本发明公开的一种防误操作自动锁装置和有该装置的推拉平开门窗五金***,与现有技术相比,通过采用防误操作触块、锁舌结构,通过推拉门窗扇推拉至与平开门窗扇重叠的位置时触动防误操作触块,使防误操作触块由对锁舌进行限位的限位位置进入非限位位置,才可使锁舌正常工作,达到防误操作的效果;同时采用的锁舌结构,能够起到自动定位和限位的效果。

具体实施方式
在全部附图的视图中,对应的参考符号表示对应的部件。
一种防误操作自动锁装置,包括防误操作触块1、壳体2和自动锁3,自动锁3包含锁舌4,防误操作触块1滑动设置在壳体2上,使防误操作触块1在壳体2上具有一个对锁舌4位置进行限位的限位位置和取消对锁舌4位置进行限位的非限位位置;锁舌4滑动设置在壳体2上,使锁舌4在壳体2上具有一个原始位置和一个被压缩位置;防误操作触块1处于限位位置时,防误操作触块1对锁舌4的位置进行限位,使锁舌不能够由原始位置进入被压缩位置;防误操作触块1处于非限位位置时,防误操作触块1取消对锁舌4位置的限位,使锁舌4能够由原始位置进入被压缩位置。
实施例1,防误操作自动锁装置,还包括第一弹簧5,防误操作触块1通过第一弹簧5设置在壳体2上,防误操作触块1的限位位置是弹簧自然张开的位置,非限位位置是弹簧被压缩后的位置(作为实施例1替换的实施方案,防误操作触块通过第一弹簧设置在壳体上,防误操作触块1的限位位置是弹簧被压缩后的位置,非限位位置是弹簧自然张开的位置,诸如此种本领域技术人员可知,惯用手段的替换也可实现本发明权利要求1的技术方案)。
进一步的,防误操作自动锁装置,还包括防误操作柱6和第二弹簧7,锁舌4通过防误操作柱6设置在壳体2上,防误操作柱6的一端通过螺纹连接锁舌4,另一端设置限位头23,在防误操作柱6上,防误操作柱6一端和另一端之间的外侧圆周上设置凹陷部分7,在壳体2内侧,凹陷部分7和防误操作柱6的一端之间设置弹簧限位凸起8,在防误操作柱6上,防误操作柱6的一端至弹簧限位凸起8之间套设第二弹簧7。
防误操作触块1上设置有一个限位孔9和非限位孔10,限位孔9和非限位孔10部分重合后形成一个不规则的孔,当限位孔9和非限位孔10都为圆形通孔时,非限位孔10的直径大于限位孔9的直径,使限位孔9和非限位孔10部分重叠后形成一个葫芦端截面形通孔。
一种具有防误操作自动锁装置的推拉平开门窗五金***,包括推拉门窗扇11、平开门窗扇12和门窗框13,推拉门窗扇11在门窗框13内具有一个原始位置和与平开门窗扇12重叠的重叠位置,推拉门窗扇11由原始位置进入重叠位置的同时,防误操作自动锁装置的防误操作触块1由限位位置进入非限位位置。
防误操作自动锁装置的壳体2包含用于将防误操作自动锁装置固定在推拉门窗扇11或平开门窗扇12上的安装部14。
防误操作自动锁装置通过安装部14固定在平开门窗扇12靠近推拉门窗扇11那一侧的上角和/或下角位置。
误操作自动锁装置通过安装部14设置在平开门窗扇12靠近推拉门窗扇11那一侧的上角和/或下角位置,防误操作触块1设置在平开门窗扇12的靠近推拉门窗扇11那一侧 的侧部,锁舌4设置在平开门窗扇12靠近推拉门窗扇11那一侧的上端面上或下端面上;推拉平开门窗扇12上设置有用于在推拉门窗扇11推拉至与平开门窗扇12重叠位置同时,用于对防误操作触块1进行触动,使防误操作触块1由限位位置进入非限位位置的限位凸起15。
壳体2的安装部14通过固定螺丝16和/或基米螺丝17固定在推拉门窗扇11或平开门窗扇12上。
门窗框13上设置有与锁舌4相配合的锁片或锁座;锁舌4朝向门窗框13内侧和外侧的两个面分别为斜面。
在实用的时候:
推拉门窗扇11上设置数量为两个以上的滑轮组件18,门窗框13上设置第一滑轨19,平开门窗扇20上设置第二滑轨21,第一滑轨19和第二滑轨21的组合形成整体滑轨,整体滑轨可使推拉门窗扇11通过滑轮组件18在门窗框13内滑动——第一滑轨19和第二滑轨21组合后,滑轮组件18可由第一滑轨19滑动至第二滑轨21或由第二滑轨21滑向第一滑轨19;当滑轮组件18处在第一滑轨19上时,滑轮组件18可带动推拉门窗扇11处于与平开门窗扇20最大程度的拉开位置,当滑轮组件18在第二滑轨21上时,滑轮组件18可带动推拉门窗扇11处于与平开门窗扇20最大程度的重叠位置。
优选的实施方式中,滑轮组件18包括滑轮支架71、滑轮固定轴72、轴承滑轮73、轴垫片74、定位滑轮75、定位滑轮固定柱76、用于安装滑轮组件7的固定片77以及设置在支架上用于调节滑轮组件高度的滑轮固定螺母78和螺丝杆79,轴承滑轮73通过滑轮固定轴72设置在滑轮支架71上;轴承滑轮73可通过轴垫片74设置在滑轮固定轴72上;滑轮支架71上还设置具有辅助定位作用的定位滑轮75,定位滑轮75通过定位滑轮固定柱76设置在滑轮支架71上。
定位轮24固定在平开门窗扇20上,并伸出在推拉门窗扇11下方的型材槽口中,型材槽口形成定位轮24的定位轨道,起到导向的作用。
推拉门窗扇11的一侧可通过锁具22与门窗框13进行锁合,优选的实施方式中,锁具22为钩锁;
推拉门窗扇11的另一侧可通过防误操作自动锁装置与平开门窗扇20的一侧自动锁合或自动取消锁合,平开门窗扇20的另一侧与门窗框13铰链连接或通过合页25连接。
推拉门窗扇11的底部和/或上部可设置滑轮组件18,平开门窗扇20上设置有与滑轮组件18相配合的第二滑轨21;
推拉门窗扇11和平开门窗扇20之间设置有用于在防误操作自动锁装置取消锁合后,推拉门窗扇11和平开门窗扇20同时向外推出时,用于将推拉门窗扇11限位在平开门窗 扇20上的防误操作限位装置,达到平开门窗自动防止误操作、自动定位和自动限位的意想不到的技术效果。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种防误操作自动锁装置,其特征在于:包括防误操作触块、壳体和自动锁,所述自动锁包含锁舌,所述防误操作触块滑动设置在壳体上,使防误操作触块在壳体上具有一个对锁舌位置进行限位的限位位置和取消对锁舌位置进行限位的非限位位置;所述锁舌滑动设置在壳体上,使锁舌在壳体上具有一个原始位置和一个被压缩位置;所述防误操作触块处于限位位置时,防误操作触块对锁舌的位置进行限位,使锁舌不能够由原始位置进入被压缩位置;所述防误操作触块处于非限位位置时,防误操作触块取消对锁舌位置的限位,使锁舌能够由原始位置进入被压缩位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防误操作自动锁装置,其特征在于,还包括第一弹簧,所述防误操作触块通过第一弹簧设置在壳体上,所述防误操作触块的限位位置是弹簧自然张开的位置,非限位位置是弹簧被压缩后的位置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的防误操作自动锁装置,其特征在于:还包括防误操作柱和第二弹簧,所述锁舌通过防误操作柱设置在壳体上,所述防误操作柱的一端通过螺纹连接锁舌,另一端设置限位头,在所述防误操作柱上,防误操作柱一端和另一端之间的外侧圆周上设置凹陷部分,在所述壳体内侧,凹陷部分和防误操作柱的一端之间设置弹簧限位凸起,在所述防误操作柱上,防误操作柱的一端至弹簧限位凸起之间套设第二弹簧。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的防误操作自动锁装置,其特征在于:所述防误操作触块上设置有一个限位孔和非限位孔,所述限位孔和非限位孔部分重合后形成一个不规则的孔,当所述限位孔和非限位孔都为圆形通孔时,非限位孔的直径大于限位孔的直径,使限位孔和非限位孔部分重叠后形成一个葫芦端截面形通孔。
  5. 一种具有防误操作自动锁装置的推拉平开门窗五金***,其特征在于:包括推拉门窗扇、平开门窗扇和门窗框,所述推拉门窗扇在门窗框内具有一个原始位置和与平开门窗扇重叠的重叠位置,所述推拉门窗扇由原始位置进入重叠位置的同时,防误操作自动锁装置的防误操作触块由限位位置进入非限位位置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的具有防误操作自动锁装置的推拉平开门窗五金***,其特征在于:所述防误操作自动锁装置的壳体包含用于将防误操作自动锁装置固定在推拉门窗扇或平开门窗扇上的安装部。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的具有防误操作自动锁装置的推拉平开门窗五金***,其特征在于:所述防误操作自动锁装置通过安装部固定在平开门窗扇靠近推拉门窗扇那一侧的上角和/或下角位置。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的具有防误操作自动锁装置的推拉平开门窗五金***,其特 征在于:所述误操作自动锁装置通过安装部设置在平开门窗扇靠近推拉门窗扇那一侧的上角和/或下角位置,所述防误操作触块设置在平开门窗扇的靠近推拉门窗扇那一侧的侧部,所述锁舌设置在平开门窗扇靠近推拉门窗扇那一侧的上端面上或下端面上;所述推拉平开门窗扇上设置有用于在推拉门窗扇推拉至与平开门窗扇重叠位置同时,用于对防误操作触块进行触动,使防误操作触块由限位位置进入非限位位置的限位凸起。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的具有防误操作自动锁装置的推拉平开门窗五金***,其特征在于:所述壳体的安装部通过固定螺丝和/或基米螺丝固定在推拉门窗扇或平开门窗扇上。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的具有防误操作自动锁装置的推拉平开门窗五金***,其特征在于:所述门窗框上设置有与锁舌相配合的锁片或锁座;所述锁舌朝向门窗框内侧和外侧的两个面分别为斜面。
