6.穴あきトレーに設けられた穴に接する包装箱には、予め窓部を形成できるように薄肉部にて窓部の輪郭が形成されてなり、該薄肉部に沿って外力により該窓部の輪郭部分を引き裂くことができるような窓部が形成されている5に記載のパックシート包装体。
7.該窓部が、窓部の縁に嵌合して気密に封止可能な蓋部材を備えた窓部である5に記載のパックシート包装体。
8.パックシートを載置した穴あきトレーと反転した別のトレーとが組み合わされている1~7のいずれかに記載のパックシート包装体。
9.薬液で湿潤され、Z折りにされ、かつ積み重ねられたパックシートを、窓部を有する包装箱に収納してなるパックシート包装体。
10.パックシート包装体を置いたとき、該Z折りにしたパックシートは上のパックシートの下面の端部が下のパックシートの上面の端部の上に位置するように積み重ねられる9に記載のパックシート包装体。
11.該Z折りにしたパックシートの上面の端部は折り畳まれたパックシートの中央部に位置する9又は10に記載のパックシート包装体。
12.包装箱には予め窓部を形成できるように薄肉部にて窓部の輪郭が形成されてなり、該薄肉部に沿って外力により該窓部の輪郭部分を引き裂くことができるような窓部が形成されている9~11のいずれかに記載のパックシート包装体。
13.該窓部が、窓部の縁に嵌合して気密に封止可能な蓋部材を備えた窓部である12に記載のパックシート包装体。
また、パックシートを穴あきトレーに載置して包装箱に収納してもよいので、使用時に該穴あきトレーによりパックシート包装体の、パックシート取り出し口の形状が変形せず、取り出しが容易となる。加えてパックシートを載置した穴あきトレーと反転した別のトレーとが組み合わされてなるパックシート包装体の場合には、パックシート包装体の形状も組み合わされた2つのトレー同士からなる形状を反映するので、保管時・運搬時等の取り扱い性、使用時にパックシートを手で保持するときの保持性に優れることになる。
また、穴あきトレーに載置せずにパックシートを包装箱に収納した場合、包装箱を構成する材料の剛性を利用して、パックシートを1枚ずつ離しながら取り出すことができる。

図1a及びbに本発明のパックシート包装体に収納される穴あきトレーに載置されるパックシート1を示す。
図1a及びbに示すパックシート1はZ折りされるものである。たとえば、鼻部の下を横に伸びる細線で谷折り(図1a及びbで細線の下方のパックシート、つまり口が形成された部分のシートの上に目及び鼻が形成された部分のシートを重ねるように折り曲げる)し、目部の上を横に伸びる破線で山折り(パックシートの額の部分をパックシートの裏側に曲げるように折る)にすることにより目的とされるZ折りが形成される。
もちろん、パックシート1の折り方は図1a及びbに示す折り方に限定されず、Z折りされるのであればほかの折り方でも良く、パックシート1の形状も図1a及びbの形状に限定されない。後ほど説明するように、取り出したパックシート1を展開しやすい折り方であれば特に限定されない。
このZ折りされたパックシート1は、必要に応じて、底部に開けられた穴を予め液不透過性シートにて封止された穴あきトレーや、予め穴を形成できるように底部に薄肉部にて穴の輪郭が形成されて、該薄肉部に沿って外力により該穴の輪郭部分を引き裂くことにより開けられる穴あきトレー内に積み重ねるようにして収納される。
パックシートを構成する材料に関しても特に限定されるものではなく、折り曲げることが可能な程度の柔軟性を有し、折り端部を引っ張ることにより破れる等の破損を生じないことが必要である。
本発明において包装箱に収納されるパックシートの基材としては、吸液性シートを基本素材とし、ニット、織物、不織布のような繊維シート類、紙又は発泡体等を使用できる。発泡体シートの中では、ポリウレタン発泡体、NBR発泡体等の吸液性や保液性に優れたスポンジシートも使用可能であるが、経済性、皮膚安全性からすれば、木綿、コットン、パルプ、レーヨンのような天然系繊維を主材とする繊維シートが好ましい。またその製造方法としては編み機や樹脂成形機、各種不織布形成法などを用いる公知の方法を用いることができる。
本発明において、パックシートを収納する際に、含浸又は付着させる薬液としては、公知の任意のものを使用することが可能である。性状としては、液状、ペースト状、クリーム状、ジェル状のいずれも使用可能であり、例えば基礎化粧品としての洗顔科、化粧水、乳液等や、メーキャップ化粧品としてのファンデーション、頬紅類、芳香化粧品、美白剤、抗酸化剤、しわ防止剤、保湿剤、日焼け止め剤、除毛剤、抗菌剤、殺菌剤、ニキビ治療剤など任意の各種化粧料、薬剤、界面活性剤等を対象とする。本発明で好ましく使用できる化粧料や薬剤、洗浄剤等の薬液の剤型は、種々の粘度の液状物、ないしクリーム、ジェルのような半液状物である。
包装箱には開口部が設けられ、その開口部から積み重ねられたパックシートを挿入し、その後に開口部を閉じてパックシート入りの包装箱とする。
ここで、液不透過性シートSによって穴あきトレーT1の穴4を塞ぐ。このように穴4を塞ぐことにより、保管時、流通時においてパックシート包装体が回転・反転した場合において、トレー外の包装箱内に薬液が漏れることを防止する。
得られた包装箱はパックシート包装体として、穴あきトレーT1に載置されたパックシート1は、反転した別のトレーT2により覆われている構造を有することになる。
なお、図2及び3にて使用した穴あきトレーや別のトレーは、それ自体が形状を保持でき、かつ薬液が浸透しない樹脂や金属等の材料、及び構造を有することが必要である。それによりパックシート包装体としたときに、その包装体全体として、保管時、運搬時、使用時における十分な強度を備えることができる。
図4は、パックシート包装体2において窓部3が設けられ、かつその窓部3が指等により開けられ、かつ穴あきトレーの底部に設けられた穴4も、それを封止していたシート等が除去されて開口された状態を示す。
図5はZ折りされてなるパックシート1の断面図である。このZ折りされてなるパックシート1において、その端部5が上に位置するようにパックシート包装体に収納されることよって、最上層のZ折りされたパックシートの端部5は、Z折りされたパックシートの中央部に位置し、穴あきトレーの底に設けられた穴4から確認できる位置にある。
さらに図5において5aとして示す端部は、上記端部5をさらにもう一回折り曲げてなる端部である。その目的とするところは、パックシート包装体2から収納されているパックシート1を指で摘んで1枚だけ取り出す際に、指にて摘む箇所をより明確にすると共に、更に折り曲げてなる小片部分が指先に引っかかり、パックシート1を摘むきっかけとなる。そのような5aで示す端部とすることにより、本発明において、パックシート1の取り出しやすさをさらに向上させることができる。
なお、端部5や5aを着色することにより、目視にて端部を明確に確認することも可能である。
このようにして引き上げられたパックシート1は片手又は両手にて、通常のパックシートと同様の顔面を覆うものであり、パックシート包装体からパックシートを1枚のみ取り出して、確実に顔面に対して使用することとなり、パックシート包装体から1枚だけを取り出すつもりが、間違えて2枚以上取り出してしまうことがない。
また、必要以上に指を使用しなくても取り出すことができるので、パックシート包装体を快適に使用することができる。
そして、取り出したパックシート1のその直下に収納されていた、Z折りされた状態のパックシート1は、その端部が同様にして包装箱の窓部と穴あきトレーの底部に設けられた穴に面して存在するようにされ、次々と同様にして取り出すことが可能となる。
そして、この例によると、パックシート1を摘まんだ指を離したり、持ち替えたりせずに、パックシート1を取り出して使用することができるので、パックシート1をパックシート包装体から取り出して使用するまでを簡単かつ確実に行うことができ、他の指等を汚すこともない。
図4及び9に示す例においては、穴あきトレー底部に設けた穴の形状を角が丸くなっている長方形としたが、その他に長方形や短辺を弧状とした長方形の形状とすることもできる。もちろん、そのような穴の形状に合わせるようにして包装箱に設けた開口部の形状を変更することができる。
図10のパックシート包装体は、円形の窓部を開閉可能に密閉できるように、窓部の輪郭6と嵌合することができ、気密に封止可能な蓋部材7が設けられている。本発明のパックシート包装体の不使用時には、パックシートに浸透している化粧水等の薬液が蒸発して、次回に使用することが困難になることを防止するために、蓋部材7と窓部の輪郭6とが気密に嵌合する。
この結果、不使用時には、パックシートは気密に保持される。
そして、再度本発明のパックシートを使用する際には、蓋部材7を開けて、図6~8に示したように指によりパックシートを取り出すことができる。
このような蓋部材7は、包装箱とは別に成形し、これを包装箱の取り付け部に融着や接着等の公知の手段によって一体化させて取り付けられるものである。
またZ折りされ、重ねられたパックシートを包装箱の開口部から包装箱内に挿入したあと、薬液を包装箱内に供給して、内部のパックシートに含浸させ、その後の該包装箱を密閉させる方法も採用できる。
図13にはトレーを使用しない本発明の例を示す。この例においては必要に応じて窓部3に柔軟なフィルム8を設けることができる。フィルム8にはスリットが設けられ、包装体内のパックシートは、このスリットを通過して取り出される際に、フィルムとパックシートとの摺擦によって、指で摘んだパックシートの一層下のパックシートから離れて一枚のみ取り出すことができる。
もちろんフィルム8を設けない場合であっても、窓部3とパックシートとの間の摺擦によって、指で摘んだパックシートの一層下のパックシートから離れて一枚のみ取り出すことができる。
Claims (13)
- 薬液で湿潤され、Z折りにしたパックシートを積み重ねて載置した、底に穴が設けられた穴あきトレーを、包装箱に収納してなるパックシート包装体。
- 該穴は、予め開けられた穴を液不透過性シートにて封止してなり、該液不透過性シートを取り除くことにより開けられるものである請求項1に記載のパックシート包装体。
- 穴あきトレーの穴を上面にしてパックシート包装体を置いたとき、該Z折りにしたパックシートは上のパックシートの下面の端部が下のパックシートの上面の端部の上に位置するように積み重ねられる請求項1又は2のいずれかに記載のパックシート包装体。
- 穴あきトレーの穴を上面にしてパックシート包装体を置いたとき、該Z折りにしたパックシートの上面の端部は折り畳まれたパックシートの中央部に位置する請求項1~3のいずれかに記載のパックシート包装体。
- 穴あきトレーに設けられた穴に接する包装箱には、取り出し時にあけることができる窓部が形成されている請求項1~4のいずれかに記載のパックシート包装体。
- 穴あきトレーに設けられた穴に接する包装箱には、予め窓部を形成できるように薄肉部にて窓部の輪郭が形成されてなり、該薄肉部に沿って外力により該窓部の輪郭部分を引き裂くことができるような窓部が形成されている請求項5に記載のパックシート包装体。
- 該窓部が、窓部の縁に嵌合して気密に封止可能な蓋部材を備えた窓部である請求項5に記載のパックシート包装体。
- パックシートを載置した穴あきトレーと反転した別のトレーとが組み合わされてなる請求項1~7のいずれかに記載のパックシート包装体。
- 薬液で湿潤され、Z折りにされ、かつ積み重ねられたパックシートを、窓部を有する包装箱に収納してなるパックシート包装体。
- パックシート包装体を置いたとき、該Z折りにしたパックシートは上のパックシートの下面の端部が下のパックシートの上面の端部の上に位置するように積み重ねられる請求項9に記載のパックシート包装体。
- 該Z折りにしたパックシートの上面の端部は折り畳まれたパックシートの中央部に位置する請求項9又は10に記載のパックシート包装体。
- 包装箱には予め窓部を形成できるように薄肉部にて窓部の輪郭が形成されてなり、該薄肉部に沿って外力により該窓部の輪郭部分を引き裂くことができるような窓部が形成されている請求項9~11のいずれかに記載のパックシート包装体。
- 該窓部が、窓部の縁に嵌合して気密に封止可能な蓋部材を備えた窓部である請求項12に記載のパックシート包装体。
