[0075] 本实施例提供一种应用于上述电子烟的防烟油泄露的方法, 在电子烟的通气道 上设置一个用于控制通气道关闭或者导通的通断机构 2; 该通断机构 2包括定套 管 21、 套设在定套管 21内可弹性伸缩的活动芯杆 23; 按压电子烟使得雾化器 1和 电池组件 4相向运动, 进而带动活动芯杆 23与定套管 21轴向改变相对位置以关闭 所述通气道, 防止烟油通过通气道泄露渗透进入所述电池组件 4, 实现防烟油泄 露功能。

[0077] 1、 通过在电子烟的通气道内设置通断机构来控制通气道的通断, 通过切断通 气道的方式将泄漏的烟油物理隔绝在雾化腔内, 从而避免了泄漏烟油向电池组 件渗漏的, 有效防止电子烟在运输、 储存过程中烟油向电池组件泄漏。
[0078] 2、 通过采用上连接件和下连接件通过上连接凸起和下连接凸起相互限位的结 构, 对雾化器与电池组件之间的相对位置进行限定, 保证电子烟雾化器与电池 组件之间连接结构的稳定性。 [0079] 3、 通过借助设置在上连接件与下连接件之间的密封橡胶圈的摩擦力随吋控制 通气孔的而关闭, 使得电子烟不需要装入烟盒就能关闭通气孔, 防止儿童在玩 耍吋误吸电子烟。
[0080] 4、 通过设置进气腔的方式使得在通气孔关闭的同吋切断通气道与外界的连通 通道, 使得电子烟处于双重保险状态, 即使通断机构出现故障无法彻底关闭通 气孔电子烟仍然处于不能工作状态, 有效防止了儿童误吸事故的发生。
[0081] 5、 通过采用导向凸起与导向凹槽相配合的结构, 防止上连接件与下连接件之 间发生相对转动, 保证雾化器与电池组件之间值进行周向运动而不发生周向旋 转。

[权利要求 1] 一种电子烟, 包括雾化器 (1) 以及与雾化器 (1) 可拆卸连接的 电池组件 (4) , 其特征在于,
所述雾化器 (1) 包括雾化套 (14) 、 设置在所述雾化套 (14) 一 端的吸嘴 (15) 、 插设在所述雾化套 (14) 内的雾化芯 (16) 、 用于储存烟油的储油腔 (18) 、 连接在所述吸嘴 (15) 与雾化芯 ( 16) 之间的通气管 (17) 以及贯穿所述雾化器 (1) 的通气道; 所述雾化芯 (16) 内设置有雾化腔 (11) , 所述雾化腔 (11) 的 一端设有电热丝组件 (12) , 所述通气道贯穿所述雾化腔 (11) 并用于在用户吸烟吋供外部气流进入雾化腔 (11) 内, 并连同雾 化腔 (11) 内的烟雾送人吸烟者口腔;
用于控制所述通气道关闭或者导通的通断机构 (2) 插设在所述雾 化腔 ( 11) 上;
所述通断机构 (2) 包括定套管 (21) 、 套设在所述定套管 (21) 内可弹性伸缩的活动芯杆 (23) ;
所述活动芯杆 (23) 用于相对所述定套管 (21) 轴向改变所述活 动芯杆 (23) 与定套管 (21) 的相对位置以关闭所述通气道, 防 止烟油通过所述通气道泄露渗透进入所述电池组件 (4) 。
[权利要求 2] 如权利要求 1所述的一种电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述定套管 (21) 设有与所述雾化腔 (11) 相通的通气孔 (211) 且所述定套管 (21 ) 插设在所述雾化腔 (11) 内的一端为封闭端;
所述活动芯杆 (23) 为中空结构并与电子烟的进气道 (13) 相通 所述活动芯杆 (23) 靠近所述定套管 (21) 至遮蔽所述定套管 (2 1) 上的通气孔 (211) , 则所述通气道关闭; 所述活动芯杆 (23) 远离所述定套管 (21) 使得所述通气孔 (211 ) 与所述雾化腔 (11) 相通, 则所述通气道导通。
[权利要求 3] 如权利要求 1所述的一种电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述定套管 (21) 外侧设置有与所述雾化腔 (11) 进口相抵接的环形凸起 (212) 。
[权利要求 4] 如权利要求 1所述的一种电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述定套管 (21) 靠近所述电池组件 (4) 的一端为收口结构 (213) , 所述活动芯 杆 (23) 的外侧设置有用于限位和密封的且与所述定套管 (21) 的收口结构 (213) 相配套的限位台阶 (231) 。

) 插设在所述雾化腔 (11) 内的一端端部设有所述雾化腔 (11) 相通的通气孔 (211) ;
所述活动芯杆 (23) 内设有与电子烟的进气道 (13) 相通的 T型通 孔 (232) 且所述活动芯杆 (23) 插进所述定套管 (21) —端端部 设置有与所述通气孔 (211) 相配套的密封凸起 (233) ; 所述活动芯杆 (23) 靠近所述定套管 (21) 使得所述密封凸起 (2 33) 抵接在所述定套管 (21) 的通气孔 (211) 内, 则所述通气道 关闭;
所述活动芯杆 (23) 远离所述定套管 (21) 使得所述通气孔 (211 ) 与所述雾化腔 (11) 相通, 则所述通气道导通。
[权利要求 6] 如权利要求 5所述的一种电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述密封凸起 (23
