虽然传统媒体广告产品的传播能力明显落后于电子媒体, 但绝不像某些 人推崇的那样是 "终极的传媒形式, 可以取代传统平面纸媒、 传统广播、 传 统电视及传统互联网等任何一种媒体"。
实际情况如何?
电子媒体发展仍存严重的缺陷和不足, 由于缺乏解决跨媒体信息互联的 相关技术支持, 所谓的全媒体, 只是把平面媒体信息内容制成电子版, 同时 提供给用户选择而巳。
基于 DAB、 DVB、 DMB等新一代广播技术的发展, 全世界的科技工作者都 努力尝试解决相关问题, 如中国发明专利 2003101 13194. 8、 中国发明专利 200610072903. 6、 中国发明专利 200580034624. 4 及中国实用新型 200620039633. 4等, 也只是有效提升信息的传播能力。
智能手机需要登录跨媒体产品信息的相关电子互联网, 外延获取更丰富 的相关资料, 关联技术是不可跨越的必需条件, 关联技术与传播技术是二种 不同概念的技术用途。
目前市场关联技术以二维码图案技术方案为主流, 虽然二维码图案技术 方案已形成了成熟的产品和产业链, 但实际操作中存在很多技术使用的条件 限制, 如下:
1、 智能手机需下载适当的应用程式后, 才能摄取。
2、 二维码图案的清晰度。
3、 摄取二维码图案的光线。
4、 摄取二维码图案的距离。
5、 二维码图案大小规格不一, (包括 8mm X 8mm、 10mm X 10mm 100mm
X 100mm等), 附有的二维码图案, 影响该广告板的外观美感。
如在视频产品的屏幕画面、 网页植入二维码图案……实际操作时, 电子 屏幕显示二维码图案的时间非常短暂, 用户操作并不容易。
另外, 二维码图案技术方案对于解决与多媒体信息信号的播音 (音频信 息技术) 关联, 显得力不从心……
因此, 更加简便、 快捷及高效果的互联技术实现随时、 随地、 随意的需 求, 是市场的迫切期望。
本发明的交互关联***就是解决跨媒体产品信息的无障碍传播技术。
【发明内容】
为实现上述目的, 本发明提供一种支持交互关联***的平面书刊产品, 平面书刊产品支持交互关联***的多媒体信息信号收发, 其特征在于;
所述交互关联***由电子读数装置及电子收发装置构成,
所述平面书刊产品的页表面可附有信息内容, 所述多媒体信息信号由媒体信息数据及关联数据合成,
所述关联数据是设定的电子地址数据,
所述电子读数装置设有组合数据接收电路、 组合数据分解电路及发送电 路, 组合数据接收电路接收多媒体信息信号, 通过组合数据分解电路把多媒 体信息信号分解为媒体信息数据及关联数据, 分解后的关联数据通过发送电 路传送至电子收发装置,
所述电子收发装置设有的关联数据接收电路、 关联数据发送电路及含储 存器的中央处理器,
所述关联数据接收电路附置短距离信号收发电路,
所述电子收发装置主导控制分解多媒体信息信号的关联数据收发, 收取 电子读数装置发送电路分解后的关联数据, 通过远程无线技术发送到外部的 信息数据储存中心, 把所关联的电子档案快速调出。
所述页表面的信息内容附有识别标志。
所述电子读数装置设有组合数据接收电路、 组合数据分解电路、 发送电 路及 CPU的模块板, 放置在支持交互关联***的平面书刊产品内,

所述关联数据模块预设多个导向目录, 不同导向目录主控不同的关联数 据组合, 附加关联数据模块的导向目录内容可以调整变改。
所述附加关联数据模块的导向目录内容是跟随设定的时间自动变改。 本发明提供一种支持交互关联***的平面书刊产品, 解决跨媒体信息产 品的互联, 实现信息无障碍的目标:
1、 平面书刊产品可从支持交互关联***的多媒体信息信号获取相关的关 联数据, 同步发送作为电子网页的快捷切入口, 满足移动信息化的随时、 随地、 随意的技术需求。
2、 交互关联***的技术结合特点, 原有产品的功能没有改变, 结合后的 功能可以彼此支持, 取得明显的技术效果, 以最简单的点对点关联技术实现 跨媒体产品的信息无障碍关联, 其互联能力明显优于市场现有 QR码及其他的 关联技术解决方案。
特别贡献是本发明技术可通过多种途径发送关联数据, 有效解决移动信 息化发展面对的信息挤塞技术问题, 及利用现有候车亭广告板的社会资源, 协助完善现有交通红绿灯的设施, 障视人仕通过支持交互关联***的通信终 端产品 (如智能手机) 获得声音导向和相关交通信息服务的帮助。

下列实施例是对本发明的进一步解释和说明, 对本发明不构成任何限制; 本发明提供的一种支持交互关联***的平面书刊产品, 平面书刊产品 42 支持交互关联***的多媒体信息信号 01收发, 其特征在于;
所述交互关联***由电子读数装置 02及电子收发装置 03构成, 所述平面书刊产品的页表面可附有信息内容,
所述多媒体信息信号由媒体信息数据及关联数据 12合成,
所述关联数据是设定的电子地址数据,
如图 1A所示,
所述电子读数装置设有组合数据接收电路 21、组合数据分解电路 22及发 送电路 24, 组合数据接收电路接收多媒体信息信号, 通过组合数据分解电路 22把多媒体信息信号分解为媒体信息数据及关联数据, 分解后的关联数据通 过发送电路 24传送至电子收发装置,
所述电子收发装置设有的关联数据接收电路 31、关联数据发送电路 32及 含储存器的中央处理器,
所述关联数据接收电路 31附置短距离信号收发电路,
所述短距离通信技术包括红外线、 蓝牙等技术,
所述电子收发装置主导控制分解多媒体信息信号的关联数据收发, 收取 电子读数装置发送电路分解后的关联数据, 通过远程无线技术发送到外部的 信息数据储存中心, 把所关联的电子档案快速调出。
所述远程通信技术包括 GSM、 CDMA, GPRS等技术。
所述外部的信息数据储存中心可是相关产品的储存器、 互联网、 云储存 等等, 也可是电子读数装置的内置储存器。
调出的电子档案通过可视电子屏幕的产品浏阅, 包括支持交互关联技术 的电子终端产品、 通信终端产品、 电脑及平面媒体产品等。
如图 1B所示,
图示含有 1个信息内容, 该信息内容只需设有 1个关联数据 (即是 1个 电子地址数据), 所述关联数据在媒体信息内容的读数时间内, 设置多次重复 及循环发送。
所述平面书刊产品是单页、 或是多页合成的产品, 所述页表面的信息内 容附有识别标志。
所述识别标志设定对应的电子代号, 为简便操作, 所识别标志以最简单 的数字、 或是符号、 或是文字而设定。
如图 1C所示,
所述关联数据是多于一个关联数据组合的关联数据群 12X,不同的关联数 据分别设定不同的电子地址数据。

图示含有 6个信息内容, 该 6个信息内容对应 6个关联数据 (即是 6个 电子地址数据), 不同的电子地址数据关联不同的电子档案……
电子地址数据 T01对应着信息内容 01…… 电子地址数据 TX对应着信息内容 X……
所述不同的关联数据在 6个不同媒体信息内容的读数时间内, 设置多次 重复及循环发送。
所述关联数据设定读取电子代号 14, 不同读取电子代号对应不同的关联 数据, 不同的关联数据分别设定不同的电子地址数据。
以下是市场现有相关技术方案,
平面书刊产品 (如纸质书刊) 的信息内容是平面信息技术, 其传播效果 明显落后于电子媒体。
为提升平面书刊产品的传播效果, 市场经有多种不同的技术解决方案, 其一是二维码技术方案, 以下是相关的应用例。
如图 3Α所示,
《平面周报》 42植入单个二维码图案(平面信息技术), 提供读者看到所 关注的信息内容;
1、 通过智能手机拍摄二维码图案, 处理转为电子地址数据……
2、 登录到相关电子地址数据的网站……
3、 再进行传统式的网页搜索操作……
特别强调, 如果该 《平面周报》 附有二维码图案所关联不是来自同一互 联网站的资料, 其操作将是非常繁琐。
以下是本发明的相关实施例,
第 1种模式,
所述电子读数装置设有组合数据接收电路、 组合数据分解电路、 发送电 路及 CPU的模块板, 放置在支持交互关联***的平面书刊产品内,
所述电子收发装置设有的关联数据接收电路、 关联数据发送电路及含储 存器的中央处理器的模块, 嵌入交互关联***的通信终端产品。
交互关联***的技术结合特点, 原有产品的功能没有改变, 交互结合后 的功能可以彼此支持, 取得明显的技术效果, 以最简单的点对点关联技术实 现跨媒体产品的信息无障碍连接。
本发明获取关联数据基本分为 2种操作方法, 第 1种方法: 智能手机(有效范围内), 随意按关联操作键 39 (启动交互 关联***), 再重按关联操作键 39, 嵌入智能手机的电子收发装置就可从电子 读数装置获取选择的关联数据 (即是电子地址数据);
第 2种方法: 智能手机 (有效范围内) 随意按关联操作键 39 (启动交互 关联***), 再依据信息内容植入的数字 (平面识别标志) 输入对应数字 (读 取电子代号), 嵌入智能手机的电子收发装置就可从电子读数装置获取选择的 关联数据 (即是电子地址数据) ……
另一种使用方法, 完成以上第 1种方法或是第 2种方法相关步骤后, 用 户按动确认键后, 电子收发装置可从电子读数装置获得所选择的关联数据储 事后, 可随时把其所设定关联的电子档案快速调出, 该关联数据可通 过发送电路发送到数据储存中心, 把其所设定关联的电子档案快速调出在智 能手机阅览 (或聆听)。
第 2种模式,
所述电子读数装置设有组合数据接收电路、 组合数据分解电路、 发送电 路及 CPU 的模块, 及电子收发装置设有的关联数据接收电路、 关联数据发送 电路及含储存器的中央处理器的模块, 嵌入交互关联***的通信终端产品。
如图 1A、 1C及 2B所示, 用家依靠平面书刊产品的媒体信息内容指引, 通过通信终端产品 (如智能手机) 从支持交互关联***的平面书刊产品收取 关联数据后同步发送, 达到点对点的效果。
特别强调该模式可为障视人仕提供很佳的阅读方便。
第 3种模式,
所述电子读数装置设有组合数据接收电路、 组合数据分解电路、 发送电 路及 CPU的模块板, 放置在支持交互关联***的数据盒 43内, 方便携带和使 用,
所述电子收发装置设有的关联数据接收电路、 关联数据发送电路及含储 存器的中央处理器的模块, 嵌入交互关联***的通信终端产品。
所述电子读数装置发送电路附置短距离信号收发电路, 所述电子读数装置的组合数据分解电路把多媒体信息信号分解为媒体信 息数据, 媒体信息数据包括数字数据 08、 视频数据 10、 音频数据 11及程式 数据 15等,
所述媒体信息数据分解后的数字数据传送至数字数据***处理后, 传送 到相关配置使用,
所述媒体信息数据分解后的视频数据传送至视频***处理后, 传送到相 关配置使用,
所述媒体信息数据分解后的音频数据传送至音频***处理后, 传送到相 关配置使用,
所述媒体信息数据分解后的程式数据传送至程式***处理后, 传送到相 关配置使用,
所述分解后的关联数据通过发送电路和附置短距离信号收发电路传送。 所述电子收发装置设有支持交互关联***的关联操作键 39及支持交互 关联***的信号感应装置 36。
所述关联数据在媒体信息数据的读数时间内, 设置多次重复及循环发送, 使用者只需按下关联操作键 39, 电子收发装置收取从电子读数装置发送电路 分解后的关联数据, 同步通过远程无线技术发送到外部的信息数据储存中心, 把信息数据储存中心所关联的电子档案快速调出。
由于大气中的信息信号很多, 支持交互关联***的通信终端产品设有信 号感应装置 36 (包括灯光、 声音等), 提醒使用者处于的位置范围可提供相关 的交互关联***关联数据……特别适合障视人仕的需要。
实施例 1
如图 3B所示,
通信终端产品 38 (智能手机) 与本发明配合使用, 可通过第 1种或 2种 方法很轻易获取关联数据……很明显, 视障人仕也可以操作使用。
由于市场书刊种类非常多, 平面信息技术与电子信息技术是两种不同类 别信息技术, 也是全媒体发展至今仍没能有效解决的技术难题。
所述电子读数装置附加关联数据模块。 所述电子收发装置附加关联数据模块。
所述关联数据模块预设多个导向目录, 不同导向目录主控不同的关联数 据组合, 附加关联数据模块的导向目录内容可以调整变改。
实施例 2
如图 4A所示, 《读书周报》 41的第 03期设定导向目录 01,读者通过智能 手机按动关联操作键 39 (启动交互关联***), 再依据该报第 03期信息内容 附有的数字 (识别标志) 输入对应的数字 (读取电子代号), 嵌入智能手机的 电子收发装置就可从电子读数装置获取选择的关联数据 (即是电子地址数 据) ……关联数据是对应第 03期内容的电子档案……
如图 4B所示, 《读书周报》 41的第 08期设定导向目录 01,读者通过智能 手机按动关联操作键 39 (启动交互关联***), 再依据该报第 08期信息内容 附有的数字 (识别标志) 输入对应的数字 (读取电子代号), 嵌入智能手机的 电子收发装置就可从电子读数装置获取选择的关联数据 (即是电子地址数 据) ……关联数据是对应第 08期内容的电子档案……
虽然相同的数字 (识别标志), 但基于不同的导向目录主控, 读者获取是 对应该期 《读书周报》 的设定电子档案。
如图 5A及 5B所示,
为方便读者使用, 可以预设自动变换的条件, 即是根据不同平面书刊 产品的需求而定,
如导向目录可设计为每日自动更改, 或是每周自动更改, 或是每月自动 更改……
所述关联数据模块预设多个导向目录, 不同导向目录主控不同的关联数 据组合, 附加关联数据模块的导向目录内容可以调整变改。
所述附加关联数据模块的导向目录内容是跟随设定的时间自动变改。 实施例 3
如图 5C所示, 智能手机通过平面书刊的 《教科书》获取相关媒体信息信 号的关联数据。
如图 5D所示, 智能手机通过支持交联***的数据盒 43获取相关媒体信 息信号的关联数据。
如图 5E所示, 智能手机通过内置的关联数据模块获取相关多媒体信息信 号的关联数据。
所述关联地址数据是可混合文字、 图像、 音频及视频等内容数据的关 联混合数据 12M,关联混合数据 12M通过关联混合数据分解电路分解为关联数 据, 使用者可通过电子收发装置电子显示屏显示相关文字、 图像、 音频及视 频等导引信息, 按其需求选择操作。
本发明与二维码图案获取关联数据的操作相比;
1、 智能手机需要嵌入交互关联***支持与二维码图案相同。
2、 获取关联数据远比二维码图案摄像的灵敏及准确。
3、 获取关联数据不需要受光线条件影响。
4、 获取关联数据的距离可在数十米范围内按需设定, 而且非常稳定, 而 二维码图案技术方案在正常条件下, 可操作范围大约在 1米左右。
5、 采用数字代替二维码图案, 可把影响广告板的外观美感减低。
参阅上述相关实施例的效果, 本发明与市场相关技术解决方案及产品 方案对比, 无论使用操作、 制作成本及传播效果都明显优越其他, 本发明 的发展将会影响商业链条的所有环节, 及创造出全新形态的商业模式和价值 链。

所述电子读数装置设有组合数据接收电路(21 )、组合数据分解电路(22 ) 及发送电路 (24), 组合数据接收电路接收多媒体信息信号, 通过组合数据分 解电路 (22 ) 把多媒体信息信号分解为媒体信息数据及关联数据, 分解后的 关联数据通过发送电路 (24) 传送至电子收发装置,
所述电子收发装置设有的关联数据接收电路 (31 )、 关联数据发送电路 (32 ) 及含储存器的中央处理器,
所述关联数据接收电路 (31 ) 附置短距离信号收发电路,
