连接所述安装折边和所述外壳的侧部。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的户外电子设备,其特征在于,所述外壳的侧部凸伸出所述外壳的背部形成延伸板,所述延伸板与所述背板可拆卸地连接。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的户外电子设备,其特征在于,所述延伸板上开设有与外部连通的连通口。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的户外电子设备,其特征在于,所述延伸板的端部向内部弯折形成安装翼板,所述安装翼板上开设有第二螺纹孔,所述背板的四周贴设于所述安装翼板上并开设有与所述第二螺纹孔相对应的第二连接孔,通过连接螺钉穿设所述第二连接孔并螺合于所述第二螺纹孔以紧固连接所述背板和所述安装翼板。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的户外电子设备,其特征在于,所述外壳的背部和侧部形成有散热翅片。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的户外电子设备,其特征在于,还包括密闭的电 子盒,所述电子盒内装设有与所述显示模组连接的电子件,所述电子盒的背部可拆卸地罩设有另一散热模组。
