具体实施方式
在下文的讨论中,给出了细节以便提供对本发明更为彻底的理解。然而,本领域技术人员可以了解,本发明可以无需一个或多个这些细节而得以实施。在特定的示例中,为了避免与本发明发生混淆,对于本领域公知 的一些技术特征未进行详尽地描述。需要说明的是,本文中所使用的术语“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”以及类似的表述只是为了说明的目的,并非限制。
为解决上述技术问题,根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种集装箱用汽车运输架,集装箱100包括侧壁、底板和顶板。集装箱用汽车运输架包括两对立柱10、横向支撑杆40、前轮固定架30和后轮固定架20。如图1中所示,一对立柱10、一根横向支撑杆40和前轮固定架30可装配为用于承载车辆的前轮的前轮运输架1;而另一对立柱10、另一根横向支撑杆40和后轮运输架2可装配为用于承载车辆的后轮的后轮运输架2。
参考图1,两对立柱10用于设置在集装箱100内,并抵靠侧壁和底板。立柱10具有连接部,连接部用于连接前轮固定架30或后轮固定架20。横向支撑杆40可调节地连接在一对立柱10的顶部之间,以使得立柱10抵靠侧壁。而前轮固定架连接在一对立柱10之间,并经由位于该一对立柱10上的连接部相对于立柱10能够上下移动。后轮固定架20则连接在另一对立柱10之间,并经由位于该另一对立柱10上的连接部相对于立柱10能够上下移动。
其中,两对立柱10中的每个、横向支撑杆40、前轮固定架30和后轮固定架20彼此可拆卸地安装。
根据本发明的集装箱用汽车运输架,结构简单、自重轻,两对立柱中的每个、横向支撑杆、前轮固定架和后轮固定架彼此可拆卸地安装。由此拆卸后的各部件便于运输和存放,能够充分利用集装箱内宽,提高运输的装箱数量。
由此,集装箱用汽车运输架可拆分成多个独立的部件,拆卸后可大大节约空间,根据不同情况,每台40’HC集装箱100可以装60-80套集装箱用汽车运输架。
转到图2,可选地,立柱10包括位于立柱10顶部的顶部联接部14和位于立柱10底部的底部联接部15,横向支撑杆40连接一对立柱10的顶部联接部14,底部联接部15用于连接底板。
此外,在图示实施方式中,立柱10包括第一立柱11和第二立柱12,第一立柱11可伸缩地套设在第二立柱12中,第一立柱11和第二立柱12中的任一者的长度小于集装箱100内部宽度,这便于控制打包尺寸,提高回收运输架时集装箱100装箱率。
在图示实施方式中,连接部为设置在第二立柱12上并相对于第二立柱 12能够上下移动的轴套13,轴套13包括套设在第二立柱12上的轴套本体131和沿轴套本体131的径向突出的突出部132。
在图示实施方式中,第二立柱12上设置有一排定位孔121,用于改变轴套13(连接部)的位置,进而改变连接在立柱10上的前(后)轮固定架的高度。即,第二立柱12上可设置有定位孔121,轴套13通过穿过定位孔121的销轴与第二立柱12固定。
进一步地,顶部联接部14位于第一立柱11的顶端,而底部联接部15位于第二立柱12的底端。此外,顶部联接部14和底部联接部15分别具有仿形板,仿形板具有与侧壁的波纹相同的形状。
具体地,顶部联接部14可包括顶部槽钢144和与顶部槽钢144连接的顶部仿形板141。如图2所示,顶部仿形板141与顶部槽钢144可使用固定螺栓连接,顶部槽钢144与第一立柱11焊接。调整顶部仿形板141的箱内位置可以粗调第一立柱11(立柱10)的位置,而调整顶部仿形板141与顶部槽钢144(通过螺栓)之间的位置可以微调立柱10的位置。由此,设置在第一立柱11顶部的顶部仿形板141可对立柱10有效限位。
此外,顶部仿形板141上还可设置有缺口,用于防止与标箱绳环(未示出)干涉。并且顶部联接部14的顶部槽钢144上还设置有绳环143,以用于连接手动葫芦(作为车辆移动设备的示例)。
而底部联接部15可包括底部槽钢152和与底部槽钢152联接的底部仿形板151。底部槽钢152预留有与集装箱地板连接的自攻钉孔。
本发明的集装箱用汽车运输架实现了将具有与集装箱100的波纹板大致相同的形状的仿形板与立柱10结合,通过与立柱10连接的仿形板可以调整立柱10在集装箱100内的位置以满足装载不同车辆的尺寸,仿形板外形与集装箱100侧板大致相同,由此可简单有效的限制立柱10位置,仿形板与立柱10通过螺栓连接,从而可对两者之间的相对位置进行微调,并且立柱10通过螺钉(自攻钉)固定在集装箱100底板上。
综上,一套集装箱用汽车运输架的四根立柱10的结构相同,因而各立柱具有通用和互换性。
现将参考图3和图4描述前轮固定架30和后轮固定架20。
以后轮固定架20为例,如图3所示,后轮固定架20包括形成凹槽的后轮固定架第一横梁21a和后轮固定架第二横梁21b,以及连接后轮固定架第一横梁21a和后轮固定架第二横梁21b的后轮固定架连接梁22,后轮固定架连接梁22上设置有用于与轴套配合的配合部。在图示实施方式中, 后轮固定架20上的配合部为通孔23。
同样地,如图4所示,前轮固定架30包括形成凹槽的前轮固定架第一横梁31a和前轮固定架第二横梁31b,以及连接前轮固定架第一横梁31a和前轮固定架第二横梁31b的前轮固定架连接梁32,前轮固定架连接梁32上设置有用于与轴套配合的配合部。
可选地,对于前轮固定架30而言,配合部为具有滑块孔331的滑块33,滑块33设置在前轮固定架连接梁32上,并沿垂直于前轮固定架第一横梁31a和前轮固定架第二横梁31b的方向相对于前轮固定架连接梁32能够移动。进一步,前轮固定架连接梁32上设置有用于固定滑块33的固定件。在图示实施方式中,前轮固定架连接梁32由C型钢制成,滑块33在该C型钢中能够滑动,而C型钢的上翼板设置有固定孔34,固定销轴35可延伸穿过该固定孔34,以阻止滑块33的滑动。
此外,顶部联接部14具有向上的开口(圆孔142),横向支撑杆40具有用于延伸进入开口的连接件,例如,连接件可以为锥形。可选地,横向支撑杆40包括长度调节机构,以用于调节横向支撑杆40的长度。进一步地,横向支撑杆40包括第一杆41和第二杆42,长度调节机构为连接在第一杆41和第二杆42之间的正反丝43。而用于延伸进入顶部联接部14以与顶部联接部14连接的连接件为设置在第一杆41上的第一杆连接件411和设置在第二杆42上的第二杆连接件421。
由此,横向支撑杆40的锥形的连接件(即第一杆连接件411和第二杆连接件421)可延伸进入到立柱10内,通过正反丝43使横向支撑杆40在集装箱的宽度方向延长,以使得立柱10的仿形板与集装箱100侧板紧密贴合,从而对立柱10进行有效的横向、纵向支撑。
可选地,还包括底部轮胎固定架50,底部轮胎固定架50与一对立柱10通过定位销连接,用于防止下层车辆的移动,底部轮胎固定架50构造为整体式固定架或分离式固定架。底部轮胎固定架50与立柱10可以用定位销连接,能够调节相对位置适应不同轮距的轿车。
可选地,整体式固定架包括沿车辆的长度方向设置的第一支架51a和第二支架51b,以及设置在第一支架51a和第二支架51b之间的轮胎固定支架。轮胎固定支架可包括用于与第一支架51a或第二支架51b连接的轮胎固定支架连接件52、两个用于阻止轮胎移动的轮胎止动部53以及连接在两个轮胎止动部53之间的连接梁54。
如图6所示,第一支架51a与第二支架51b平行设置,并且轮胎固定 支架能够相对于第一支架51a和第二支架51b移动,第一支架51a和第二支架51b可以与上文所述的底部联接部15的底部槽钢152连接,由此可将左右布置的一对立柱10的底部连接为整体,从而形成底部支撑。
而如图7所示的分离式轮胎固定架60可以与图6示出的整体式固定架配合使用,当然,也可全部单独使用分离式轮胎固定架60以固定集装箱100底面上停放的下层车辆。
如图8所示,由于集装箱用汽车运输架的各部件之间均为可拆卸地连接,便于运输、存放,拆卸后的存放长度小于2300mm,由此可充分利用集装箱100内宽,提高运输集装箱用汽车运输架时的装箱数量。即使包括4个立柱10、1个前轮固定架30、1个后轮固定架20、2个顶部横向支撑杆40和底部轮胎固定支架的集装箱用汽车运输架,单套总重量也不超过400KG。
现将参考图9至11描述安装以及使用根据本发明的集装箱用汽车运输架装运车辆的过程。先将第一立柱11套入第二立柱12内,按照预定位置调整下端的第二立柱12的槽钢与仿形板的相对位置,并将两者用固定螺栓连接。在如上所述组装每个立柱10后,将左右对称的两对立柱10按照预定位置放入集装箱100内,使各个立柱10的仿形板与集装箱100的侧板贴合。然后,将前轮固定架30和后轮固定架20分别与立柱10的轴套13固定。最后,将横向支撑杆40的锥形的连接件(即第一杆连接件411和第二杆连接件421)***相对布置的左右立柱10的第一立柱11的顶部内,再将第一立柱11抬升到预定位置,然后将第一立柱11与第二立柱12用固定销锁定,调整正反丝43使得横向支撑杆40紧密地靠立柱10。如此,根据本发明的集装箱用汽车运输架已经安装完成。
如图9所示,将第一汽车201驶入前轮运输架1和后轮运输架2下停稳,从集装箱100的端门101倒车进入集装箱100中,并且第一汽车201的前轮和后轮分别地承载在前轮固定架30和后轮固定架40上。
如图3、4和图10所示,使用手动葫芦将载有第一汽车201的前轮固定架30和后轮固定架40抬升到预定高度,并可使用诸如捆绑带的紧固件固定前车轮与前轮固定架30以及后车轮与后轮固定架40。
需要说明的是,在图示实施方式中,期望前轮固定架30被抬升的高度高于后轮固定架40被抬升的高度,这是由于常规的车辆的发动机、变速器等重量较大的部件位于车辆的前部,使得车辆的重心在前部,而如果将前轮低于后轮,在运输途中的加速或减速可能导致车辆受惯性作用向前,即 朝向前轮的方向倾斜向下冲出集装箱用汽车运输架。
因此,为了配合上述车辆抬升过程中的倾斜,在抬升过程中,后轮固定架40绕与其连接的轴套相对于立柱10转动,而前轮固定架30也绕与其连接的轴套相对于立柱10转动。并且,由于第一汽车201的轴距(或者,前轮与后轮之间的距离)是固定的,当前轮与后轮不在同一水平面时,前轮固定架30靠近后轮固定架40移动,即,在图示实施方式中,前轮固定架30的滑块孔331与轴套的突出部连接而相对于立柱10固定,而前轮固定架30相对于滑块33靠近后轮固定架40移动。而待前轮固定架30和后轮固定架40升到预定高度后,可安装固定销,防止滑块33继续滑动。
如图6和图11所示,底部轮胎固定架可以与立柱10连接,并将第二汽车202驶入到预定位置,使用诸如常规的绑带之类的拴固件对第二汽车202进行拴固,从而完成2台汽车的装载。
如图12所示,后两台车可重复前述操作,完成40HC集装箱100装载包括第三汽车203和第四汽车204的共计4台汽车。整个操作过程不需要叉车,2至4人即可完成。
根据本发明的另一方面,还提供了一种集装箱100,其包括上述的集装箱用汽车运输架。例如,如图13所示,一台40HC集装箱100可包括2套集装箱用汽车运输架,以装载4台汽车,或包括1套集装箱用汽车运输架,以装载3台大尺寸汽车。并入上文所述,在装载前可根据车型提前计算仿形板、立柱10、前轮运输架1和后轮运输架2各自的位置。
除非另有定义,本文中所使用的技术和科学术语与本发明的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施目的,不是旨在限制本发明。本文中出现的诸如“部件”等术语既可以表示单个的零件,也可以表示多个零件的组合。本文中出现的诸如“安装”、“设置”等术语既可以表示一个部件直接附接至另一个部件,也可以表示一个部件通过中间件附接至另一个部件。本文中在一个实施方式中描述的特征可以单独地或与其它特征结合地应用于另一个实施方式,除非该特征在该另一个实施方式中不适用或是另有说明。
本发明已经通过上述实施方式进行了说明,但应当理解的是,上述实施方式只是用于举例和说明的目的,而非意在将本发明限制于所描述的实施方式范围内。本领域技术人员可以理解的是,根据本发明的教导还可以做出更多种的变型和修改,这些变型和修改均落在本发明所要求保护的范围以内。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种集装箱用汽车运输架,所述集装箱包括侧壁、底板和顶板,其中,包括:
    两对立柱,所述两对立柱用于设置在所述集装箱内,并抵靠所述侧壁和所述底板,所述立柱具有连接部;
    横向支撑杆,所述横向支撑杆可调节地连接在一对所述立柱的顶部之间,以使得所述立柱抵靠所述侧壁;
    前轮固定架,所述前轮固定架连接在一对所述立柱之间,并经由所述连接部相对于所述立柱能够上下移动;以及
    后轮固定架,所述后轮固定架连接在另一对所述立柱之间,并经由所述连接部相对于所述立柱能够上下移动;
    其中,所述两对立柱中的每个、横向支撑杆、前轮固定架和后轮固定架彼此可拆卸地安装。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的集装箱用汽车运输架,其中,所述立柱包括位于所述立柱顶部的顶部联接部和位于所述立柱底部的底部联接部,所述横向支撑杆连接一对所述立柱的所述顶部联接部,所述底部联接部用于连接底板。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的集装箱用汽车运输架,其中,所述立柱包括第一立柱和第二立柱,所述第一立柱可伸缩地套设在所述第二立柱中,第一立柱和第二立柱中的任一者的长度小于集装箱内部宽度。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的集装箱用汽车运输架,其中,所述顶部联接部位于所述第一立柱的顶端,所述底部联接部位于所述第二立柱底部联接部的底端。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的集装箱用汽车运输架,其中,所述顶部联接部和所述底部联接部分别具有仿形板,所述仿形板具有与所述侧壁的波纹相同的形状。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的集装箱用汽车运输架,其中,所述顶部联接部设置有绳环,用于连接车辆移动设备。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的集装箱用汽车运输架,其中,所述连接部为设置在所述第二立柱上并相对于所述第二立柱能够上下移动的轴套,所述轴套包括套设在所述第二立柱上的轴套本体和沿所述轴套本体的径向突出的突出部。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的集装箱用汽车运输架,其中,所述第二立柱上设置有定位孔,所述轴套连接部通过穿过所述定位孔的销轴与所述第二立柱固定。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的集装箱用汽车运输架,其中,所述前轮固定架和所述后轮固定架分别包括形成凹槽的第一横梁和第二横梁,以及连接所述第一横梁和所述第二横梁的连接梁,所述连接梁上设置有用于与所述连接部配合的配合部。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的集装箱用汽车运输架,其中,所述配合部为具有孔的滑块,所述滑块设置在所述连接梁上,并沿垂直与所述第一横梁和所述第二横梁的方向相对于所述连接梁能够移动。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的集装箱用汽车运输架,其中,所述连接梁上设置有用于固定所述滑块的固定件。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的集装箱用汽车运输架,其中,所述顶部联接部具有向上的开口,所述横向支撑杆具有用于延伸进入所述开口的连接件。
  13. 根据权利要求2所述的集装箱用汽车运输架,其中,所述横向支撑杆包括长度调节机构,以用于调节所述横向支撑杆的长度。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的集装箱用汽车运输架,其中,所述横向支撑杆包括第一杆和第二杆,所述长度调节机构为连接在所述第一杆和所述第二杆之间的正反丝。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的集装箱用汽车运输架,其中,还包括底部轮胎固定架,所述底部轮胎固定架与所述一对立柱通过定位销连接,用于防止下层车辆的移动,所述底部轮胎固定架构造为整体式固定架或分离式固定架。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的集装箱用汽车运输架,其中,所述整体式固定架包括沿车辆的长度方向设置的第一支架和第二支架,以及设置在所述第一支架和所述第二支架之间的轮胎固定支架。
  17. 一种集装箱,其中,包括根据权利要求1-16中的任一项所述的集装箱用汽车运输架。
