图1是根据本发明一个实施例的基于洗衣机的洗衣服务提供方法的流程图。
在本发明的实施例中,洗衣机可以通过服务器与洗衣服务终端进行无线通信。
如图1所示,该基于洗衣机的洗衣服务提供方法包括:
S101,洗衣机接收用户输入的洗衣服务请求,并将洗衣服务请求发送至服务器。
具体地,用户可以通过设置在洗衣机壳体上的显示屏,如TFT(Thin Film Transistor, 薄膜金属晶体管)屏、普通APP(Application,应用程序)显示屏等,输入洗衣服务请求。
具体而言,启动洗衣机的TFT屏,使其进入如图2所示的显示界面,用户可以根据TFT屏上显示的无线连接(如WIFI)模块的状态,判断洗衣机是否连接到服务器,如果洗衣机连接到服务器,则用户可以通过触摸TFT屏上的“洗衣服务”按键输入洗衣服务请求,进而可由洗衣机向服务器发送洗衣服务请求。
S102,服务器根据洗衣服务请求生成洗衣服务方信息,并将洗衣服务方信息发送至洗衣机。
具体地,服务器可以根据接收到的洗衣服务请求获取与洗衣机所在位置属于同一区域(如同城)的所有洗衣服务方信息。
可选地,洗衣服务方信息可以包括但不限于洗衣服务方的名称、地址、评分、联系方式等。
可以理解,服务器根据洗衣服务请求生成的洗衣服务方信息是实时的,即当增加一个洗衣服务方时,服务器会更新获取的洗衣服务方信息。
S103,洗衣机接收洗衣服务方信息,并在洗衣机的显示屏显示,以供用户选择洗衣服务方和输入洗衣服务预约信息。
具体地,洗衣机接收洗衣服务方信息后,在显示屏上可以通过列表式显示多个洗衣服务方信息,也可以是将多个洗衣服务方信息显示在地图上。
可以理解,洗衣机在向服务器发送用户输入的洗衣服务请求时,服务器可以获取洗衣机的位置信息,进而根据洗衣机的位置信息显示洗衣服务方信息,如洗衣机所在位置周围预设距离(如1.5千米)内的所有洗衣服务方信息。由此,可以方便用户做出选择,以及便于洗衣服务方上门服务,节省服务时间。
其中,洗衣机的位置信息可以是用户输入的,也可以是通过洗衣机内部的GPS对洗衣机进行定位得到的,还可以是通过洗衣机对应的IP地址得到的。
进一步地,用户可以根据显示屏显示的多个洗衣服务方信息选择一个较满意(如距离近且评分高)的洗衣服务方,并点击进入该洗衣服务方对应的预约界面,以使用户以在该预约界面填写具体的洗衣服务预约信息。
可选地,洗衣服务预约信息可以包括但不限于待清洗衣物的材质、数量,取待清洗衣物的地址、时间,以及用户的联系电话等。
S104,服务器接收洗衣服务预约信息,并将洗衣服务预约信息发送至与用户选择的洗衣服务方对应的洗衣服务终端。
S105,洗衣服务终端接收洗衣服务方针对洗衣服务预约信息输入的反馈信息,并根据反馈信息生成接单信息。
具体地,用户所选择的洗衣服务方对应的洗衣服务终端接收到用户的洗衣服务预约信息,并以订单的形式显示在该洗衣服务终端,洗衣服务方可以对该订单进行处理,以生成对应的接单信息,即确认接单信息或放弃接单信息。
S106,洗衣机接收洗衣服务终端通过服务器发送的接单信息,并在显示屏显示。
具体地,如果用户所选择的洗衣服务方对用户的洗衣服务预约信息反馈的是确认接单信息,则在洗衣机的显示屏显示确认接单信息,如“对方已接单,请等待!”。
进一步地,如果用户所选择的洗衣服务方对用户的洗衣服务预约信息反馈的是放弃接单信息,则在洗衣机的显示屏显示放弃接单信息,如“对方放弃接单,请选择其他商家!”。
需要说明的是,由于一些原因,如洗衣服务方负责接单的洗衣服务终端没电,而导致用户的洗衣服务预约未能及时处理,当等待时间超过预设时间,如半个小时,洗衣机的显示屏仍未显示是否接单,则洗衣机的显示屏可以显示如“接单失败,请重新预约”的提示。
可以理解,针对用户的洗衣服务预约信息进行处理的一般是人,也就是说,洗衣服务预约信息的处理并不一定是实时性的,即洗衣服务终端不一定会即时反馈接单信息。因此,在用户输入洗衣服务预约信息后的一定时间(如半个小时)内,如果洗衣机接收到确认接单信息或放弃接单信息,则洗衣机可以对用户进行语音提示。
另外,在本发明的一个实施例中,洗衣机还可以保存用户选择的洗衣服务方信息,特别是确认接单的洗衣服务方信息,以便用户选择。

    所述洗衣机接收所述洗衣服务方信息,并在所述洗衣机的显示屏显示,以供所述用户选择洗衣服务方和输入洗衣服务预约信息;
    所述服务器接收所述洗衣服务预约信息,并将所述洗衣服务预约信息发送至与所述用户选择的洗衣服务方对应的洗衣服务终端;
    所述洗衣服务终端接收洗衣服务方针对所述洗衣服务预约信息输入的反馈信息,并根据洗衣服务方输入的反馈信息生成接单信息;

  4. 如权利要求1所述的基于洗衣机的洗衣服务提供方法,其特征在于,所述洗衣服务请求包括所述洗衣机的位置信息,所述洗衣服务提供方法还包括:
    所述服务器根据所述位置信息生成所述洗衣机周围预设距离内的洗衣服务方信息。
  5. 一种基于洗衣机的洗衣服务提供***,其特征在于,包括洗衣机、服务器和洗衣服务终端,所述洗衣机通过服务器与洗衣服务终端进行无线通信,其中,
    所述洗衣机用于接收用户输入的洗衣服务请求,并将所述洗衣服务请求发送至所述服务器;
    所述服务器用于根据所述洗衣服务请求生成洗衣服务方信息;
    所述洗衣机还用于接收所述洗衣服务方信息,并在所述洗衣机的显示屏显示所述洗衣服务方信息,以供所述用户选择洗衣服务方和输入洗衣服务预约信息;
    所述服务器还用于接收所述洗衣服务预约信息,并将所述服务预约信息发送至与所述用户选择的洗衣服务方对应的洗衣服务终端;
    所述洗衣服务终端用于接收所述洗衣服务方针对所述洗衣服务预约信息输入的反馈信息,并根据所述洗衣服务方输入的反馈信息生成接单信息;
    所述洗衣机还用于接收所述洗衣服务终端通过所述服务器发送的接单信息,并在所述显示屏显示。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的基于洗衣机的洗衣服务***,其特征在于,所述洗衣服务预约信息包括待清洗衣物的材质、数量,以及取所述待清洗衣物的时间和地点。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的基于洗衣机的洗衣服务***,其特征在于,所述接单信息包括确认接单信息和放弃接单信息,其中,所述洗衣机还用于在所述接单信息为放弃接单信息时,获取洗衣服务方信息,并在所述显示屏显示,以供所述用户针对其他洗衣服务方输入洗衣服务预约信息。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的基于洗衣机的洗衣服务提供***,其特征在于,所述洗衣服务请求包括所述洗衣机的位置信息,所述服务器还用于根据所述位置信息生成所述洗衣机周围预设距离内的洗衣服务方信息。
  9. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,包括:
    第一接收单元,用于接收用户输入的洗衣服务请求;
    第一发送单元,用于将所述洗衣服务请求发送至服务器,以使所述服务器根据所述洗衣服务请求生成洗衣服务方信息;
    第二接收单元,用于接收所述洗衣服务方信息,并在洗衣机的显示屏上显示所述洗衣服务方信息,以供所述用户选择洗衣服务方和输入洗衣服务预约信息;
    第三接收单元,用于接收所述用户选择的洗衣服务方和针对所述洗衣服务方输入的洗衣服务预约信息;
    第二发送单元,用于将所述洗衣服务预约信息通过所述服务器发送至所述洗衣服务方对应的洗衣服务终端,以供所述洗衣服务终端接收所述洗衣服务方针对所述洗衣服务预约信息输入反馈信息,并根据所述反馈信息生成接单信息;
    第四接收单元,用于接收所述洗衣服务终端通过所述服务器发送的所述接单信息。
  10. 如权利要求9所述洗衣机,其特征在于,所述洗衣服务预约信息包括待清洗衣物的材质、数量,以及取所述待清洗衣物的时间和地点。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述接单信息包括确认接单信息和放弃接单信息,其中,所述第二接收单元还用于在所述接单信息为放弃接单信息时,获取洗衣服务方信息,并在所述显示屏显示,以供所述用户针对其他洗衣服务方输入洗衣服务预 约信息。
  12. 如权利要求9所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述洗衣服务请求包括所述洗衣机的位置信息,以使所述服务器根据所述位置信息生成所述洗衣机周围预设距离内的洗衣服务方信息。
