本发明属于化工领域,具体涉及一种增白型的化纤助剂。
背景技术
随着化纤产品的更新换代,各类聚酯废料的回收成为了非常紧迫的问题,而普通的回收工艺中采用的前处理剂由于存在分解能力不强、对纤维损失大、分散能力差、以及得到的成品化纤白度不够,导致不能有效回收处理这些废料从而得不到质量优质的化纤产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,现提供一种增白型的化纤助剂。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种增白型的化纤助剂,其创新点在于,按照重量份数包括以下组分:高效除油剂10-35份,退浆粉5-25份,淀粉酶1-7份,精炼剂2-20份,螯合分散剂10-40份,氧漂稳定剂15-35份,枧油5-25份,荧光增白剂2-18份,丝光渗透剂1-13份,酒石酸10-25份。
进一步的,按照重量份数包括以下组分:高效除油剂15-30份,退浆粉10-20份,淀粉酶2-5份,精炼剂5-15份,螯合分散剂15-30份,氧漂稳定剂20-30份,枧油10-30份,荧光增白剂5-15份,丝光渗透剂2-10份,酒石酸15-22份。
进一步的,按照重量份数包括以下组分:高效除油剂22份,退浆粉15份,淀粉酶4份,精炼剂10份,螯合分散剂22份,氧漂稳定剂25份,枧油20份,荧光增白剂10份,丝光渗透剂6份,酒石酸18份。
本发明的有益效果如下:本发明的提高化纤白度的化纤助剂不仅能有效的提高化纤产品的白度,而且能够高效去除聚酯废料中的油脂,该助剂还具备较强的耐碱性、渗透性及乳化能力。上述组合物在一起使用能够起到协同增效的作用,特别适合于聚酯废料的前处理工艺,从而能够获得高白度的优质的化纤产品。

一种增白型的化纤助剂,按照重量份数包括以下组分:高效除油剂22份,退浆粉15份,淀粉酶4份,精炼剂10份,螯合分散剂22份,氧漂稳定剂25份,枧油20份,荧光增白剂10份,丝光渗透剂6份,酒石酸18份。
实施例2
一种增白型的化纤助剂,按照重量份数包括以下组分:高效除油剂15份,退浆粉12份,淀粉酶3份,精炼剂6份,螯合分散剂18份,氧漂稳定剂22份,枧油12份,荧光增白剂6份,丝光渗透剂4份,酒石酸17份。
实施例3
一种增白型的化纤助剂,按照重量份数包括以下组分:高效除油剂28份,退浆粉18份,淀粉酶4份,精炼剂15份,螯合分散剂30份,氧漂稳定剂25份,枧油24份,荧光增白剂12份,丝光渗透剂8份,酒石酸19份。
本发明的提高化纤白度的化纤助剂不仅能有效的提高化纤产品的白度,而且能够高效去除聚酯废料中的油脂,该助剂还具备较强的耐碱性、渗透性及乳化能力。上述组合物在一起使用能够起到协同增效的作用,特别适合于聚酯废料的前处理工艺,从而能够获得高白度的优质的化纤产品。

  1. 一种增白型的化纤助剂,其特征在于,按照重量份数包括以下组分:高效除油剂10-35份,退浆粉5-25份,淀粉酶1-7份,精炼剂2-20份,螯合分散剂10-40份,氧漂稳定剂15-35份,枧油5-25份,荧光增白剂2-18份,丝光渗透剂1-13份,酒石酸10-25份。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种增白型的化纤助剂,其特征在于,按照重量份数包括以下组分:高效除油剂15-30份,退浆粉10-20份,淀粉酶2-5份,精炼剂5-15份,螯合分散剂15-30份,氧漂稳定剂20-30份,枧油10-30份,荧光增白剂5-15份,丝光渗透剂2-10份,酒石酸15-22份。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种增白型的化纤助剂,其特征在于,按照重量份数包括以下组分:高效除油剂22份,退浆粉15份,淀粉酶4份,精炼剂10份,螯合分散剂22份,氧漂稳定剂25份,枧油20份,荧光增白剂10份,丝光渗透剂6份,酒石酸18份。
