一种电子雾化装置 技术领域
本发明涉及雾化器技术领域,尤其涉及一种电子雾化装置。
背景技术
CN201320039489、CN201520646181和CN201320581630.3公布三种不同结构磁吸电子雾化装置,包含雾化器和电源,现有技术中雾化器与电源之间用弹簧和系列辅助件实现电池杆与正极芯连接,这种方式在组装时由于零件安装复杂、零件之间对位精确性不一致,使用时容易出现接触不良;其次,雾化油由纤维绳引导到发热丝,雾化油在重力作用下容易漏液。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种电子雾化装置,以解决现有雾化器容易漏油,以及电气接触不好的问题。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案如下:
一种电子雾化装置,包含雾化组件,所述雾化组件包含雾化罩,所述雾化罩内设置雾化管和发热丝,雾化管内设置雾化油,发热丝缠绕在纤维绳上,所述雾化管与发热丝之间设置隔油网和有机棉层,所述隔油网上设置若干孔,雾化油经隔油网和有机棉层到达纤维绳被发热丝加热雾化。
进一步的,所述雾化组件还包含负极座和正极芯,所述负极座为设有螺纹的金属圆环,设置在雾化管的底部;所述正极芯设置在负极座的中心并通过绝缘环隔离,所述负极座和正极芯分别连接发热丝的负极和正极。
进一步的,还包含电源组件,所述电源组件的端部设置正极端和负极端, 所述电源组件的正极端为设置在电源组件中心的金属弹性件,所述负极端为设置在电源组件端部的螺纹环,所螺纹环与负极端之间设置有绝缘环,所述金属弹性件抵接所述雾化组件的所述正极芯,所述负极端的螺纹环接触所述雾化组件的所述负极座。
进一步的,所述金属弹性件为弹针,所述弹针包含第一外壳和第二外壳,所述第一外壳的一部分套设在第二外壳内,并且在所述第一外壳与第二外壳之间设置有弹簧。
进一步的,所述电源组件连接雾化组件的端部设置磁铁。
本发明实现的电子雾化装置,在发热丝上方放置有机棉和隔油片,雾化油需通过有机棉和隔油片渗透下来和发热丝接触,降低雾化装置的漏液风险。
另外,雾化组件与电源组件用弹针进行正极连接,组装方便,电气连接性能良好。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚、明白,以下结合附图和实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
一种电子雾化装置,如图1所示,包含雾化组件20和电源组件10,所述电源组件10为雾化组件20提供电力来源,所述雾化组件20在电源组件10提供的电力的作用下进行雾化油的雾化。
如图2和图3所示,所述雾化组件20包含雾化罩21,所述雾化罩21内设置雾化管22和发热丝29,所述雾化罩21和雾化管22为圆柱管。雾化管22内设置雾化油,雾化油从雾化管22的底部流出,雾化管22的顶部设置开口用于添加雾化油,使用状态下所述开口通过密封盖盖合。雾化管22的底部设置发热丝29,发热丝29缠绕在纤维绳28上,所述雾化管22与发热丝29之间设置隔油网26和有机棉层25,所述隔油网26上设置若干孔,雾化油经隔油网26上的孔和有机棉层25到达纤维绳28被发热丝29加热雾化,由于雾化油经过隔油网和有机棉层后再进入发热丝,雾化油向下的速度大大降低,使雾化油经过底部漏液的机会大大减少。
如图2和图3所示,所述雾化组件20还包含负极座24和正极芯23,所述负极座24为设有螺纹的金属圆环,设置在雾化管22的底部;所述正极芯23设置在负极座24的中心并通过绝缘环27隔离,所述负极座24和正极芯23分别连接发热丝29的负极和正极。如图2所示,所述正极芯23端部为空心端,用 于与电源组件10的正极接触时,可以更好的嵌合。
电源组件10的端部设置正极端和负极端,所述电源组件的正极端为设置在电源组件中心的金属弹性件1,所述负极端为设置在电源组件端部的螺纹环2,所述金属弹性件1与负极端螺纹环2之间设置有绝缘环4;电源组件10的正极端和负极端连接设置在电源组件中电池的正极和负极。当电源组件10与雾化组件20组合后,电源组件10的螺纹环2连接所述雾化组件的负极座24,电源组件10的金属弹性件1抵接雾化组件20的正极芯23。
为了更好的使电源组件10的正极能简单、精确的连接雾化组件20的正极,如图4所示,所述金属弹性件1为弹针,所述弹针包含第一外壳7和第二外壳6,所述第一外壳套7的一部分设在第二外壳内6,并且在所述第一外壳7与第二外壳6之间设置有弹簧8,所述第一外壳7在外力作用下压缩弹簧8向第二外壳6靠近,弹针处于压缩状态,即电源组件10与雾化组件20连接的状态,电源组件10的正极端抵接雾化组件20的正极芯23的端部;电源组件10的负极端螺纹环2接触雾化组件20的负极座24。当电源组件10与雾化组件20分离时,弹簧恢复延展状态,第一外壳7向远离第二外壳6的方向移动。
如图2和图3所示,所述电源组件10连接雾化组件20的端部设置磁铁3,所述磁铁3吸附雾化组件20与电源组件10快速连接。
以上实现的电子雾化装置,雾化组件与电源组件用弹针进行正极连接,组装方便,电气连接性能良好;发热丝上方放置有机棉和隔油片,雾化油需通过有机棉和隔油片渗透后再到发热丝,降低了雾化油的下降速度,进而降低整个雾化装置的漏液风险。

  1. 一种电子雾化装置,包含雾化组件,所述雾化组件包含雾化罩,所述雾化罩内设置雾化管和发热丝,雾化管内设置雾化油,发热丝缠绕在纤维绳上,其特征在于:所述雾化管与发热丝之间设置隔油网和有机棉层,所述隔油网上设置若干孔,雾化油经隔油网和有机棉层到达纤维绳被发热丝加热雾化。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子雾化装置,其特征在于:所述雾化组件还包含负极座和正极芯,所述负极座为设有螺纹的金属圆环,设置在雾化管的底部;所述正极芯设置在负极座的中心并通过绝缘环隔离,所述负极座和正极芯分别连接发热丝的负极和正极。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子雾化装置,其特征在于:还包含电源组件,所述电源组件的端部设置正极端和负极端,所述正极端为设置在电源组件中心的金属弹性件,所述负极端为设置在电源组件端部的螺纹环,所述金属弹性件与螺纹环之间设置有绝缘环,所述金属弹性件抵接所述雾化组件的所述正极芯,所述负极端的螺纹环接触所述雾化组件的所述负极座。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子雾化装置,其特征在于:所述金属弹性件为弹针,所述弹针包含第一外壳和第二外壳,所述第一外壳的一部分套设在第二外壳内,并且在所述第一外壳与第二外壳之间设置有弹簧。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的电子雾化装置,其特征在于:所述电源组件连接雾化组件的端部设置磁铁。
