由此,本发明实现了向用户提供了一个自己所需要的信息能够在该信息发布的同时就被发送给自己和自己所发布的信息能够在发布的同时就被发送给需要该信息的人的工具,并且该工具能够使信息需求用户持续关注信息发布者发布的其它信息。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图来说明本发明的实施例。在本发明的一个附图或一种实施方式中描述的元素和特征可以与一个或更多个其它附图或实施方式中示出的元素和特征相结合。应当注意,为了清楚的目的,附图和说明中省略了与本发明无关的、本领域普通技术人员已知的部件和处理的表示和描述。
本发明提供的用于网络信息服务中信息的发布和即时接收的***包括连接到网络的***服务器和用户终端。图1示出根据本发明一实施方式的***服务器的配置。如图1中所示,该***服务器包括控制器和存储设备。该控制器包括接收单元、发送单元和检索单元。通过接收单元接收到的发布信息和需求信息分别存储在该存储设备的发布信息存储区和需求信息存储区中。***可以指定仅一个或多个ID能够发布信息。也可以限定满足某类规则的ID才能发布信息。
图2A-图2D示出根据本发明该实施方式的用户终端的发布信息设置画面。作为例子,该用户终端是智能手机。当然,用户终端也可以是个人计算机(PC)、笔记本电脑、平板电脑等。如图2A中所示,当用户选中类别框时,在类别框旁显示出类别列表,用户可以利用滚动条改变类别列表中显示的类别,并且选择所需的类别,或者通过输入所需类别的字头字母如“D”,在类别列表中显示以该字头字母为首字母的类别,然后用户可以在该列表中选择所需类别,如“打折信息”。如图2B中所示,在选择了类别之后,当用户选中标签框时,在标签框旁显示出与选择的类别相 对应的标签列表,用户可以利用滚动条改变标签列表中显示的标签,并且选择所需的标签,或者通过输入所需标签的字头字母如“C”,在标签列表中显示出以该字头字母为首标签列表,用户可以选择所需标签。如图2C中所示,在选择了一个标签之后,用户可以继续选择标签,最后形成一个标签组。用户可以在标签框中输入标签列表中没有的标签。之后,如图2D中所示,用户可以在信息内容框中输入信息内容,并且可以添加图片和视频。完成上述设置之后,用户可以点击“发送”键,于是该发布信息被发送到***服务器。这种发布信息通常是有时效性的。
图3示出根据本发明该实施方式的用户终端的需求信息设置画面。需求信息的设置与上述发布信息的设置类似,只是设置用户需求信息时没有添加信息内容以及图片和视频的选项。用户发送发布信息和需求信息时,具有相同的可供选择的标签列表。
优选地,类别列表中的类别按照类别名称的字头字母排序,并且每一类别下的标签列表中的标签按照标签被选择的次数排序,被选择的次数越多的标签越靠前。
当***服务器通过接收单元接收到发布信息和需求信息时,将它们分别存储在存储设备的发布信息存储区和需求信息存储区中。
当***服务器接收到需求信息时,***服务器的控制器的检索单元根据该需求信息中包含的类别信息和标签组检索存储设备的发布信息存储区中存储的发布信息,当检索到同一类别下所包含的标签组与该需求信息中包含的标签组完全匹配或部分匹配的发布信息时,控制器的发送单元将该发布信息发送到发送该需求信息的用户终端。
当***服务器接收到发布信息时,***服务器的控制器的检索单元根据该发布信息中包含的类别信息和标签组检索存储设备的需求信息存储区中存储的需求信息,当检索到同一类别下所包含的标签组与该发布信息中包含的标签组完全匹配或部分匹配的需求信息时,控制器的发送单元将该发布信息发送到发送该需求信息的用户终端。
其中所述完全匹配是指发布信息中包含的标签组中的标签与需求信息中包含的标签组中的标签完全相同,所述部分匹配是指发布信息中包含的标签组中的标签与需求信息中包含的标签组中的标签部分相同。
类别列表中的类别按照类别名称的字头字母排序,并且每一类别下的标签列表中的标签按照标签被选择的次数排序,被选择的次数越多的标签 越靠前。
当信息需求用户或信息发布用户在其用户终端选择一个类别并且在该类别下的标签列表中选择一个或多个标签之后,该类别下的标签列表中的其它标签被重新排序,在所选择的标签被选择的情况下所述其他标签被选择的次数越多的越靠前。
可选地,信息需求用户可以将经完全匹配或部分匹配的对应的信息发布用户设定为“关注”,此后,一旦***服务器接收到被设定为“关注”的用户发送的发布信息时,就检查该发布信息包含的标签组与该信息需求用户将该信息发布用户设定为“关注”时选择的标签组是否完全匹配或部分匹配,若完全匹配或部分匹配,则将该发布信息发送到设定“关注”的信息需求用户的用户终端。
例如,在信息需求用户李四发送需求信息至***服务器时,信息发布用户张三发送的发布信息与信息需求用户李四发送的需求信息,经过***检索发现信息发布用户张三发送的发布信息与李四发送的需求信息标签组完全匹配或部分匹配,***将张三的发布信息发送到李四的用户终端。同时,李四对张三的发布信息很感兴趣,想要持续获得张三的发布信息,他可以在***中设置“关注”张三,从而此后一旦***接收到张三发送到***的发布信息就检查该发布信息包含的标签组与当李四将张三设定为“关注”时选择的标签组是否完全匹配或部分匹配,若完全匹配或部分匹配,则立即发送至李四的用户终端。
由此,本发明向用户提供了一个自己所需要的信息能够在该信息发布的同时就被发送给自己和自己所发布的信息能够在发布的同时就被发送给需要该信息的人的工具,并且该工具能够使信息需求用户持续关注信息发布者发布的其它信息。
在一种实施方式中,***可以引入信息发布用户发布信息的信用机制。***允许信息需求用户对所接收的完全匹配或部分匹配的信息的信息发布用户设置屏蔽,设置屏蔽后,当检索到所包含的标签组与该信息需求用户之后发送的需求信息中包含的标签组完全匹配或部分匹配的发布信息来自该信息发布用户时,将不发送该发布信息到该信息需求用户的用户终端。
这是为了阻止信息发布用户通过发送虚假或垃圾发布信息来获取需求信息的匹配,给信息需求用户带来不良的使用体验。
可选地,***可以对每个信息发布用户被全部信息需求用户屏蔽的数量以及该信息发布用户的发布信息数量分别进行统计,从而其它信息需求用户能够参考统计结果设置屏蔽。
进一步地,***可以设置,当***对每个信息发布用户被全部信息需求用户屏蔽的数量与该信息发布用户的发布信息数量之比达到一阈值时,***设置全部需求用户对该信息发布用户屏蔽。
例如,当***统计到一个信息发布用户被全部信息需求用户屏蔽的数量与该信息发布用户的发布信息数量之比达到10:1、50:1或100:1时,***即设置全部需求用户对该信息发布用户屏蔽,使该用户不能进一步发送垃圾信息。
通过这种信用机制,***能够提供更精准的信息服务,最大可能地避免网络垃圾信息的发布和传播,使得信息需求用户获得更好的服务体验。
在根据本发明的另一个实施例中,***服务器的标签列表可以包括与条形码一一对应的商品名称的标签,信息需求用户或信息发布用户通过使用其用户终端扫描条形码来选择与该条形码对应的标签,构成选择的标签组的全部或一部分。其中,条形码是全球统一使用的条形码。这使用户选择输入标签列表中的标签更为方便快捷。
图4示出根据本发明的上述实施方式的信息发布和即时接收方法的流程图。该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S401:发布用户发送带有标签组的发布信息,需求用户发送带有标签组的需求信息;
需求用户发送带有标签组的需求信息,***指定的一个或多个信息发布用户通过用户终端将发布信息发送到***服务器,发布信息包含由一个或多个标签构成的标签组和数据包,数据包包含文字、图片和视频中的至少之一;
信息需求用户通过用户终端将需求信息发送到***服务器,需求信息包含由一个或多个标签构成的标签组;
步骤S402:发布信息和需求信息分别被存入对应的***服务器;
步骤S403:根据标签组检索匹配发布信息和需求信息;
步骤S404:将匹配结果发送至发布用户和需求用户双方;
当***服务器接收到需求信息时,根据需求信息中包含的标签组检索 存储设备中存储的发布信息,当检索到所包含的标签组与需求信息中包含的标签组完全匹配或部分匹配的发布信息时,将该发布信息发送到发送该需求信息的用户终端;
当***服务器接收到发布信息时,根据发布信息中包含的标签组检索存储设备中存储的需求信息,当检索到所包含的标签组与发布信息中包含的标签组完全匹配或部分匹配的需求信息时,将该发布信息发送到发送该需求信息的用户终端;
其中完全匹配是指发布信息中包含的标签组中的标签与需求信息中包含的标签组中的标签完全相同,部分匹配是指发布信息中包含的标签组中的标签与需求信息中包含的标签组中的标签部分相同;
步骤S405:将信息发布用户设定为“关注”;
信息需求用户能够将经上述完全匹配或部分匹配的对应的信息发布用户设定为“关注”,当此后所述***服务器接收到被设定为“关注”的用户发送的发布信息时,将检查该发布信息包含的标签组与该信息需求用户将该信息发布用户设定为“关注”时选择的标签组是否完全匹配或部分匹配,若完全匹配或部分匹配,则将该发布信息发送到设定“关注”的信息需求用户的用户终端。
这方便用户继续跟踪满足自己需求的其它用户,提高平台的利用效率。
上述方法是通过安装在***服务器和用户终端上的软件实现的。当***服务器接收到用户输入的标签列表中没有标签时,***服务器自动更新用户终端上的标签列表,并且根据标签被选择的次数来更新用户终端上标签列表中标签的排序。
由此,本发明实现了向用户提供了一个自己所需要的信息能够在该信息发布的同时就被发送给自己和自己所发布的信息能够在发布的同时就被发送给需要该信息的人的工具,并且该工具能够使信息需求用户持续关注信息发布者发布的其它信息。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种网络信息服务中信息发布和即时接收的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
    A、***指定的一个或多个信息发布用户通过用户终端将发布信息发送到***服务器,所述发布信息被存储在所述***服务器的存储设备中,所述发布信息包含由选择自所述***服务器的标签列表的一个或多个标签构成的标签组和数据包,所述数据包包含文字、图片和视频中的至少之一;
    B、信息需求用户通过用户终端将需求信息发送到***服务器,所述需求信息被存储在所述***服务器的存储设备中,所述需求信息包含由选择自所述***服务器的标签列表的一个或多个标签构成的标签组;
    C、当所述***服务器接收到需求信息时,根据所述需求信息中包含的标签组检索所述存储设备中存储的发布信息,当检索到所包含的标签组与所述需求信息中包含的标签组完全匹配或部分匹配的发布信息时,将该发布信息发送到发送该需求信息的用户终端;
    D、当所述***服务器接收到发布信息时,根据所述发布信息中包含的标签组检索所述存储设备中存储的需求信息,当检索到所包含的标签组与所述发布信息中包含的标签组完全匹配或部分匹配的需求信息时,将该发布信息发送到发送该需求信息的用户终端;
    其中所述完全匹配是指发布信息中包含的标签组中的标签与需求信息中包含的标签组中的标签完全相同,所述部分匹配是指发布信息中包含的标签组中的标签与需求信息中包含的标签组中的标签部分相同;
    E、信息需求用户能够将经上述检索完全匹配或部分匹配的发布信息的信息发布用户设定为“关注”,从而一旦所述***服务器接收到该被设定为“关注”的用户发送的发布信息时,就检查该发布信息包含的标签组与该信息需求用户将该信息发布用户设定为“关注”时选择的标签组是否完全匹配或部分匹配,若完全匹配或部分匹配,则将该发布信息发送到该设定“关注”的信息需求用户的用户终端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述发布信息是具有时效性的信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述发布信息和所述 需求信息中还包含类别信息,在步骤C和D中***服务器检索时,根据所述需求信息或所述发布信息中包含的类别信息和标签组进行检索。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述类别列表中的类别按照类别名称的字头字母排序,并且每一类别下的标签列表中的标签按照标签被选择的次数排序,被选择的次数越多的标签越靠前。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,当信息需求用户或信息发布用户在其用户终端选择一个类别并且在该类别下的标签列表中选择一个或多个标签之后,该类别下的标签列表中的其它标签被重新排序,在所选择的标签被选择的情况下所述其他标签被选择的次数越多的越靠前。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,信息需求用户和信息发布用户可以自行定义一个或多个标签,如果所定义的标签未存在于现有标签列表中,则所定义的标签被自动添加到标签列表。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括,所述***允许信息需求用户对所接收的完全匹配或部分匹配的信息的信息发布用户设置屏蔽,设置屏蔽后,当检索到所包含的标签组与该信息需求用户之后发送的需求信息中包含的标签组完全匹配或部分匹配的发布信息来自该信息发布用户时,将不发送该发布信息到该信息需求用户的用户终端。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括,***对每个信息发布用户被全部信息需求用户屏蔽的数量以及该信息发布用户的发布信息数量分别进行统计,从而其它信息需求用户能够参考统计结果设置屏蔽。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括,当***对一个信息发布用户被全部信息需求用户屏蔽的数量与该信息发布用户的发布信息数量之比达到一阈值时,***设置全部需求用户对该一个信息发布用户屏蔽。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括,***服务器的标签列表包括与条形码一一对应的商品名称的标签,信息需求用户或信息发布用户通过其用户终端扫描条形码选择与该条形码对应的标签,构成选择的标签组的全部或一部分。
  11. 一种网络信息服务中信息的发布和即时接收***,所述***包括 连接到网络的***服务器和用户终端,所述***服务器包括控制器和存储设备,所述***的特征在于:
    A、当信息发布用户通过用户终端将发布信息发送到所述***服务器时,所述控制器将所述发布信息存储在所述存储设备中,所述发布信息包含由选择自所述***服务器的一个或多个标签构成的标签组和数据包,所述数据包包含文字、图片和视频中的至少之一;
    B、当信息需求用户通过用户终端将需求信息发送到***服务器时,所述控制器将所述需求信息存储在所述***服务器的存储设备中,所述需求信息包含由选择自所述***服务器的一个或多个标签构成的标签组;
    C、当所述***服务器接收到需求信息时,所述控制器根据所述需求信息中包含的标签组检索所述存储设备中存储的发布信息,当检索到所包含的标签组与所述需求信息中包含的标签组完全匹配或部分匹配的发布信息时,所述控制器将该发布信息发送到发送该需求信息的用户终端;
    D、当所述***服务器接收到发布信息时,所述控制器根据所述发布信息中包含的标签组检索所述存储设备中存储的需求信息,当检索到所包含的标签组与所述发布信息中包含的标签组完全匹配或部分匹配的需求信息时,所述控制器将该发布信息发送到发送该需求信息的用户终端,
    其中所述完全匹配是指发布信息中包含的标签组中的标签与需求信息中包含的标签组中的标签完全相同,所述部分匹配是指发布信息中包含的标签组中的标签与需求信息中包含的标签组中的标签部分相同;
    E、信息需求用户能够将经上述检索完全匹配或部分匹配的发布信息的信息发布用户设定为“关注”,从而一旦所述***服务器接收到该被设定为“关注”的用户发送的发布信息时,就检查该发布信息包含的标签组与该信息需求用户将该信息发布用户设定为“关注”时选择的标签组是否完全匹配或部分匹配,若完全匹配或部分匹配,则将该发布信息发送到该设定“关注”的信息需求用户的用户终端。
