技术领域
本发明涉及烟草技术领域,更具体涉及一种含活性炭加热不燃烧的烟草基底的制备方法。
背景技术
加热不燃烧卷烟通过加热不燃烧烟草的方式向消费者提供尼古丁和烟草特征香气,以满足消费者的需求,同时可以大幅度降低主流烟气中焦油和有害物质的释放量,是未来烟草市场发展的重要趋势。加热不燃烧烟草原料的设计与传统卷烟存在巨大差别,相关实验表明未经过特殊处理的普通烟支在一般烟具中使用无法提供满意的烟雾量和香气。
申请公布号为CN 103181613的专利文件提供了一种电干馏型烟草薄片的制备方法。该专利文件中在烟草薄片片基上涂布烟草提取物、植物提取物和发烟剂,应用于电干馏装置中可产生烟雾。但是该专利文件只是简单以薄片涂布的方式改性普通薄片,而未经特殊处理的烟草薄片在使用过程中存在吸附量低、烟草香气不足,特别是在涂布量提高时其机械性能会大大降低。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本发明要解决的技术问题就是如何向消费者提供尼古丁和烟草特征香气,同时大幅度降低烟气中焦油和有害物质的释放量,而提供一种含活性炭加热不燃烧的烟草基底的制备方法。
(二)技术方案
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种含活性炭加热不燃烧的烟草基底的制备方法,该方法包括如下步骤(所用原料均可市售购得):
步骤一:制备活性炭浆液:称取活性炭,将其与水混合并疏解打浆,制成重量浓度为1-5%的活性炭浆液;
步骤二:制备烟草浆液:称取烟草原料,将其放入水中进行浸泡,浸泡后进行过滤,将过滤得到的烟草进行机械打浆,得到烟草浆液;
步骤三:制备烟草基底:以重量份计称取烟草浆液50-80份,木浆8-25份,活性炭浆液10-30份,粘合剂4-8份,然后均匀混合;将混合料送至抄纸机成型成湿烟草基底,经热风干燥,得到烟草基底;
步骤四:制备涂布液:以重量份计称取烟草精油1-40份、烟用香精料2-20份、雾化剂40-80份,然后均匀混合,得到涂布液;
步骤五:涂布烟草基底:按照步骤三得到的烟草基底重量的25-40%称取步骤四得到的涂布液,将涂布液喷涂到烟草基底上,在恒温恒湿条件下静置40-48h,最终得到含活性炭加热不燃烧的烟草基底。
优选地,在步骤一中,所述的活性炭为活性炭颗粒和/或活性炭纤维,所述活性炭颗粒的粒度为80-100目;所述活性炭纤维的纤维长度为0.5-8mm,优选0.5-5mm,更优选1mm。
上述的活性炭优选为木质活性炭或果壳活性炭。
所述活性炭颗粒的预处理方法:将40-200目的植物源活性炭加入到60-100℃热水中,超声频率20-60KHz的条件下超声30-60min,之后过滤、洗涤,在高温100-200℃通风条件下烘干。
所述活性炭纤维的预处理方法:将活性炭纤维加入到热水中煮沸30-60min,之后过滤、洗涤,在高温100-200℃通风条件下烘干。

将80-100目的椰壳活性炭加入到80℃热水中,超声频率40KHz的条件下超声60min,之后过滤、洗涤,在高温150℃通风条件下烘干待用。
将质量百分比烟草浆液65.5%、木浆14.5%、椰壳活性炭浆液15%及黄原胶5%混合均匀,直接送至夹网抄纸机成型后,经热风干燥机干燥获得烟草基底,所得烟草基底厚度为100μm;烟草基底厚度克重在50g/m2
制备涂布液,其组成为:按质量百分比烤烟烟草精油20%、烟用香精6%、甘油74%。按烟草基底质量百分比的25%喷涂上述涂布液于烟草基底上,之后在恒温恒湿箱中调节环境温度为(22±1)℃、相对湿度(60±2)%条件下平衡48h,即得烟草基底样品1#。
将上述基底卷制成烟卷,与空心滤棒复合后形成烟支,***烟具中使用,并设定烟具加热温度为250℃,加热20s后开始抽吸。
实施例2
将纤维长度1mm的纤维活性炭加入到100℃热水煮沸60min,之后过滤、洗涤,在高温150℃通风条件下烘干待用。
将质量百分比烟草浆液50%、木浆17%、纤维活性炭浆液25%及***胶8%混合均匀,直接送至夹网抄纸机成型后,经热风干燥机干燥获得烟草基底,所得烟草基底厚度为150μm;烟草基底厚度克重在80g/m2
制备涂布液,其组成为:按质量百分比烤烟烟草精油10%、烟用香精20%、甘油70%。按烟草基底质量百分比的35%喷涂上述涂布液于烟草基底上,之后在恒温恒湿箱中调节环境温度为(22±1)℃、相对湿度(60 ±2)%条件下平衡48h,即得烟草基底样品2#。
将上述基底卷制成烟卷,与空心滤棒复合后形成烟支,***烟具中使用,并设定烟具加热温度为350℃,加热10s后开始抽吸。
实施例3
将纤维长度5mm的活性炭纤维加入到100℃热水煮沸60min,之后过滤、洗涤,在高温150℃通风条件下烘干待用。
将质量百分比烟草浆液76.5%、木浆9.5%、纤维活性炭浆液10%及瓜尔胶4%混合均匀,直接送至夹网抄纸机成型后,经热风干燥机干燥获得烟草基底,所得烟草基底厚度为150μm;烟草基底厚度克重在80g/m2
制备涂布液,其组成为:按质量百分比烤烟烟草精油5%、烟用香精15%、丙二醇20%、甘油60%。按烟草基底质量百分比的40%喷涂上述涂布液于烟草基底上,之后在恒温恒湿箱中调节环境温度为(22±1)℃、相对湿度(60±2)%条件下平衡48h,即得烟草基底样品3#。
将上述基底卷制成烟卷,与空心滤棒复合后形成烟支,***烟具中使用,并设定烟具加热温度为200℃,加热30s后开始抽吸。
对比例1
在普通基底上喷涂涂布液,涂布液组成及质量百分比与实施例1相同,所得基底卷制成烟卷,与空心滤棒复合后形成烟支,***烟具中使用,并设定烟具加热温度为250℃,加热20s后开始抽吸。
通过抽吸上述基底样品,可发现添加活性炭的烟草基底可更好吸附涂布液,而普通基底会出现涂布液向卷烟纸渗透现象;抽吸过程中添加有活性炭的烟草基底释放更大的烟雾量,烟草香气更为丰富,因此通过添加活性炭于基底中可以较好的提升加热不燃烧烟草基底品质,具有较好的应用前景。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种含活性炭加热不燃烧的烟草基底的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法包括如下步骤:
    步骤一:制备活性炭浆液:称取活性炭,将其与水混合并疏解打浆,制成重量浓度为1-5%的活性炭浆液;
    步骤二:制备烟草浆液:称取烟草原料,将其放入水中进行浸泡,浸泡后进行过滤,将过滤得到的烟草进行机械打浆,得到烟草浆液;
    步骤三:制备烟草基底:以重量份计称取烟草浆液50-80份,木浆8-25份,活性炭浆液10-30份,粘合剂4-8份,然后均匀混合;将混合料送至抄纸机成型成湿烟草基底,经热风干燥,得到烟草基底;
    步骤四:制备涂布液:以重量份计称取烟草精油1-40份、烟用香精料2-20份、雾化剂40-80份,然后均匀混合,得到涂布液;
    步骤五:涂布烟草基底:按照步骤三得到的烟草基底重量的25-40%称取步骤四得到的涂布液,将涂布液喷涂到烟草基底上,在恒温恒湿条件下静置40-48h,最终得到含活性炭加热不燃烧的烟草基底。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的含活性炭加热不燃烧的烟草基底的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤一中,所述的活性炭为活性炭颗粒和/或活性炭纤维,所述活性炭颗粒的粒度为80-100目;所述活性炭纤维的纤维长度为0.5-8mm。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的含活性炭加热不燃烧的烟草基底的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤二中,所述的烟草原料包括烟梗、烟末、碎烟叶和烟丝中的一种或几种。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的含活性炭加热不燃烧的烟草基底的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤三中,所述的木浆为云杉漂白硫酸盐浆、杨木漂白硫酸盐浆、针叶木漂白硫酸盐浆和桉木漂白硫酸盐浆中的一种或几种;所述的粘合剂为黄原胶、***胶和瓜尔胶中的一种或几种。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的含活性炭加热不燃烧的烟草基底的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤三中,所述得到的烟草基底含水率10-15%;其 厚度为10-300μm,其厚度克重为20-200g/m2
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的含活性炭加热不燃烧的烟草基底的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤四中,所述的烟草精油由下述方法制备:将烟叶或烟丝经粉碎机磨碎,过40~100目筛,加入一定比例的溶剂水、乙醇或***,在一定温度条件下超声萃取2-10h,经过沉降,过滤,减压浓缩得到烟草初提物;将烟草初提物采用分子蒸馏进行精提,得到烟草精油;所述分子蒸馏条件如下:进料速度2-10mL/min、真空度15-20Pa、进样温度80℃、加热温度60-80℃、冷却温度10-20℃、转速300-400r/min。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的含活性炭加热不燃烧的烟草基底的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤四中,所述的烟用香精料为香兰素、苯甲酸、苯乙酸、10%秘鲁浸膏、5%树苔浸膏、90%丁香油、大茴香醛、10%菠萝酮、苯甲醇、苯乙醇、甲苯乙酮、苯乙酸乙酯、铃铛梅子浸膏、苯乙醛、苯乙酮、当归内酯、法尼酮、十二酸、异戊酸、丁酸苄酯、辛醇、四甲基吡嗪、柠檬酸、乙基麦芽酚、香紫苏醇、香紫苏内酯、龙涎醚、印蒿油、橙叶油、缬草油、香根油、赖百当浸膏、苏合香浸膏、独活酊、酸果流浸膏、酸角浸膏、春黄菊浸膏、香荚兰浸膏、无花果浸膏、苹果汁、巨豆三烯酮、二氢猕猴桃内酯、β-紫罗兰酮、棕榈酸、香叶基丙酮的一种或几种。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的含活性炭加热不燃烧的烟草基底的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤四中,所述的雾化剂为丙二醇、三甘醇、1,3-丁二醇、甘油、二丙二醇、聚乙二醇的一种或几种。
  9. 权利要求1-8任一项所述的含活性炭加热不燃烧的烟草基底的制备方法制得的烟草基底。
  10. 权利要求9所述的含活性炭加热不燃烧的烟草基底的制备方法制得的烟草基底在加热不燃烧烟具中的应用,其特征在于,将权利要求1-8任一项所述的制备方法制得的烟草基底卷制成烟支,放置于烟具中,设定加热温度为200-500℃,加热时间10-30s,到达加热时间后开始抽吸。
