Claims (20)
- 一种车联网管理装置,用于第一车辆,包括第一接收器和第一发射器;其中:所述第一接收器用于接收第二车辆请求所述第一车辆的路况数据的路况请求信号;所述第一发射器与所述第一接收器连接,用于将所述第一车辆的行驶记录装置所获取的实时路况信息所对应的路况数据发送给所述第二车辆。
- 根据权利要求1所述的车联网管理装置,其中,所述车联网管理装置还包括开启装置;所述开启装置与所述第一接收器连接,用于在所述第一接收器接收到所述路况请求信号后开启所述第一车辆的所述行驶记录装置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的车联网管理装置,其中,所述路况请求信号包括超车信号、避让信号和危险提示信号中的至少一个。
- 根据权利要求1所述的车联网管理装置,其中,所述路况数据为所述实时路况信息、或对所述路况信息进行分析所获得的分析结果。
- 根据权利要求1所述的车联网管理装置,其中,所述第一发射器为无线通信信号发射器、或光信号发射器、或声音信号播放器。
- 根据权利要求1所述的车联网管理装置,其中,所述第一接收器还用于接收所述第二车辆确定即将进行超车动作时的超车信号;所述车联网管理装置还包括减速器;所述减速器用于在所述第一接收器接收到所述超车信号时,控制所述第一车辆减速。
- 一种车联网管理装置,应用于第二车辆,包括第二接收器和第二发射器;其中,所述第二发射器用于向所述第二车辆请求路况数据的第一车辆发送路况请求信号;所述第二接收器用于接收所述第一车辆响应所述路况请求信号所返回的路况数据,所述路况数据根据所述第一车辆的行驶记录装置所获取的实时路 况信息得到。

- 根据权利要求9所述的车联网管理装置,其中,所述车联网管理装置还包括提示器;所述提示器用于根据所述第二接收器所接收到的路况数据,将对应的信号提示给所述第二车辆的用户。
- 根据权利要求7所述的车联网管理装置,其中,所述第二发射器还用于在确定所述第二车辆即将进行超车动作时,向所述第一车辆发送超车信号。
- 一种车联网管理方法,包括如下步骤:接收第二车辆请求第一车辆的路况数据的路况请求信号;将所述第一车辆的行驶记录装置所获取的实时路况信息所对应的路况数据发送给所述第二车辆。
- 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:接收所述第二车辆确定即将进行超车动作时的超车信号;降低所述第一车辆的行驶速度。
- 一种车联网管理方法,包括如下步骤:向第一车辆发送请求所述第一车辆的路况数据的路况请求信号;第二车辆接收所述第一车辆响应所述路况请求信号所返回的实时路况信息。
- 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:在确定所述第二车辆即将进行超车动作时,向所述第一车辆发送超车信号。
- 一种车辆,包括:行驶记录装置;和车联网管理装置;其中,所述车联网管理装置包括接收器和发射器,所述发射器与所述接收器连接;其中,所述接收器用于接收第一路况请求信号,或接收响应所述发射器发出的第二路况请求信号所返回的实时路况信息;所述发射器用于发送所述第二路况请求信号,或发送响应所述第一路况请求信号的由所述行驶记录装置所获取的实时路况信息所对应的路况数据。
- 根据权利要求16所述的车辆,其中,所述车联网管理装置还包括开启装置;所述开启装置与所述收器连接,用于在所述接收器接收到所述第一路况请求信号后开启所述行驶记录装置。
- 根据权利要求16所述的车辆,其中,所述发射器为无线通信信号发射器、或光信号发射器、或声音信号播放器;所述接收器为无线通信信号接收器、或光信号接收器、或声音信号接收器。
- 根据权利要求16所述的车辆,其中,所述接收器还用于接收超车信号;所述车联网管理装置还包括减速器;所述减速器用于在所述接收器接收到所述超车信号时,控制所述车辆减速。
- 根据权利要求16所述的车辆,其中,所述车联网管理装置还包括提示器。
