Abstract

一种防火保温装饰板，涉及建筑材料技术领域，是用在建筑外墙的一种防火保温装饰板，用框架式结构，把上面板、下面板、支撑筋、防火保温料制成一体化单元板，在上面板边缘刻有凹槽，在上面板上钻孔配装紧固件，紧固件把防火保温装饰板牢固的和基层墙连接在一起。上、下面板使用硅钙板或硅酸钙板或纤维水泥板或石膏板或氧化镁防火板，支撑筋使用酚醛板或氧化镁发泡板或发泡水泥板，玻璃棉也可用岩棉代替。这种防火保温装饰板工厂化流水线生产，制造成本低，防火达A2级以上标准，安装施工方便，强度大，外表美观，是一种新型的防火保温材料。

一种防火保温装饰板
一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及建筑材料技术领域，是用在建筑物外墙的一种防火保温装饰板。
二、背景技术
目前国内外对建筑物外墙的防火保温技术及材料不断升级换代，部分欧美国家开始使用新型的具有阻燃性能的外墙保温装饰材料酚醛。当前国内建筑物外墙的防火保温材料，一般使用聚乙烯，聚氨酯，聚苯乙烯，岩棉等材料组成。其防火保温性能都有一定缺陷，国内目前最先进的外墙防火保温材料是改性酚醛泡沫防火保温板，这是目前有机保温材料中阻燃性较优的材料。但是结构复杂，大部分工序在施工现场手工完成，生产成本高，不适合机械化流水线生产，生产效率低，环保性能差。
三、发明内容
(1)本实用新型所要解决的技术问题
为克服目前建筑物外墙使用的防火保温材料存在的下述缺点：大部分是有机材料，防火性能差，结构不适合机械化流水线生产，生产成本高，大部分工序在施工现场完成，生产效率低，现场垃圾物多，环境污染厉害。为克服上述缺点，本实用新型的目的，是提供一种防火保温装饰板，实现框架式填充结构，设计为防火、保温、装饰一体化的单元防火保温装饰板，便于工厂化连续生产，生产成本低，安装方便，，美观大方，强度高，全部采用A级材料，达到防火A级标准。
(2)本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型包括上面板、下面板、上下面板之间的外侧牢固粘结有支撑筋，支撑筋之间放置有玻璃棉阻燃保温材料，上面板两端的外沿各刻有一道凹沟，便于安装锚固件，在上面板上间隔刻有下陷的圆形凹槽，通过凹槽安装有紧固件，紧固件把防火保温装饰板牢固地固定在基层墙上。上面板和下面板使用硅钙板或硅酸钙板或纤维水泥板或石膏板或氧化镁防火板，支撑筋使用酚醛板或氧化镁发泡板或发泡水泥板，玻璃棉也可用岩棉代替。
(3)本实用新型的有益效果
上、下面板和支撑筋组成的框架式结构，强度大，便于安装，下面板板状结构，便于用无机耐火胶牢固粘结在基层墙面上，阻燃保温性能好，美观大方，通过凹槽，由紧固件把防火保温装饰板牢固的固定在基层墙体上，增加了抗震性能。

五、具体实施方式
附图所示的一种防火保温装饰板，包括上面板(1)、下面板(6)、上面板(1)和下面板(6)之间的外侧牢固粘结有支撑筋(2)，支撑筋(2)和上面板(1)和下面板(6)之间放置有玻璃棉阻燃保温材料(3)，上面板(1)两端的外沿各刻有一道凹沟(7)，便于安装锚固件，在上面板(1)上间隔刻有下陷的圆形凹槽(9)，通过凹槽(9)安装有紧固件(5)，紧固件(5)把防火保温装饰板牢固地固定在基层墙(4)上。上面板(1)和下面板(6)使用硅钙板或硅酸钙板或纤维水泥板或石膏板或氧化镁防火板，支撑筋(2)使用酚醛板或氧化镁发泡板或发泡水泥板，玻璃棉阻燃保温材料(3)也可用岩棉代替。紧固件(5)采用防火保温材料制成。
这种防火保温板在施工时，把基层墙(4)的外表面涂抹防火胶粘剂，把防火保温装饰板粘在基层墙(4)上，用配套电钻从上面板(1)的圆形凹槽(9)中心，钻入防火保温装饰板，并在基层墙(4)上钻出适当深度的圆孔(14)，把紧固件(5)放入所钻的圆孔(14)中，旋紧紧固件(5)的螺栓(12)，即可紧固，在所有凹槽和孔隙中适时填入和涂抹防火保温材料，使其密封。
这种防火保温装饰板，防火保温性能达到A2级以上标准，采用框架式结构，实现工厂化流水线生产，一体化单元板，生产成本低，便于安装施工，是一种新型的防火保温材料。

1.一种防火保温装饰板，其特点是包括上面板(1)、下面板(6)、上面板(1)和下面板(6)之间的外侧牢固粘结有支撑筋(2)，支撑筋(2)和上面板(1)和下面板(6)之间放置有玻璃棉阻燃保温材料(3)，上面板(1)两端的外沿各刻有一道凹沟(7)，便于安装锚固件，在上面板(1)上，间隔刻有下陷的圆形凹槽(9)，通过凹槽(9)安装有紧固件(5)，紧固件(5)把防火保温装饰板牢固地固定在基层墙(4)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防火保温装饰板，其特点是：上面板(1)和下面板(6)使用硅钙板或硅酸钙板或纤维水泥板或石膏板或氧化镁防火板，支撑筋(2)使用酚醛板或氧化镁发泡板或发泡水泥板，玻璃棉阻燃保温材料(3)也可用岩棉代替，紧固件(5)采用防火保温材料制成。
