Description

可移动式铝合金房屋 技术领域
本发明属于建筑结构领域,特别涉及一种可移动式铝合金房屋的结构。
背景技术
在建筑设计中总是希望能够具有大跨度的无竖向结构的空间,这就可以根据需求进行灵活隔断,使室内布置呈多样化。传统住宅由于所用材料的性质,限制了空间布置的自由。如果开间过大,就会造成楼板厚度大,梁柱截面过大,不但影响室内美观,而且加大结构重量,增加土建投资。入住装修时拟自行改变设计墙体布置,但苦于大部分墙体不可拆除或移位,既增加了经济负担,又因破坏承重墙而增加了危险隐患。
传统的混凝土建筑需要使用大量的混凝土和砖瓦,基础施工取土量大,还要在城市周边开山挖石,消耗了土地这一宝贵资源,而且不利于环境保护。
现有的钢结构建筑,其重量较重,材料成本高,还增加了基础造价,使得整个项目投资较高。在传统建筑和钢结构建筑中,对龙骨、墙板、门窗等部件没有采取隔热保温、隔声、防水、防火措施。
在抗震设防区,钢筋砼结构有许多不足之处。现浇砼则需要连续作业,尤其在我国北方地区受到作业季节的影响。
有鉴于此,该领域技术人员致力于研发一种可移动式铝合金结构房屋,其中所有组成构件和室内装潢均在工厂加工组装完成,直接运往现场吊装固定即可使用。
发明内容
本发明的任务是提供一种可移动式铝合金房屋,改进了整个可移动式铝合金房屋的布置与连接结构,设计成可随意吊装、随意搬动的移动式铝合金结构房屋,进一步提高了铝合金结构房屋的强度性、稳定性和安全性。

本发明的可移动式铝合金房屋的布置与连接结构简洁、牢固,其施工周期短,安装方便,具有以下优点:
1、设计制造周期短,设计生产一体化。铝合金结构连接简单,在垂直平面内比传统结构能更好地应用错层、跃层结构。
2、承载强度高,抗震性能优越。可大大提高铝合金结构房屋的强度性、稳定性和安全性。
3、材料生产组装作业优势突出。铝合金结构的所有组成构件和室内装潢均在工厂加工组装完成,直接运往现场吊装固定即可使用,节省了现场施工周期,减少了作业临时用地,与传统建筑材料相比,对周围环境污染小,非常环保,提高了作业的机械化水平。由于铝结构本身可作为劲性结构承担结构荷载和施工荷载,施工时可以节省支模、拆模的材料,由此降低成本,大大加快施工速度。资金价值在施工中充分体现,减少资金成本。
4、铝合金结构性价比高。铝合金构件截面尺寸小,可以增加使用面积,与砼结构和砖混结构相比,自重比较轻,地基的处理比较容易,可以采用天然基础型式。由于基础在工程造价中占有比重比较大,上部结构重量轻可以降低基础的造价,从而减少整个项目的投资。
铝合金结构房屋采用模块化作业特点,从另一方面减少了人工费用和模板等其它辅助材料费用。铝合金结构房屋可自行完成多品种、多色彩的内、外观设计,体现了个性化房屋和使用的舒适度。铝合金结构比钢结构耐腐蚀性强,使用寿命长,减少维护维修费用。随着体系化、产业化水平的提高,铝合金结构房屋性价比高的特点突出,成本将会大大降低。
5、施工周期短,安装方便。由于外墙板内含隔热隔音岩棉和隔热耐火硅钙板,使房屋具有良好的隔热保温、隔声、防水、防火等性能。铝合金门/窗副框设有永久的防水凹槽,大大提高了门/窗的防水性能。门窗所配装的玻璃均为双层中空钢化玻璃,使房屋具有良好的隔热保温及隔声等性能。
本发明的可移动式铝合金房屋可以根据需要落地吊装,也可随意搬动,只要将数个短小的铝合金地台立柱用螺栓固定在可移动式铝合金房屋的底部,再在各地台立柱的底部套入铝合金或钢支座码,然后用螺栓紧固在地台上即可。
本发明的可移动式铝合金房屋所构成的单元建筑类似别墅,在现场实地安装时,可将不同数量的可移动式铝合金房屋组合成不同类型的户型。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作详细描述。
参看图1至图3,本发明提供一种可移动式铝合金房屋,它主要由铝合金立柱1、铝合金横梁、铝合金地梁或地台2、铝合金门3、铝合金窗5、铝合金组合墙板7以及屋面8组成。
铝合金立柱1间隔设置在房屋***,铝合金横梁和铝合金地梁或地台2纵横交错地分段连接于***铝合金立柱1高度的上下位置,上面位置的铝合金横梁安装屋面8,下面位置的铝合金地梁或地台2铺设地板。
铝合金立柱1的底部套装入带有立柱底座12的铝合金地台立柱11上,立柱底座12通过紧固件固定在地台上。数个铝合金立柱1分别套入数个铝合金地台立柱11上,再将该立柱支座的底座12采用紧固螺栓固定在地台上。
如图1至图3中所示,可移动式铝合金房屋的垂直立面上设置铝合金门3、铝合金窗5、铝合金落地大玻璃4和铝合金组合墙板7。铝合金门3设置在可移动式铝合金房屋的前立面,铝合金窗5设置于可移动式铝合金房屋的两侧立面和后立面,铝合金落地大玻璃4设置在可移动式铝合金房屋的前立面。也可以将铝合金落地大玻璃4设置在可移动式铝合金房屋的后立面。
参看图4,铝合金门3和铝合金窗5设有铝合金门或窗框51、铝合金门窗副框52。铝合金门或窗框51预装铝合金门或窗扇53,铝合金门或窗扇53配置双层中空钢化玻璃,使房屋具有良好的隔热保温及隔声等性能。铝合金门窗副框52内设有防水凹槽54,大大提高了门/窗的防水性能。铝合金门窗副框52与铝合金门或窗框51通过紧固件连接。
铝合金组合墙板7由装饰板71、隔热耐火硅钙板72、隔热隔音岩棉73、龙骨74以及铝合金外墙板75组合而成,外墙板内含隔热隔音岩棉和隔热耐火硅钙板,可使房屋具有良好的隔热保温、隔声、防水、防火等性能。在墙板内预装好给排水管道、单相电源插座、网络插座、电话插座、电视插座和灯具开关等设施。铝合金组合墙板7通过紧固件将铝合金墙板组合边框76紧固在铝合金立柱1或铝合金横梁或者铝合金地梁或地台2上以完成安装。
参看图5,屋面8由铝合金圈梁86和铝合金檩条87构成,铝合金圈梁86通过连接角钢89与铝合金立柱1连接,铝合金檩条87斜置在铝合金立柱1上。铝合金立柱1与铝合金圈梁86及铝合金檩条87连接的部位均设有反扣式固定铝槽84,反扣式固定铝槽84内镶嵌连接配件,使铝合金立柱1与 铝合金圈梁86、铝合金圈梁86与铝合金檩条87之间相互镶嵌,再由紧固件固定。在铝合金圈梁86与铝合金立柱1相接处设置减震胶垫88。
铝合金檩条87的上部安装装饰包边铝合金槽85。铝合金檩条87上面依次铺设隔声隔热复合板83、防水卷材82和树脂瓦81。由于铝合金檩条87倾斜地安置在铝合金立柱1上,因此屋面8形成了排水坡度,有利于及时排除雨水。
参看图6,本发明的可移动式铝合金房屋可以单屋独立安置,也可由两幢单屋组合成L型可移动式铝合金房屋,还可由三幢单屋组合成凹型可移动式铝合金房屋(未图示)。
按本发明的可移动式铝合金房屋,在铝合金立柱与铝合金横梁或者铝合金地梁或地台的连接位置,在铝合金立柱内可预装入铝合金或钢方管作为加强型套芯,有利于提高连接位置的强度、抗弯、抗剪与整体稳定性。铝合金立柱与梁相互镶嵌,再加上螺栓或螺丝的固定,使之连接位更为牢固安全。在主要连接位均增设防震胶垫,以防止铝合金材料因热胀冷缩或环境震荡时相互摩擦而发出声响,并有助于提高其抗震能力。
综上所述,采用本发明的可移动式铝合金房屋,其布置与连接结构简洁、牢固,施工周期短,安装方便。由于外墙板内含隔热隔音岩棉和隔热耐火硅钙板,使房屋具有良好的隔热保温、隔声、防水、防火等性能。铝合金门窗副框设有永久的防水凹槽,大大提高了门/窗的防水性能。门窗所配装的玻璃均为双层中空钢化玻璃,使房屋具有良好的隔热保温及隔声等性能。屋面承载强度高,抗震性能优越。
本发明的可移动式铝合金房屋所构成的单元建筑类似别墅,可以根据需要落地吊装,也可随意搬动。在现场实地安装时,可将不同数量的可移动式铝合金房屋组合成不同类型的户型。
当然,本技术领域内的一般技术人员应当认识到,上述实施例仅是用来说明本发明,而并非用作对本发明的限定,只要在本发明的实质精神范围内,对上述实施例的变化、变型等都将落在本发明权利要求的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可移动式铝合金房屋,其特征在于:它包括铝合金立柱(1)、铝合金横梁、铝合金地梁或地台(2)、铝合金门(3)、铝合金窗(5)、铝合金组合墙板(7)以及屋面(8);
    所述铝合金立柱(1)间隔设置在房屋***,铝合金横梁和铝合金地梁或地台(2)纵横交错地分段连接于***铝合金立柱(1)高度的上下位置,上面位置的铝合金横梁安装屋面(8),下面位置的铝合金地梁或地台(2)铺设地板;
    所述铝合金立柱(1)的底部套装入带有立柱底座(12)的铝合金地台立柱(11)上,立柱底座(12)通过紧固件固定在地台上;
    所述可移动式铝合金房屋的垂直立面上设置铝合金门(3)、铝合金窗(5)和铝合金组合墙板(7);
    所述铝合金门(3)设置在可移动式铝合金房屋的前立面,铝合金窗(5)设置于可移动式铝合金房屋的两侧立面和后立面;
    所述屋面(8)由铝合金圈梁(86)和铝合金檩条(87)构成,铝合金圈梁(86)通过连接角钢(89)与铝合金立柱(1)连接,铝合金檩条(87)斜置在铝合金立柱(1)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可移动式铝合金房屋,其特征在于:所述可移动式铝合金房屋还包括铝合金落地大玻璃(4),所述铝合金落地大玻璃(4)设置在可移动式铝合金房屋的前立面。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的可移动式铝合金房屋,其特征在于:所述可移动式铝合金房屋还包括铝合金落地大玻璃(4),所述铝合金落地大玻璃(4)设置在可移动式铝合金房屋的后立面。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的可移动式铝合金房屋,其特征在于:所述铝合金门(3)和铝合金窗(5)设有铝合金门或窗框(51)、铝合金门窗副框(52),铝合金门或窗框(51)预装铝合金门或窗扇(53),铝合金门窗副框(52)内设有防水凹槽(54),铝合金门窗副框(52)与铝合金门或窗框(51)通过紧固件连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的可移动式铝合金房屋,其特征在于:所述铝合金组合墙板(7)由装饰板(71)、隔热耐火硅钙板(72)、隔热隔音岩棉(73)、龙骨(74)以及铝合金外墙板(75)组合而成,铝合金组合墙板(7)通过紧固件将铝合金墙板组合边框(76)紧固在铝合金立柱(1)或铝合金横梁或者铝合金地梁或地台(2)上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的可移动式铝合金房屋,其特征在于:所述铝合金立柱(1)与铝合金圈梁(86)及铝合金檩条(87)连接的部位均设有反扣式固定铝槽(84),反扣式固定铝槽(84)内镶嵌连接配件,使铝合金立柱(1)与铝合金圈梁(86)、铝合金圈梁(86)与铝合金檩条(87)之间相互镶嵌,再由紧固件固定。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的可移动式铝合金房屋,其特征在于:所述铝合金檩条(87)的上部安装装饰包边铝合金槽(85)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的可移动式铝合金房屋,其特征在于:所述铝合金檩条(87)上面依次铺设隔声隔热复合板(83)、防水卷材(82)和树脂瓦(81)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的可移动式铝合金房屋,其特征在于:所述可移动式铝合金房屋由两幢单屋组合成L型可移动式铝合金房屋。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的可移动式铝合金房屋,其特征在于:所述可移动式铝合金房屋由三幢单屋组合成凹型可移动式铝合金房屋。
