本发明公开了一种提高化纤韧性的助剂,按照重量份由以下原料组成:退浆粉10~20份、淀粉酶2~5份、氨纶精炼剂JL‑90型5~15份、螯合分散剂15~30份、荧光增白剂5~15份、丝光渗透剂2~10份、耐碱渗透剂2~10份。本发明具有良好的耐腐蚀耐酸碱性,能够起到协同增效的作用,特别适合于聚酯废料的前处理工艺,从而能够获得优质的化纤产品。

本发明涉及化纤领域,具体是一种提高化纤韧性的助剂。
背景技术
随着化纤产品的更新换代,各类聚酯废料的回收成为了非常紧迫的问题,而普通的回收工艺中采用的前处理剂由于存在分解能力不强、对纤维损失大、分散能力差等诸多问题,导致不能有效回收处理这些废料从而得不到质量优质的化纤产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种提高化纤韧性的助剂,解决上述技术缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种提高化纤韧性的助剂,按照重量份由以下原料组成:退浆粉10~20份、淀粉酶2~5份、氨纶精炼剂JL-90型5~15份、螯合分散剂15~30份、荧光增白剂5~15份、丝光渗透剂2~10份、耐碱渗透剂2~10份。
上述一种提高化纤韧性的助剂,按照重量份由以下原料组成:退浆粉10~18份、淀粉酶2~4份、氨纶精炼剂JL-90型5~14份、螯合分散剂15~28份、荧光增白剂5~14份、丝光渗透剂2~8份、耐碱渗透剂2~8份。
上述一种提高化纤韧性的助剂,按照重量份由以下原料组成:退浆粉15份、淀粉酶3份、氨纶精炼剂JL-90型8份、螯合分散剂22份、荧光增白剂10份、丝光渗透剂6份、耐碱渗透剂6份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明具有良好的耐腐蚀耐酸碱性,能够起到协同增效的作用,特别适合于聚酯废料的前处理工艺,从而能够获得优质的化纤产品。

一种提高化纤韧性的助剂,按照重量份由以下原料组成:退浆粉20份、淀粉酶5份、氨纶精炼剂JL-90型15份、螯合分散剂30份、荧光增白剂15份、丝光渗透剂10份、耐碱渗透剂10份。
实施例3
一种提高化纤韧性的助剂,按照重量份由以下原料组成:退浆粉15份、淀粉酶3份、氨纶精炼剂JL-90型8份、螯合分散剂22份、荧光增白剂10份、丝光渗透剂6份、耐碱渗透剂6份。
本发明具有良好的耐腐蚀耐酸碱性,能够起到协同增效的作用,特别适合于聚酯废料的前处理工艺,从而能够获得优质的化纤产品。
