Description

全射角的LED灯泡及其制造工艺 技术领域
本发明涉及一种全射角的LED灯泡及其制造工艺。
背景技术
灯泡是按照贴在LED板上的LED发光角度来分类的,一般灯泡中LED板是平衡摆放的,这时的发光角度为120°~180°,如果发光角度为275°以上灯泡,这是在LED板上使用透镜或反光板,或者把LED析竖起使光向下反射,这时灯泡的上面是暗的,因此就会有在竖着的LED板上面再组装其他LED板来解决上面发光的难点。
技术问题
本发明的目的是提供一种取消在竖着的LED板上面再组装的LED板,而是倾斜组装LED板,使灯泡的上面也亮,并使向下光线的角度也亮的全射角的LED灯泡。本发明的另一目的是提供一种全射角的LED灯泡的制造工艺。
技术解决方案

本发明的另一技术解决方案是所述全射角的LED灯泡,包括顺序连接的灯头、底座、挡圈、灯体和灯罩,其特殊之处在于:所述灯体由底部纵截面为鼓形的座体、中部的圆台、座体与圆台的结合部成型的环形槽、环形槽内的扣槽,顶部的多棱体、多棱体与圆台之间成型的过渡环台、过渡环台上开设的螺孔、过渡环台与圆台之间的凹环槽、座体与圆台成型相同圆径的圆管体、多棱体内部开设与圆管体贯通的线槽组成;多棱体的***覆设依其形状成型的LED板;LED板的外面套装支架并通过支架底部的扣钩扣入灯体的凹环槽从而将LED板固设在灯体上,一挡圈从灯体圆管体底部伸入至多棱体的线槽中并由底座抵顶,灯罩的端部与灯体环形槽内的扣槽扣接;LED驱动部PCB底部的电线分别置入底座的底槽内和灯头上,而LED驱动部PCB顶部的两根电线穿入档圈内腔的线槽,并从灯体顶部引出后固设在LED板顶面设置的焊点上;所述多棱体由下部与过渡环台垂直的直棱体、上部向内倾斜的锥棱体、锥棱体的顶面组成;所述LED板由多棱面、多棱面中心的穿孔、穿孔***设置的电线焊点、多棱面的各边沿分别向外延伸的各板体、各板体上设置的LED发光体、各板体相邻边连接后成型的下部与圆台垂直的直板而上部与圆台呈一倾斜角的斜板构成的多棱体组成;所述支架由覆设在灯体过渡环台上的环状体、环状体底部向下凸设用于扣入灯体凹环槽的多个扣钩、环状体顶部向上凸设下部与LED板的直板适配的框架体而上部与LED板的斜板适配的框架体、顶部与LED板的顶板适配的框架体、环状体上设置的多个通孔组成;所述挡圈由圆盘、圆盘底部向下凸设插接在底座口端的环状承体、圆盘上开设的多个螺孔、对应圆盘螺孔部位的环状承体上分别开设的半圆形开槽、圆盘顶部向上凸设呈缩径状的阶梯柱、阶梯柱内部开设呈缩径状的线槽组成;所述底座与所述LED驱动部PCB的空间内灌满散热胶,使LED驱动部PCB的热量向外散发。
本发明的再一技术解决方案是所述全射角的LED灯泡的制造工艺,其特殊之处在于,包括以下工序:
(1)将LED驱动部PCB装入底座内,LED驱动部PCB底部的一根电线置入底座的底槽内;
(2)将灯头与底座螺纹连接,LED驱动部PCB底部的另一根电线与灯头焊接,并用散热胶灌满底座与LED驱动部PCB的空间,使LED驱动部PCB的热量向外散发;
(3)将档圈装入底座与灯体内部,把LED驱动部PCB顶部的两根电线穿入档圈内腔的线槽,从灯体顶部引出;
(4)把螺丝分别旋入灯体的过渡环台螺孔、挡圈螺孔、底座螺孔,将灯体、挡圈与底座连接;
(5)将LED板覆设在灯体的各棱面上,使LED的热量散发,并将LED驱动部PCB顶部的两根电线固设在LED板顶面设置的接点上;
(6)将支架扣接在LED板上,并把支架底部的扣钩扣入灯体过渡环台与圆台之间的凹环槽;
(7)将灯罩的端部卡扣与灯体环形槽内的扣槽扣接,完成组装。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点:
(1)倾斜组装LED板,用户可按照需要的光线角度来决定其倾斜度。
(2)倾斜组装的LED板,使灯泡上面亮起,向下光线也能达到标准值,形成光线向下特点的灯具。

本发明的最佳实施方式
本发明下面将结合附图作进一步详述:
请参阅图1、图2所示,全射角的LED灯泡,包括顺序连接的灯头1、底座2、挡圈7、灯体3和灯罩4,所述灯体3由底部纵截面为鼓形座体31、中部的圆台32、座体31与圆台32的结合部成型的环形槽33、环形槽内的扣槽331,顶部的多棱体34、多棱体34与圆台32之间成型的过渡环台35、过渡环台35上开设的螺孔351、过渡环台35与圆台32之间的凹环槽352、座体31与圆台32成型相同圆径的圆管体311、多棱体34内部开设与圆管体311贯通的线槽341组成;多棱体34的***覆设依其形状成型的LED板5;LED板5的外面套装支架6并通过支架底部的扣钩61扣入灯体3的凹环槽352从而将LED板5固设在灯体3上,一挡圈7从灯体圆管体311底部伸入至多棱体线槽341中并由底座2抵顶,灯罩4的端部卡扣41与灯体环形槽内的扣槽331扣接;LED驱动部PCB 8底部的电线811置入底座2的底槽21内,电线812与灯头1焊接,而LED驱动部PCB8顶部的两根电线82穿入档圈7内腔的线槽21,从灯体3顶部引出后分别固设在LED板5顶面设置的焊点51、焊点52上。
请参阅图1所示,所述多棱体34由下部与过渡环台35垂直的直棱体342、上部向内倾斜的锥棱体343、锥棱体343的顶面344组成。
请参阅图3所示,所述LED板5由多棱面53、多棱面53中心的穿孔341、穿孔341***设置的焊点51、焊点52、多棱面53的各边沿分别向外延伸的各板体54、各板体54上设置的LED发光体55、各板体54相邻边连接后成型的下部与圆台垂直的直板541而上部与圆台32呈一倾斜角的斜板542构成的多棱体组成。
请参阅图1所示,所述支架6由覆设在灯体过渡环台35上的环状体62、环状体62底部向下凸设用于扣入灯体凹环槽352的多个扣钩61、环状体62顶部向上凸设下部与LED板的直板541适配的框架体63而上部与LED板的斜板542适配的框架体64、顶部与LED板的顶板适配的框架体65、环状体62上设置的多个通孔66组成。
请参阅图1、图2所示,所述挡圈7由圆盘71、圆盘71底部向下凸设插接在底座2口端的环状承体72、圆盘71上开设的多个螺孔73、对应圆盘螺孔73部位的环状承体72上分别开设的半圆形开槽721、圆盘71顶部向上凸设呈缩径状的阶梯柱74、阶梯柱74内部开设呈缩径状的线槽75组成。
请参阅图2所示,所述底座2与所述LED驱动部PCB8的空间内灌满散热胶9,使LED驱动部PCB8的热量向外散发。
本发明的实施方式
本实施例中,所述全射角的LED灯泡的制造工艺,包括以下工序:
(1)将LED驱动部PCB8装入底座2内,LED驱动部PCB8底部的电线811置入底座的底槽21内;
(2)将灯头1与底座2螺纹连接,LED驱动部PCB8底部的电线812与灯头1焊接并用散热胶9灌满底座2与LED驱动部PCB8的空间,使LED驱动部PCB8的热量向外散发;
(3)将档圈7装入底座2与灯体3内部,把LED驱动部PCB8顶部的两根电线82穿入档圈7内腔的线槽75,并从灯体3顶部引出;
(4)把螺丝36分别旋入灯体3的过渡环台螺孔351、挡圈螺孔73、底座螺孔22,将灯体3、挡圈7与底座2连接;
(5)将LED板5覆设在灯体3的各棱面342、343、344上,使LED发光体55的热量散发, 并把LED驱动部PCB8顶部的两根电线82固设在LED板5顶面设置的焊点51、焊点52上;
(6)将支架6扣接在LED板5上,并把支架6底部的扣钩61扣入灯体过渡环台35与圆台32之间的凹环槽352;
(7)将灯罩4的端部卡扣41与灯体环形槽内的扣槽331扣接,完成组装。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,凡依本发明权利要求范围所做的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本发明权利要求的涵盖范围。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种全射角的LED灯泡,包括顺序连接的灯头、底座、挡圈、灯体和灯罩,其特征在于:所述灯体由底部纵截面为鼓形的座体、中部的圆台、座体与圆台的结合部成型的环形槽、环形槽内的扣槽,顶部的多棱体、多棱体与圆台之间成型的过渡环台、过渡环台上开设的螺孔、过渡环台与圆台之间的凹环槽、座体与圆台成型相同圆径的圆管体、多棱体内部开设与圆管体贯通的线槽组成;多棱体的***覆设依其形状成型的LED板;LED板的外面套装支架并通过支架底部的扣钩扣入灯体的凹环槽从而将LED板固设在灯体上,一挡圈从灯体圆管体底部伸入至多棱体的线槽中并由底座抵顶,灯罩的端部与灯体环形槽内的扣槽扣接;LED驱动部PCB底部的电线分别置入底座的底槽内和焊接在灯头上,而LED驱动部PCB顶部的两根电线穿入档圈内腔的线槽,并从灯体顶部引出后固设在LED板顶面设置的焊点上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述全射角的LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述多棱体由下部与过渡环台垂直的直棱体、上部向内倾斜的锥棱体、锥棱体的顶面组成。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述全射角的LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述LED板由多棱面、多棱面中心的穿孔、穿孔***设置的电线焊点、多棱面的各边沿分别向外延伸的各板体、各板体上设置的LED发光体、各板体相邻边连接后成型的下部与圆台垂直的直板而上部与圆台呈一倾斜角的斜板构成的多棱体组成。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述全射角的LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述支架由覆设在灯体过渡环台上的环状体、环状体底部向下凸设用于扣入灯体凹环槽的多个扣钩、环状体顶部向上凸设下部与LED板的直板适配的框架体而上部与LED板的斜板适配的框架体、顶部与LED板的顶板适配的框架体、环状体上设置的多个通孔组成。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述全射角的LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述挡圈由圆盘、圆盘底部向下凸设插接在底座口端的环状承体、圆盘上开设的多个螺孔、对应圆盘螺孔部位的环状承体上分别开设的半圆形开槽、圆盘顶部向上凸设呈缩径状的阶梯柱、阶梯柱内部开设呈缩径状的线槽组成。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述全射角的LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述底座与所述LED驱动部PCB的空间内灌满散热胶,使LED驱动部PCB的热量向外散发。
  7. 一种全射角的LED灯泡,包括顺序连接的灯头、底座、挡圈、灯体和灯罩,其特征在于:所述灯体由底部纵截面为鼓形的座体、中部的圆台、座体与圆台的结合部成型的环形槽、环形槽内的扣槽,顶部的多棱体、多棱体与圆台之间成型的过渡环台、过渡环台上开设的螺孔、过渡环台与圆台之间的凹环槽、座体与圆台成型相同圆径的圆管体、多棱体内部开设与圆管体贯通的线槽组成;多棱体的***覆设依其形状成型的LED板;LED板的外面套装支架并通过支架底部的扣钩扣入灯体的凹环槽从而将LED板固设在灯体上,一挡圈从灯体圆管体底部伸入至多棱体的线槽中并由底座抵顶,灯罩的端部与灯体的环形槽螺旋旋转连接;LED驱动部PCB底部的电线分别置入底座的底槽内和焊接在灯头上,而LED驱动部PCB顶部的两根电线穿入档圈内腔的线槽,并从灯体顶部引出后固设在LED板顶面设置的焊点上;所述多棱体由下部与过渡环台垂直的直棱体、上部向内倾斜的锥棱体、锥棱体的顶面组成;所述LED板由多棱面、多棱面中心的穿孔、穿孔***设置的电线接点、多棱面的各边沿分别向外延伸的各板体、各板体上设置的LED发光体、各板体相邻边连接后成型的下部与圆台垂直的直板而上部与圆台呈一倾斜角的斜板构成的多棱体组成;所述支架由覆设在灯体过渡环台上的环状体、环状体底部向下凸设用于扣入灯体凹环槽的多个扣钩、环状体顶部向上凸设下部与LED板的直板适配的框架体而上部与LED板的斜板适配的框架体、顶部与LED板的顶板适配的框架体、环状体上设置的多个通孔组成;所述挡圈由圆盘、圆盘底部向下凸设插接在底座口端的环状承体、圆盘上开设的多个螺孔、对应圆盘螺孔部位的环状承体上分别开设的半圆形开槽、圆盘顶部向上凸设呈缩径状的阶梯柱、阶梯柱内部开设呈缩径状的线槽组成;所述底座与所述LED驱动部PCB的空间内灌满散热胶,使LED驱动部PCB的热量向外散发。
  8. 一种根据权利要求1所述全射角的LED灯泡的制造工艺,其特征在于,包括以下工序:
    (1)将LED驱动部PCB装入底座内,LED驱动部PCB底部的一根电线置入底座的底槽内;
    (2)将灯头与底座螺纹连接,LED驱动部PCB底部的另一根电线与灯头焊接,并用散热胶灌满底座与LED驱动部PCB的空间,使LED驱动部PCB的热量向外散发;
    (3)将档圈装入底座与灯体内部,把LED驱动部PCB顶部的两根电线穿入档圈内腔的线槽,从灯体顶部引出;
    (4)把螺丝分别旋入灯体的过渡环台螺孔、挡圈螺孔、底座螺孔,将灯体、挡圈与底座连接;
    (5)将LED板覆设在灯体的各棱面上,使LED的热量散发,并将LED驱动部PCB顶部的两根电线固设在LED板顶面设置的接点上;
    (6)将支架扣接在LED板上,并把支架底部的扣钩扣入灯体过渡环台与圆台之间的凹环槽;
    (7)将灯罩的端部卡扣与灯体环形槽内的扣槽扣接,完成组装。
