Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de pièces moulées par injection comprenant deux matériaux différents pour produire des semelles (10) pour des chaussures à lamelle et semelle intercalaire, le premier et le deuxième matériau étant injectés dans un même moule (6) comprenant une première empreinte (6a) et une deuxième empreinte (6b) qui, en étant insérés successivement dans une matrice (6c), positionnent des évidements dans lesquels sont injectés la lamelle et la semelle intercalaire, la production étant effectuée sur des machines de type carrousel (2), le carrousel (2) comprenant trois stations (2a, 2b, 2c) ; la production des semelles (10) est réalisée en trois tours du carrousel (2) selon les modes suivants : au premier tour, la lamelle est extraite dans la première station (2a) ; au deuxième tour, la semelle intercalaire est injectée dans la première station (2a) ; au troisième tour, la semelle complète (10) est injectée dans la troisième station (2c) et la lamelle de la semelle suivante (10) est injectée ; afin de produire une semelle complète (10) tous les deux tours du carrousel (2).
