Description
また、特許文献2には、メデトミジン及びスピロイミダゾリンからなる群から選ばれるキュプリス型フジツボ内での神経信号の伝達に影響を与える物質と、藻類抑制物質とを組み合わせた海洋生物付着を防止する方法に関する技術が記載されている。
更に、特許文献3には、金属塩結合含有共重合体と、4,5-ジクロロ-2-n-オクチル-4-イソチアゾロン-3-オンと、2-ピリジンチオール-1-オキシド亜鉛と酸化チタンとを含有する防汚塗料組成物が記載されている。
特許文献1では、金属結合含有共重合体やシリルエステル共重合体といった加水分解型樹脂とメデトミジンとを組み合わせて優れた静置防汚性を発揮する技術に関する記載があり、特許文献2においてもメデトミジンと藻類抑制物質との併用で優れた海洋生物付着防止に関する記載はあるが、より長期間において高い防汚性を発揮する技術に関するものではない。
特許文献3では、塗膜の消耗度を抑制しつつも優れた防汚性を有する防汚塗料に関する技術であるが、6ヶ月程度の静置防汚性維持は可能であるが更に長期間において優れた防汚性を維持するためには改良の余地があった。
本発明の要旨は以下のとおりである。
[1] 金属エステル基を含有する加水分解性重合体(A)、酸化亜鉛(B)、及び
メデトミジン(C)含有し、固形分中の酸化亜鉛(B)の含有量が27~60質量%、好ましくは27~58質量%、より好ましくは27~55質量%であることを特徴とする防汚塗料組成物。
[2] 前記金属エステル基が、下記式(1)で表される、前記[1]に記載の防汚塗料組成物。
(式(1-1)中、R11はそれぞれ独立に、末端エチレン性不飽和基を含有する1価の基、好ましくは末端エチレン性不飽和基を含有する脂肪族不飽和モノカルボン酸からカルボキシ基を除いた基又は末端エチレン性不飽和基を含有する脂肪族不飽和ジカルボン酸から1つのカルボキシ基を除いた基、より好ましくは末端エチレン性不飽和基を含有する脂肪族不飽和モノカルボン酸からカルボキシ基を除いた基、更に好ましくはアクリル酸、メタクリル酸、(メタ)アクリロイルオキシアルキルカルボン酸からカルボキシ基を除いた基を示し、Mは銅又は亜鉛、好ましくは亜鉛を示す。)

[8] 防汚塗料組成物が、有機防汚剤(D)として銅ピリチオン及び亜鉛ピリチオンよりなる群から選択される少なくとも1種を含有する、前記[1]~[7]のいずれか1つに記載の防汚塗料組成物。
[9] 防汚塗料組成物の固形分中の有機防汚剤(D)の含有量が、1~50質量%、好ましくは1.5~45質量%、更に好ましくは2~40質量%である、前記[1]~[8]に記載の防汚塗料組成物。
[10] 防汚塗料組成物の固形分中の亜酸化銅(E)の含有量が、10質量%以下、好ましくは5質量%以下、より好ましくは1質量%以下、更に好ましくは0.5質量%以下であり、より更に好ましくは実質的に含有しない、前記[1]~[9]のいずれか1つに記載の防汚塗料組成物。

なお、以下の説明において、「(メタ)アクリル酸」及び「(メタ)アクリレート」は、それぞれアクリル酸又はメタクリル酸、及びアクリレート又はメタクリレートを意味する。
[防汚塗料組成物]
本発明の防汚塗料組成物(以下、単に「塗料組成物」ともいう。)は、金属エステル基を含有する加水分解性重合体(A)、酸化亜鉛(B)、及びメデトミジン(C)含有し、固形分中の酸化亜鉛(B)の含有量が27~60質量%であることを特徴とする。
本発明によれば、長期にわたって水生生物に対して高い防汚性が維持され、耐ダメージ性に優れた防汚塗膜を形成できる防汚塗料組成物が提供される。
特許文献1~3に記載された防汚塗料組成物では、主に有機防汚剤の溶失によると考えられる防汚性低下の傾向があり、長期にわたって防汚性を維持することが困難であった。更に、耐ダメージ性が十分ではなく、特に防汚塗膜を厚膜とした場合には防汚塗膜がダメージを受け、結果として防汚性を長期にわたって発揮できないという問題があった。本発明の防汚塗料組成物は、金属エステル基を含有する加水分解性重合体(A)、酸化亜鉛(B)、及びメデトミジン(C)含有し、固形分中の酸化亜鉛(B)の含有量を27~60質量%とすることで、長期にわたって防汚性が維持され、耐ダメージ性に優れた防汚塗膜を形成できる防汚塗料組成物が提供されることを見出したものである。
以下、本発明の防汚塗料組成物が含有する各成分について詳述する。
本発明の防汚塗料組成物は、金属エステル基を含有する加水分解性重合体(A)(以下、単に加水分解性重合体(A)ともいう。)を含有する。
ここで、「金属エステル基」とは、金属と有機酸とにより形成される塩であり、金属とカルボン酸とが結合することにより生成した基であることが好ましい。また、後述する「多価金属エステル基」又は「2価金属エステル基」とは、多価金属又は2価金属と有機酸とが結合することにより生成した基を指す。
金属エステル基としては多価金属エステル基が好ましく、下記式(1)で表される2価金属エステル基が更に好ましい。
式(1)中、Mは2価の金属であり、上述した金属の中から、2価金属を適宜選択して用いることができる。これらの中でも、ニッケル、銅、及び亜鉛等の第10~12族の金属が好ましく、銅、及び亜鉛がより好ましく、亜鉛が更に好ましい。
式(1)における*は結合位置を表し、任意の基、好ましくは任意の有機基に連結していることを示す。
同様に、下記式(1-2)で表される重合性化合物に由来する構成単位を有する重合体(A2)は、下記式(1-2)で表される重合性化合物を単量体成分として使用して得てもよいし、カルボキシ基を有する重合体を得た後に、金属エステル化することで得てもよく、特に限定されないが、製造の容易性の観点から、下記式(1-2)で表される重合性化合物を単量体成分として使用して、重合体(A2)を得ることが好ましい。
以下の説明において、下記式(1-1)で表される重合性化合物を単量体(a1-1)、下記式(1-2)で表される基を有する重合性単量体を単量体(a1-2)ともいう。また、単量体(a1-1)及び単量体(a1-2)を総称して、単量体(a1)ともいう。
R11としては、末端エチレン性不飽和基を含有する不飽和脂肪族基であることが好ましく、前記不飽和脂肪族基は、炭素鎖内にエステル結合、アミド結合、エーテル結合を有していてもよい。R11として具体的には、アクリル酸(2-プロペン酸)、メタクリル酸(2-メチル-2-プロペン酸)、3-ブテン酸、4-ペンテン酸、10-ウンデセン酸、3-(メタ)アクリロイルオキシプロピオン酸、3-(メタ)アクリロイルオキシ-2-メチルプロピオン酸等の末端エチレン性不飽和基を含有する脂肪族不飽和モノカルボン酸から、カルボキシ基を除いた基が例示される。また、イタコン酸等の末端エチレン性不飽和基を含有する脂肪族不飽和ジカルボン酸から、1つのカルボキシ基を除いた基が例示される。
これらの中でも、R11としては、末端エチレン性不飽和基を含有する脂肪族不飽和モノカルボン酸からカルボキシ基を除いた基であることが好ましく、アクリル酸、メタクリル酸、(メタ)アクリロイルオキシアルキルカルボン酸からカルボキシ基を除いた基であることがより好ましく、アクリル酸、メタクリル酸からカルボキシ基を除いた基であることが更に好ましい。
式(1-2)中、R22は、末端エチレン性不飽和基を含有しない炭素数1~30の1価の有機基を示す。R22としては、末端エチレン性不飽和基を含有しない、炭素数1~30の肪族炭化水素基、炭素数3~30の脂環式炭化水素基、炭素数6~30の芳香族炭化水素基が例示される。これらの基は、置換基を有していてもよい。該置換基としては、水酸基が例示される。
前記脂肪族炭化水素基は、直鎖状、分岐状のいずれでもよく、また、飽和脂肪族炭化水素基でも、不飽和脂肪族炭化水素基でもよい。なお、R22が不飽和脂肪族炭化水素基であるとき、R22は末端エチレン性不飽和基を含有しない。脂肪族炭化水素基の炭素数は、1~30、好ましくは1~28、より好ましくは1~26、更に好ましくは炭素数1~24である。なお、脂肪族炭化水素基は、更に脂環式炭化水素基や芳香族炭化水素基により置換されていてもよい。
前記脂環式炭化水素基は、飽和脂環式炭化水素基でも、不飽和脂環式炭化水素基でもよい。脂環式炭化水素基の炭素数は、3~30、好ましくは4~20、より好ましくは5~16、更に好ましくは6~12である。なお、脂環式炭化水素基は、更に脂肪族炭化水素基や芳香族炭化水素基により置換されていてもよい。
前記芳香族炭化水素基の炭素数は、6~30、好ましくは6~24、より好ましくは6~18、更に好ましくは炭素数6~10である。なお、芳香族炭化水素基は、更に脂肪族炭化水素基や脂環式炭化水素基により置換されていてもよい。
これらの中でも、好ましくはアビエチン酸、バーサチック酸、ナフテン酸からカルボキシ基を除いた基、より好ましくはアビエチン酸、バーサチック酸からカルボキシ基を除いた基である。
上記式(1-2’)で表される重合性化合物としては、(メタ)アクリル酸(アビエチン酸)亜鉛、(メタ)アクリル酸(バーサチック酸)亜鉛、(メタ)アクリル酸(ナフテン酸)亜鉛、(メタ)アクリル酸(アビエチン酸)銅、(メタ)アクリル酸(バーサチック酸)銅、及び(メタ)アクリル酸(ナフテン酸)銅が例示される。
なお、加水分解性重合体(A)中の各単量体に由来する構成単位の各含有量(質量)の比率は、重合反応に用いる前記各単量体の仕込み量(質量)の比率と同じものとしてみなすことができる。
その他の単量体(a2)としては、エチレン性不飽和基を有する単量体であることが好ましく、具体的には、メチル(メタ)アクリレート、エチル(メタ)アクリレート、n-プロピル(メタ)アクリレート、イソプロピル(メタ)アクリレート、n-ブチル(メタ)アクリレート、イソブチル(メタ)アクリレート、tert-ブチル(メタ)アクリレート、ペンチル(メタ)アクリレート、ヘキシル(メタ)アクリレート、シクロヘキシル(メタ)アクリレート、n-オクチル(メタ)アクリレート、イソオクチル(メタ)アクリレート、2-エチルヘキシル(メタ)アクリレート、3,5,5-トリメチルヘキシル(メタ)アクリレート、ラウリル(メタ)アクリレート、セチル(メタ)アクリレート、ステアリル(メタ)アクリレート、フェニル(メタ)アクリレート、ベンジル(メタ)アクリレート等のアルキル(メタ)アクリレート又はアリール(メタ)アクリレート;
2-メトキシエチル(メタ)アクリレート、2-エトキシエチル(メタ)アクリレート、3-メトキシブチル(メタ)アクリレート、4-メトキシブチル(メタ)アクリレート、3-メトキシ-n-プロピル(メタ)アクリレート、2-プロポキシエチル(メタ)アクリレート、2-ブトキシエチル(メタ)アクリレート、イソブトキシブチルジグリコール(メタ)アクリレート、2-フェノキシエチル(メタ)アクリレート、メトキシポリエチレングリコール(メタ)アクリレート、エトキシポリエチレングリコール(メタ)アクリレート、ブトキシポリエチレングリコール(メタ)アクリレート、フェノキシポリエチレングリコール(メタ)アクリレート等のアルコキシアルキル(メタ)アクリレート;
ヒドロキシメチル(メタ)アクリレート、2-ヒドロキシエチル(メタ)アクリレート、2-ヒドロキシプロピル(メタ)アクリレート、4-ヒドロキシブチル(メタ)アクリレート、及び2-ヒドロキシ-3-フェノキシプロピル(メタ)アクリレート等のヒドロキシアルキル(メタ)アクリレート;
グリシジル(メタ)アクリレート;
オルガノシロキサン基含有(メタ)アクリレート;
スチレン、α-メチルスチレン、酢酸ビニル、安息香酸ビニル、ビニルトルエン、アクリロニトリル、ビニルピリジン、ビニルピロリドン、塩化ビニルなどのビニル化合物等が挙げられる。これら単量体は、単独でも、2種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。
単量体(a2)として、少なくともアルキル(メタ)アクリレートを含有することが好ましく、単量体(a2)中のアルキル(メタ)アクリレートの含有量は、50質量%以上であることが好ましく、70質量%以上であることがより好ましく、90質量%以上であることが更に好ましい。
加水分解性重合体(A)中の単量体(a2)に由来する構成単位の含有量は、全構成単位中、40~99質量%であることが好ましく、70~95質量%であることがより好ましい。
単量体(a1)は、例えば、金属化合物(好ましくは無機金属化合物、具体的には、銅又は亜鉛の酸化物、水酸化物、塩化物、有機酸塩(例えば、酢酸亜鉛等)等)と、メタクリル酸、アクリル酸等の有機酸又はそのエステル化物とを、有機溶剤及び水の存在下で金属塩の分解温度以下で加熱し、撹拌する等の公知の方法で合成することができる。
より具体的には、まず、溶剤と酸化亜鉛等の金属成分とを混合した混合液を50~80℃程度に加温しながら撹拌し、これに、メタクリル酸やアクリル酸等の有機酸又はそのエステル体、及び水等の混合液を滴下し、更に撹拌することにより金属エステル基を有する単量体(a1)を調製する。
次に、新たに用意した反応容器に溶剤を入れ80~120℃程度に加温し、これに前記金属エステル基を有する単量体(a1)、前記その他単量体(a2)、重合開始剤、連鎖移動剤、及び溶剤等の混合液を滴下し、重合反応を行うことにより金属エステル基を有する加水分解性重合体(A)を得ることができる。
なお、加水分解性重合体(A)中の各単量体に由来する構造単位の各含有量(質量)の比率は、重合反応に用いる前記各単量体の仕込み量(質量)の比率と同じものとしてみなすことができる。
加水分解性重合体(A)の製造における重合開始剤の使用量は、前記各単量体の合計100質量部に対して2~20質量部が好ましい。
加水分解性重合体(A)の製造において連鎖移動剤を用いる場合、その使用量は、前記各単量体の合計100質量部に対して、好ましくは0.1~5質量部である。
加水分解性重合体(A)の製造において溶剤を用いる場合、その使用量に特に制限はないが、前記各単量体の合計100質量部に対して、好ましくは5~150質量部である。
ポリエステル系重合体(a3-1)としては、酸基を有するポリエステル樹脂が例示される。
ポリエステル系重合体(a3-1)の固形分酸価は、好ましくは30~250mgKOH/g、より好ましくは50~200mgKOH/gである。
ポリエステル系重合体(a3-1)は1以上の多価アルコールと1以上の多価カルボン酸及び/又はその無水物との反応により得られ、任意の種類を任意の量で用いることができ、その組み合わせにより酸価や粘度を調整できる。
ポリエステル系重合体(a3-1)としては、国際公開第2014/010702に記載されているような、3価以上のアルコール(a3-11)と、二塩基酸及び/又はその無水物(a3-12)と、2価のアルコール(a3-13)とを反応させた後、更に脂環式二塩基酸及び/又はその無水物(a3-14)を反応させて得られるものが好適に例示される。
このようなポリエステル系重合体(a3-1)と反応させるモノカルボン酸化合物(F)としては、後述するようなものを用いることができ、中でもロジン類を用いることが好ましく、金属化合物としては、例えば、酸化亜鉛や酸化銅等の金属酸化物を用いることができ、中でも酸化亜鉛を用いることが好ましい。
ポリエステル系重合体(a3-1)と同様に、上記アクリル系重合体(a3-2)と、モノカルボン酸化合物(F)と、金属化合物(好ましくは無機金属化合物、具体的には、銅又は亜鉛の酸化物、水酸化物、塩化物、有機酸塩(例えば、酢酸亜鉛等)等)とを反応させる方法や、上記アクリル系重合体(a3-2)と金属化合物とを反応させる方法により、加水分解性重合体(A)を作製することもできる。
酸価が30mgKOH/g以上であると、加水分解性重合体(A)中の金属含有量が適切であり、防汚性に優れる防汚塗膜が得られるので好ましい。また、酸価が250mgKOH/g以下であると、長期防汚性に優れる防汚塗膜が得られるので好ましい。
加水分解性重合体(A)の数平均分子量(Mn)は、好ましくは500~100,000、より好ましくは700~50,000である。また、加水分解性重合体(A)の重量平均分子量(Mw)は、好ましくは1,000~200,000、より好ましくは1,200~100,000、更に好ましくは3,000~100,000である。
前記数平均分子量(Mn)及び重量平均分子量(Mw)は、ゲルパーミエーショングラフィにより測定し、標準ポリスチレンにて換算することにより求められる。
防汚塗料組成物中の加水分解性重合体(A)の含有量は、本発明における防汚塗料組成物の塗装作業性や表面更新持続性及び耐水性に優れる防汚塗膜を得る観点から、防汚塗料組成物中、好ましくは3~50質量%、より好ましくは5~35質量%、更に好ましくは7~25質量%である。また、加水分解性重合体(A)の含有量は、防汚塗料組成物の固形分中、好ましくは1~50質量%、より好ましくは3~40質量%、更に好ましくは5~35質量%である。
なお、本発明において、加水分解性重合体(A)を2種以上含有する場合、上記の含有量は加水分解性重合体(A)の総含有量としての好ましい範囲であり、後述する各成分についても同様である。
本発明の防汚塗料組成物は、酸化亜鉛(B)を含有する。加水分解性重合体(A)及びメデトミジン(C)と共に酸化亜鉛(B)を特定量用いることにより、乾燥性に優れ、塗膜の耐ダメージ性に優れ、長期間において高い防汚性を維持可能な防汚塗膜を得ることができる。
前記効果は、加水分解性重合体(A)、酸化亜鉛(B)及びメデトミジン(C)それぞれの有する効果の、単なる組み合わせではなく、これらを併用した時に初めて生じる相乗効果である。
本発明の防汚塗料組成物はメデトミジン(C)を含有する。
メデトミジンは、(+/-)-4-[1-(2,3-ジメチルフェニル)エチル]-1H-イミダゾールであり、下記式(2)で表される。
また、メデトミジンの一部又は全部として、イミダゾリウム塩や金属等への付加物を配合してもよく、又は防汚塗料組成物若しくは防汚塗膜中において、イミダゾリウム塩や金属等への付加物を形成していてもよい。
本発明の防汚塗料組成物は必要に応じて、上述の成分に加え、有機防汚剤(D)、亜酸化銅(E)、モノカルボン酸化合物(F)及び/又はその塩、亜酸化銅を除く無機銅化合物(G)、着色顔料(H)、体質顔料(I)、顔料分散剤(J)、可塑剤(K)、タレ止め剤(L)、沈降防止剤(M)、脱水剤(N)、溶剤(O)、その他の樹脂(P)等を含有していてもよい。
以下の、その他任意成分について説明する。
本発明の防汚塗料組成物から形成された防汚塗膜の防汚性を更に向上させるため、本発明の防汚塗料組成物は、有機防汚剤(D)を更に含有することが好ましい。なお、有機防汚剤(D)は、メデトミジン(C)を除く有機防汚剤である。
有機防汚剤(D)としては、例えば、銅ピリチオン及び亜鉛ピリチオン等の金属ピリチオン類、4,5-ジクロロ-2-n-オクチル-4-イソチアゾリン-3-オン(別名:DCOIT)、4-ブロモ-2-(4-クロロフェニル)-5-(トリフルオロメチル)-1H-ピロール-3-カルボニトリル(別名:トラロピリル)、ピリジントリフェニルボラン、4-イソプロピルピリジンジフェニルメチルボラン、N,N-ジメチル-N’-(3,4-ジクロロフェニル)尿素(別名:ジウロン)、N-(2,4,6-トリクロロフェニル)マレイミド、2,4,5,6-テトラクロロイソフタルニトリル、2-メチルチオ-4-tert-ブチルアミノ-6-シクロプロピルアミノ-1,3,5-トリアジン(別名:シブトリン)、ビスジメチルジチオカルバモイルジンクエチレンビスジチオカーバメート(別名:ポリカーバメート)、クロロメチル-n-オクチルジスルフィド、N,N’-ジメチル-N’-フェニル-(N-フルオロジクロロメチルチオ)スルファミド(別名:ジクロフルアニド)、テトラアルキルチラウムジスルフィド(別名:TMTD)、ジンクジメチルジチオカーバメート(別名:ジラム)、ジンクエチレンビスジチオカーバメート、2,3-ジクロロ-N-(2’,6’-ジエチルフェニル)マレイミド、2,3-ジクロロ-N-(2’-エチル-6’-メチルフェニル)マレイミドなどが挙げられる。有機防汚剤(D)は、1種単独で使用してもよく、2種以上を併用してもよい。
銅ピリチオン及び亜鉛ピリチオンは下記式(3)で表される。
また、本発明の防汚塗料組成物は、有機防汚剤(D)として、銅ピリチオン及び亜鉛ピリチオンよりなる群から選択される少なくとも1種に加え、更に、銅ピリチオン及び亜鉛ピリチオンを除く有機防汚剤を含有することも好ましい。
本発明の組成物は、更に亜酸化銅(E)を含有してもよい。
亜酸化銅(E)の平均粒子径は3~30μm程度のものが長期防汚性を発揮する上で好ましい。
また、亜酸化銅(E)はグリセリン、ステアリン酸、ラウリン酸、ショ糖、レシチン、鉱物油等によって表面処理されているものが、貯蔵時の長期安定性の点で好ましい。
亜酸化銅の市販品としては、NC-301(日進ケムコ(株)製)、NC-803(日進ケムコ(株)製)、Red Copp97N Premium(AMERICAN CHEMET Co.製)、Purple Copp(AMERICAN CHEMET Co.製)、LoLoTint97(AMERICAN CHEMET Co.製)などが挙げられる。
本発明の防汚塗料組成物の固形分中の亜酸化銅(E)の含有量は、好ましくは10質量%以下、より好ましくは5質量%以下、更に好ましくは1質量%以下、より更に好ましくは0.5質量%以下であり、実質的に亜酸化銅(E)を含有しないことが特に好ましい。なお、実質的に亜酸化銅(E)を含有しないとは、亜酸化銅(E)を意図的に添加していないことを意味し、不純物として少量の亜酸化銅(E)が存在することを排除するものではない。
なお、亜酸化銅の含有量が上記範囲内であると、暗赤色の亜酸化銅の含有量が少なく、防汚塗料組成物の彩色の選択の幅が広がり、また、色相が鮮明で変色の少ない防汚塗膜が得られる点でも好ましい。
本発明の防汚塗料組成物は、モノカルボン酸化合物(F)及び/又はその金属エステルを含有することが好ましい。
本発明においてモノカルボン酸化合物(F)及び/又はその金属エステルは、形成される防汚塗膜の水中での表面からの更新性を向上させ、その防汚塗膜が防汚剤を含む場合はその水中への放出の促進による防汚性向上を促進させ、更には防汚塗膜に適度な耐水性を付与するものである。
モノカルボン酸化合物(F)としては、ガムロジン、ウッドロジン、トール油ロジン等のロジン、水添ロジン、不均化ロジン等のロジン誘導体などが挙げられ、その他のモノカルボン酸化合物としては、脂肪族又は脂環式のモノカルボン酸が挙げられる。その他のモノカルボン酸化合物の具体例としては、トリメチルイソブテニルシクロヘキセンカルボン酸、ナフテン酸、バーサチック酸、ステアリン酸、サリチル酸などが挙げられる。これらは1種単独で用いてもよく、2種以上を併用してもよい。
モノカルボン酸化合物(F)は、金属エステルを形成していてもよく、亜鉛エステルや銅エステルが例示される。金属エステルは、防汚塗料組成物の作製前に予め形成されていてもよく、防汚塗料組成物作製時に他の塗料成分との反応により形成されてもよい。
本発明の防汚塗料組成物から形成される防汚塗膜の防汚性を更に向上させるために、亜酸化銅(E)を除く無機銅化合物(G)を更に含有してもよい。無機銅化合物としては、例えば、チオシアン酸銅、キュプロニッケル等が挙げられる。無機銅化合物(G)は、1種単独で使用してもよく、2種以上を併用してもよい。
本発明の防汚塗料組成物から形成される防汚塗膜の色調を調節したり、任意の色調を付与する観点から、本発明の防汚塗料組成物は着色顔料(H)を含有してもよい。
着色顔料(H)としては、公知の有機系又は無機系の各種着色顔料が挙げられる。有機系の着色顔料としては、ナフトールレッド、フタロシアニンブルー等が挙げられる。また、無機系の着色顔料としては、カーボンブラック、ベンガラ(弁柄、赤色酸化鉄)、バライト粉、チタン白、黄色酸化鉄等が挙げられる。着色顔料(H)は、1種単独で使用してもよく、2種以上を併用してもよい。
また、本発明の防汚塗料組成物において、着色顔料(H)と共に、又は着色顔料(H)の代わりに、染料などの、着色顔料(H)を除く着色剤が含まれていてもよい。
本発明の防汚塗料組成物は、得られる防汚塗膜の耐水性や耐クラック性などの塗膜物性の向上を目的として、体質顔料を含有してもよい。
体質顔料(I)としては、例えば、タルク、シリカ、マイカ、クレー、カリ長石、炭酸カルシウム、カオリン、アルミナホワイト、ホワイトカーボン、水酸化アルミニウム、炭酸マグネシウム、炭酸バリウム、硫酸バリウム等が挙げられる。これらの中でも、タルク、シリカ、マイカ、クレー、炭酸カルシウム、カオリン、硫酸バリウム、カリ長石、が好ましい。なお、炭酸カルシウム及びホワイトカーボンは、それぞれ後述する沈降防止剤(M)や艶消し剤としても使用される。体質顔料(I)は、1種単独で使用してもよく、2種以上を併用してもよい。
本発明の防汚塗料組成物が着色顔料や体質顔料を含有する場合、顔料分散性の向上を目的として、本発明の防汚塗料組成物は顔料分散剤(J)を含有してもよい。
顔料分散剤(J)としては、公知の有機系又は無機系の各種顔料分散剤が挙げられる。顔料分散剤としては、脂肪族アミン又は有機酸類(例えば、「デュオミンTDO」(LION(株)製)、「Disperbyk101」(BYK(株)製))が挙げられる。顔料分散剤(J)は、1種単独で使用してもよく、2種以上を併用してもよい。
本発明の防汚塗料組成物は、防汚塗膜に可塑性を付与することを目的として、可塑剤(K)を含有してもよい。
可塑剤(K)としては、例えば、トリクレジルホスフェート(TCP)、ジオクチルフタレート(DOP)、ジイソデシルフタレート(DIDP)等を挙げることができる。これらの可塑剤は、単独でも、2種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。
本発明の防汚塗料組成物が可塑剤(K)を含有する場合、その含有量は塗料組成物の固形分中、0.1~10質量%であることが好ましく、0.5~5質量%であることがより好ましい。可塑剤(K)の含有量が前記範囲内にあると、防汚塗膜の可塑性を良好に保つことができる。
本発明の防汚塗料組成物を用いて基材を塗装する際に、該塗料組成物によるタレの発生を低減する観点から、タレ止め剤(L)(流れ止め剤ともいう)を含有してもよい。
タレ止め剤(L)としては、アマイドワックス、水添ヒマシ油ワックスや、これらの混合物、合成微粉シリカ等が挙げられる。タレ止め剤(L)は、1種単独で使用してもよく、2種以上を併用してもよい。
これらの中でも、タレ止め剤(L)は、アマイドワックス又は合成微粉シリカであることが好ましい。タレ止め剤(L)としてアマイドワックス又は合成微粉シリカを用いると、防汚塗料組成物の貯蔵安定性を向上させることや、防汚塗膜を形成した後、該防汚塗膜上に同種塗料組成物(防汚塗料組成物)又は異種塗料組成物からなる塗膜(上塗塗膜)を形成した場合、該防汚塗膜と上塗塗膜との間の密着性(層間密着性、塗り重ね性)の低下を防ぐことが可能になる。
なお、タレ止め剤(L)の市販品としては、「ディスパロンA630-20X」(楠本化成(株)製)や「ASAT-250F」(伊藤精油(株)製)が挙げられる。
本発明の防汚塗料組成物は、貯蔵中において沈殿物の発生を防止し、また、撹拌性を向上する観点から、沈降防止剤(M)を含有してもよい。
沈降防止剤(M)としては、Al、Ca、又はZnのステアレート、ポリエチレンワックス、酸化ポリエチレン系ワックス等が挙げられる。沈降防止剤(M)は、1種又は2種以上組み合わせて用いることができる。
中でも、沈降防止剤(M)は、酸化ポリエチレン系ワックスであることが好ましい。なお、酸化ポリエチレン系ワックスの市販品としては、「ディスパロン4200-20X」(楠本化成(株)製)が挙げられる。
本発明の防汚塗料組成物は、貯蔵安定性が良好な加水分解性重合体(A)を使用することにより優れた貯蔵安定性を有するが、必要に応じて脱水剤(N)を含有することにより更に優れた長期貯蔵安定性を得ることができる。脱水剤(N)としては、無機系脱水剤として、合成ゼオライト、無水石膏、半水石膏(別名:焼石膏)が例示され、有機系脱水剤として、テトラメトキシシラン、テトラエトキシシラン、テトラブトキシシラン、テトラフェノキシシラン、メチルトリエトキシシラン、ジメチルジエトキシシラン、トリメチルエトキシシラン等のアルコキシシラン類、又はその縮合物であるポリアルコキシシラン類、オルト蟻酸メチル、オルト蟻酸エチル等のオルト蟻酸アルキルエステル類が例示される。脱水剤(N)は、1種単独で使用してもよく、2種以上を併用してもよい。
防汚塗料組成物中のこれらの脱水剤(N)の含有量は、防汚塗料組成物の固形分中、好ましくは0.1~20質量%、より好ましくは0.2~15質量%である。
本発明の防汚塗料組成物は、加水分解性重合体(A)などの分散性を向上させたり、該防汚塗料組成物の粘度を調整することを目的として、必要に応じて、水又は有機溶剤等の溶剤(O)を含有してもよい。なお、本発明の防汚塗料組成物は、溶剤(O)として、加水分解性重合体(A)を調製する際に使用した溶剤を含有してもよいし、加水分解性重合体(A)と必要に応じてその他の成分とを混合する際に、別途添加された溶剤を含有してもよい。溶剤(O)としては、有機溶剤が好ましい。
本発明の防汚塗料組成物には、前述した成分の他に、加水分解性重合体(A)以外のその他の樹脂(P)を配合することができる。これらは、1種単独で用いてもよく、2種以上を用いてもよい。
このような樹脂類としては、例えば、塩素化パラフィン、金属エステル基を含有しないアクリル樹脂、アクリルシリコーン樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、不飽和ポリエステル樹脂、フッ素樹脂、ポリブテン樹脂、シリコーンゴム、ポリウレタン樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、ポリアミド樹脂、ビニル樹脂(塩化ビニル系共重合体、エチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合体等)、ポリビニルアルキルエーテル、塩化ゴム、塩素化オレフィン樹脂、スチレン・ブタジエン共重合樹脂、ケトン樹脂、アルキッド樹脂、クマロン樹脂、テルペンフェノール樹脂、石油樹脂等の非水溶性又は難水溶性の樹脂、パインタール、等の水溶性樹脂を用いることができる。
また、塩素化パラフィンは、一分子中、好ましくは8~30個、より好ましくは10~26個の平均炭素数を有する。このような塩素化パラフィンを含む防汚塗料組成物は、クラック(割れ)やハガレ等の少ない防汚塗膜を形成することができる。なお、上記平均炭素数が8未満では、防汚塗膜においてクラックの発生を抑制する効果が不足することがあり、一方で、上記平均炭素数が30を超えると、防汚塗膜の加水分解性(更新性、研掃性)が小さくなり、結果として防汚性が劣ってしまうことがある。
塩素化パラフィンの塩素化率(塩素含有量)は、塩素化パラフィンを100質量部とした場合、通常35~70質量部であり、好ましくは35~65質量部である。このような塩素化率を有する塩素化パラフィンを含む防汚塗料組成物は、クラック(割れ)、ハガレ等の少ない塗膜を形成することができる。このような塩素化パラフィンの具体例としては、「トヨパラックス150」や「トヨパラックスA-70」(いずれも東ソー(株)製)等が挙げられる。
また、石油樹脂類としては、C5系、C9系、スチレン系、ジクロロペンタジエン系、及びこれらの水素添加物などが挙げられる。石油樹脂類の具体例としては、「クイントン1500」や「クイントン1700」(いずれも日本ゼオン(株)製)などが挙げられる。
本発明の組成物は、公知の一般的な防汚塗料と同様の装置、手段等を用いて調製することができる。例えば、予め加水分解性重合体(A)を調製した後、この加水分解性重合体(A)(反応液)、酸化亜鉛(B)、及びメデトミジン(C)、並びに必要によりその他の成分(D)~(O)等を、一度に又は順次溶剤に添加して、撹拌、混合して製造すればよい。
本発明の防汚塗膜は、本発明の防汚塗料組成物から形成され、防汚塗料組成物を乾燥させて得られる。
具体的には、例えば、本発明の防汚塗料組成物を既存の塗膜や基材上に塗布した後、乾燥(硬化)させることにより防汚塗膜を得ることができる。
本発明の防汚塗料組成物を塗布する方法としては、刷毛、ローラー、及びスプレーを用いる方法等の公知の方法を挙げることができる。
前述の方法により塗布した防汚塗料組成物は、例えば、25℃の条件下、0.5~7日間程度、好ましくは0.5~5日間程度、更に好ましくは0.5~3日間程度放置することにより乾燥し、塗膜を得ることができる。なお、塗料組成物の乾燥にあたっては、加熱下で送風しながら行ってもよい。
本発明の防汚塗膜付き基材の製造方法は特に限定されないが、例えば、本発明の防汚塗料組成物を基材に塗布又は含浸し、塗布体又は含浸体を得る工程(I)、及び前記塗布体又は含浸体を乾燥する工程(II)を有する製造方法により得ることができる。
前記工程(I)において、塗料組成物を基材に塗布する方法は、前述の塗布方法を採用することができる。また、含浸させる方法に特に制限はなく、含浸させるのに十分な量の塗料組成物中に基材を浸すことにより行うことができる。更に前記塗布体又は含浸体を乾燥させる方法に特に制限はなく、防汚塗膜を製造する際の方法と同様の方法で乾燥させることができる。
工程(i)において塗膜を形成する方法に特に制限はなく、防汚塗膜を製造する際の方法と同様の方法により製造することができる。
工程(ii)において塗膜を基材に貼付する方法に特に制限はなく、例えば、特開2013-129724号公報に記載の方法により貼付することができる。
また、本発明の防汚塗料組成物を表面に形成する対象の基材は、防錆剤等その他の処理剤により処理された面や、表面にすでにプライマーなどの何らかの塗膜が形成されているものであってもよく、本発明の塗料組成物が既に塗装されている面に上塗りしてもよい。
加水分解性重合体(A)の製造にあたり、まず、加水分解性基含有単量体(a1-1)及び(a1-2)を以下のとおり調製した。
<調製例1:加水分解性基含有単量体(金属エステル基含有単量体)(a1-1)の調製>
撹拌機、コンデンサー、温度計、滴下装置、窒素導入管、及び加熱冷却ジャケットを備えた反応容器にプロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテル85.4質量部及び酸化亜鉛40.7質量部を仕込み、撹拌しながら75℃に昇温した。続いて、メタクリル酸43.1質量部、アクリル酸36.1質量部、及び水5.0質量部からなる混合物を滴下装置から3時間かけて等速滴下した。滴下終了後、更に2時間撹拌した後、プロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテルを36.0質量部添加して、加水分解性基含有単量体(金属エステル基含有単量体)(a1-1)を含む反応液を得た。
撹拌機、コンデンサー、温度計、滴下装置、窒素導入管、及び加熱冷却ジャケットを備えた反応容器にプロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテル72.4質量部及び酸化亜鉛40.7質量部を仕込み、撹拌しながら75℃に昇温した。続いて、メタクリル酸30.1質量部、アクリル酸25.2質量部、バーサチック酸51.6質量部からなる混合物を滴下装置から3時間かけて等速滴下した。滴下終了後、更に2時間撹拌した後、プロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテルを11.0質量部添加して、加水分解性基含有単量体(金属エステル基含有単量体)(a1-2)を含む反応液を得た。
撹拌機、コンデンサー、温度計、滴下装置、窒素導入管、及び加熱冷却ジャケットを備えた反応容器に、プロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテル15.0質量部、キシレン57.0質量部及びエチルアクリレート4.0質量部を仕込み、撹拌しながら100±5℃に昇温した。同温度を保持しつつ、滴下装置より、前記反応容器内に前記調製例1で得た金属エステル基含有単量体(a1-1)を含む反応液52.0質量部、メチルメタクリレート1.0質量部、エチルアクリレート66.2質量部、2-メトキシエチルアクリレート5.4質量部、並びに重合開始剤2,2'-アゾビスイソブチロニトリル2.5質量部、重合開始剤2,2'-アゾビス(2-メチルブチロニトリル)7.0質量部、連鎖移動剤「ノフマーMSD」(日本油脂(株)製)1.0質量部、及びキシレン10.0質量部を6時間かけて滴下した。滴下終了後に重合開始剤tert-ブチルパーオクトエート(TBPO)0.5質量部とキシレン7.0質量部とを30分かけて滴下し、更に1時間30分撹拌した後、キシレンを4.4質量部添加して、加水分解性重合体(金属エステル基含有共重合体)を含む淡黄色透明の加水分解性重合体溶液(A-1)を調製した。
使用した単量体の構成、並びに加水分解性重合体溶液(A-1)及び得られた加水分解性重合体の特性値を表1に示す。なお、表中、各単量体の理論配合量(質量部)が記載されている。
撹拌機、コンデンサー、温度計、滴下装置、窒素導入管、及び加熱冷却ジャケットを備えた反応容器に、プロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテル15.0質量部、キシレン60.0質量部、及びエチルアクリレート4.0質量部を仕込み、撹拌しながら100±5℃に昇温した。同温度を保持しつつ滴下装置より、前記反応容器内に前記調製例1で得た金属エステル基含有単量体(a1-1)を含む反応液40.2質量部、メチルメタクリレート15.0質量部、エチルアクリレート48.0質量部、n-ブチルアクリレート15.0質量部、重合開始剤2,2'-アゾビスイソブチロニトリル2.5質量部、重合開始剤2,2'-アゾビス(2-メチルブチロニトリル)6.5質量部、連鎖移動剤「ノフマーMSD」1.2質量部、及びキシレン10.0質量部を6時間かけて滴下した。滴下終了後に重合開始剤tert-ブチルパーオクトエート0.5質量部とキシレン7.0質量部とを30分かけて滴下し、更に1時間30分撹拌した後、キシレンを8.0質量部添加して、加水分解性重合体(金属エステル基含有共重合体)を含む淡黄色透明の加水分解性重合体溶液(A-2)を調製した。
使用された単量体の構成、並びに後述の方法により測定した加水分解性重合体溶液(A-2)及び得られた加水分解性重合体の特性値を表1に示す。
撹拌機、コンデンサー、温度計、滴下装置、窒素導入管、及び加熱冷却ジャケットを備えた反応容器に、プロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテル10.0質量部、キシレン63.0質量部、及びエチルアクリレート3.0質量部を仕込み、撹拌しながら100±5℃に昇温した。同温度を保持しつつ滴下装置より、前記反応容器内に前記調製例2で得た金属エステル基含有単量体(a1-2)を含む反応液50.3質量部、メチルメタクリレート9.0質量部、エチルアクリレート58.0質量部、重合開始剤2,2'-アゾビス(2-メチルブチロニトリル)5.0質量部及びプロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテル10.0質量部を4時間かけて滴下した。滴下終了後に重合開始剤tert-ブチルパーオクトエート0.5質量部とキシレン7.0質量部とを30分かけて滴下し、更に1時間30分撹拌した後、キシレンを12.0質量部添加して、加水分解性重合体(金属エステル基含有共重合体)を含む淡黄色透明の加水分解性重合体溶液(A-3)を調製した。
使用された単量体の構成、並びに後述の方法により測定した加水分解性重合体溶液(A-3)及び得られた加水分解性重合体の特性値を表1に示す。
撹拌機、コンデンサー、温度計、滴下装置、窒素導入管、及び加熱冷却ジャケットを備えた反応容器に、n-ブタノール50.0質量部、及びキシレン50.0質量部を仕込み、撹拌しながら115±5℃に昇温した。同温度を保持しつつ、滴下装置より、前記反応容器内にエチルアクリレート58.3質量部、シクロヘキシルアクリレート25.0質量部、アクリル酸16.7質量部、tert-ブチルパーオキシ-2-エチルヘキサノエート3.0質量部からなる混合液を3時間にわたり等速滴下し、更に2時間撹拌して、カルボン酸基含有共重合体を含むワニス(A-4-1)を調製した。
撹拌機、デカンター、コンデンサー、温度計、窒素導入管、及び加熱冷却ジャケットを備えた反応容器に、上記ワニス(A-4-1)93.5質量部、WWロジン33.4質量部、酢酸亜鉛21.95質量部、キシレン50質量部を加えてリフラックス温度まで昇温し、流出する酢酸、水、溶剤の混合溶液を除去し、同量のキシレンを補充しながら反応を14時間継続した。反応の終点は流出溶剤中の酢酸を定量して決定した。冷却後、ノルマルブタノールとキシレンを加え、固形分が51.4%、25℃における粘度182mPa・s、加水分解性重合体溶液中の亜鉛含有量が4.0質量%(加水分解性重合体中の亜鉛含有量が7.8質量%)である、加水分解性重合体を含む加水分解性重合体溶液(A-4)を得た。加水分解性重合体溶液(A-4)中の加水分解性重合体の数平均分子量(Mn)は960、重量平均分子量(Mw)は4,700であった。
<加水分解性重合体溶液の粘度>
加水分解性重合体溶液の25℃における粘度は、E型粘度計(東機産業(株)製)により測定した。
加水分解性重合体溶液の亜鉛含有量は、X線回折装置(Rigaku製、試料水平型多目的X線回折装置Ultima IV)にて測定した。
なお、測定された加水分解性重合体溶液の亜鉛含有量及び加水分解性重合体溶液の固形分量から、加水分解性重合体中の亜鉛含有量を算出し、表1に併記した。また、製造例4については、製造例中に、算出した加水分解性重合体中の亜鉛含有量を記載した。
加水分解性重合体の数平均分子量(Mn)、重量平均分子量(Mw)を下記条件でGPC(ゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフィー)を用いて測定した。
GPC条件
装置:「HLC-8320GPC」(東ソー(株)製)
カラム:「TSKgel SuperAWM-H」2本、及び「TSKgel SuperAW2500」1本を連結(いずれも東ソー(株)製、内径6mm/長さ15cm)
溶離液:N,N-ジメチルホルムアミド(DMF)(20mM 臭化リチウム添加)
流速:0.600ml/min
検出器:RI
カラム恒温槽温度:40℃
標準物質:ポリスチレン
サンプル調製法:各製造例で調製された重合体溶液に少量の塩化カルシウムを加えて脱水した後、メンブレムフィルターで濾過して得られた濾物をGPC測定サンプルとした。
本発明において、固形分とは、溶剤等が含まれる混合物・組成物等を108℃の熱風乾燥機中で3時間乾燥して溶剤等を揮散させたときの加熱残分をいう。
下記表2及び表3に示す通り(なお、表中の数値は質量部を示す。)、前記製造例により得られた加水分解性重合体組成物、酸化亜鉛(B)、メデトミジン(C)、及びその他の成分を、常温下でペイントシェーカーを用いて均一に混合することにより、防汚塗料組成物を製造した。
なお、表2及び3に記載された各成分の配合量は、固形分の記載がある成分については溶液又は分散液での配合量を示し、固形分の記載がない成分(有機溶剤を除く)については固形分での配合量を示している。
得られた防汚塗料組成物について、以下の評価を行った。
〔防汚性促進試験〕
広島県呉湾内に係留された試験筏に設置された回転ドラムの側面に取り付け可能なように曲げ加工された70×200×3mmのサンドブラスト板にエポキシ系防錆塗料(エポキシAC塗料、商品名「バンノー500」、中国塗料(株)製)をその乾燥膜厚が約150μmとなるように塗布した後、その上に、エポキシ系バインダー塗料(商品名「バンノー500N」、中国塗料(株)製)をその乾燥膜厚が約100μmとなるように塗布した。更にその上に、前記実施例及び比較例の防汚塗料組成物をその乾燥膜厚が約150μmとなる塗装を2回行い、室温で7日間乾燥させて、防汚塗膜付試験板を作製した。なお、前記の4回の塗装はいずれも1day/1coatとした。
サンドブラスト処理鋼板(縦300mm×横100mm×厚み3.2mm)に、エポキシ系防錆塗料(エポキシAC塗料、商品名「バンノー500」、中国塗料(株)製)をその乾燥膜厚が約150μmとなるように塗布した後、その上に、エポキシ系バインダー塗料(商品名「バンノー500N」、中国塗料(株)製)をその乾燥膜厚が約100μmとなるように塗布した。更にその上に、前記実施例及び比較例の防汚塗料組成物をその乾燥膜厚が約100μmとなるように1回塗布し、室温で7日間乾燥させて、防汚塗膜付試験板を作製した。なお、前記の3回の塗装はいずれも1day/1coatとした。

0.5:海中生物の付着面積が、0%を超え10%以下
1:海中生物の付着面積が、10%を超え20%以下
2:海中生物の付着面積が、20%を超え30%以下
3:海中生物の付着面積が、30%を超え40%以下
4:海中生物の付着面積が、40%を超え50%以下
5:海中生物の付着面積が、50%を超える
70×150×1.6mmのサンドブラスト処理鋼板に、エポキシ系防錆塗料(エポキシAC塗料、商品名「バンノー500」、中国塗料(株)製)を乾燥膜厚150μm、エポキシ系バインダー塗料(商品名「バンノー500N」、中国塗料(株)製)を乾燥膜厚100μm、実施例及び比較例で調製した防汚塗料組成物を、エアスプレーで防汚塗膜の乾燥膜厚が150μmになるように1日間隔で塗布し積層防汚塗膜を有する試験板を作製し防汚塗膜の塗装終了から乾燥温度23℃で1日後、3日後、及び5日後に、防汚塗膜上の中央部に30×30×10mmの木片を置き、その木片の上から垂直方向に40kgf/cm2(3.9MPa)の圧力を20分間加え塗膜表面の状態を観察し(すなわち、塗膜の変形度を測定し)、下記評価基準に基づき評価を行った。なお、各評価の塗膜断面の模式図を、図1に示す。
5:塗膜の変形がなく最も良好な状態を示している。
4:塗膜の変形が若干認められるが良好な状態を示している。
3、2、1はかなりの変形が認められ、部分的に鋼板の露出が認められる。
ダメージ(変形)の度合は3、2、1の順に大きくなっている。
各実施例及び比較例の塗料組成と、防汚性促進試験、静置防汚性試験、及び防汚塗膜の耐ダメージ性の結果を表2及び表3に示す。
Claims (13)
- 金属エステル基を含有する加水分解性重合体(A)、
酸化亜鉛(B)、及び
メデトミジン(C)含有し、
固形分中の酸化亜鉛(B)の含有量が27~60質量%であることを特徴とする
防汚塗料組成物。 - 防汚塗料組成物が、有機防汚剤(D)として銅ピリチオン及び亜鉛ピリチオンよりなる群から選択される少なくとも1種を含有する、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の防汚塗料組成物。
- 防汚塗料組成物の固形分中の亜酸化銅(E)の含有量が、10質量%以下である、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の防汚塗料組成物。
- 更に、モノカルボン酸化合物(F)及び/又はその金属エステル、亜酸化銅を除く無機銅化合物(G)、有機防汚剤(D)として銅ピリチオン及び亜鉛ピリチオンを除く有機防汚剤、着色顔料(H)、体質顔料(I)、顔料分散剤(J)、可塑剤(K)、タレ止め剤(L)、沈降防止剤(M)、脱水剤(N)、溶剤(O)、並びにその他の樹脂(P)よりなる群から選択される少なくとも1種を含有する、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の防汚塗料組成物。
- 請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の防汚塗料組成物から形成された防汚塗膜。
- 請求項8に記載の防汚塗膜で被覆された防汚塗膜付き基材。
- 前記基材が、船舶、水中構造物、及び漁具よりなる群から選択される、請求項9に記載の防汚塗膜付き基材。
- 請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の防汚塗料組成物を基材に塗布又は含浸し、塗布体又は含浸体を得る工程(I)、及び
前記塗布体又は含浸体を乾燥する工程(II)を有する、
防汚塗膜付き基材の製造方法。 - 請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の防汚塗料組成物を乾燥させてなる防汚塗膜を形成する工程(i)、及び
前記防汚塗膜を基材に貼付する工程(ii)を有する、
防汚塗膜付き基材の製造方法。 - 請求項8に記載の防汚塗膜を使用する、防汚方法。
