Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein elektrisches Leiteranschlusselement (1), aufweisend einen Kontaktträger (2), zumindest ein erstes Kontaktelement (3) und zumindest ein zweites Kontaktelement (4). An dem ersten Kontaktelement (3) kann ein elektrischer Leiter (20) mit dem Leiteranschlusselement (1) verbunden und kontaktiert werden. Das zweite Kontaktelement (4) ist mit dem ersten Kontaktelement (3) verbunden und führt an die Außenseite des Kontaktträgers (2). Das Leiteranschlusselement (1) verfügt des Weiteren über eine Trennstelle (6) welche zum Trennen der elektrischen Verbindung des ersten Kontaktelements (3) mit dem zweiten Kontaktelement (4) dient.
Description
Elektrisches Leiteranschlusselement
Beschreibung
Die Erfindung geht aus von einem elektrischen Leiteranschlusselement zur Kontaktierung eines elektrischen Leiters an einer Leiterkarte oder einem elektrischen Gerät nach dem Oberbegriff des unabhängigen Anspruchs 1 .
Derartige Leiteranschlusselemente werden benötigt, um elektrische Leiter, Kabel oder Litzen elektrisch mit Bauteilen, Geräten oder anderen elektrischen Einrichtungen zu verbinden. Dabei ist eine sichere elektrische und mechanische Verbindung des Leiters, des Kabels oder der Litze mit der Einrichtung zu gewährleisten. Die elektrische Kontaktierung wird meist über ein mechanisches Kontaktelement hergestellt. Dabei ist das Kontaktelement als Feder- oder Schraubkontakt ausgebildet. Über die Feder- oder Schraubkraft kann der Leiter oder das Kabel mechanisch und damit auch elektrisch angeschlossen werden.
Stand der Technik
Die DE 10 2006 018 129 C5 zeigt eine Federkraftklemme mit zumindest einer in einem Gehäuse angeordneten Schenkelfeder. Dabei ist die Schenkelfeder zur Kontaktierung eines eingeführten Leiters ausgelegt und mit Kontaktpins der Federkraftklemme elektrisch verbunden. Über die Kontaktpins kann die
Federkraftklemme auf einer Leiterplatte kontaktiert und somit der
angeschlossene Leiter mit der Leiterplatte elektrisch verbunden werden.
Aus der DE 10 2010 048 698 A1 ist eine elektrische Verbindungsklemme mit einem Isolierstoffgehäuse und mit mindestens einem Federklemmanschluss in dem Isolierstoffgehäuse bekannt. Der Federklemmanschluss ist mit einem Steckanschluss elektrisch verbunden, welcher als Lötstift oder Lötpad ausgebildet ist. Über den Steckanschluss kann die elektrische
Verbindungsklemme auf beispielsweise einem Gehäuse oder Gerät elektrisch verbunden werden. Der Federklemmanschluss im Isolierstoffgehäuse ist zur reversiblen Kontaktierung eines elektrischen Leiters vorgesehen.
Nachteilig wirkt sich bei den aus dem Stand der Technik bekannten
Leiteranschlusselementen aus, dass keine fehlerfreie Prüfung des Kontakt- und Anschlussstelle des Leiters mit dem Leiteranschlusselement möglich ist. So sind derartige Leiteranschlusselemente meist bereits an einem Gerät oder einer Leiterplatte verbaut, bevor ein elektrischer Leiter oder ein elektrisches Kabel daran angeschlossen wird. Soll nun die Kontaktstelle zwischen
Leiteranschlusselement und Leiter auf ihre elektrischen Eigenschaften hin überprüft werden, wird das Ergebnis immer durch die Bauteile und elektrische Elemente des Gerätes oder der Leiterplatte verfälscht, auf welcher das
Leiteranschlusselement montiert ist, da das Leiteranschlusselement bereits elektrisch damit verbunden ist. Eine Messung oder Überprüfung der isolierten Kontaktstelle oder nur des Leiteranschlusselements mit angeschlossenem Kabel ist nicht möglich.
Aufgabenstellung
Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Leiteranschlusselement vorzustellen, welches eine elektrische Messung der Anschlussstelle zwischen Leiteranschlusselement und angeschlossenem Kabel ermöglicht. Dabei soll eine Verfälschung der Messung durch weitere elektrische Elemente, welche bereits mit dem Leiteranschlusselement verbunden sind, ausgeschlossen werden.
Die Aufgabe wird durch die kennzeichnenden Merkmale des unabhängigen Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind in den Unteransprüchen angegeben.
Bei der Erfindung handelt es sich um ein elektrisches Leiteranschlusselement, welches aus einem Kontaktträger, zumindest einem darin aufgenommenen ersten Kontaktelement und zumindest einem mit dem ersten Kontaktelement
verbundenen zweiten Kontaktelement gebildet wird. Das zweite Kontaktelement ist bereichsweise im Kontaktträger aufgenommen und bereichsweise außerhalb des Kontaktträgers angeordnet. Außerhalb des Kontaktträgers bildet das zweite Kontaktelement einen zweiten Anschlussbereich welcher zur elektrischen Kontaktierung des Leiteranschlusselements vorgesehen ist. Der zweite
Anschlussbereich kann so z.B. auf einer Leiterplatte aufgelötet werden, in eine Leiterplatte eingepresst oder auf andere, elektrisch leitende Art angebunden werden. Dafür kann der zweite Anschlussbereich des zweiten Kontaktelements beispielsweise als sogenannter Press-In-Kontakt, zum direkten Einpressen in ein Kontaktloch einer Leiterplatte ausgebildet sein. Alternativ wäre auch ein Lötkontakt zum Auflöten des zweiten Anschlussbereichs denkbar. Der
Kontaktträger ist bevorzugt aus einem elektrisch isolierenden Material, wie zum Beispiel einem Polymer gefertigt.
Das im Kontaktträger aufgenommene erste Kontaktelement ist zur
mechanischen und elektrischen Kontaktierung eines elektrischen Leiters, Kabels oder eine Litze vorgesehen. Dabei ist kann das erste Kontaktelement als Federkontakt oder Schraubkontakt ausgebildet sind. Je nach Anwendung und Einsatzgebiet können hier unterschiedliche, aus dem Stand der Technik bekannte Kontaktierungsarten verwendet werden. Häufig werden bei derartigen Leiteranschlusselementen sogenannte Käfigzugfedern oder Push-In-Kontakte eingesetzt, da diese zur besonders einfachen Montage und Demontage eines Kabels oder einer Litze geeignet sind.
Um ein Kabel, einen Leiter oder eine Litze mit dem ersten Kontaktelement zu verbinden, ist im Kontaktträger eine Leiteraufnahmeöffnung ausgebildet. Diese Leiteraufnahmeöffnung ermöglicht den auf das im Kontaktträger angeordnete erste Kontaktelement zuzugreifen. Ein Leiter, eine Litze oder ein Kabel kann durch die Leiteraufnahmeöffnung in den Kontaktträger geführt und dort mit dem ersten Kontaktelement verbunden werden. Bekannte Ausführungsformen von Leiteranschlusselementen sehen vor, entweder eine weitere Öffnung im
Kontaktträger auszubilden, oder die Leiteraufnahmeöffnung so groß zu
gestalten, dass ein Hilfsmittel wie z.B. ein Schraubendreher in den
Kontaktträger eingeführt werden kann um damit den ersten Anschlussbereich des ersten Kontaktelements zu öffnen und ein angeschlossenes Kabel, Leiter oder Litze zu lösen.
Erfindungsgemäß weist das elektrische Leiteranschlusselement eine
Trennstelle auf. Die Trennstelle ist im Kontaktträger angeordnet und dafür vorgesehen, die leitende Verbindung zwischen dem ersten Kontaktelement und dem zweiten Kontaktelement elektrisch zu trennen. Das heißt, dass das Trennelement die elektrische Verbindung vom ersten Kontaktelement und dem zweiten Kontaktelement öffnet, so dass kein Strom mehr fließen kann. Eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform sieht vor, die Trennstelle zwischen einem ersten Kontaktbereich des ersten Kontaktelements und einem zweiten Kontaktbereich des zweiten Kontaktelements auszubilden.
Das erste Kontaktelement weist also einen ersten Kontaktbereich auf und das zweite Kontaktelement einen zweiten Kontaktbereich. Der erste Kontaktbereich und der zweite Kontaktbereich stehen in mechanischem und elektrischem Kontakt, so dass Strom vom ersten Kontaktelement zum zweiten
Kontaktelement fließen kann.
Die Trennstelle ist somit als elektrischer Schalter zu sehen, welcher die
Verbindung vom ersten Kontaktelement und dem zweiten Kontaktelement öffnet. Das heißt, die Trennstelle ist ein elektrischer Öffner, also ein
mechanischer Trennschalter. Dafür weist die Trennstelle zumindest einen beweglichen Teil auf, welcher dafür ausgelegt ist, die elektrische Verbindung zu Öffnen. Der bewegliche Teil der Trennstelle ist dabei vorzugweise ein federelastischer Bereich, der durch das Einbringen einer Kraft ausgelenkt werden kann, bis die Trennstelle geöffnet ist. Bei Entfernen der Kraft federt der bewegliche Teil wieder in seine Ausgangslager zurück und schließt die
Trennstelle. Bevorzugt ist der erste Kontaktbereich des ersten Kontaktelements
aus einem federelastischen Material hergestellt und bildet so den beweglichen Teil der Trennstelle.
Eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung sieht vor, dass der Kontaktträger eine Prüföffnung aufweist. Durch die Prüföffnung ist ein Zugriff auf das Innere des Kontaktträgers möglich. Erfindungsgemäß ist die Trennstelle im Kontaktträger an der Prüföffnung angeordnet. Das heißt, dass durch die Prüföffnung ein Zugriff auf die im Kontaktträger befindliche
Trennstelle ermöglicht ist. Mit einem entsprechenden Hilfsmittel, zum Beispiel einem Dorn oder einem Prüfstift kann durch die Prüföffnung die Trennstelle betätigt und die elektrische Verbindung zwischen ersten Kontaktelement und dem zweiten Kontaktelement geöffnet werden.
Besonders vorteilhaft ist dabei, dass der bewegliche Teil der Trennstelle am ersten Kontaktelement vorgesehen ist. Dadurch kann mit einem Prüfstift durch die Prüföffnung der bewegliche Teil der Trennstelle betätigt und dadurch die Trennstelle geöffnet werden. Da der bewegliche Teil jedoch weiterhin mit dem ersten Anschlussbereich elektrisch verbunden ist, kann so die
erfindungsgemäße Aufgabe gelöst und eine Messung der Kontaktierung eines angeschlossenen Kabels, Leiters oder eine Litze mit dem ersten Kontaktbereich des ersten Kontaktelements vorgenommen werden. Durch weitere Bauteile oder elektrische Elemente, die über den zweiten Anschlussbereich des zweiten Kontaktelements mit dem Leiteranschlusselement verbunden sind, kann so eine Messung der Kontaktstelle nicht verfälscht werden.
Durch die erfindungsgemäßen Merkmale kann das elektrische
Leiteranschlusselement zwei Zustände aufweisen: einen ersten, geschlossenen Betriebszustand und einen zweiten, geöffneten Prüfzustand. Im ersten, geschlossenen Betriebszustand ist die Trennstelle geschlossen. Das erste Kontaktelement hat eine elektrische Verbindung mit dem zweiten
Kontaktelement. Im zweiten, geöffneten Prüfzustande ist beispielsweise ein Prüfstift durch die Prüföffnung in den Kontaktträger eingeführt. Der Prüfstift
betätigt den beweglichen Teil der Trennstelle und öffnet diese. Eine elektrische Verbindung zwischen ersten Kontaktelement und zweiten Kontaktelement ist nicht vorhanden. Dafür kann mit dem Prüfstift die elektrische Kontaktierung eines angeschlossenen Kabels mit dem ersten Kontaktelement überprüft werden.
Eine spezielle Ausführungsform sieht vor, in dem Kontaktträger mehrere erste und zweite Kontaktelemente aufzunehmen. Entsprechend sind in dem
Kontaktträger auch mehrere Trennstellen vorhanden. So kann jedes erste
Kontaktelement und das damit verbundene Kabel, Leiter oder Litze einzeln entsprechend der vorliegenden Erfindung überprüft werden.
Weitere zweckmäßige Ausführungsformen der vorliegenden Erfindung sehen vor, den ersten Anschlussbereich des ersten Kontaktelements auch als
Lötkontakt oder Press-In-Kontakt auszubilden um diesen mit einer Leiterkarte zu kontaktieren. So kann erfindungsgemäß eine elektrische Verbindung auf einer Leiterkarte getrennt und elektrisch überprüft werden. Ebenso nützlich wäre eine Ausführungsform in welcher der zweite Anschlussbereich des
zweiten Kontaktelements als Federkontakt, Schraubkontakt, Käfigzugfeder oder Push-In-Kontakt ausgebildet ist. So könnte eine Verbindung zweier Leiter oder Kabel elektrisch getrennt und überprüft werden.
Ausführungsbeispiel
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in den Zeichnungen dargestellt und wird im Folgenden näher erläutert. Es zeigen:
Fig. 1 ein erstes Ausführungsbeispiel eines ersten, geschlossenen
Betriebszustand eines Leiteranschlusselements in Schnittdarstellung;
Fig. 2 einen zweiten, geöffneten Prüfzustand des Leiteranschlusselements der
Figur 1 in Schnittdarstellung;
Fig. 3 einen ersten, geschlossenen Betriebszustand eines zweiten
Ausführungsbeispiels eines Leiteranschlusselements in zwei Schnittdarstellungen; und
Fig. 4 einen zweiten, geöffneten Prüfzustand des Leiteranschlusselements der
Figur 3 in zwei Schnittdarstellungen.
Die Figuren enthalten teilweise vereinfachte, schematische Darstellungen. Zum Teil werden für gleiche, aber gegebenenfalls nicht identische Elemente
identische Bezugszeichen verwendet. Verschiedene Ansichten gleicher
Elemente könnten unterschiedlich skaliert sein.
Die Figur 1 zeigt einen ersten, geschlossenen Betriebszustand eines
elektrischen Leiteranschlusselements 1 in Schnittdarstellung. Das
Leiteranschlusselement 1 wird von einem Kontaktträger 2 gebildet, welcher am Ende einer Leiterkarte 30 auf deren Oberfläche angeordnet ist. Ein Kabel 20 ist mit dem Leiteranschlusselement 1 verbunden und von rechts in den
Kontaktträger 2 eingeführt. Dafür ist im Kontaktträger 2 eine
Leiteraufnahmeöffnung 7 eingeformt, durch welche das Kabel 20 hier von rechts in den Kontaktträger 2 eingebracht werden kann.
Im Kontaktträger 2 des Leiteranschlusselements 1 ist ein erstes Kontaktelement 3 angeordnet. Das erste Kontaktelement 3 ist im Inneren des Kontaktträgers 2 vorgesehen und reicht in den rechten Bereich in welchem auch das Kabel 20 durch die Leiteraufnahmeöffnung 7 eingeführt ist. Im rechten Bereich bildet das das erste Kontaktelement 3 einen ersten Anschlussbereich 3.1 aus. In den ersten Anschlussbereich 3.1 ist über die Leiteraufnahmeöffnung 7 das Kabel 20 eingeführt und angeschlossen. Der erste Anschlussbereich 3.1 des ersten
Kontaktelements 3 ist n diesem Ausführungsbeispiel als Käfigzugfeder,
sogenannte Cage Clamp ausgeführt.
Das erste Kontaktelement 3 ist im Kontaktträger 2 mit einem zweiten
Kontaktelement 4 verbunden. Das zweite Kontaktelement 4 kontaktiert mit
einem Ende im Inneren des Kontaktträgers 2 das erste Kontaktelement 3. Das zweite Ende des zweiten Kontaktelements 4 bildet außerhalb des
Kontaktträgers 2 einen zweiten Anschlussbereich 4.1 . Der zweite
Anschlussbereich 4.1 ist in der Leiterkarte 30 aufgenommen und elektrisch mit dieser verbunden. Das Leiteranschlusselement 1 stellt somit in dem gezeigten, ersten, geschlossenen Betriebszustand eine elektrische Verbindung zwischen dem angeschlossenen Kabel 20 und der Leiterkarte 30 her.
Im Kontaktträger 2 ist eine weitere Öffnung, eine Prüföffnung 8 oberhalb des ersten Kontaktelements 3 vorgesehen. Die Prüföffnung 8 ermöglicht den Zugriff auf einen ersten Kontaktbereich 3.2 des ersten Kontaktelements 3 von außerhalb des Kontaktträgers 2. Direkt unter der Prüföffnung 8 ist
erfindungsgemäß eine Trennstelle 6 vorgesehen. Die Trennstelle 6 wird durch den ersten Kontaktbereich 3.2 des ersten Kontaktelements 3 zusammen mit einem zweiten Kontaktbereich 4.2 des zweiten Kontaktelements gebildet. Der ersten Kontaktbereich 3.2 und der zweite Kontaktbereich 4.2 berühren sich und sind somit mechanisch und elektrisch verbunden.
Der zweite Kontaktbereich 3.2 des ersten Kontaktelements 3 ist zumindest bereichsweise beweglich ausgeführt. Dabei ist der Bereich der Trennstelle 6 federelastisch ausgebildet und fungiert so als Schalter, speziell als Öffnungs- Schalter. So können das erste Kontaktelement 3 und des zweite
Kontaktelement 4 an der Trennstelle 6 durch eine flexible Verformung des ersten Kontaktbereichs 3.2 geöffnet werden. Im dargestellten, geschlossenen Betriebszustand des Leiteranschlusselements 1 federt der bewegliche Teil des ersten Kontaktbereichs 3.2 so nach oben, dass die Trennstelle 6 geschlossen ist.
In der Figur 2 ist ein zweiter, geöffneter Prüfzustand eines
Leiteranschlusselements 1 in Schnittdarstellung gezeigt. In diesem Prüfzustand ist die Trennstelle 6 geöffnet und somit die elektrische Verbindung des ersten Kontaktelements 3 und des zweiten Kontaktelements 4 getrennt.
In die Prüföffnung 8 ist ein Prüfstift eingeführt. Der Prüfstift ragt durch die Prüföffnung 8 in den Kontaktträger 2 bis an die Trennstelle 6. Durch den Prüfstift wird der bewegliche Teil der Trennstelle 6 reversibel ausgelenkt und nach unten gedrückt. Durch die flexible Verformung des ersten
Anschlussbereichs 3.2 an der Trennstelle 6 werden die das erste
Kontaktelement 3 und das zweite Kontaktelement 4 getrennt. Die elektrische Verbindung zwischen dem ersten Kontaktelement 3 und dem zweiten
Kontaktelement 4 ist getrennt.
Gleichzeitig kann mit dem Prüfstift an der Trennstelle 6 eine Messung des Kontaktelements 3 mit dem angeschlossenen Kabel 20 vorgenommen werden. Dabei wird die Messung nicht durch elektrische Bauteile oder Spannungen beeinflusst die über die Leiterkarte 30 am zweiten Anschlussbereich 4.1 des zweiten Kontaktelements 4 anliegen.
Bei Entfernen des Prüfstifts aus der Prüföffnung 8 federt der bewegliche Teil des ersten Kontaktbereichs 3.2 wieder nach oben und schließt den Kontakt der Trennstelle 6.
Die Figuren 3a, 3b, 4a und 4b zeigen ein zweites Ausführungsbeispiel der vorliegenden Erfindung. Dabei zeigen die Figuren 3a und 4a je eine
Schnittdarstellung durch das elektrische Leiteranschlusselement 1 . Die Figuren 3b und 4b zeigen je eine weitere Schnittdarstellung, wobei der Schnitt um 90° gedreht durch das elektrische Leiteranschlusselement 1 gelegt ist. Die Figuren 3a, 3b zeigen das elektrische Leiteranschlusselement 1 in einem ersten, geschlossenen Betriebszustand, während das elektrische
Leiteranschlusselement 1 in den Figuren 4a, 4b in einem zweiten, geöffneten Prüfzustand dargestellt ist.
In diesem zweiten Ausführungsbeispiel ist der erste Anschlussbereich 3.1 des ersten Kontaktelements 3 als sogenannter Push-In-Kontakt ausgeführt. In
diesen kann ein elektrischer Leiter direkt eingeführt und angeschlossen werden. Das erste Kontaktelement 3 weist in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel zwei, sich gegenüberstehende erste Kontaktbereiche 3.2 auf. Zwischen den ersten
Kontaktbereichen 3.2 ist der zweite Kontaktbereich 4.2 des zweiten
Kontaktelements 4 angeordnet. Das zweite Kontaktelement 4 ist senkrecht zum ersten Kontaktelement 3 ausgerichtet und bildet unterhalb des Kontaktträgers 2 den zweiten Anschlussbereich 4.1 .
In dem, in den Figuren 4a, 4b gezeigten zweiten, geöffneten Prüfzustand ist über die Prüföffnung 8 ein Prüfstift in den Kontaktträger 2 eingeführt. Der Prüfstift ist zwischen den beiden ersten Kontaktbereichen 3.2 des ersten
Kontaktelements 3 angeordnet, so dass die beiden ersten Kontaktbereiche 3.2 durch den Prüfstift auseinander gespreizt werden. Dafür ist der Prüfstift in seiner Stärke so ausgelegt, dass durch ihn eine ausreichende Spreizung, d.h. seitliche Bewegung der beiden ersten Kontaktbereiche 3.2 weg vom zweiten Kontaktbereich 4.2 möglich ist. Durch die ausgelenkten ersten Kontaktbereiche 3.2, weg vom zweiten Kontaktbereich 4.2 wird deren gegenseitiger,
mechanischer und elektrischer Kontakt gelöst und so die zwei Kontaktstellen 6 geöffnet.
Claims
Ansprüche
Elektrisches Leiteranschlusselement (1 ) aufweisend einen
Kontaktträger (2), zumindest ein erstes Kontaktelement (3) und zumindest ein zweites Kontaktelement (4),
wobei das erste Kontaktelement (3) im Kontaktträger (2) aufgenommen und mit dem zweiten Kontaktelement (4) elektrisch leitend verbunden ist,
wobei das erste Kontaktelement (3) einen ersten Anschlussbereich
(3.1 ) und innerhalb des Kontaktträgers
(2) einen ersten Kontaktbereich
(3.2) bildet, und
das zweite Kontaktelement (4) einen zweiten Anschlussbereich (4.1 ) und innerhalb des Kontaktträgers (2) einen zweiten Kontaktbereich (4.2) bildet,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das elektrische Leiteranschlusselement (1 ) zumindest eine Trennstelle (6) aufweist, wobei die elektrisch leitende Verbindung zwischen dem ersten Kontaktelement (3) und dem zweiten Kontaktelement (4) durch die Trennstelle (6) trennbar ist.
Elektrisches Leiteranschlusselement (1 ) nach Anspruch 1 ,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Kontaktträger (2) eine Leiteraufnahmeöffnung (7) zur Aufnahme eines elektrischen Leiters (20) aufweist.
Elektrisches Leiteranschlusselement (1 ) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das erste Kontaktelement (3) im ersten Anschlussbereich (3.1 ) als ein
Federkontakt oder ein Schraubkontakt oder eine Käfigzugfeder oder ein Push-In-Kontakt ausgebildet und zum Anschluss eines elektrischen Leiters (20) vorgesehen ist, oder dass
das erste Kontaktelement (3) im ersten Anschlussbereich (3.1 ) als Press-In-Kontakt oder Lötkontakt ausgebildet und zur Kontaktierung einer Leiterkarte (30) vorgesehen ist.
4. Elektrisches Leiteranschlusselement (1 ) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das zweite Kontaktelement (4) im zweiten Anschlussbereich (4.1 ) als Press-In-Kontakt oder Lötkontakt ausgebildet und zur Kontaktierung einer Leiterkarte (30) vorgesehen ist oder, dass
das zweite Kontaktelement (4) im zweiten Anschlussbereich (4.1 ) als ein Federkontakt oder ein Schraubkontakt oder eine Käfigzugfeder oder ein Push-In-Kontakt ausgebildet und zum Anschluss eines elektrischen Leiters (20) vorgesehen ist.
5. Elektrisches Leiteranschlusselement (1 ) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Kontaktträger (2) eine Prüföffnung (8) aufweist.
6. Elektrisches Leiteranschlusselement (1 ) nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der erste Kontaktbereich (3.2) und der zweite Kontaktbereich (4.2) im Kontaktträger (2) an der Prüföffnung (8) angeordnet ist.
7. Elektrisches Leiteranschlusselement (1 ) nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Trennstelle (6) im Kontaktträger (2) an der Prüföffnung (8) angeordnet ist.
8. Elektrisches Leiteranschlusselement (1 ) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der ersten Kontaktbereich (3.2) und dem zweiten Kontaktbereich (4.2) in mechanischem Kontakt stehen und die Trennstelle (6) bilden.
9. Elektrisches Leiteranschlusselement (1 ) nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
zumindest der erste Kontaktbereich (3.2) oder der zweite
Kontaktbereich (4.2) als beweglicher Teil der Trennstelle (6) ausgebildet ist.
10. Elektrisches Leiteranschlusselement (1 ) nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der erste Kontaktbereich (3.2) des ersten Kontaktelements (3) als beweglicher Teil der Trennstelle (6) ausgebildet ist.
1 1 . Elektrisches Leiteranschlusselement (1 ) nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das der bewegliche Teil der Trennstelle (6) zumindest bereichsweise aus einem federnden Material besteht.
12. Elektrisches Leiteranschlusselement (1 ) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 1 1 ,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
mehrere erste Kontaktelemente (3), mehrere zweite Kontaktelemente (4) und mehrere Trennstellen (6), in gleicher Anzahl im Kontaktträger (2) angeordnet ist.
13. Elektrisches Leiteranschlusselement (1 ) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Kontaktträger (2) aus einem elektrisch isolierenden Material besteht.
14. Elektrisches Leiteranschlusselement (1 ) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das elektrische Leiteranschlusselement (1 ) einen ersten,
geschlossenen Betriebszustand und einen zweiten, geöffneten
Prüfzustand aufweisen kann, wobei die Trennstelle (6) im ersten, geschlossenen Betriebszustand geschlossen ist und die Trennstelle (6) im zweiten, geöffneten Prüfzustand geöffnet ist.
15. Elektrisches Leiteranschlusselement (1 ) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das erste Kontaktelement (3) zumindest bereichsweise, vorzugsweise der erste Kontaktbereich (3.2) des ersten Kontaktelements (3) aus einem federelastischen Metall besteht.
16. Elektrisches Leiteranschlusselement (1 ) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der erste Anschlussbereich (3.1 ) des erste Kontaktelements (3) innerhalb des Kontaktträgers (2) oder zumindest teilweise außerhalb des Kontaktträgers (2) angeordnet ist und, dass der zweite
Anschlussbereich (4.1 ) des zweiten Kontaktelements (4) innerhalb des Kontaktträgers (2) oder zumindest teilweise außerhalb des
Kontaktträgers (2) angeordnet ist.
