涉及显示器技术领域,尤其是一种背光模组结构,包括上下层叠的显示面板(10)、光学膜片(20)、导光板(30)和反射片(40),以及设置于所述显示面板(10)底侧的遮光胶(50),所述导光板(30)侧部经过所述光学膜片(20)往上延伸并通过所述遮光胶(50)与所述显示面板(10)连接;所述导光板(30)底部设有用于装配所述反射片(40)的凹槽(31);还包括设有第一端部(61)和第二端部(62)的铁框(60),所述第一端部(61)通过所述遮光胶(50)与所述显示面板(10)连接;所述第二端部(62)伸入所述导光板(30)中。提供的背光模组结构,将铁框(60)与导光板(30)融合为一体的方案,省略了背光模组中侧部的胶框、底部铁框的结构,以及通过导光板(30)底部开槽来安装反射膜(40),使得背光模组的结构更窄、更薄。

Description

一种背光模组结构 技术领域
本发明涉及显示器技术领域,尤其是指一种背光模组。
背景技术
现有的背光模组产品,其边框设计越来越窄,厚度越来越小;但是这种窄边框及超薄的背光模组其结构强度难以保证,容易导致器件的松动、破损等问题,使产品的质量难以保证。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种背光模组结构,包括上下层叠的显示面板、光学膜片、导光板和反射片,以及设置于所述显示面板底侧的遮光胶;
所述导光板侧部经过所述光学膜片往上延伸并通过所述遮光胶与所述显示面板连接;所述导光板底部设有用于装配所述反射片的凹槽;
还包括设有第一端部和第二端部的铁框,所述第一端部通过所述遮光胶与所述显示面板连接;所述第二端部伸入所述导光板中。
优选地,所述铁框的第一端部和第二端部之间还包括一弯折部,使得所述铁框截面呈L型或钩型。
优选地,所述导光板的材质为甲基丙烯酸甲脂。
优选地,所述反射片粘接或扣接于所述凹槽中。
有益效果:
本发明提供的背光模组结构,将铁框与导光板融合为一体的方案,省略了背光模组中侧部的胶框、底部铁框的结构,以及通过导光板底部开槽来安装反射膜,使得背光模组的结构更窄、更薄。同时,通过铁框结构的改进,使得产品的结构强度稳定,产品质量得以保证,大大提升产品的竞争力。

具体实施方式
本发明提供一种改进的背光模组结构,能实现窄边框、超薄设计的同时,又能确保产品的结构强度。
本发明的背光模组结构,如图1所示,包括上下层叠的显示面板10、光学膜片20、导光板30和反射片40,以及设置于所述显示面板底侧的遮光胶50和铁框60。其中,所述光学膜片由三片透光膜层叠而成。
其中,导光板30侧部32经过所述光学膜片20侧壁往上延伸并通过所述遮光胶50与所述显示面板10连接;所述导光板30底部设有用于装配所述反射片40的凹槽31。在本实施例中,所述反射片40是通过粘胶粘接于所述凹槽31中的。当然,在其他实施例中还可以将凹槽设计为与反射片过渡配合,使反射片扣接于所述凹槽当中。
所述铁框60设有第一端部61和第二端部62,所述第一端部61通过所述遮光胶50与所述显示面板10连接;所述第二端部62伸入所述导光板30中,使得铁框60与导光板30融为一体。
优选地,为了使得铁框与导光板稳定连接,本实施例的铁框60其第一端部61和第二端部62之间还包括一弯折部63,使得所述铁框60截面呈L型或钩型。制作时,导光板采用的材质可例如为甲基丙烯酸甲脂(简称PMMA,一种光学亚克力材质),先将铁框60的结构先制作好,然后将铁框***至PMMA材质中,经过注塑、倒模等工艺,使PMMA材料与铁框固化在一起形成。
当然,在其他实施例中,铁框还可以有其他结构,只要是使铁框与导光板稳定的结合的技术方案均应落入本发明的保护范围中。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种背光模组结构,包括上下层叠的显示面板、光学膜片、导光板和反射片,以及设置于所述显示面板底侧的遮光胶,其中,
    所述导光板侧部经过所述光学膜片往上延伸并通过所述遮光胶与所述显示面板连接;所述导光板底部设有用于装配所述反射片的凹槽;
    还包括设有第一端部和第二端部的铁框,所述第一端部通过所述遮光胶与所述显示面板连接;所述第二端部伸入所述导光板中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的背光模组结构,其中,所述铁框的第一端部和第二端部之间还包括一弯折部,使得所述铁框截面呈L型或钩型。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的背光模组结构,其中,所述导光板的材质为甲基丙烯酸甲脂。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的背光模组结构,其中,所述反射片粘接或扣接于所述凹槽中。
