铝合金房屋的立柱与墙板及门窗连接结构 技术领域
本发明属于建筑结构领域,涉及铝合金结构房屋,特别涉及一种铝合金结构房屋的立柱与墙板及门窗连接的结构。
背景技术
在建筑设计中总是希望能够具有大跨度的无竖向结构的空间,这就可以根据需求进行灵活隔断,使室内布置呈多样化。传统住宅由于所用材料的性质,限制了空间布置的自由。如果开间过大,就会造成楼板厚度大,梁柱截面过大,不但影响室内美观,而且加大结构重量,增加土建投资。入住装修时拟自行改变设计墙体布置,但苦于大部分墙体不可拆除或移位,既增加了经济负担,又因破坏承重墙而增加了危险隐患。
传统的混凝土建筑需要使用大量的混凝土和砖瓦,基础施工取土量大,还要在城市周边开山挖石,消耗了土地这一宝贵资源,而且不利于环境保护。
现有的钢结构建筑,其重量较重,材料成本高,还增加了基础造价,使得整个项目投资较高。在传统建筑和钢结构建筑中,对龙骨、墙板、门窗等部件没有采取隔热保温、隔声、防水、防火措施。
在抗震设防区,钢筋砼结构有许多不足之处。现浇砼则需要连续作业,尤其在我国北方地区受到作业季节的影响。
有鉴于此,该领域技术人员致力于研发一种铝合金结构房屋,其中大部分构件可在工厂生产,运往现场进行整体组装,并对立柱与墙板及门窗的连接结构加以改进。
发明内容

铝合金结构房屋采用模块化作业特点,从另一方面减少了人工费用和模板等其它辅助材料费用。铝合金结构房屋可自行完成多品种、多色彩的内、外观设计,体现了个性化房屋和使用的舒适度。铝合金结构比钢结构耐腐蚀性强,使用寿命长,减少维护维修费用。随着体系化、产业化水平的提高,铝合金结构房屋性价比高的特点突出,成本将会大大降低。
5、施工周期短,安装方便。由于外墙板内含隔热隔音岩棉和隔热耐火硅钙板,使房屋具有良好的隔热保温、隔声、防水、防火等性能。铝合金门/窗副框设有永久的防水凹槽,大大提高了门/窗的防水性能。门窗所配装的玻璃均为双层中空钢化玻璃,使房屋具有良好的隔热保温及隔声等性能。

  8. 根据权利要求1所述的铝合金房屋的立柱与墙板及门窗连接结构,其特征在于:所述铝合金门或窗扇(10)配置双层中空钢化玻璃(9)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的铝合金房屋的立柱与墙板及门窗连接结构,其特征在于:所述铝合金立柱(13)上安置铝合金立柱装饰盖(14)。
