Description

自动定位锁具和防误操作的推拉平开门窗五金***及方法 技术领域
本发明涉及推拉平开门窗扇技术领域,具体来说是一种在门窗框上运动至不同位置时,能够实现自动的定位锁具和防误操作的推拉平开门窗扇五金***及其使用方法。
背景技术
门窗从开启方式看,主要有平开式和推拉式两大类。平开式的门窗扇一侧与门窗框相枢接或铰接,可绕其枢轴或铰链旋转而打开;推拉式的门窗扇则被限制在上下平行的门窗框的滑槽内或导轨上并可在其中沿门窗框方向移动。前者的优点是门窗可全部打开,采光面积大,缺点是门窗打开需要向外推出,因此门窗的宽度只能设置成小于用户手臂的长度,只能限定在较小的范围值内。后者的优点是开关轻松、节省空间,但门窗只能打开一半,采光方面存在不足。
推拉平开门窗是综合二者优点设计出的门窗结构,现有的推拉平开门窗:
1、结构稳固性差,推拉门窗扇在平开门窗扇开启时,推拉门窗扇上的吊轮易脱离轨道,至使推拉门窗扇掉落;
2、推拉门窗扇在推拉至与平开门窗扇相重合的位置时,推拉门窗扇和平开门窗扇之间不具备相互自动锁合的功能,稳定性差和/或使用不方便;
3、平开门窗扇在门窗框上没有一种设置合理的,可自动锁紧在门窗框上的结构,达不到最佳的使用效果。
因此,特别需要一种自动的定位、锁合和防误操作的推拉平开门窗扇五金***,以解决现有技术中存在的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中,推拉门窗扇和平开门窗扇在推拉门窗扇和平开门窗扇在门窗框上运动至不同位置时,不能够实现自动定位、锁合和/或防误操作功能的缺陷,提供一种自动的定位锁具和防误操作的推拉平开门窗五金***,来解决现有技术中存在的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种自动定位锁具和防误操作的推拉平开门窗五金***,包括平开门窗扇、推拉门窗 扇、门窗框、防误操作自动锁装置和防误操作限位装置,所述平开门窗扇通过铰链和/或合页设置在门窗框内,所述推拉门窗扇滑动设置在门窗框内,所述推拉门窗扇在门窗框内具有一个滑动在门窗框上的原始锁闭位置和滑动在平开门窗扇上的重叠位置,所述推拉门窗扇处于重叠位置时,平开门窗扇通过铰链和/或合页可带动推拉门窗扇向外平开;所述平开门窗扇和门窗框之间通过防误操作自动锁装置自动锁合和/或自动取消锁合;所述推拉门窗扇处于重叠位置时,推拉门窗扇和平开门窗扇之间可通过防误操作限位装置自动限位和/或自动取消限位。
在本发明中,所述推拉门窗扇在门窗框上处于原始锁闭位置时,推拉门窗扇和门窗框之间通过锁具锁合。
在本发明中,所述防误操作自动锁装置包括防误操作触块、壳体和自动锁,所述自动锁包含锁舌,所述防误操作触块滑动设置在壳体上,使防误操作触块在壳体上具有一个对锁舌位置进行限位的限位位置和取消对锁舌位置进行限位的非限位位置;所述锁舌滑动设置在壳体上,使锁舌在壳体上具有一个原始位置和一个被压缩位置;所述防误操作触块处于限位位置时,防误操作触块对锁舌的位置进行限位,使锁舌不能够由原始位置进入被压缩位置;所述防误操作触块处于非限位位置时,防误操作触块取消对锁舌位置的限位,使锁舌能够由原始位置进入被压缩位置。
在本发明中,还包括第一弹簧,所述防误操作触块通过第一弹簧设置在壳体上,所述防误操作触块的限位位置是弹簧自然张开的位置,非限位位置是弹簧被压缩后的位置。
在本发明中,还包括防误操作柱和第二弹簧,所述锁舌通过防误操作柱设置在壳体上,所述防误操作柱的一端通过螺纹连接锁舌,另一端设置限位头,在所述防误操作柱上,防误操作柱一端和另一端之间的外侧圆周上设置凹陷部分,在所述壳体内侧,凹陷部分和防误操作柱的一端之间设置弹簧限位凸起,在所述防误操作柱上,防误操作柱的一端至弹簧限位凸起之间套设第二弹簧。
在本发明中,所述防误操作触块上设置有一个限位孔和非限位孔,所述限位孔和非限位孔部分重合后形成一个不规则的孔,当所述限位孔和非限位孔都为圆形通孔时,非限位孔的直径大于限位孔的直径,使限位孔和非限位孔部分重叠后形成一个葫芦端截面形通孔。
在本发明中,所述防误操作限位装置包括防误操作L型柱和防误操作固定座,所述防误操作L型柱包含滑动部分、挡位部分和限位部分,所述滑动部分的一端设置挡位部分,另一端设置限位部分,所述防误操作L型柱通过滑动部分滑动设置在防误操作固定座上,使防误操作L型柱在防误操作固定座上具有一个限位位置和非限位位置。
在本发明中,还包括第三弹簧,所述防误操作L型柱通过第三弹簧设置在防误操作固 定座上,所述防误操作L型柱的限位位置是第三弹簧的自然放松位置,所述防误操作L型柱的非限位位置是第三弹簧被压缩时的压缩位置。
一种自动定位锁具和防误操作的推拉平开门窗五金***的使用方法,所述推拉门窗扇和平开门窗扇在门窗框上由锁闭状态进入两扇平开开启状态包含以下步骤:
步骤一,打开推拉门窗扇和门窗框之间相互锁合的锁具,使锁具由锁闭状态进入非锁闭状态;
步骤二,推拉门窗扇在门窗框内由原始锁闭位置滑入与平开门窗扇上的重叠位置的同时,防误操作自动锁装置由自动锁合状态进入取消锁合状态;
步骤三,在重叠位置的推拉门窗扇通过平开门窗扇向外平开开启的同时,推拉门窗扇和平开门窗扇之间通过防误操作限位装置自动限位。
一种自动定位锁具和防误操作的推拉平开门窗五金***的使用方法,所述推拉门窗扇和平开门窗扇在门窗框上由两扇平开开启状态进入锁闭状态包含以下步骤:
步骤一,在重叠位置的推拉门窗扇通过平开门窗扇向内拉回门窗框内时,推拉门窗扇和平开门窗扇之间通过防误操作限位装置自动取消限位;
步骤二,推拉门窗扇在门窗框内由重叠位置滑入原始锁闭位置的同时,防误操作自动锁装置4由取消锁合状态进入锁合状态;
步骤三,推拉门窗扇在门窗框处于原始锁闭位置,推拉门窗扇和门窗框之间通过锁具锁合。
有益效果
1、本发明推拉门窗扇和平开门窗扇在门窗框上推拉平开至不同位置时,可分别通过防误操作自动锁装置和防误操作限位装置进行自动的定位、锁合和防止误操作,达到稳固、安全和方便使用的效果;
2、防误操作自动锁装置采用防误操作触块、锁舌结构,通过推拉门窗扇推拉至与平开门窗扇重叠的位置时触动防误操作触块,使防误操作触块由对锁舌进行限位的限位位置进入非限位位置,才可使锁舌正常工作,达到防误操作的效果;同时采用的锁舌结构,能够起到自动定位和限位的效果;
3、采用的防误操作限位装置结构,当平开门扇逐渐开启后,防误操作器的误操作柱L型挡位跟框型材边逐渐脱离,使误操作功能启动,误操作柱L型前端卡入吊轮组件支架的卡位槽后,使安装在推拉扇的吊轮组件不能活动,启到一个防止推拉扇在平开扇开启时滑轮脱离轨道,至使推拉扇料掉落,达到防误操作、自动定位和限位的效果。

防误操作限位装置5设置在平开门窗扇1上,滑轮组件22和/或推拉门窗扇2上设置有于与防误操作L型柱26的限位部分30相对应的限位槽33,在平开门窗扇1关闭在门窗框3内时,防误操作L型柱26的挡位部分29挡置在门窗框3上,使防误操作L型柱 26处于第三弹簧31被压缩位置;当推拉门窗和平开门窗处于相互重叠的位置后,同时向外推出时,挡位部分29脱离门窗框3的阻挡,第三弹簧31恢复到自然放松位置,使防误操作L型柱26由非限位位置进入限位位置,防误操作L型柱26处于限位位置时,防误操作L型柱26的限位部分30***限位槽33内,进而将推拉门窗扇2限位在平开门窗扇1上。
定位轮25固定在平开门窗扇1上,并伸出在推拉门窗扇2下方的型材槽口中,型材槽口形成定位轮25的定位轨道,起到导向的作用。

  1. 一种自动定位锁具和防误操作的推拉平开门窗五金***,包括平开门窗扇、推拉门窗扇、门窗框、防误操作自动锁装置和防误操作限位装置,其特征在于:所述平开门窗扇通过铰链和/或合页设置在门窗框内,所述推拉门窗扇滑动设置在门窗框内,所述推拉门窗扇在门窗框内具有一个滑动在门窗框上的原始锁闭位置和滑动在平开门窗扇上的重叠位置,所述推拉门窗扇处于重叠位置时,平开门窗扇通过铰链和/或合页可带动推拉门窗扇向外平开;所述平开门窗扇和门窗框之间通过防误操作自动锁装置自动锁合和/或自动取消锁合;所述推拉门窗扇处于重叠位置时,推拉门窗扇和平开门窗扇之间可通过防误操作限位装置自动限位和/或自动取消限位。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的自动定位锁具和防误操作的推拉平开门窗五金***,其特征在于:所述推拉门窗扇在门窗框上处于原始锁闭位置时,推拉门窗扇和门窗框之间通过锁具锁合。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的自动定位锁具和防误操作的推拉平开门窗五金***,其特征在于:所述防误操作自动锁装置包括防误操作触块、壳体和自动锁,所述自动锁包含锁舌,所述防误操作触块滑动设置在壳体上,使防误操作触块在壳体上具有一个对锁舌位置进行限位的限位位置和取消对锁舌位置进行限位的非限位位置;所述锁舌滑动设置在壳体上,使锁舌在壳体上具有一个原始位置和一个被压缩位置;所述防误操作触块处于限位位置时,防误操作触块对锁舌的位置进行限位,使锁舌不能够由原始位置进入被压缩位置;所述防误操作触块处于非限位位置时,防误操作触块取消对锁舌位置的限位,使锁舌能够由原始位置进入被压缩位置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的自动定位锁具和防误操作的推拉平开门窗五金***,其特征在于:还包括第一弹簧,所述防误操作触块通过第一弹簧设置在壳体上,所述防误操作触块的限位位置是弹簧自然张开的位置,非限位位置是弹簧被压缩后的位置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的自动定位锁具和防误操作的推拉平开门窗五金***,其特征在于:还包括防误操作柱和第二弹簧,所述锁舌通过防误操作柱设置在壳体上,所述防误操作柱的一端通过螺纹连接锁舌,另一端设置限位头,在所述防误操作柱上,防误操作柱一端和另一端之间的外侧圆周上设置凹陷部分,在所述壳体内侧,凹陷部分和防误操作柱的一端之间设置弹簧限位凸起,在所述防误操作柱上,防误操作柱的一端至弹簧限位凸起之间套设第二弹簧。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的自动定位锁具和防误操作的推拉平开门窗五金***,其特征在于:所述防误操作触块上设置有一个限位孔和非限位孔,所述限位孔和非限位孔部分 重合后形成一个不规则的孔,当所述限位孔和非限位孔都为圆形通孔时,非限位孔的直径大于限位孔的直径,使限位孔和非限位孔部分重叠后形成一个葫芦端截面形通孔。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的自动定位锁具和防误操作的推拉平开门窗五金***,其特征在于:所述防误操作限位装置包括防误操作L型柱和防误操作固定座,所述防误操作L型柱包含滑动部分、挡位部分和限位部分,所述滑动部分的一端设置挡位部分,另一端设置限位部分,所述防误操作L型柱通过滑动部分滑动设置在防误操作固定座上,使防误操作L型柱在防误操作固定座上具有一个限位位置和非限位位置。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的自动定位锁具和防误操作的推拉平开门窗五金***,其特征在于,还包括第三弹簧,所述防误操作L型柱通过第三弹簧设置在防误操作固定座上,所述防误操作L型柱的限位位置是第三弹簧的自然放松位置,所述防误操作L型柱的非限位位置是第三弹簧被压缩时的压缩位置。
  9. 一种自动定位锁具和防误操作的推拉平开门窗五金***的使用方法,其特征在于:所述推拉门窗扇和平开门窗扇在门窗框上由锁闭状态进入两扇平开开启状态包含以下步骤:
    步骤一,打开推拉门窗扇和门窗框之间相互锁合的锁具,使锁具由锁闭状态进入非锁闭状态;
    步骤二,推拉门窗扇在门窗框内由原始锁闭位置滑入与平开门窗扇上的重叠位置的同时,防误操作自动锁装置由自动锁合状态进入取消锁合状态;
    步骤三,在重叠位置的推拉门窗扇通过平开门窗扇向外平开开启的同时,推拉门窗扇和平开门窗扇之间通过防误操作限位装置自动限位。
  10. 一种自动定位锁具和防误操作的推拉平开门窗五金***的使用方法,其特征在于:所述推拉门窗扇和平开门窗扇在门窗框上由两扇平开开启状态进入锁闭状态包含以下步骤:
    步骤一,在重叠位置的推拉门窗扇通过平开门窗扇向内拉回门窗框内时,推拉门窗扇和平开门窗扇之间通过防误操作限位装置自动取消限位;
    步骤二,推拉门窗扇在门窗框内由重叠位置滑入原始锁闭位置的同时,防误操作自动锁装置4由取消锁合状态进入锁合状态;
    步骤三,推拉门窗扇在门窗框处于原始锁闭位置,推拉门窗扇和门窗框之间通过锁具锁合。
