下列实施例是对本发明的进一步解释和说明,对本发明不构成任何限制;
本发明提供一种设置URL电子数据装置的PTP交互关联***,***包括支持PTP交互关联***的通信终端产品38、URL电子数据装置90及平面标志,其特征在于:
所述通信终端产品支持远程通信功能;
所述通信终端产品支持近距离通信功能;
所述URL电子数据装置90放置URL电子数据组合;
所述平面标志是数字;
所述通信终端产品支持输入对应平面标志的数字;
所述通信终端产品的操作***收到平面标志的指令,调出放置在URL电子数据装置90的配对URL电子数据,处理后,向后台服务器发送相关请求,后台服务器根据相关请求传回该URL电子数据所关联的电子文件。
所述通信终端产品支持远程通信功能,请求联接的电信网络传回该URL电子数据所链接的电子文件。
所述通信终端产品支持WIFI技术,请求联接的WIFI装置传回该URL电子数据所链接的电子文件。
传回的电子文件通过通信终端产品的显示屏幕浏览。
所述通信终端产品的近距离通信功能支持蓝牙技术,从外部的相关产品获取URL电子数据。
所述通信终端产品的近距离通信功能支持NFC技术,从外部的 NFC产品获取URL电子数据。
所述URL电子数据装置90由内置URL电子数据装置91及触发URL电子数据装置92构成。
如图1所示,所述内置URL电子数据装置91模块放置在通信终端产品,该内置URL电子数据装置放置原始URL电子数据组合。
如图2系列所示,所述触发URL电子数据装置92模块放置在通信终端产品,通过通信终端产品设定的条件,激活内置URL电子数据装置91放置的原始URL电子数据组合,更转成另一组新的URL电子数据组合。
既能满足市场众多用家需求,也避免平面标志重叠而导致的混乱。
如图2A所示,本实施例的设计方案:内置URL电子数据装置模块91的原始URL电子数据组合是“0000+(0001~9999)”系列,触发URL电子数据装置模块92A的URL电子数据是“0001”,激活放置在通信终端产品的内置URL电子数据装置91的原始URL电子数据组合,更转成另一组新的的URL电子数据组合,原始的URL电子数据组合由“0000+(0001~9999)”系列更转成“0001+(0001~9999)”系列。
如2B所示,本实施例的设计方案:内置URL电子数据装置模块91的原始URL电子数据组合是“0000+(0001~9999)系列”,触发URL电子数据装置模块92B的URL电子数据是“0033”,激活放置在通信终端产品的内置URL电子数据装置91的原始URL电子数据组合,更转成另一组新的的URL电子数据组合,原始的URL电子数据组合由 “0000+(0001~9999)”系列更转成“0033+(0001~9999)”系列。
所述触发URL电子数据装置92是外置NFC产品93,通过通信终端产品与外置NFC产品93的工作状态接触,激活放置在通信终端产品的内置URL电子数据装置91的原始URL电子数据组合,更转成另一组新的URL电子数据组合。
所述平面标志的数字与URL电子数据装置90放置的URL电子数据组合是对应配对。
平面标志可是来自不同途径,包括传统纸质报刊、纸质书册、平面媒体广告板、公共道路交通板、公共旅游宣传指南板、紧急服务指南板、公共候车亭、的士电召车亭及银行标志等。
URL电子数据链接的途径来自多方面,包括内存、云储存、登陆设定的网页等,基于相关技术是市场非常惯用的公知技术,本文不多详细解释。
以下是相关技术方案与本明技术的应用对比:
为提升平面媒体产品的传播效果,市场经有不同的技术方案,包括二维码图案方案、NFC技术解决方案及RFID技术解决方案等。
平面媒体产品(如公共宣传广告板及公共交通标志等)的信息内容是平面信息技术,用户如要获取平面媒体产品的进一步信息内容,需要输入网址进行联接操作,那是相当烦琐的事情。
如图3A所示,传统平面媒体产品植入二维码图案52(平面信息技术),提供参观者登录到相关电子地址数据的网站,关注相关的广告内容,步骤如下:
1、通过智能手机拍摄二维码图案,处理转为URL电子数据。
2、登录到相关URL电子数据的网站。
3、再进行传统式的网页搜索操作。
如图3B所示,传统平面媒体产品同时植入NFC模块53(电子信息技术),提供参观者快捷登录到相关电子地址数据的网站,关注相关的广告内容,步骤如下:
1、通过智能手机靠近NFC模块,获取URL电子数据。
2、登录到相关URL电子数据的网站。
3、再进行传统式的网页搜索操作。
基于NFC技术仅支持非常短的距离,当某参观者进行操作时,阻碍其他参观者不能操作(包括参观视线)。
以下是本发明技术的相关实施例;
实施例1,
如图3C所示,平面媒体产品采用本发明技术后,通信终端产品38(智能手机)依据平面媒体产品的识别标志(导引),输入对应的数字03;
所述通信终端产品的操作***收到平面标志的指令,调出放置在URL电子数据装置90的03配对URL电子数据,处理后,向后台服务器发送相关请求,后台服务器根据相关请求传回该URL电子数据03所关联的电子文件,通过通信终端产品的显示屏幕浏览。
实施例2
如图3D所示,平面媒体产品采用本发明技术后,通信终端产品 38(智能手机)依据平面媒体产品的识别标志(导引),输入对应的数字03;
所述通信终端产品的操作***收到平面标志的指令,调出放置在URL电子数据装置90的03配对URL电子数据,处理后,向后台服务器发送相关请求,后台服务器根据相关请求传回该URL电子数据03所关联的电子文件,通过通信终端产品的显示屏幕浏览。
特别注明,通信终端产品的内置URL电子数据装置模块91的原始URL电子数据组合已被激活,更转成另一组新的的URL电子数据组合,因此与实施例1传回的03URL电子数据所关联的电子文件可以是不同的文件了。
实施例3
如图4A所示,某大型公司举行全城营销促销活动,虽然该促销活动是统一的平面广告内容设计,但是不同促销区域位置的消费者,却获取不同区域分店的具体活动资料。
如图4B所示,
A区域消费者通过智能手机获取数字(识别标志)对应的关联数据A,(该关联数据A对应A区域分店提供的相关电子信息)。
但B区域消费者通过智能手机获取数字(识别标志)对应的关联数据B,(该关联数据B对应B区域分店提供的相关电子信息)。
而C区域消费者通过智能手机获取数字(识别标志)对应的关联数据C,(该关联数据C对应C区域分店提供的相关电子信息)。
本发明技术与二维码图案方案是不类类别的技术方案,效果截然 不同;
1、基本上不受距离限制。
2、基本上不受光线条件影响。
3、准确比二维码图案方案优越。
4、采用数字代替二维码图案,影响广告板的外观美感减低。
参阅上述相关实施例的效果,本发明技术与市场相关技术解决方案及产品方案对比,无论使用操作、制作成本及传播效果都明显优越其他,本实用新型的发展将会影响商业链条的所有环节,及创造出全新形态的商业模式和价值链。
尽管通过以上实施例对本发明技术进行了揭示,但是本发明技术的范围并不局限于此,在不偏离本发明技术构思的条件下,以上各构件可用所属技术领域人员了解的相似或等同元件来替换。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种设置URL电子数据装置的PTP交互关联***,***包括支持PTP交互关联***的通信终端产品(38)、URL电子数据装置(90)及平面标志,其特征在于:
    所述通信终端产品支持远程通信功能;
    所述通信终端产品支持近距离通信功能;
    所述URL电子数据装置(90)放置URL电子数据组合;
    所述平面标志是数字;
    所述通信终端产品支持输入对应平面标志的数字;
    所述通信终端产品的操作***收到平面标志的指令,调出放置在URL电子数据装置(90)的配对URL电子数据,处理后,向后台服务器发送相关请求,后台服务器根据相关请求传回该URL电子数据所关联的电子文件。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的设置URL电子数据装置的PTP交互关联***,其特征在于:所述通信终端产品支持远程通信功能,请求联接的电信网络传回该URL电子数据所链接的电子文件。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的设置URL电子数据装置的PTP交互关联***,其特征在于:所述通信终端产品支持WIFI技术,请求联接的WIFI装置传回该URL电子数据所链接的电子文件。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的设置URL电子数据装置的PTP交互关联***,其特征在于:所述通信终端产品的近距离通信功能支持蓝牙技术。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的设置URL电子数据装置的PTP交互关联***,其特征在于:所述通信终端产品的近距离通信功能支持NFC技术。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的设置URL电子数据装置的PTP交互关联***,其特征在于:所述URL电子数据装置(90)由内置URL电子数据装置(91)及触发URL电子数据装置(92)构成。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的设置URL电子数据装置的PTP交互关联***,其特征在于:所述内置URL电子数据装置(91)模块放置在通信终端产品,该内置URL电子数据装置放置原始URL电子数据组合。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的设置URL电子数据装置的PTP交互关联***,其特征在于:所述触发URL电子数据装置(92)模块放置在通信终端产品,通过通信终端产品设定的条件,激活内置URL电子数据装置(91)放置的原始URL电子数据组合,更转成另一组新的URL电子数据组合。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的设置URL电子数据装置的PTP交互关联***,其特征在于:所述触发URL电子数据装置(92)是外置NFC产品(93),通过通信终端产品与外置NFC产品(93)的工作状态接触,激活放置在通信终端产品的内置URL电子数据装置(91)的原始URL电子数据组合,更转成另一组新的URL电子数据组合。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的设置URL电子数据装置的PTP交互关联***,其特征在于:所述平面标志的数字与URL电子数据装置(90)放置的URL电子数据组合是对应配对。
