在本发明的一个实施例中,参照图2和图4,阻尼组件可以包括:阻尼齿轮3和第一齿条(例如图4中所示的双边齿条5的左半部),阻尼齿轮3设在洗涤剂盒1上,第一齿条设在分配器盒2上,从而分配器盒2与第一齿条可以同步运动,第一齿条宽度方向上的一侧形成有与阻尼齿轮3啮合的第一啮合齿51,这样,当分配器盒2通过驱动组件驱动向前运动时,分配器盒2将带着第一齿条一起向前运动,由于阻尼齿轮3与第一齿条啮合,从而阻尼齿轮3可以向第一齿条施加与其运动方向相反的力,以减缓第一齿条的运动速度和力度,进而控制了分配器盒2的运动速度和运动力度。
由此,通过阻尼齿轮3与第一齿条的配合可以对分配器盒2的弹出速度和弹出力度进行控制,对分配器盒2的打开过程进行缓冲,使得分配器盒2可以匀速且稳定地弹出。另外,阻尼齿轮3与第一齿条的结构简单,便于加工和装配。这里,需要说明的是,阻尼齿轮3是一种利用流体阻力原理进行减振的机构,可以用于不同的齿轮和转矩设备,其结构已为本领域技术人员所熟知,这里不再详述。当然,阻尼组件的结构不限于此。
进一步地,参照图2和图4,驱动组件包括:驱动齿轮41、涡卷弹簧42以及第二齿条(例如图4中所示的双边齿条5的右板部),驱动齿轮41可转动地设在洗涤剂盒1上,第二齿条设在分配器盒2上,从而分配器盒2与第二齿条可以同步运动,涡卷弹簧42的一端(例如图6中所示的外端422)与驱动齿轮41固定相连、另一端(例如图6中所示的内端421)与洗涤剂盒1固定相连,第二齿条宽度方向上的一侧形成有与驱动齿轮41啮合的第二啮合齿52,第二齿条与第一齿条相对设置。这样,当涡卷弹簧42释放时,涡卷弹簧42可以驱使驱动齿轮41转动,驱动齿轮41可以驱动第二齿条向前运动,第二齿条可以驱动分配器盒2向前运动,从而使得分配器盒2可以从关闭位置运动至打开位置。由此,通过采用涡卷弹簧42进行驱动,从而降低了生产成本,简化了生产工艺、降低了生产难度和装配难度。
在本发明的一个具体示例中,如图4和图5所示,当锁止件232与洗涤剂盒1脱离配合后,涡卷弹簧42驱使驱动齿轮41和第二齿条相对运动以使分配器盒2从关闭位置向打开位置移动。也就是说,当需要打开分配器盒2时,此时分配器盒2处于关闭位置,涡卷弹簧42处于被拉紧的状态且储存有弹性势能,锁止件232与洗涤剂盒1配合,使分配器盒2处于关闭状态,触动按键231后,锁止件232脱离洗涤剂盒1,涡卷弹簧42释放弹性势能,由于第二齿条与驱动齿轮41啮合,与涡卷弹簧42的外端固定的驱动齿轮41在弹性力的作用下转动,驱动齿轮41转动以推动第二齿条向前直线运动,进而使得分配器盒2相对于洗涤剂盒1向前运动。
当需要关闭分配器盒2时,此时分配器盒2处于打开位置,涡卷弹簧42处于自然状态(即没有外力作用在涡卷弹簧42上),从前向后推动分配器盒2使分配器盒2向后移动,此时第二齿条和驱动齿轮41啮合,带动驱动齿轮41转动,涡卷弹簧42逐渐被拉紧并储存弹性势能,当锁止件232随着分配器盒2移动到适当位置时,锁止件232与洗涤剂盒1配合,并使分配器盒2处于关闭状态。
由此,当涡卷弹簧42释放的过程中,阻尼齿轮3会对涡卷弹簧42释放的力量进行缓冲,使得分配器盒2能够匀速弹出,当向后推动分配器盒2时,优选地,阻尼齿轮3为单向阻尼齿轮,从而阻尼齿轮3可以仅受一个方向的力,也就是说,而当关闭分配器盒2时,阻尼齿轮3可以不受力,也就是说,阻尼齿轮3不再对第一齿条施加与第一齿条运动方向相反的作用力,从而可以极其省力地将分配器盒2关闭,使得分配器盒2可以关闭地灵活自如。
当然,本发明不限于此,阻尼齿轮3还可以为双向阻尼齿轮,例如当分配器盒2同时通过涡卷弹簧42进行关闭时,双向阻尼齿轮不但可以对分配器盒2的打开进行速度和力度的控制,双向阻尼齿轮还可以对分配器盒2的关闭进行速度和力度的控制。
这里,当分配器盒2同时通过涡卷弹簧进行关闭时,就相当于,分配器盒2分别通过两个涡卷弹簧42进行打开和关闭,分配器盒2可以通过其中一个涡卷弹簧运动至打开位置,此时分配器盒2可以通过限位锁止结构与洗涤剂盒1限位固定,当向分配器盒2施加一个向后的外力时,分配器盒2还可以通过另一个涡卷弹簧运动至关闭位置。由 此,双向阻尼齿轮可以在分配器盒2打开和关闭的过程中起到有效地调控作用。
优选地,参照图8,第二齿条和第一齿条一体成型为双边齿条5,第一啮合齿51和第二啮合齿52位于双边齿条5宽度方向上的两相对侧,从而驱动齿轮41和阻尼齿轮3可以分别啮合在双边齿条5宽度方向上的两侧,从而使得洗涤剂盒组件100的结构更加紧凑,节省了安装空间。另外,由于第一齿条和第二齿条一体成型,从而无需分别单独加工第一齿条和第二齿条,也无需分别安装第一齿条和第二齿条,从而可以降低生产成本、提高生产效率。
在本发明的一个具体实施例中,参照图6和图7,洗涤剂盒1包括位于分配器盒2顶部的盖体(例如上文所述的洗涤剂盒下盖12),盖体的上表面上形成有沿前后方向延伸的滑移槽121,双边齿条5可移动地配合在滑移槽121内。由此,由于双边齿条5配合在滑移槽121内滑动,从而双边齿条5在运动的过程中不会发生左右偏斜,可以沿着前后方向稳定运动,进而分配器盒2可以与双边齿条5同步稳定地运动,从而提高了分配器盒2打开和关闭过程的稳定性。另外,通过将双边齿条5安装在滑移槽121内,从而可以有效地降低双边齿条5的安装难度、提高双边齿条5的装配效率,提高双边齿条5的安装可靠性,且滑移槽121还可以起到保护双边齿条5的作用,从而延长了双边齿条5的使用寿命,同时使得洗涤剂盒1的结构更加整洁。
例如在图6的示例中,滑移槽121可以由洗涤剂盒1的上表面向下凹入形成,且滑移槽121沿前后方向延伸,且滑移槽121的前端延伸至邻近洗涤剂盒1的前端,滑移槽121的后端延伸至邻近洗涤剂盒1的后端,滑移槽121的宽度与双边齿条5的宽度相适配,例如滑移槽121的宽度略大于双边齿条5的宽度,从而双边齿条5可以配合在滑移槽121内,稳定地沿着前后方向自由滑动。
进一步地,参照图5-图8,滑移槽121的底壁上形成有沿前后方向延伸的移动孔124,分配器盒2上形成有限位凹槽212,双边齿条5上设有限位凸起53,限位凸起53可前后移动地设在移动孔124内且与限位凹槽212配合。由此,通过采用限位凸起53与限位凹槽212的配合,双边齿条5可以简易地与分配器盒2固定在一起,从而降低了双边齿条5与分配器盒2的固定难度,提高了生产效率,且由于限位凸起53、限位凹槽212方便加工,从而有效地降低了加工难度和生产成本。另外,移动孔124一方面可以起到避让的作用,以确保限位凸起53与限位凹槽212的顺利连接,移动孔124另一方面可以起到导向的作用,使得双边齿条5可以进一步更加平稳地沿前后方向运动,从而防止双边齿条5发生偏斜运动、甚至运动卡死等问题,从而提高了洗涤剂盒组件100的工作可靠性。
例如在图6和图7的示例中,移动孔124可以沿上下方向贯穿滑移槽121的底壁,且移动孔124可以沿前后方向延伸且位于滑移槽121的前半部,也就是说,移动孔124的前端邻近洗涤剂盒1的前端设置,移动孔124的后端邻近洗涤剂盒1的中部设置,双边齿条5的长度可以大体等于洗涤剂盒1长度的一半,且限位凸起53可以从双边齿条5前端的下表面向下延伸,且穿过移动孔124,分配器盒2上盖的中部上可以形成有向下凹入的限位凹槽212。
装配时,可以将双边齿条5自上向下安装在滑移槽121内,且将限位凸起53和向下穿过移动孔124以伸入且配合在限位凹槽212内。这样,当分配器盒2位于关闭位置时,双边齿条5可以位于滑移槽121的中后部,且限位凸起53位于移动孔124的后端部内,分配器盒2向前运动时,双边齿条5沿着滑移槽121向前滑动,限位凸起53沿着移动孔124向前滑动,当分配器盒2位于打开位置时,双边齿条5可以位于滑移槽121的中前部,且限位凸起53位于移动孔124的前端部内。
再进一步地,盖体(例如上文所述的洗涤剂盒下盖12)的上表面上进一步形成有两个安装槽,两个安装槽分别位于滑移槽121的两侧且与滑移槽121的中部连通,阻尼齿轮3和驱动齿轮41分别可转动地配合在两个安装槽内以与滑移槽121内的双边齿条5啮合。由此,通过设置滑移槽121,驱动齿轮41和阻尼齿轮3可以更加稳定地固定在洗涤剂盒1上,从而提高了驱动齿轮41和阻尼齿轮3的转动稳定性,进而提高了驱动组件和阻尼组件的工作可靠性。另外,由于安装槽还可以起到保护驱动齿轮41和阻尼齿轮3的作用,从而延长了驱动齿轮41和阻尼齿轮3的使用寿命,同时使得洗涤剂盒1的结构更加整洁。
例如在图6和图7的示例中,两个安装槽分别为第一安装槽122和第二安装槽123,第一安装槽122和第二安装槽123分别位于滑移槽121宽度方向上的两侧,且第一安装槽122和第二安装槽123均可以由洗涤剂盒下盖12的上表面向下凹入形成,其中第一安装槽122可以形成为圆柱形且第一安装槽122的直径略大于驱动齿轮41的外径,第二安装槽123可以形成为圆柱形且第二安装槽123的直径略大于阻尼齿轮3的齿轮部的外径,从而可以将驱动齿轮41装配在第一安装槽122内,以使驱动齿轮41可以在第一安装槽122内顺利转动,且可以将阻尼齿轮3的齿轮部装配在第二安装槽123内,以使阻尼齿轮3的齿轮部可以在第二安装槽123内顺利转动。
进一步地,如图1所示,第一安装槽122和第二安装槽123分别位于滑移槽121的中部位置,且第一安装槽122的邻近滑移槽121的一侧与滑移槽121相连通,第二安装槽123的邻近滑移槽121的一侧也与滑移槽121相连通,这样,当将驱动齿轮41装配在第一安装槽122内后,驱动齿轮41的邻近滑移槽121一侧的轮齿可以伸入滑移槽121内,以与滑移槽121内双边齿条5侧壁上的第二啮合齿52啮合,当将阻尼齿轮3装配在第二安装槽123内后,阻尼齿轮3的邻近滑移槽121一侧的轮齿可以伸入滑移槽121内,以与滑移槽121内双边齿条5侧壁上的第一啮合齿51啮合。由此,双边齿条5可以同时与驱动齿轮41和阻尼齿轮3相互配合作用,以实现分配器盒2的稳定运动。
可选地,参照图6-图8,驱动组件进一步包括:安装套筒411,安装套筒411的轴向一端与驱动齿轮41的轴向端面相连,涡卷弹簧42设在安装套筒411内且涡卷弹簧42的一端与安装套筒411相连。例如在图6-图8的示例中,安装套筒411可以设在驱动齿轮41的顶部且配合在第一安装槽122内,这样,装配涡卷弹簧42时,可以将涡卷弹簧42安装在安装套筒411内,从而使得驱动组件的结构更加紧凑、安全度更好、可靠性更好。其中,安装套筒411的内侧壁上可以形成有卡位槽4111(如图6所示),涡卷弹簧42的外端422可以固定在卡位槽4111内,这样,由于涡卷弹簧42的内端421与洗涤剂盒1固定相连,从而 当涡卷弹簧42的弹性势力发生变化时,涡卷弹簧42的外端422可以带动安装套筒411转动,进而安装套筒411可以带动驱动齿轮41转动。
在本发明的一个实施例中,洗涤剂盒组件100进一步包括:棘轮组件6,棘轮组件6设在涡卷弹簧42的另一端(例如图6中所示的内端)与洗涤剂盒1之间以调节涡卷弹簧42的预设卷簧力。由此,通过设置棘轮组件6可以调节涡卷弹簧42的弹簧力度,从而调节分配器盒2的运动情况。这里,需要说明的是,涡卷弹簧42的预设卷簧力可以理解为涡卷弹簧42处于被拉紧的状态时所储存的弹性势能。
具体地,参照图7和图8,棘轮组件6包括:棘轮套61和棘轮62,棘轮套61固定在洗涤剂盒1上,例如可以固定在洗涤剂盒上盖11上,棘轮套61的内周面上形成有周向分布的多个棘轮槽611,棘轮62包括轴向相连的第一段部621和第二段部622,第一段部621与涡卷弹簧42固定,第二段部622的外周面上设有周向分布的至少一个棘爪6221,每个棘爪6221均与棘轮槽611配合以使棘轮62可拨动地设在棘轮套61内,这样,第二段部622可以在棘轮套61内按照一个方向转动,从而通过调节第二段部622的转动角度就以调节涡卷弹簧42的弹簧力,由此,方便调节,且棘轮组件6的结构简单、紧凑,便于加工和装配。当然,棘轮组件6的结构不限于此。
例如在图7和图8的示例中,洗涤剂盒上盖11上形成有沿上下方向贯穿的圆形安装孔111,棘轮套61形成为大体圆筒形,且棘轮套61的外周面上具有定位凸台612和多个定位块613,定位凸台612可以形成为圆环形且由棘轮套61的外周面向外凸出而成,多个定位块613在棘轮套61的周向上均匀地间隔开,且多个定位块613的上端可以与定位凸台612的下端相连,相应地,参照图6,洗涤剂盒下盖12的上表面上设有多个定位卡块组,每个定位卡块组包括两个间隔开设置的定位卡块,相应的两个定位卡块之间可以限定出定位卡槽125,从而也就是说,洗涤剂盒下盖12的上表面上设有多个定位卡槽125。
这样,装配时,可以将棘轮套61自下向上穿入安装孔111内,且定位凸台612的上端面可以止抵在洗涤剂盒上盖11的下端面上或者位于洗涤剂盒上盖11的下方,同时确保多个定位块613与多个定位卡槽125一一对应配合,且每个下定位块613都止抵在洗涤剂盒下盖12的上表面上,从而棘轮套61固定在洗涤剂盒1上,不可以相对洗涤剂盒1运动,也就是说,棘轮套61与洗涤剂盒1相对静止,彼此之间不会发生相对平移或者相对旋转。
参照图8,棘轮62包括上下相连的第二段部622和第一段部621,其中,第一段部621形成为大体圆柱形,且第一段部621上形成有定位槽6211,定位槽6211沿第一段部621的半径方向延伸,且贯穿第一段部621的底壁和外周壁,第一段部621的下端向下伸入涡卷弹簧42的中心,且涡卷弹簧42的内端421伸入且配合在定位槽6211内,使得棘轮62与涡卷弹簧42固定在一起,从而涡卷弹簧42的内端421可以通过棘轮组件6固定在洗涤剂盒1上。这里,可以理解的是,当棘轮62的第一段部621与涡卷弹簧42配合到位后,第一段部621的下端面可以止抵在驱动齿轮41的上端面上,从而可以限定棘轮62在上下方向上的位置。
进一步地,参照图8,第二段部622的外周壁上可以具有三个棘爪6221,三个棘爪6221 在第二段部622的周向上均匀分布,且关于第二段部622的中心轴线呈中心对称分布,每个棘爪6221均构造为弹性棘爪6221,且每个棘爪6221的固定端均与第二段部622的外周壁相连,每个棘爪6221的自由端均朝向远离相应棘爪6221固定端和远离第二段部622中心轴线的方向延伸,相应地,棘轮套61内的上部形成有多个棘轮齿,多个棘轮齿沿棘轮套61的轴向均匀地间隔开分布,每相邻的两个棘轮齿之间限定出棘轮槽611,其中,每个棘轮62齿的横截面均形成为大体直角三角形。当然,棘爪6221的数量以及形状不限于此。
由此,当棘轮62配合在棘轮套61内时,三个棘爪6221可以与多个棘轮套61中的三个棘轮槽611对应配合定位,正向(例如按照顺时针方向)转动棘轮62后,三个棘爪6221可以与其余棘轮槽611中的三个配合定位,此时与涡卷弹簧42相固定的棘轮62可以调整涡卷弹簧42的预设弹簧力,而反向(例如按照逆时针方向)转动棘轮62后,三个棘爪6221无法与当前配合的三个棘轮槽611脱离配合,从而保证已经调整好的涡卷弹簧42的预设弹簧力可以固定,而不会发生回弹等问题。
优选地,参照图1,第一段部621的远离第二段部622的一侧端面上形成有限位槽623。例如在图1的示例中,棘轮62与涡卷弹簧42、棘轮62装配到位后,第二段部622的上端面可以穿过棘轮套61且显露在洗涤剂盒1上端面的上方,限位槽623可以形成为一字型、十字形(图未示出)、多边形等(图未示出),且由第二段部622的上端面向下凹入形成,从而可以采用相应的工具,例如一字螺丝刀、十字螺丝刀、多边形螺丝刀等转动棘轮62,进而实现对涡卷弹簧42的调节。
根据本发明第二方面实施例的洗衣机(图未示出),包括根据本发明上述第一方面实施例的用于洗衣机的洗涤剂盒组件100。根据本发明实施例的洗衣机的其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。
根据本发明实施例的洗衣机(图未示出),通过设置上述第一方面实施例的用于洗衣机的洗涤剂盒组件100,从而提高了洗衣机的整体性能。

  1. 一种用于洗衣机的洗涤剂盒组件,其特征在于,包括:
    洗涤剂盒;
    分配器盒,所述分配器盒设在所述洗涤剂盒内,且所述分配器盒在打开位置和关闭位置之间可移动;
    驱动组件,所述驱动组件连接在所述洗涤剂盒和所述分配器盒之间,所述驱动组件被构造成用于驱动所述分配器盒从所述关闭位置向所述打开位置运动;以及
    阻尼组件,所述阻尼组件连接在所述洗涤剂盒和所述分配器盒之间,所述阻尼组件被构造成所述驱动组件驱动所述分配器盒运动的过程中向所述分配器盒提供从所述打开位置向所述关闭位置方向的阻尼力。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于洗衣机的洗涤剂盒组件,其特征在于,所述阻尼组件包括:
    阻尼齿轮,所述阻尼齿轮设在所述洗涤剂盒上;和
    第一齿条,所述第一齿条设在所述分配器盒上,所述第一齿条宽度方向上的一侧形成有与所述阻尼齿轮啮合的第一啮合齿。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于洗衣机的洗涤剂盒组件,其特征在于,所述驱动组件包括:
    驱动齿轮,所述驱动齿轮可转动地设在所述洗涤剂盒上;
    涡卷弹簧,所述涡卷弹簧的一端与所述驱动齿轮相连、另一端与所述洗涤剂盒相连;以及
    第二齿条,所述第二齿条设在所述分配器盒上,所述第二齿条宽度方向上的一侧形成有与所述驱动齿轮啮合的第二啮合齿,其中,所述第二齿条与所述第一齿条相对设置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于洗衣机的洗涤剂盒组件,其特征在于,所述驱动组件进一步包括:安装套筒,所述安装套筒的轴向一端与所述驱动齿轮的轴向端面相连,所述涡卷弹簧设在所述安装套筒内且所述涡卷弹簧的所述一端与所述安装套筒相连。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的用于洗衣机的洗涤剂盒组件,其特征在于,所述第二齿条和所述第一齿条一体成型为双边齿条,所述第一啮合齿和所述第二啮合齿位于所述双边齿条宽度方向上的两相对侧。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的用于洗衣机的洗涤剂盒组件,其特征在于,所述洗涤剂盒包括位于所述分配器盒顶部的盖体,所述盖体的上表面上形成有沿前后方向延伸的滑移槽,所述双边齿条可移动地配合在所述滑移槽内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的用于洗衣机的洗涤剂盒组件,其特征在于,所述滑移槽的底壁上形成有沿前后方向延伸的移动孔,所述分配器盒上形成有限位凹槽,所述双边齿条上设有限位凸起,所述限位凸起可前后移动地设在所述移动孔内且与所述限位凹槽配合。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的用于洗衣机的洗涤剂盒组件,其特征在于,所述盖体的 上表面上进一步形成有两个安装槽,所述两个安装槽分别位于所述滑移槽的两侧且与所述滑移槽的中部连通,所述阻尼齿轮和所述驱动齿轮分别可转动地配合在所述两个安装槽内以与所述滑移槽内的所述双边齿条啮合。
  9. 根据权利要求3-8中任一项所述的用于洗衣机的洗涤剂盒组件,其特征在于,进一步包括:棘轮组件,所述棘轮组件连接在所述涡卷弹簧的所述另一端与所述洗涤剂盒之间以调节所述涡卷弹簧的预设卷簧力。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的用于洗衣机的洗涤剂盒组件,其特征在于,所述棘轮组件包括:
    棘轮套,所述棘轮套固定在所述洗涤剂盒上,所述棘轮套的内周面上形成有周向分布的多个棘轮槽;和
    棘轮,所述棘轮包括相连的第一段部和第二段部,所述第一段部与所述涡卷弹簧所述另一端相连,所述第二段部的外周面上设有周向分布的多个棘爪,每个所述棘爪均与所述棘轮槽配合以使所述棘轮可拨动地设在所述棘轮套内。
