Abstract

 鋼板表面に、圧延方向と交差する方向の線領域にビーム径dが0.40mm以下の電子ビームを照射して、磁区細分化処理を施した方向性電磁鋼板において、 該繰返し単位を線領域方向に連結させた変調照射線領域とし、 該繰返し単位の該変調照射線領域における周期を2/3×d~2.5×dmmとし、 該変調照射線領域の圧延方向の繰返し間隔を4.0~12.5mmとし、さらに 電子ビームの強度を、少なくとも照射面側に該変調照射線領域方向に細長く伸びた分割磁区が形成される強度以上で、かつ照射面側に被膜損傷の発生および塑性歪み領域が形成しない強度までとすることにより、従来困難とされた、変圧器の低鉄損と低騒音を同時に満たす条件での磁区細分化処理が可能となり、しかも従来にない低鉄損で低磁歪の方向性電磁鋼板を得ることができる。
