- the rear door 50 may be arranged to close the rear seat outlet of the vehicle and open the air passage P5 such that the harmonized air does not flow to the rear seat of the vehicle. That is, the rear door 50 guides the air flowing from the second passage B to the first passage A along the air passage P5 when the air passage P5 is opened. This principle will be described in detail later with reference to FIG. 7.
- the side door 44 rotates between the air passage P5 and the front floor discharge port 25 and selectively opens and closes them. That is, the side door 44 may be arranged to close the air passage P5 and open the front floor discharge port 25 so that harmonized air is discharged through the front floor discharge port 25.
- the rear door 50 and the side door 44 may partially open the discharge ports and the air passages P5 by adjusting the opening degree.

Claims (20)
- 공기유입구(21,22)가 마련된 공조케이스(20);상기 공기유입구(21,22)를 통해 유입된 공기를 조화(conditioning)시키기 위해, 상기 공조케이스(20) 내에 배치된 냉각용 열교환기(30) 및 가열용 열교환기(31);상기 공조케이스(20)의 내부공간을 제 1 통로(A)와 제 2 통로(B)로 분할하도록 마련되는 격벽;공기가 차량의 창유리 방향으로 토출되도록 마련된 디프로스트(defrost) 토출구(23), 공기가 차량의 전석 상부 방향으로 토출되도록 마련된 프런트벤트(front-vent) 토출구(24) 및 공기가 차량의 전석 하부방향으로 토출되도록 마련된 프런트 플로어(front-floor) 토출구(25)로 구성된 차량의 전석 토출구;공기가 차량의 후석 방향으로 토출되도록 마련된 차량의 후석 토출구를 포함하는 차량용 공조장치에 있어서,상기 제 1 통로(A)는 상기 격벽의 상부에 위치하여 상기 디프로스트 토출구(23)와 상기 프런트벤트 토출구(24)와 연통되고,상기 제 2 통로(B)는 상기 격벽의 하부에 위치하여 상기 프런트플로어 토출구(25) 및 상기 후석 토출구와 연통되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 공조장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 후석 토출구는,상기 제 2 통로(B)와 연통되어 상기 격벽의 하측에 형성되고, 공기가 차량의 후석 상부 방향으로 토출되는 리어벤트 토출구(26) 및상기 제 2 통로(B)와 연통되어 상기 격벽의 하측에 형성되고, 공기가 차량의 후석 하부 방향으로 토출되도록 마련된 리어플로어 토출구(27)를 포함하는 차량용 공조장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 격벽은,상기 공조케이스(20)의 내부공간을 제 1 통로(A)와 제 2 통로(B)로 구획하되, 상기 제 1, 2 유입구(21, 22)와 상기 냉각용 열교환기(30) 사이에 위치되는 제 1 격벽(40);상기 냉각용 열교환기(30)와 가열용 열교환기(31) 사이에 위치되는 제 2 격벽(42) 및상기 가열용 열교환기(31)와 공조케이스(20)의 내벽 사이에 위치되는 제 3 격벽을 포함하는 차량용 공조장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 제 1 격벽(40)은,내기 또는 외기가 각각 상기 공조케이스(20) 내부로 유입될 수 있도록 상기 공기유입구(21,22)를 제 1 유입구(21) 및 상기 제 1 유입구(21)의 하부에 위치하는 제 2 유입구(22)로 분리시키는 차량용 공조장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 냉각용 열교환기(30) 또는 가열용 열교환기(31)는,상기 공기유입구(21,22)에서 유입되는 공기의 방향에 수직으로 배치되는 차량용 공조장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 공조케이스(20)는,내부에 가열용 열교환기(31)의 공기 유로에 후방 측으로 제 2 통로(B)와 제 1 통로(A)가 연통되는 공기통로(P5)가 마련되고,상기 제 3 격벽은,상기 제 1 통로(A)와 상기 제 2 통로(B)의 사이 공기통로(P5)를 개폐하는 수단을 포함하는 차량용 공조장치.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,상기 제 3 격벽은,상기 공기 통로(P5)와 프런트플로어 토출구(25)를 선택적으로 개폐하는 사이드도어(44)와,상기 공기 통로(P5)와 리어벤트 토출구(26)를 선택적으로 개폐하는 리어도어(50)를 포함하는 차량용 공조장치.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,상기 공기 통로(P5)는,상기 리어도어(50)와 사이드도어(44) 중 적어도 어느 하나에 의해 개방되어 상기 제 2 통로(B)의 일부 공기가 적어도 상기 제 1 통로(A)로 유동되는 차량용 공조장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 프런트플로어 토출구(25)와 상기 후석 토출구는 차폭 방향으로 동일 선상에 배치되는 차량용 공조장치.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,상기 제 1 통로(A)는, 전석의 독립공조를 위해 좌측통로(A1) 및 우측통로(A2)로 구획되고,상기 제 2 통로(B)는, 리어벤트 토출구(26)와 연통된 중앙통로(B1) 및 상기 중앙통로(B1)의 양측에 배치되고 프런트플로어 토출구(25)와 연통된 한 쌍의 사이드통로(B2)로 구획되는 차량용 공조장치.
- 청구항 10에 있어서,상기 사이드도어(44)는,사이드통로(B2)와 제 1 통로(A) 사이의 공기통로, 또는 프런트플로어 토출구(25)를 선택적으로 개폐하는 차량용 공조장치.
- 청구항 11에 있어서,상기 사이드도어(44)는,사이드통로(B2)와 제 1 통로(A) 사이의 공기통로, 및 프런트플로어 토출구(25)의 사이에 회동가능하게 배치되는 차량용 공조장치.
- 청구항 10에 있어서,상기 리어도어(50)는,중앙통로(B1)와 제 1 통로(A) 사이의 공기통로, 또는 리어벤트 토출구(26)를 선택적으로 개폐하는 차량용 공조장치.
- 청구항 13에 있어서,상기 리어도어(50)는,중앙통로(B1)와 제 1 통로(A) 사이의 공기통로, 및 리어벤트 토출구(26)의 사이에 회동가능하게 배치되는 차량용 공조장치.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,상기 제 2 격벽(42)의 상부에 위치되고, 냉각용 열교환기(30)를 통과한 공기가 가열용 열교환기(31)를 통과하거나 바이패스하도록 유로를 조절하는 제 1 도어(46) 및상기 제 2 격벽(42)의 하부에 위치되고, 냉각용 열교환기(30)를 통과한 공기가 가열용 열교환기(31)를 통과하거나 바이패스하도록 유로를 조절하는 제 2 도어(48)를 포함하는 차량용 공조장치.
- 청구항 15에 있어서,상기 제 1 도어(46) 또는 상기 제 2 도어(48)는,제 2 격벽(42)과 공조케이스(20)의 내벽 사이에서 이동이 가능하도록 설치되어, 일측이 제 2 격벽(42)에 접하는 경우, 냉각용 열교환기(30)를 통과한 공기는 가열용 열교환기(31)를 바이패스하는 차량용 공조장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 공조케이스(20)의 수평방향으로 기준선(L)이 마련되고,상기 냉각용 열교환기(30) 및 상기 가열용 열교환기(31)는 상기 공조케이스(20)의 수직방향으로 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 공조장치.
- 청구항 17에 있어서,상기 기준선(L)을 따라 상기 제 1 격벽(40), 제 2 격벽(42) 및 제 3 격벽이 순차적으로 배치되는 차량용 공조장치.
- 청구항 17에 있어서,상기 제 1 통로(A)는, 상기 공조케이스(20) 내부에서 상기 기준선(L)의 상부에 위치되고,상기 제 2 통로(B)는, 상기 공조케이스(20) 내부에서 상기 기준선(L)의 하부에 위치되는 차량용 공조장치.
- 청구항 17에 있어서,상기 기준선(L)을 중심으로 상기 디프로스트 토출구(23) 및 프런트벤트 토출구(24)는 상부에 위치되며, 상기 프런트플로어 토출구(25), 리어벤트 토출구(26) 및 리어플로어 토출구(27)는 하부에 위치되는 차량용 공조장치.
