Abstract
Description
図1は、実施の形態1における保守作業管理システムの一例を示す構成図である。保守作業管理システムは、保守作業の対象となる設備1に適用される。設備1は、例えば、図示しない建物等に設けられた昇降機、監視カメラシステム及びセキュリティ装置等である。昇降機とは、例えば、エレベーター及びエスカレーター等である。

Claims (5)
- 保守作業の対象となる設備と通信可能な携帯端末と、
保守作業の計画及び実績を管理するための作業管理プログラムを記憶する第1記憶部と、
それぞれ異なる点検動作を設備に行わせる複数の個別点検プログラムを有する設備点検プログラムを記憶する第2記憶部と、
を備え、
前記携帯端末は、
前記作業管理プログラムのユーザーインターフェースを表示する表示部と、
前記表示部に表示されたユーザーインターフェースに対する操作を受け付ける操作部と、
を有し、
前記作業管理プログラムは、
保守作業の計画を示す作業計画情報を前記表示部に表示させる作業管理情報表示制御部と、
前記表示部に表示された前記作業計画情報から前記操作部を用いて作業項目が選択された場合に、当該作業項目に対応する個別点検プログラムを前記設備点検プログラムに実行させる点検プログラム起動部と、
を有する保守作業管理システム。 - 前記作業管理プログラムは、保守作業の実績を示す作業実績情報を更新する作業実績書込部を有し、
前記作業実績書込部は、前記操作部が受け付けた操作に関係なく、前記作業実績情報の一部として、前記設備点検プログラムにより実行された個別点検プログラムに対応する作業項目と関連付けて当該個別点検プログラムが実行された日付を記録する請求項1に記載の保守作業管理システム。 - 前記点検プログラム起動部は、前記操作部が受け付けた操作に関係なく、前記作業計画情報において現在の日付を含む実施予定期間が設定されている作業項目のうち、前記作業実績情報において当該実施予定期間に含まれる日付と関連付けられていない作業項目に対応する個別点検プログラムを前記設備点検プログラムに実行させる請求項2に記載の保守作業管理システム。
- 前記点検プログラム起動部は、設備の部品が交換されたことが前記作業実績情報の一部として記録された場合に、当該部品に関連する情報を設備から取得する機能を有する個別点検プログラムを前記設備点検プログラムに実行させ、
前記作業実績書込部は、前記作業実績情報の一部として、当該個別点検プログラムにより取得された当該部品に関連する情報を記録する請求項2又は3に記載の保守作業管理システム。 - 前記第1記憶部及び前記第2記憶部は、前記携帯端末と通信可能な他の機器に設けられ、
前記携帯端末は、通信回線を介して前記作業管理プログラムを起動する請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の保守作業管理システム。
