[0012] 采用上述技术方案的 LED灯串, 限位翻边顶面抵在限位台阶上, 灯罩顶部抵在 限位翻边底面上, 限位翻边即用于导光柱的安装限位, 同吋用于安装与其连为 一体的卡扣, 透明杯体上设有缺口, 卡扣处于缺口处, 卡扣将 LED灯板固定在透 明杯体内。 采用了上述结构的导光柱, LED灯板直接安装在导光柱上, 相对于传 统的 LED灯串取消了用于安装 LED灯的固定座结构, 减少了部件的使用, 安装和 拆卸更加方便。 由于拆卸或安装 LED灯板吋经常会对卡扣处进行操作, 而导光柱 是透明塑料, 采用缺口和卡扣的结构可以便于透明杯体受力吋的适当变形, 进 而防止透明杯体和卡扣受力破损。 透明柱体下部内设有由上至下逐渐变大的锥 形孔, 锥形孔可以增加光效。 灯座内的导线伸展状态下长度大于灯座内孔的长 度, 优点是拆装导光柱吋可以将接线端子拉出灯座外操作, 使用更加方便, 不 拆卸吋导线通过导光柱限位被隐藏在灯座内, 结构合理。 综上所述, 该 LED灯串 的优点是结构简单, 连接强度高, 安装或拆卸方便, 生产成本低。

[0017] 如图 1、 图 2和图 3所示的 LED灯串, 包括灯线 1和连接在其下方的多个灯具 9, 每个灯具 9均通过导线 2连接灯线 1, 灯线 1上与导线 2连接处设有连接头 3, 连接 头 3顶部设置挂钩孔 31, 便于 LED灯串的悬挂, 使用方便。
[0018] 灯具 9包括灯座 4、 接线端子、 LED灯板 8、 导光柱 6和灯罩 5, 导线 2顶端连接灯 线 1, 导线 2底端穿过灯座 4连接接线端子, 接线端子与其下方的 LED灯板 8电连接 。 接线端子由相互匹配的母接线端 71和子接线端 72构成, 导线 2底端与母接线端 71固定连接, 子接线端 72固定在 LED灯板 8的顶面上, LED灯板 8上的 LED灯朝向 下方。 灯座 4内设有限位台阶 421, 限位台阶 421下方的灯座内侧设有内螺纹 422 , 灯座 4由外壳 41和内架 42固定连接构成, 限位台阶 421和内螺纹 422均处于内架 内侧, 具体的, 外壳是 PVC外壳, 内架是 PBT内架, 灯座由 PVC外壳和 PBT内架 通过注塑包胶构成。 导线 2穿过 PBT内架通过与 PBT内架无缝连接, 灯座 4的结构 解决了 LED灯串对于户外使用防水性能的问题, 灯座 4不仅连接强度好, 而且防 水性也好, 尤其是外壳和内架的材质及注塑包胶的生产方式对于灯具的防水和 连接强度非常重要。 灯座 4内的导线 2伸展状态下长度大于灯座 4内孔的长度, 拆 装导光柱 6吋可以将母接线端 71和子接线端 72拉出灯座 4外, 操作更加方便。 灯 罩 5顶部外侧设有外螺纹 51, 灯罩 5与灯座 4螺纹连接将导光柱 6限位在灯罩 5内。 灯罩 5是 PC透明灯罩, 悬挂使用吋适当碰触不易碎, 适合户外使用, 灯罩 5上外 螺纹 51下方套设有密封圈 52, 进一步提升了防水性能。
[0019] 导光柱 6是透明塑料, 导光柱的上部是安装 LED灯板的透明杯体 62, 导光柱的 下部用于导光的透明柱体 63, 透明杯体 62顶部设有向外延伸且其连为一体的限 位翻边 61, 限位翻边 61顶面抵在限位台阶 421上, 灯罩 5顶部抵在限位翻边 61底 面上。 限位翻边 61底部设有与其连为一体的卡扣 64, 透明杯体 62截面呈圆形, 透明杯体 62上设有缺口 621, 卡扣 64处于缺口 621处, 卡扣 64底部与透明杯体 62 底部之间留有容纳 LED灯板的间隙, LED灯板 8被卡扣 64卡紧在透明杯体 62内。 由于拆卸或安装 LED灯板 8吋经常会对卡扣 64处进行操作, 而导光柱 6是透明塑料 , 因此采用缺口 621的结构可以便于透明杯体 62和卡扣 64受力吋的适当变形, 进 而防止透明杯体 62和卡扣 64受力破损。 缺口 621是沿透明杯体直径线排列的一对 , 卡扣是与缺口位置匹配的一对, 可以平均受力, 防止透明杯体 62和卡扣 64受 力破损的效果更好。 卡扣 64安装的结构和位置合理, 连接强度好, 例如相对于 卡扣 64安装在透明杯体 62的内侧壁的结构连接强度更好。
[0020] 透明柱体 63由上至下分为三部分, 顶部是加强连接部, 加强连接部呈上大下小 的锥台形, 中部呈圆柱形, 底部是主要扩散部, 主要扩散部内设有锥形孔 631, 锥形孔 631的截面是由上至下直径逐渐变大的锥形, 加强连接部和主要扩散部直 径大于中部的直径, 由于透明杯体 62和卡扣 64经常受力, 因此加强连接部可以 增加导光柱的强度, 锥形孔 631可以增加光效。
[0021] LED灯串拆装方便, 通过导线 2顶端与灯线 1的分离可以将灯具 9与灯线 1拆幵。
拆卸灯具 9吋, 将灯罩 5和灯座 4通过螺纹拧幵, 灯罩 5与灯座 4分离, 灯罩 5被拆 下。 灯座 4内的导线 2伸展状态下长度大于灯座内孔的长度, 既可以在灯座 4外操 作母接线端 71和子接线端 72的分离, 方便的将导光柱 6及其上的 LED灯板 8拆下, 通过卡扣 64受力可以将导光柱 6和 LED灯板 8拆幵, 子接线端 72—般与 LED灯板 8 焊住不拆开。 导线 2底端与母接线端 71可以拆开, PVC外壳、 PBT内架和导线 2固 定连接不拆开。
上述连接头 3可以采用密封的结构, 灯线 1与灯具 9就拆不开, 即灯具 9与灯线 1 是否可拆可以选择。

权利要求书
LED灯串, 包括灯线和连接在其下方的多个灯具, 每个灯具均通过导 线连接灯线; 灯具包括灯座、 接线端子、 LED灯板、 导光柱和灯罩, 导线顶端连接灯线, 导线底端穿过灯座连接接线端子, 接线端子与其 下方的 LED灯板电连接; 灯座内设有限位台阶, 限位台阶下方的灯座 内侧设有内螺纹; 灯罩顶部外侧设有外螺纹, 灯罩与灯座螺纹连接将 导光柱限位在灯罩内; 其特征在于灯座内的导线伸展状态下长度大于 灯座内孔的长度; 导光柱是透明塑料, 导光柱的上部是安装 LED灯板 的透明杯体, 导光柱的下部用于导光的透明柱体, 透明杯体顶部设有 向外延伸且其连为一体的限位翻边, 限位翻边顶面抵在限位台阶上, 灯罩顶部抵在限位翻边底面上; 限位翻边上设有与其连为一体的卡扣 , 透明杯体上设有缺口, 卡扣处于缺口处, 卡扣底部与透明杯体底部 之间留有容纳 LED灯板的间隙, 卡扣将 LED灯板固定在透明杯体内; 透明柱体下部内设有由上至下逐渐变大的锥形孔。
根据权利要求 1所述的 LED灯串, 其特征在于灯座由外壳和内架固定 连接构成, 限位台阶和内螺纹均处于内架内侧; 外壳是 PVC外壳, 内 架是 PBT内架, 灯座由 PVC外壳和 PBT内架通过注塑包胶构成; 导线 穿过 PBT内架通过与 PBT内架无缝连接。
根据权利要求 1所述的 LED灯串, 其特征在于灯罩是 PC透明灯罩, 灯 罩上外螺纹下方套设有密封圈。
根据权利要求 1所述的 LED灯串, 其特征在于透明杯体截面呈圆形; 缺口是沿透明杯体直径线排列的一对, 卡扣是与缺口位置匹配的一对
[权利要求 5] 根据权利要求 1所述的 LED灯串, 其特征在于透明柱体由上至下分为 三部分, 顶部是加强连接部, 加强连接部呈上大下小的锥台形, 中部 呈圆柱形, 底部是主要扩散部, 锥形孔处于扩散部内, 加强连接部和 主要扩散部直径大于中部的直径。
