Description
<固定子組立の構成>
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1における固定子組立110の構成を示す斜視図である。図2は、固定子組立110の構成を示す平面図である。固定子組立110は、固定子1と、固定子1に取り付けられた基板5と、基板5に接続されたリード線群7とを備える。
まず、固定子1の構成について説明する。図3は、固定子1の構成を示す平面図である。図4は、固定子1を、図3の矢印IVの方向から見た側面図である。固定子鉄心10は、複数枚の電磁鋼板を軸方向に積層し、かしめ、溶接または接着により互いに固定することによって形成される。
図2に示すように、固定子鉄心10に取り付けられた基板5(第1の基板51および第2の基板52)には、リード線群7が取り付けられている。リード線群7は、3本の電源リード線71と、5本のセンサリード線72とを有する。
図6は、コイル2u,2v,2wの巻線パターンを説明するための模式図である。説明の便宜上、固定子1の9つのティース12を、図中時計回り方向に、ティース12a,12b,12c,12d,12e,12f,12g,12h,12iと称する。上述した電源供給端子41u,41v,41wは、それぞれ、ティース12a,12d,12gに対応する位置に形成されているが、これらの位置に限定されるものではない。
以下では、第1の基板51および第2の基板52の構成について説明する。なお、ここでは、U相、V相およびW相のコイル2u,2v,2wが図3および図6に示したように配置されていることを前提として説明するが、コイル2u,2v,2wの配置は任意に変更することができ、それに応じて各基板51,52の構成も変更することができる。
図10は、固定子1を含む電動機100(モールド電動機とも称する)の外観形状を示す斜視図である。図11は、電動機100の構成を示す部分断面図である。電動機100は、固定子1を含む固定子組立110と、固定子組立110を覆うモールド樹脂13と、固定子1の内側に回転自在に配置された回転子8とを備えている。
電動機100の製造工程は、次の通りである。まず、電磁鋼板の積層体で構成した固定子鉄心10に熱可塑性樹脂を一体に成形するか、または予め成形した熱可塑性樹脂を組み付けることにより、インシュレータ3を形成する。さらに、固定子鉄心10のティース12a~12iに、インシュレータ3を介して、図6に示したようにコイル2u,2v,2wを巻き付ける。これにより、固定子1が完成する。
次に、本実施の形態の電動機100を備えた空気調和装置300について説明する。図12は、空気調和装置300の構成例を示す図である。空気調和装置300は、室外機301と、室内機302と、これらを接続する冷媒配管303とを備える。
以上説明したように、本発明の実施の形態1では、固定子1に取り付けられる基板5が第1の基板51と第2の基板52とに分割され、第1の基板51が第1の電源供給配線(例えば電源供給配線6u)を有し、第2の基板52が第2の電源供給配線(例えば電源供給配線6w)を有する。そのため、電源供給端子41u,41v,41wが互いに離れて配置されている場合でも、各基板51,52を小さく構成することができる。従って、基板母材からの基板51,52の取り数を多くすることができ、製造コストを低減することができる。
次に、本発明の実施の形態2について説明する。図13(A)は、実施の形態2の固定子組立111を示す平面図である。この実施の形態2では、第1の基板51および第2の基板52上に配置される基板押さえ部材9を用いて、第1の基板51と第2の基板52とを連結する。
基板押さえ部材(連結部材)9は、軸方向に直交する面内で骨組み状に延在する複数のリブ90と、リブ90から固定子1と反対側(図1における上側)に突出する複数の突起92とを有する。基板押さえ部材9は、例えばPBT等の樹脂で形成されている。
この実施の形態2の電動機の製造工程では、第1の基板51および第2の基板52を個別に固定子1に取り付け、その後、第1の基板51および第2の基板52の上に基板押さえ部材9を取り付ける。このとき、図13(B)に示すように基板押さえ部材9の各保持部91(フック部93)が第1の基板51および第2の基板52を保持し、これにより第1の基板51および第2の基板52を連結する。なお、第1の基板51および第2の基板52に基板押さえ部材9を取り付けて一体化した後に、固定子1に取り付けるようにしてもよい。
以上説明したように、本発明の実施の形態2では、基板押さえ部材9を用いて第1の基板51と第2の基板52とを連結するため、第1の基板51と第2の基板52とをより強固に一体化させることができる。そのため、第1の基板51および第2の基板52の固定子1に対する取り付け位置精度および剛性を向上し、電動機の性能を向上することができる。
次に、本発明の実施の形態3について説明する。図15は、実施の形態3の基板501の構成を示す平面図である。上述した実施の形態1の基板5は、第1の基板51と第2の基板52とに分割されていた。これに対し、実施の形態3の基板501は、第1の基板51と第2の基板52とに分割され、さらに第1の基板51が基板51A,51Bに分割されている。
基板51A(第1の基板)は、U相の電源供給配線6uおよび端子挿入穴5uを含む部分として構成されている。基板51B(第3の基板)は、V相の電源供給配線6vおよび端子挿入穴5vを含む部分として構成される。また、基板51Aは、固定子1のピン33a(図2)に係合する係合穴5aを有し、基板51Bは、固定子1のピン33b(図2)に係合する係合穴5bを有しする。
