格栅装饰条是装饰车前脸主要部件,装饰条造型设计风格和仕样奠定整车基调,每个主机厂设计都融入各自家族元素。但是各主机厂对格栅装饰条外观逐步趋向于高光效果,其显目的光泽很容易夺人眼球,但是高光喷涂油漆的成本较高,又影响周边环境及水资源,并且合格率又低,越来越不受到主机厂青睐。现有技术中的注塑工艺复杂繁琐,且注塑效果差,参见图1所示。
发明内容
基于此,有必要提供一种能够克服喷涂成本高,不环保,难回收的缺陷,实现降低生产成本又环保可持续发展要求的高光钢琴黑镜面注塑方法。
一种高光钢琴黑镜面注塑方法,包括如下步骤:

本实施例的制品模具4点要求:
①.模具设计时充分运用Moldflow模流软件分析产品注塑是可能产生外观,尺寸问题,优化设计提前预防产品注塑缺陷。
②.模具型腔材料必须适用于镜面抛光要求,本实施例选取具有优良镜面抛光性能的瑞典一胜百S136H钢材。型腔先逐级用砂纸抛光到2000#,再钻石膏抛光成镜面。
③.模具切削加工使用高精五轴CNC加工设备,型腔面的切削加工精度为0.005,型腔平整度要先得到品质人员评价认可、承认后再进行抛光。
④.模具热流道采用最稳定生产性整体式热流道。
本实施例还提供了一种高光钢琴黑镜面注塑方法,包括如下步骤:
参见图2所示,通过Moldflow模流软件模拟分析产品注塑产生外观、尺寸后设计模具,优化设计提前预防产品注塑缺陷。模具的型腔光泽度必须是镜面,形成镜面型腔100。
将PMMA高光钢琴黑塑料粒子干燥后熔融,熔融后的PMMA高光钢琴黑塑料由注塑机200通过螺杆300注射到镜面型腔100模具中,加热装置对模具的镜面型腔100的前模及后模加热,使得PMMA高光钢琴黑塑料成型,再经过冷却***600固化,经干燥设备干燥后成型制品。所述螺杆300注塑机200的螺杆300的温度范围为240℃-250℃。温度太高材料会碳化,温度过低会导致流动不良、熔接线明显,导致外观不良。所述模具的镜面型腔100的前模模温为80℃,后模模温为70℃。干燥设备干燥温度为90℃,干燥持续时间为4小时。为了避免应力开裂,成型制品要经过2分钟50℃的烘烤回火。注塑工艺完毕后的制品经过检查后即可进行组装。

注塑机200选用伺服或电动驱动的进口小螺杆300,由于高光特性需要两台大型油温机400加热实现前后模不同高温差,生产车间要求无尘恒温。高光零 件运输时,应选用传送带方式尽可能避免人员取件时污染表面。
制品标准样件上没有变形,缩水,破损,熔接线等影响镜面格栅之类的外观不良缺陷。另外色泽均匀,高光漆黑必须满足。
本发明涉及的高光钢琴黑镜面注塑制品的生产车间3点要求:
①须建立无尘恒温注塑车间。
②高光零件运输时,应选用传送带方式,尽可能避免人员取件时污染表面。
③切割余料时需要使用激光切割,避免粉尘污染零件表面。
本发明涉及的高光钢琴黑镜面注塑的制品检验要求:
①须建立起标准灯光房用于检查外观缺陷,灯光强度需大于3000LUX。
②为了避免应力集中,导致产品开裂,注塑件每批次要抽检检验应力,方法为:0.1N NaOH及0.1N H2SO4涂抹,放置两小时后确认熔接线处,产品是否有开裂。
