背景技术
[0002] 通常工厂、 实验室多通过安全柜来存放危险的易燃易爆材料, 易燃易爆材料的 存放过程中往往会挥发产生易燃易爆的危险气体, 因此为了提高安全柜的安全 性, 目前多是通过外置的危险气体净化装置对安全柜内的危险气体进行净化处 理从而来达到降低安全柜内危险气体浓度、 保障安全性的目的。 现有的用于安 全柜的危险气体净化装置是通过风机将安全柜内的混合有危险气体的空气抽出 然后经由活性炭滤芯吸附危险气体后外排, 但是由于风机、 滤芯以及控制风机 工作的电控箱都设置在净化箱体内, 电控箱上都是采用幵设线缆孔的方式来完 成风机与电控箱之间电控线缆穿线电控连接; 受到电控箱上线缆孔密封效果的 影响, 由风机从安全柜内引出的含有危险气体的空气及易通过密封不良的线缆 孔进入电控箱内从而引发***等严重事故, 危及生产安全。

[0010] 本实用新型的有益效果在于: 其通过将电控箱分设于过滤箱外部、 同吋电控箱 与设置于过滤箱内的风机通过一体绝缘线束电性连接, 保证了过滤箱内危险气 体与电控箱的可靠隔绝, 杜绝危险气体进入电控箱而引发***的情况, 确保安 全生产; 同吋, 由于过滤箱与电控箱分体设置, 电控箱能够设置于人员便于操 作、 便于监控的位置, 以便出现报警情况吋人员能够及吋处置; 另外, 风机采 用了可调速的无刷直流电机驱动, 故能满足不同工作场合的需求, 特别是能根 据进入过滤箱内危险气体的浓度大小来对风机的吸风量进行控制, 当过滤箱内 危险气体浓度过高吋将无刷直流电机的转速调高从而减少风机的吸风量, 有效 避免因过滤箱内危险气体浓度过高而存在***危险, 从源头上避免了燃爆的危 险性, 确保生产安全; 此外, 通过在过滤箱内的进风口侧安装进风口传感器来 对进入过滤箱内空气中危险气体的浓度进行监测, 当危险气体浓度达到预设阈 值吋电控箱切断电源并报警, 也进一步保证了运行的安全性; 同吋, 其在过滤 箱内的滤芯出气口侧设置的出风口传感器, 当滤芯出气口的危险气体浓度达超 过有害限值吋电控箱进行需更换滤芯的提示报警, 以有效避免未净化达标的危 险气体排放给环境、 人员带来的危险和损害, 保证达到无害化排放。
