第三种脱包机构相对前述两个而言结构相对要简单些,但其涉及部件依旧不少,而且涉及的引导结构还是一个动态结构,同时还要刮包钩的辅助才能完成脱包,故其结构仍然较复杂性:另外刮包钩会在咖啡包的挤压作用下,靠自身的弹力发生形变,久而久之刮包钩会产生疲劳,导致形变不顺畅,甚至断裂的可能:再有,前述各种推包结构均是依靠饮料包的自重完成脱包,但咖啡机在萃取完成后,饮料包有吸附在第一机件的端面的可能,导致脱包不顺畅。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术现状而提供一种结构更为简单合理且饮料包的去除更顺畅的饮料冲煮设备。

在第二机件前移过程中,第二机件能带动饮料包脱离保持结构并随第二机件前移,另外,饮料包的环形边沿能与阻挡部的后端面抵触以推动刮包板克服弹性结构作用上移;在第二机件与第一机件密封闭合的状态下,饮料包的环形边沿进入所述间距内;在第二机件后移过程中,饮料包的环形边沿被阻挡部的前端面阻挡并最终在重力作用下掉落。
优选地,上述刮包板的阻挡部有一定的宽度并呈弧形,以增加阻挡部的前端面与饮料包的环形边沿的接触面积。接触面积的增加,能使阻挡部更好挂住饮料包的环形边沿, 能更有效地阻挡饮料包的后退,确保饮料包掉落。
优选地,上述阻挡部的后端面为向下向前倾斜的引导斜面。在斜面配合的作用下,使饮料包的环形边沿能更顺畅推动刮包板克服弹性结构作用上移。
优选地,上述刮包板的前端面的上部中间位置具有前凸的导向块,所述机座的上部开有与所述导向块相配的导向缺口,导向块位于导向缺口内并能上下滑移。导向块和导向缺口的配合对刮包板的上下滑移起导向作用。
优选地,上述刮包板中位于阻挡部前方的上部具有弧形的顶面,该顶面在弹性结构作用下的下移能与饮料包的环形边沿接触以推动饮料包下移。在弹性结构作用下使顶面向下推动饮料包的环形边沿,给饮料包提供额外的脱包力,防止饮料包吸附在第一机件上,确保脱包的顺利进行。
优选地,上述弹性结构包括两根弹簧,所述刮包板下部的左右两侧具有侧凸的支撑部,机座的左右两侧开有供支撑部***并能上下滑移的导槽,机座的上部固定有盖板,该盖板将导槽的上端开口遮蔽,所述弹簧设置在导槽内,弹簧的上端支撑在盖板上,弹簧的下端支撑在支撑部上。前述弹性结构涉及部件少,且装配方便,另外支撑部与导槽之间能形成导向结构,有效防止刮包板在上下滑移过程中发生晃动,确保脱包顺利进行。
优选地,上述盖板呈U形,盖板的竖向部分用以遮蔽所述导槽的上端开口,机座的顶部左右两侧设有插槽和向上延伸的倒勾部,盖板的横向部分开有供倒勾部***的插孔,盖板的竖向部分插设在插槽内,所述倒勾部则***插孔内。该结构使端盖与机座之间形成一种可拆卸的固定结构,方便刮包板的组装和更换。
优选地,上述保持结构为设置在座左右内壁上的用以在下方托住饮料包的环形边沿的弧面。弧面对环形边沿有支撑作用,以实现对饮料包的定位。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
本冲煮设备主要通过刮包板的作用实现饮料包的去除,涉及部件少且结构简单;
由于刮包板设置在第一机件的上部,并且是上下移动,环形边沿进入阻挡部后方并不是阻挡部本身发生形变,而是通过刮包板上下滑移实现,因此阻挡部不会出现疲劳断裂现象,延长产品的使用寿命并确保脱包的有效进行;
再有在饮料包去除过程中,刮包板的下移会向下推动环形边沿,对饮料包产生向下的推动力,即饮料包的掉落力不仅有其自身重力产生,还包括弹性结构的弹力,进一步确保饮料包顺利去除。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1~10所示,为本发明的一个优选实施例。
该有助于饮料包去除的饮料冲煮设备,包括
具有装包口11和掉包口12的机座1,装包口11左右两侧的前部具有供饮料包的环形边沿***的插槽111。
第一机件2,固定在机座1内的前部,第一机件2为具有出液通道的板件。
第二机件3,设于机座1的后部并可相对第一机件2前后滑移,该第二机件3具有可容纳前部带环形边沿41的饮料包4的凹腔31,第二机件3上设有与凹腔31相通的进水通道,以对饮料包进行冲煮,凹腔31内设有刺针,另外,第二机件3一般由手柄驱动结构或液压驱动结构驱动,而能相对第一机件2滑移,这种驱动结构为常规结构在这不再展开详细阐述。
保持结构,用以在饮料包4***第一机件2和第二机件3之间后接纳并保持住该饮料包4。本实施例中的保持结构为设置在机座1左右内壁上用以托住饮料包的环形边沿41的弧面17,弧面17位于插槽111的下部。
刮包板5,大体呈U形,约束在机座1内并能上下滑移,刮包板5的前端面的上部中间位置具有前凸的导向块52,机座1的上部开有与所述导向块52相配的导向缺口13,导向块52位于导向缺口13内并能上下滑移;刮包板5上具有向后延伸至第一机件2的后端面后方的上部位置的阻挡部51,该阻挡部51与第一机件2的后端面之间形成供饮料包的环形边沿41放置的间距X。刮包板的阻挡部51有一定的宽度并呈弧形,以增加阻挡部51的前端面512与饮料包的环形边沿41的接触面积。阻挡部51的后端面511为向下向前倾斜的引导斜面;刮包板5中位于阻挡部51前方的上部具有弧形的顶面54,该顶面54在弹性结构作用下的下移能与饮料包的环形边沿41接触以推动饮料包4下移。
弹性结构,作用于刮包板5并使刮包板5保持下移趋势;弹性结构包括两根弹簧6, 刮包板5下部的左右两侧具有侧凸的支撑部53,机座1的左右两侧开有供支撑部53***并能上下滑移的导槽14,机座1的上部固定有盖板7,该盖板7将导槽14的上端开口遮蔽,弹簧6设置在导槽14内,弹簧6的上端支撑在盖板7上,弹簧6的下端支撑在支撑部53上。
盖板7呈U形,盖板7的竖向部分71用以遮蔽导槽14的上端开口,机座1的顶部左右两侧设有插槽15和向上延伸的倒勾部16,盖板7的横向部分72开有供倒勾部16***的插孔73,盖板7的竖向部分71插设在插槽15内,倒勾部16则***插孔73内。
在第二机件3前移过程中,第二机件3能带动饮料包4脱离保持结构并随第二机件3前移,另外,饮料包的环形边沿41能与阻挡部51的后端面511抵触以推动刮包板5克服弹性结构作用上移。
在第二机件3与第一机件2密封闭合的状态下,饮料包4的环形边沿41进入间距X内。
在第二机件3后移过程中,饮料包4的环形边沿41被阻挡部51的前端面512阻挡并最终在重力作用下掉落。
本发明的工作原理及过程如下:
装包过程:如图3、4所示,将饮料包4从装包口11装入,在弧面17的托持及插槽111后壁的支撑作用下,将饮料包4保持在第一机件和第二机件之间,饮料包的环形边沿位于刮包板的阻挡部的后端面的后方。
送包过程:如图5所示,第二机件在驱动结构带动下前移,饮料包的身部逐渐进入第二机件的凹腔31内,当第二机件的前环面与饮料包的环形边沿接触后继续前移,会带动饮料包前移,直至饮料包的环形边沿与阻挡部的后端面接触,第二机件带动饮料包继续前移,饮料包的环形边沿41能与阻挡部51的后端面511抵触以推动刮包板5克服弹性结构作用上移,第二机件再进一步前移,饮料包4的环形边沿41进入间距X内,同时第二机件3与第一机件2密封闭合。
萃取过程:如图6所示,和现有咖啡机相同不再累述。
脱包过程:如图7、8所示,第二机件在驱动结构带动下后移,饮料包在开始阶段随第二机件后移,直至饮料包4的环形边沿41与阻挡部51的前端面512接触,阻挡部51的前端面512为直面,第二机件继续后移,饮料包4的环形边沿41被阻挡部51的前端面512阻挡而保持在原位,饮料包4的身部则逐渐脱离凹腔31,当饮料包4至少一半脱离凹腔31后,饮料包4在重力作用及刮包板5的下移过程中顶面54对饮料包4产生向下的推动力的共同作用下掉落。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种有助于饮料包去除的饮料冲煮设备,包括
    具有装包口(11)和掉包口(12)的机座(1);
    第一机件(2),固定在机座(1)内的前部;
    第二机件(3),设于机座(1)的后部并可相对第一机件(2)前后滑移,该第二机件(3)具有可容纳前部带环形边沿(41)的饮料包(4)的凹腔(31);
    保持结构,用以在饮料包(4)***第一机件(2)和第二机件(3)之间后接纳并保持住该饮料包(4);
    其特征在于:还包括
    刮包板(5),约束在机座(1)内并能上下滑移,刮包板(5)具有向后延伸至第一机件(2)的后端面后方的上部位置的阻挡部(51),该阻挡部(51)与第一机件(2)的后端面之间形成供饮料包的环形边沿(41)放置的间距(X);
    弹性结构,作用于刮包板(5)并使刮包板(5)保持下移趋势;
    在第二机件(3)前移过程中,第二机件(3)能带动饮料包(4)脱离保持结构并随第二机件(3)前移,另外,饮料包的环形边沿(41)能与阻挡部(51)的后端面(511)抵触以推动刮包板(5)克服弹性结构作用上移;
    在第二机件(3)与第一机件(2)密封闭合的状态下,饮料包的环形边沿(41)进入所述间距(X)内;
    在第二机件(3)后移过程中,饮料包的环形边沿(41)被阻挡部(51)的前端面(512)阻挡并最终在重力作用下掉落。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的有助于饮料包去除的饮料冲煮设备,其特征在于:所述刮包板的阻挡部(51)有一定的宽度并呈弧形,以增加阻挡部(51)的前端面(512)与饮料包的环形边沿(41)的接触面积。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的有助于饮料包去除的饮料冲煮设备,其特征在于:所述阻挡部(51)的后端面(511)为向下向前倾斜的引导斜面。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的有助于饮料包去除的饮料冲煮设备,其特征在于:所述刮包板(5)的前端面的上部中间位置具有前凸的导向块(52),所述机座(1)的上部开有与所述导向块(52)相配的导向缺口(13),导向块(52)位于导向缺口(13)内并能上下滑移。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的有助于饮料包去除的饮料冲煮设备,其特征在于:所述刮包板(5)中位于阻挡部(51)前方的上部具有弧形的顶面(54),该顶面(54)在弹性结构作用下的下移能与饮料包的环形边沿(41)接触以推动饮料包(4)下移。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的有助于饮料包去除的饮料冲煮设备,其特征在于:所述弹性结构包括两根弹簧(6),所述刮包板(5)下部的左右两侧具有侧凸的支撑部(53),机座(1)的左右两侧开有供支撑部(53)***并能上下滑移的导槽(14),机座(1)的上部固定有盖 板(7),该盖板(7)将导槽(14)的上端开口遮蔽,所述弹簧(6)设置在导槽(14)内,弹簧(6)的上端支撑在盖板(7)上,弹簧(6)的下端支撑在支撑部(53)上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的有助于饮料包去除的饮料冲煮设备,其特征在于;所述盖板(7)呈U形,盖板(7)的竖向部分(71)用以遮蔽所述导槽(14)的上端开口,机座(1)的顶部左右两侧设有插槽(15)和向上延伸的倒勾部(16),盖板(7)的横向部分(72)开有供倒勾部(16)***的插孔(73),盖板(7)的竖向部分(71)插设在插槽(15)内,所述倒勾部(16)则***插孔(73)内。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的有助于饮料包去除的饮料冲煮设备,其特征在于:所述保持结构为设置在机座(1)左右内壁上用以托住饮料包的环形边沿(41)的弧面(17)。
