一种与高层办公大楼集成的全自动垂直立体车库 技术领域
本发明涉及一种高效新型立体车库的机械结构,具体来说是一种与高层办公大楼集成的全自动垂直立体车库,尤其在于进取车辆全自动方面做的更加人性化。
背景技术
随着经济的高速发展,都市汽车数量剧增,而人类的生活,生产方式趋向集中,人们在城市里的生存空间越来越小,“停车难”的问题越来越突出,于是出现了要利用空间的理念建立立体车库的设计构想被提出并开始建设。
随着汽车数量的剧增,停车场有了长足的发展,由平面停车向立体车库,由简单的机械车库计算机管理高度自动化的现代立体停车车库演变,成为具有较强的实用性、观赏性和适应城市环境的建筑。但目前市场上现有的立体车库存在一些问题,如噪音大,影响附近居民造价较高;自动化程度低,取车等候时间过长等弊端,无法满足人们日益增长的物质文化生活水平的需求。
技术问题
本发明克服了现有立体车库机构结构和自动化设计的不足,针对传统立体车库载机械机构和人性化方面的问题,提出了一种与高层办公大楼集成的全自动垂直立体车库。
问题的解决方案
技术解决方案
本发明的核心结构是将电梯升降运动机构,车辆全自动横移机构,车辆自动识别***相结合。车辆进车时:车辆行驶进入地下停车库,停放在停车位上,车轮位于停车位上的梳齿形位置上,通过停车位前方的车辆自动识别***自动识别该车辆上设备内特有编码,判断该车辆的信息,再通过计算机自动判断停靠楼层。计算机通过单片机控制电梯,电梯门打开,再在梭车电机的驱动力作用下,通过位于载车厢上的车辆全自动横移机构将车辆移进载车厢内,再在电梯 电机的驱动力作用下,电梯升降运动机构将载车厢移动到该用户停靠楼层。载车厢停止后,再在梭车电机的驱动力作用下,通过位于载车厢上的车辆全自动横移机构将车辆移进用户停车间内。车辆出车时:用户可通过在车辆内直接遥控控制车辆平移出库,通过电梯,到达地下停车库的停车位。本发明立体车库是集单元楼,停车库,人,轿车和电梯为一体,实现了载人轿车全自动存车停放在用户楼层停车间的功能,也实现了载人轿车从住宅楼层全自动出车到达地面的功能。
发明的有益效果
有益效果
相对于传统的立体车库,本发明结构将车库与每栋单元楼结合,占用的空间更小;简化了电梯整体结构,降低造价;通过车辆自动识别***,实现真正的全自动化,让工作者在车辆中就可以直接进入楼层的停车间,在人性化设计方面极为突出,人车同时入库,停车与上下电梯结为一体,节省了设计,方便了用户。

发明实施例
本发明的实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步说明。
如图1所示,立体车库位于高层办公大楼之间,电梯升降运动机构5由前后两侧的若干固定支座固定在各自一侧的单元楼楼体上,机构内设有载车厢3,方便载人 轿车开出或进入相应的楼层。
如图2所示,电梯垂直运动机构5由电梯电机6提供相应的驱动力,将载车厢3带到相应的楼层。
如图3所示,车辆行驶到梳齿结构8上,梭车在梭车电机8的驱动力作用下,进入载车厢3,或者从载车厢3进入停车间2。
如图4所示,车辆行驶到梳齿结构8上,车辆自动识别***7立即自动识别该车辆的信息,然后确定该车辆应该停靠楼层。
车辆进车时:车辆行驶进入地下停车库,停放在停车位上,车轮位于停车位上的梳齿形位置,通过停车位前方的车辆自动识别***自动识别该车辆上设备内特有编码,判断该车辆的信息,再通过计算机自动判断停靠楼层。计算机通过单片机控制电梯,电梯门打开,再在梭车电机的驱动力作用下,通过位于载车厢上的车辆全自动横移机构将车辆移进载车厢内,再在电梯电机的驱动力作用下,电梯垂直运动机构将载车厢移动到该工作者停靠楼层。载车厢停止后,再在梭车电机的驱动力作用下,通过位于载车厢上的车辆全自动横移机构将车辆移进用户停车间内。
车辆出车时:工作者可通过遥控在车辆内直接控制车辆平移出库,通过电梯,到达地下停车库的停车位。
应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应该视为本发明的保护范围。本实施例中未明确的各组成的部分均可用现代技术加以实现。

  1. 一种与高层办公大楼集成的全自动垂直立体车库,其特征在于:包括高层办公大楼、电梯升降运动机构、车辆全自动横移机构、车辆自动识别***、载车厢、载人轿车组成。所述的高层办公大楼的每一层办公房间中均设有一间单独的停车房间,该停车间正好设置在电梯垂直运动机构输运载车厢的停靠位置,用于工作者停放轿车。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种与高层办公大楼集成的全自动垂直立体车库,其特征在于:所述的车辆自动识别***是被设置在地下停车位旁边,通过无线通信和信息交换,自动识别该车辆属于哪个办公区;所述的电梯升降运动机构是被设置在高层办公大楼之间,在电机驱动力的作用下,装有人和轿车的载车厢作垂直升降运动到达办公的对应楼层位置;所述的车辆全自动横移机构是被设置在载车厢内,在电机驱动力的作用下,载有人和轿车的梳齿结构载车板作直线平移运动完成在高层办公大楼的存车和取车动作。
