智能手机需要登录跨媒体产品信息的相关电子互联网, 外延获取更丰 富的相关资料, 关联技术是不可跨越的必需条件, 关联技术与传播技术是 二种不同概念的技术用途。
目前市场关联技术以二维码图案技术方案为主流, 虽然二维码图案技 术方案已形成了成熟的产品和产业链, 但实际操作中存在很多技术使用的 条件限制, 如下:
1、 智能手机需下载适当的应用程式后, 才能摄取。
2、 二维码图案的清晰度。
3、 摄取二维码图案的光线。
4、 摄取二维码图案的距离。
5、 二维码图案大小规格不一, (包括 8mm x 8mm、 10mm χ 10mm 100mm x 100匪等), 附有的二维码图案, 影响该广告板的外观美感。
如在视频产品的屏幕画面、 网页植入二维码图案 ··· ···实际操作时, 电 子屏幕显示二维码图案的时间非常短暂, 用户操作并不容易。
另外, 二维码图案技术方案对于解决与多媒体信息信号的播音(音频 信息技术) 关联, 显得力不从心 ··· ···
因此, 更加筒便、 快捷及高效果的互联技术实现随时、 随地、 随意的 需求, 是市场的迫切期望。
本发明的交互关联***就是解决跨媒体产品信息的无障碍传播技术。 【发明内容】
为实现上述目的, 本发明提供一种支持交互关联***的平面媒体产品, 平面媒体产品支持交互关联***的多媒体信息信号收发, 其特征在于; 所述交互关联***由电子读数装置及电子收发装置构成, 所述平面媒体产品的外表面可附有信息内容,
所述多媒体信息信号由媒体信息数据及关联数据合成,
所述关联数据是设定的电子地址数据,
所述电子读数装置设有组合数据接收电路、 组合数据分解电路及发送 电路, 组合数据接收电路接收多媒体信息信号, 通过组合数据分解电路把 收多媒体信息信号分解为媒体信息数据及关联数据, 分解后的关联数据通 过发送电路传送至电子收发装置,
所述电子收发装置设有的关联数据接收电路、 关联数据发送电路及含 储存器的中央处理器,
所述关联数据接收电路附置短距离信号收发电路,
所述电子收发装置主导控制分解多媒体信息信号的关联数据收发, 收 取电子读数装置发送电路分解后的关联数据, 通过远程无线技术发送到外 部的信息数据储存中心, 把所关联的电子档案快速调出。

本发明提供一种支持交互关联***的平面媒体产品, 解决跨媒体信息 产品的互联, 实现信息无障碍的目标:
1、 平面媒体产品可从支持交互关联***的多媒体信息信号获取相关的 关联数据, 同步发送作为电子网页的快捷切入口, 满足移动信息化的随时、 随地、 随意技术需求。
2、 交互关联***的技术结合特点, 原有产品的功能没有改变, 结合后 的功能可以彼此支持, 取得明显的的技术效果, 可以最筒单的点对点关联 技术实现跨媒体产品的信息无障碍关联, 其互联能力明显优于市场现有 QR 码及其他的关联技术解决方案。
特别贡献是本发明技术可通过多种途径发送关联数据, 有效解决移动 信息化发展面对的信息挤塞技术问题, 及利用现有候车亭广告板的社会资 源, 协助完善现有交通红绿灯的设施, 障视人仕通过支持交互关联***的 通信终端产品 (如智能手机)获得声音导向和相关交通信息服务的帮助。

本发明提供一种支持交互关联***的平面媒体产品, 平面媒体产品 41 支持交互关联***的多媒体信息信号 01收发, 其特征在于;
所述交互关联***由电子读数装置 02及电子收发装置 03构成, 所述平面媒体产品的外表面可附有信息内容, 所述多媒体信息信号由媒体信息数据及关联数据 1 2合成, 所述关联数据是设定的电子地址数据,

所述电子读数装置设有组合数据接收电路 21、组合数据分解电路 22及 发送电路 24 , 组合数据接收电路接收多媒体信息信号, 通过组合数据分解 电路 22把收多媒体信息信号分解为媒体信息数据及关联数据, 分解后的关 联数据通过发送电路 24传送至电子收发装置,
所述电子收发装置设有的关联数据接收电路 31、 关联数据发送电路 32 及含储存器的中央处理器,
所述关联数据接收电路 31附置短距离信号收发电路,
所述短距离通信技术包括红外线、 蓝牙等技术,
所述电子收发装置主导控制分解多媒体信息信号的关联数据收发, 收 取电子读数装置发送电路分解后的关联数据, 通过远程无线技术发送到外 部的信息数据储存中心, 把所关联的电子档案快速调出。
所述远程通信技术包括 GSM、 CDMA , GPRS等技术。
所述外部的信息数据储存中心可是相关产品的储存器、 互联网、 云储 存等等, 也可是电子读数装置的内置储存器。
调出的电子档案通过可视电子屏幕的产品浏阅, 包括支持交互关联技 术的电子终端产品、 通信终端产品、 电脑及平面媒体产品等。
如图 1B所示,
图示含有 1 个信息内容, 该信息内容只需设有 1个关联数据 (即是 1 个电子地址数据), 所述关联数据在媒体信息内容的读数时间内, 设置多次 重复及循环发送。
所述信息内容外表面附有识别标志, 该读取电子代号对应识别标志, 为筒便操作, 识别标志以最筒单的数字、 或是符号、 或是文字而设定。
如图 1C所示,
所述关联数据是多于一个关联数据组合的关联数据群 12X ,不同的关联 数据分别设定不同的电子地址数据。

平面媒体产品 (如平面广告板及户外候车亭等) 的信息内容是平面信 息技术, 传统智能手机获取平面广告板的信息内容操作, 其效果明显落后 于电子媒体的效果。
为提升平面媒体产品的传播效果, 市场经有多种不同的技术解决方案, 其一是二维码技术解决方案, 以下是相关的应用例。
如图 3B所示,
传统平面广告板植入单个二维码图案(平面信息技术), 提供参观者看 到所关注的广告内容;
1、 通过智能手机拍摄二维码图案, 处理转为电子地址数据……
2、 登录到相关电子地址数据的网站……
3、 再进行传统式的网页搜索操作……
如图 4A所示, 车站 3个平面广告板已分别植入二维码图案(平面信息技术), 方便候 车者看到所关注的广告内容;
1、 通过智能手机拍摄二维码图案, 处理转为电子地址数据……
2、 登录到相关电子地址数据的网页……
3、 不同的二维码图案需重复不同的系列操作次数……
特别强调, 如果 3 个平面广告板附有二维码图案所关联不是来自同一 个电子网站的资料, 其操作将是非常繁瑣。
用家需短短的时间完成拍摄二维码图案, 本身也是个技术挑战。
以下是本发明的相关实施例,
第 1种模式,
所述电子读数装置设有组合数据接收电路、 组合数据分解电路、 发送 电路及 CPU的模块板, 放置在支持交互关联***的平面媒体产品内,
所述电子收发装置设有的关联数据接收电路、 关联数据发送电路及含 储存器的中央处理器的模块, 嵌入交互关联***的通信终端产品。
交互关联***的技术结合特点, 原有产品的功能没有改变, 交互结合 后的功能可以彼此支持, 取得明显的的技术效果, 可以最筒单的点对点关 联技术实现跨媒体产品的信息无障碍连接。
本发明获取关联数据基本分为 2种操作方法,
第 1种方法: 智能手机(有效范围内 ), 随意按关联操作键 39 (启动交 互关联***),再重按关联操作键 39 , 嵌入智能手机的电子收发装置就可从 电子读数装置获取选择的关联数据(即是电子地址数据 );
第 2种方法: 智能手机(有效范围内 ) 随意按关联操作键 39 (启动交 互关联***), 再依据信息内容植入的数字(平面识别标志)输入对应数字 (读取电子代号), 嵌入智能手机的电子收发装置就可从电子读数装置获取 选择的关联数据 (即是电子地址数据) ··· ···
另一种使用方法, 完成以上第 1种方法或是第 2种方法相关步骤后, 用户按动确认键后, 电子收发装置可从电子读数装置获得所选择的关联数 据储存。
事后, 可随时把其所设定关联的电子档案快速调出, 该关联数据可通 过发送电路发送到数据储存中心, 把其所设定关联的电子档案快速调出在 智能手机阅览(或聆听)。
第 2种模式,
所述电子读数装置设有组合数据接收电路、 组合数据分解电路、 发送 电路及 CPU 的模块板, 及电子收发装置设有的关联数据接收电路、 关联数 据发送电路及含储存器的中央处理器的模块板, 放置在平面媒体产品内。
如图 1A、 1C及 2B所示, 用家依靠平面媒体产品的媒体信息内容指引 (筒单的声音、 灯光指引), 通过通信终端产品(智能手机)从支持交互关 联***的平面媒体产品收取关联数据后同步发送, 达到点对点的效果。
特别强调该模式可为障视人仕及听障人仕提供更多使用公共设施之方 便。
第 3种模式, 如图 3D所示,
所述电子读数装置设有组合数据接收电路、 组合数据分解电路、 发送 电路及 CPU的模块板放置在小型移动盒 43内, 方便携带使用。
所述电子读数装置发送电路附置短距离信号收发电路,
所述电子读数装置的组合数据分解电路把多媒体信息信号分解为媒体 信息数据, 媒体信息数据包括数字数据 08、 视频数据 1 0、 音频数据 1 1及 程式数据 1 5等,
所述媒体信息数据分解后的数字数据传送至数字数据***处理后, 传 送到相关配置使用
所述媒体信息数据分解后的视频数据传送至视频***处理后, 传送到 相关配置使用,
所述媒体信息数据分解后的音频数据传送至音频***处理后, 传送到 相关配置使用,
所述媒体信息数据分解后的程式数据传送至程式***处理后, 传送到 相关配置使用,
所述分解后的关联数据通过发送电路和附置短距离信号收发电路传 送。
如图 2B所示,
所述多媒体信息信号通过信号发射台及信号发射中转装置发送。
如图 2A所示,
所述电子收发装置收取的关联数据来自多种传送途径, 通过连接支持 交互关联***的多媒体信息信号电子储存装置收取。
所述电子储存装置包括电子数据储存器及光盘等。
所述电子收发装置设有支持交互关联***的关联操作键 39及支持交互 关联***的信号感应装置 36。
所述关联数据在媒体信息数据的读数时间内, 设置多次重复及循环发 送, 使用者只需按下关联操作键 39 , 电子收发装置收取从电子读数装置发 送电路分解后的关联数据, 同步通过远程无线技术发送到外部的信息数据 储存中心, 把信息数据储存中心所关联的电子档案快速调出。
由于大气中的信息信号很多, 支持交互关联***的通信终端产品设有 信号感应装置 36 (包括灯光、 声音等), 提醒使用者处于的位置范围可提供 相关的交互关联***关联数据……特别适合障视人仕的需要。
所述关联地址数据是可混合文字、 图像、 音频及视频等内容数据的关 联混合数据 12M,关联混合数据 12M通过关联混合数据分解电路分解为关联 数据, 使用者可通过电子收发装置电子显示屏显示的相关文字、 图像、 音 频及视频等导引信息, 按其需求选择操作。
实施例 1
如图 3B所示,
通信终端产品 38 (智能手机) 与本发明配合使用, 可通过第 1种或 2 种方法很轻易获取关联数据 ··· ···很明显, 视障人仕也可以操作使用。
实施例 2 本发明另一重要价值支持信息无障碍化的发展, 利用社会现有的候车 亭广告板资源:
1、 在车站平面广告板附有的盲文文字、 盲文图标指引。
2、 在车站平面广告板提供支持交互关联***的提示, 使视障人仕通过 支持交互关联***的智能手机获取相关的交通信息和服务。
如图 4B所示, 车站 3个平面广告板采用本发明第 2种模式技术, 该等 平面广告板的广告内容植入数字, 及提供相关的支持交互关联***的关联 数据(筒单声音提示), 即是视障人仕也能进行操作使用。
实施例 3
如图 5A所示, 一个巨型平面广告板采用本发明技术方案, 在该平面广 告板的广告内容可视范围内, 分别放置多个小型数据盒 43 , 方便站在不同 角色、 位置的用户都能容易获取内容相关的关联数据。
实施例 4
如图 5B所示, 某大型公司举行营销促销活动采用本发明技术方案后, 虽然该促销活动是统一设计的平面广告内容, 不同促销区域位置消费者却 可获取不同区域分店的具体活动资料;
如图 5C所示,
A 区域消费者通过智能手机获取数字 (识别标志)对应的关联数据 A, (该关联数据 A对应 A区域分店提供的相关电子信息) ... ...
但 B区域消费者通过智能手机获取数字(识别标志)对应的关联数据 B, (该关联数据 B对应 B区域分店提供的相关电子信息) …- -.
而 C区域消费者通过智能手机获取数字(识别标志)对应的关联数据 C, (该关联数据 C对应 C区域分店提供的相关电子信息) ... ...
本发明与二维码图案获取关联数据的操作相比;
1、 智能手机需要嵌入交互关联***支持与二维码图案相同。
2、 获取关联数据远比二维码图案摄像的灵敏及准确。
3、 获取关联数据不需要受光线条件影响。 4、 获取关联数据的距离可在数十米范围内按需设定, 而且非常稳定, 而二维码图案技术方案在正常条件下, 可操作范围大约在 1米左右。
5、 采用数字代替二维码图案, 可把影响广告板的外观美感减低。 参阅上述相关实施例的效果, 本发明与市场相关技术解决方案及产品 方案对比, 无论使用操作、 制作成本及传播效果都明显优越其他, 本发明 的发展将会影响商业链条的所有环节, 及创造出全新形态的商业模式和价 值链。
尽管通过以上实施例对本发明进行了揭示, 但是本发明的范围并不局 限于此, 在不偏离本发明构思的条件下, 以上各构件可用所属技术领域人 员了解的相似或等同元件来替换。

所述多媒体信息信号由媒体信息数据及关联数据(12 )合成, 所述关联数据是设定的电子地址数据,
所述电子读数装置设有组合数据接收电路(21 )、 组合数据分解电路 ( 22 )及发送电路(24 ), 组合数据接收电路接收多媒体信息信号, 通过组 合数据分解电路(22 )把收多媒体信息信号分解为媒体信息数据及关联数 据, 分解后的关联数据通过发送电路(24 )传送至电子收发装置,
所述电子收发装置设有的关联数据接收电路( 31 )、 关联数据发送电路 ( 32 )及含储存器的中央处理器,
所述关联数据接收电路( 31 ) 附置短距离信号收发电路,
