Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de transmettre des informations d'utilisateur lors d'un appel de taxi. Le procédé consiste à : étape S101, formuler une demande d'appel de taxi ; et, étape S102, lorsque des informations de réponse provenant d'un taxi sont reçues, transmettre les informations d'utilisateur au taxi. Du fait qu'un utilisateur formule une demande de besoin de taxi et, lorsqu'un chauffeur de taxi a répondu, qu'il transmet les caractéristiques personnelles de l'utilisateur appelant le taxi au conducteur du taxi, le procédé aide le chauffeur de taxi à reconnaître l'utilisateur une fois qu'il est arrivé à l'endroit où se trouve l'utilisateur.
