本发明涉及家用电器领域,具体涉及一种家用电器的摇头机构和一种家用电器。
背景技术
目前,具有摇头功能的家用电器,如风扇在转向摇头时,家用电器的头部容易出现急停的现象,使得家用电器的头部出现抖动,从而导致家用电器运行的稳定性较差。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明需要提供一种家用电器的摇头机构。

根据本发明实施方式的一种家用电器的摇头机构包括摇头支架、驱动装置、固定安装板、驱动齿轮及基座,所述摇头支架包括连接轴,所述驱动装置包括输出轴,所述固定安装板固定在所述摇头支架上,所述固定安装板开设有第一安装孔及第二安装孔,所述连接轴穿设所述第一安装孔,所述驱动装置安装于所述固定安装板上,所述输出轴穿设所述第二安装孔,所述驱动齿轮设置在所述输出轴上,所述连接轴可转动地连接所述基座,所述驱动装置用于驱动所述驱动齿轮相对于所述基座转动以带动所述连接轴转动从而带动所述摇头支架相对于所述基座转动。
因此,本发明实施方式的家用电器的摇头机构中,摇头支架的连接轴与驱动装置的输出轴分别穿设固定安装板的第一安装孔与第二安装孔,从而保证了输出轴与连接轴的同轴度,进而可有效避免因摇头支架与驱动装置配合偏转而导致家用电器的摇头机构转动时出现疾步、抖动等问题。

因此,本发明实施方式的家用电器的摇头机构100中,摇头支架10的连接轴11与驱动装置20的输出轴21分别穿设固定安装板30的第一安装孔31与第二安装孔32。从而保证了输出轴21与连接轴11的同轴度,进而可有效避免因摇头支架10与驱动装置20配合偏转而导致家用电器的摇头机构100转动时出现疾步、抖动等问题。
具体地,本发明实施方式中,当驱动装置20使摇头支架10相对于基座50转动时,驱动装置20同时随着摇头支架10相对于基座50转动。
在一个实施方式中,基座50包括齿部51。齿部51与驱动齿轮40啮合。驱动装置20用于驱动驱动齿轮40围绕齿部51转动以带动连接轴11转动从而带动摇头支架10相对于基座50转动。
如此,齿部51与驱动齿轮40啮合配合,保证了驱动装置20使摇头支架10相对于基座50转动时的稳定性,且连接结构简单,利于驱动。
在一个实施方式中,家用电器的摇头机构100包括设置在齿部51中的轴承52。轴承52与连接轴11过盈配合。
如此,轴承52与连接轴11过盈配合,保证了基座50的轴线与摇头支架10垂直,从而可有效防止家用电器的摇头机构100运行过程中出现晃动。
在一个实施方式中,驱动装置20包括电机22。摇头支架10开设有轴孔12。输出轴21穿设第二安装孔32及轴孔12而连接驱动齿轮40及电机22。
在一个实施方式中,家用电器的摇头机构100包括齿轮罩60。齿轮罩60与摇头支架10固定连接。驱动装置20及齿轮罩60分别固定在固定安装板30相背的两侧。驱动齿轮40收容在齿轮罩60中。
驱动装置20及齿轮罩60分别固定在固定安装板30相背的两侧可使得驱动装置20与齿轮罩60的重量分布更加均匀,提高了家用电器的摇头机构100的结构稳定性。
具体地,齿轮罩60形成有收容槽61。驱动齿轮40收容于收容槽61内。
驱动齿轮40收容于收容槽61内可保证驱动齿轮40与齿部51配合的平行度,从而可有效避免因驱动齿轮40与齿部51配合偏转而导致家用电器的摇头机构100转动时出现疾步、抖动等问题。
在一个实施方式中,摇头支架10开设有通孔13。固定安装板30开设有螺纹孔33。齿轮罩60设置有螺钉柱62。螺钉柱62穿设通孔13。螺钉柱62通过螺钉与螺纹孔33配合而将齿轮罩60固定在摇头支架10上。
齿轮罩60通过螺钉柱62与螺钉配合而与摇头支架10及固定安装板30固定连接,如此,连接结构简单、牢固,有效地保证了齿轮罩60与驱动齿轮40的精确组装,从而有效地提高了家用电器的摇头机构100的使用可靠性。
在一个实施方式中,齿轮罩60设置有与螺钉柱62间隔的卡部63。摇头支架10开设有卡孔14。卡部63卡设于卡孔14中。
具体地,在安装齿轮罩60时,可先通过卡部63卡设于卡孔14而将齿轮罩60定位于摇头支架10上,这样可将齿轮罩60快速定位在摇头支架10上。之后再通过螺钉将齿轮罩60与固定安装板30锁紧而使齿轮罩60固定在摇头支架10上。因此,齿轮罩60通过与摇头支架10及固定安装板30连接使得齿轮罩60的连接更加稳定,进一步保证了驱动齿轮40与齿部51的配合平行度。
在一个实施方式中,基座50形成有收容空间53。齿轮罩60可转动地收容于收容空间53内。
如此,这保证了齿轮罩60转动所需要的设置空间,同时可有效避免基座50对齿轮罩60转动的干扰,也能够使家用电器的摇头机构100更紧凑。
在一个实施方式中,摇头支架10包括第一安装面15及与第一安装面15相背的第二安装面16。驱动装置20及固定安装板30固定于第一安装面15上。齿轮罩60固定于第二安装面16上。
因此,这样使得家用电器的摇头机构100的重量分布均衡,有效避免了家用电器的摇头机构100因重量分布不均匀而可能出现偏转或者晃动的问题,同时提高了家用电器的摇头机构100的使用可靠性。
在一个实施方式中,齿轮罩60开设有容置空间64。容置空间64的侧壁所形成的圆弧状结构641与齿部51的外周圆弧状结构511相匹配。齿部51部分地收容于容置空间64中。
因此,这样可有效防止驱动齿轮40与齿部51的相互干涉,避免家用电器的摇头机构100转动时出现疾步、抖动等问题。
在一个实施方式中,家用电器的摇头机构100包括支柱管70。基座50设置有连接 部54。连接部54固定连接支柱管70。当家用电器的摇头机构100应用于家用电器时,支柱管70可用于整个家用电器的摇头机构100的支撑,使家用电器的摇头机构100在运行时更稳定。
本发明实施方式的家用电器200包括任一实施方式的家用电器的摇头机构100。
本发明实施方式的家用电器200中,摇头支架10的连接轴11与驱动装置20的输出轴21分别穿设固定安装板30的第一安装孔31与第二安装孔32。从而保证了输出轴21与连接轴11的同轴度,进而可有效避免因摇头支架10与驱动装置20配合偏转而导致家用电器的摇头机构100转动时出现疾步、抖动等问题。
在本发明实施方式中,家用电器200以风扇为例说明。家用电器200包括风叶210及用于驱动风叶210转动的风叶驱动机构220(见图1)。风叶驱动机构220固设于摇头支架100前端。具体地,风叶驱动机构220为电机。可以理解,其它需要使用摇头机构的家用电器也可采用以上实施方式的家用电器的摇头机构100。如此,家用电器200通过驱动装置20使摇头支架10相对于基座50转动,以实现送风。
同时,驱动装置20及风叶驱动机构220均设置在摇头支架10上,这使得家用电器200的结构强度高,可靠性好。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种家用电器的摇头机构,其特征在于,包括:
    摇头支架,所述摇头支架包括连接轴;
    驱动装置,所述驱动装置包括输出轴;
    固定安装板,所述固定安装板固定在所述摇头支架上,所述固定安装板开设有第一安装孔及第二安装孔,所述连接轴穿设所述第一安装孔,所述驱动装置安装于所述固定安装板上,所述输出轴穿设所述第二安装孔;
    驱动齿轮,所述驱动齿轮设置在所述输出轴上;
    基座,所述连接轴可转动地连接所述基座;
    所述驱动装置用于驱动所述驱动齿轮相对于所述基座转动以带动所述连接轴转动从而带动所述摇头支架相对于所述基座转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的家用电器的摇头机构,其特征在于,所述基座包括齿部,所述齿部与所述驱动齿轮啮合,所述驱动装置用于驱动所述驱动齿轮围绕所述齿部转动以带动所述连接轴转动从而带动所述摇头支架相对于所述基座转动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的家用电器的摇头机构,其特征在于,所述家用电器的摇头机构包括设置在所述齿部中的轴承,所述轴承与所述连接轴过盈配合。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的家用电器的摇头机构,其特征在于,所述驱动装置包括电机,所述摇头支架开设有轴孔,所述输出轴穿设所述第二安装孔及所述轴孔而连接所述驱动齿轮及所述电机。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的家用电器的摇头机构,其特征在于,所述家用电器的摇头机构包括齿轮罩,所述齿轮罩与所述摇头支架固定连接,所述驱动装置及所述齿轮罩分别固定在所述固定安装板相背的两侧,所述驱动齿轮收容在所述齿轮罩中。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的家用电器的摇头机构,其特征在于,所述摇头支架开设有通孔,所述固定安装板开设有螺纹孔,所述齿轮罩设置有螺钉柱,所述螺钉柱穿设所述通孔,所述螺钉柱通过螺钉与所述螺纹孔配合而将所述齿轮罩固定在所述摇头支架上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的家用电器的摇头机构,其特征在于,所述齿轮罩设置有与 所述螺钉柱间隔的卡部,所述摇头支架开设有卡孔,所述卡部卡设于所述卡孔中。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的家用电器的摇头机构,其特征在于,所述基座形成有收容空间,所述齿轮罩可转动地收容于所述收容空间内。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的家用电器的摇头机构,其特征在于,所述摇头支架包括第一安装面及与所述第一安装面相背的第二安装面,所述驱动装置及所述固定安装板固定于所述第一安装面上,所述齿轮罩固定于所述第二安装面上。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的家用电器的摇头机构,其特征在于,所述齿轮罩开设有容置空间,所述基座包括齿部,所述容置空间的侧壁所形成的圆弧状结构与所述齿部的外周圆弧状结构相匹配,所述齿部部分地收容于所述容置空间中。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的家用电器的摇头机构,其特征在于,所述家用电器的摇头机构包括支柱管,所述基座设置有连接部,所述连接部固定连接所述支柱管。
  12. 一种家用电器,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1-11任意一项所述的家用电器的摇头机构。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的家用电器,其特征在于,所述家用电器包括风叶及用于驱动所述风叶转动的风叶驱动机构,所述风叶驱动机构固设于所述摇头支架前端。
