図1及び図2に示すように、例えば家具等の躯体9の鉛直な側壁9a(躯体本体)に、ヒンジ装置1を介して、扉9bが鉛直な軸まわりに回転可能に連結されている。ヒンジ装置1は、表側部を右方へ向け、裏側部を左方へ向け、先端部を前方へ向け、後端部を奥方向へ向け、更に幅方向を上下方向(第1方向)へ向けて、側壁9aから扉9bに跨っている。さらに、ヒンジ装置1には、扉9bを側壁9aに対して上下、前後(第1方向と直交する第2方向)、左右(第1方向とも第2方向とも直交する第3方向)の三方向に位置調節する機能が設けられている。
図5に示すように、基部2は、基材10と、第1可動部材11と、第2可動部材12とを有している。図6及び図7(b)に示すように、基材10は、表側(図6において紙面手前)を向く表側面10aと、裏側(図7(b)において紙面手前)を向く裏面10bとを有する概略四角形の板状になっている。図1及び図2に示すように、この基材10が、四隅のネジ挿通孔10cを通して側壁9aにネジ止めされている。基材10の表側面10aは、第1方向及び第2方向に沿うとともに第3方向と直交することで、特許請求の範囲の「第1面」を構成している。裏面10bは、側壁9aに宛がわれている。
図6に示すように、基材10の表側面10aには、軸案内凹部10dと嵌合凹部10e,10eとが形成されている。軸案内凹部10dは、表側面10aの中央部に配置されており、第1方向(上下)の寸法が第2方向(前後)の寸法よりも大きい長方形状ないしは長円形状になっている。
なお、軸案内凹部10dが嵌合凹部10eから後側(図6において右)へも突出していてもよい。
図3に示すように、第2可動部材12における一対の側板部12b,12bの前端部にはそれぞれ連結凹部12d(連結部)が形成されている。これら連結凹部12d,12dに、本体部3の前端部の嵌合ピン3dが嵌め込まれている。また、一対の側板部12b,12bの後端部にはそれぞれ連結凹部12e(連結部)が形成されている。一方、図2及び図4に示すように、本体部3の後端部には、支持ピン3eを介して操作部材6が回転可能に設けられている。この操作部材6が捩りコイルばね6Sによって図2において反時計まわりに付勢されるとともに、操作部材6の嵌合軸6cが連結凹部12eに嵌め込まれている。これによって、本体部3が第2可動部材12ひいてはヒンジ装置基部2に安定的に装着されている。操作部材6を捩りコイルばね6Sの付勢に抗して図2において時計まわりに回すと、嵌合軸6cが連結凹部12eから外れ、本体部3を第2可動部材12ひいてはヒンジ装置基部2から分離することができる。
図5に示すように、第1位置調節機構30は、第1調節軸31と、一対の基材側案内部32,32とを備えている。図10に示すように、第1調節軸31は、第1軸部31aと、第1軸側案内部31cとを一体に有している。第1軸部31aは、円柱部31a’と、円盤部31bと、凸軸部31dとを含む。円柱部31a’の裏側(図10(a)において左)に、円柱部31a’より大径の円盤部31bが一体に設けられ、円柱部31a’の表側(同図において右)に、円柱部31a’より小径の円形状の凸軸部31dが一体に設けられている。これら円柱部31a’と円盤部31bと凸軸部31dとは、互いに同一の中心軸線(第1回転軸線L31)上に配置されている。
図10(a)に示すように、凸軸部31dの表側(右側)を向く頂面には十字溝31eが形成されている。
なお、第1調節軸31が、ドライバーに代えて六角レンチ等の他のねじ回し工具にて回転できるようになっていてもよい。
図5に示すように、第2位置調節機構40は、第2調節軸41と、一対の第1可動側案内部42,42とを備えている。図11に示すように、第2調節軸41は、第2軸部41aと、第2軸側案内部41cとを一体に有している。第2軸部41aは、円柱部41a’と、円盤部41bとを含む。これら円柱部41a’と円盤部41bとは、互いに同一の中心軸線(第2回転軸線L41)上に配置されている。円柱部41a’の軸長は、第1調節軸31の円柱部31a’の軸長よりも短い。図11(a)に示すように、円柱部41a’の表側面には十字溝41eが形成されている。円柱部41a’の裏側(同図において左)に、円柱部41a’より大径の円盤部41bが一体に設けられている。図9に示すように、円盤部41bの直径は、第1調節軸31の円盤部31bの直径よりも大きく、第2可動部材12の一対の側板部12b,12bの内側面どうし間の距離と略等しい。図11(b)に示すように、この円盤部41bの裏側面(同図において左側面)に第2軸側案内部41cが一体に設けられている。第2軸側案内部41cは、円盤部41bから突出するとともに渦巻き状になっている。
なお、第2調節軸41が、ドライバーに代えて六角レンチ等の他のねじ回し工具にて回転できるようになっていてもよい。
図5に示すように、第3位置調節機構50は、第3調節ネジ51を備えている。第3調節ネジ51は、第1可動部材11と第2可動部材12との間に介在されている。図7(a)に示すように、表側(同図において紙面手前)から見て、第3位置調節機構50は第1位置調節機構30に対して第2方向の前端側(同図において左)にずれて配置されている。
しかも、軸案内凹部10dと嵌合凹部10eとの底部が面一になっているため、加工を一層容易化できる。つまり、基材10をプレス加工にて製造する場合、軸案内凹部10dに対応する型部分と嵌合凹部10eに対応する型部分とを全体的に高さが一様の1つの凸部にて構成でき、プレス金型を一層容易に作製できる。また、基材10を切削加工にて製造する場合でも、軸案内凹部10dと嵌合凹部10eとを同じ切削深さで一体に形成できる。
さらに、第1位置調節機構30が基材10と第1可動部材11との間に介在され、かつ第2位置調節機構40が第1可動部材11と第2可動部材12との間に介在されているために、ヒンジ装置基部2の組み立てを一層簡易化できる。
ここで、第1可動部材11を基材10に取り付ける際は、係止凸部11fを基材10の係止凹部10fに引っ掛けるとともに、予め軸案内凹部10d上に配置した第1調節軸31に第1可動部材11を表側から被せ、さらに一対の嵌合部11d,11dを表側から嵌合凹部10e,10eに収容すればよいから、第1可動部材11を基材10に対して第1方向へスライドさせる必要はない。したがって、第1調節軸31が予め軸案内凹部10d上に設置されていても、この第1調節軸31が第1可動部材11の基材10への取り付け作業の妨げになることはない。
第1位置調節機構30が基材10と第1可動部材11との間に介在され、かつ第2位置調節機構40が第1可動部材11と第2可動部材12との間に介在されているために、第1方向への位置調節と第2方向への位置調節を互いに独立して行うことができる。
第1~第3位置調節機構30,40,50がヒンジ装置基部2と本体部3とに跨るのではなくヒンジ装置基部2だけに構築されているため、本体部3ひいては扉9bの第1~第3の三方向への位置調節をヒンジ装置基部2だけで行なうことができる。
図12~図14は、本発明の第2実施形態を示したものである。第2実施形態は、第1位置調節機構30及び第2位置調節機構40の変形例に係る。図12に示すように、第2実施形態の基材10の軸案内凹部10dには、凸状の基材側案内部32に代えて、凹状の基材側案内部10pが設けられている。基材側案内部10pは、第2方向(前後)に真っ直ぐ延びるとともに基材10を厚み方向(第3方向)に貫通するスリットになっている。また、図13に示すように、第1調節軸31Xの円盤部31bには、上記渦巻状の第1軸側案内部31cに代えて、小円柱状の第1軸側案内部31pが形成されている。第1軸側案内部31pは、第1調節軸31Xの軸線(第1回転軸線L31)に対して偏心している。円盤部31bが軸案内凹部10dに収容されるとともに、第1軸側案内部31pが基材側案内部10pに挿し入れられている。したがって、第1調節軸31Xは、基材10に対して軸案内凹部10dに沿って第1方向(上下)へ移動可能かつ第2方向(前後)へ移動不能である。また、第1軸側案内部31pは、基材10に対して第1方向(上下)へ移動不能かつ第2方向(前後)に移動可能である。さらに、第1調節軸31Xの凸軸部31dが、第1可動部材11の軸支穴11kに回転可能に嵌め込まれている。これによって、第1調節軸31Xを第1回転軸線L31まわりに回転させることで、第1軸側案内部31pと基材側案内部10pとの運動方向変換作用が発現して、第1可動部材11が基材10に対して第1方向(上下)に位置調節される。
例えば、第2可動部材12を省略してもよく、第1可動部材11に本体部3を直接的に着脱可能に取り付けてもよい。さらに、第2位置調節機構40又は第3位置調節機構50を省略してもよい。或いは、第2位置調節機構40又は第3位置調節機構50を第1可動部材11に本体部3との間に設けてもよい。
軸案内凹部10dの深さと嵌合凹部10eの深さが互いに異なっていて、これら凹部10d,10e間に段差が形成されていてもよい。
軸案内凹部10d及び嵌合凹部10eの第2方向(前後)に沿う幅寸法が、互いに等しくてもよい。基材10の表側面10a(第1面)に、全体的に一定幅の溝が第1方向に延びるように形成されており、上記溝の一部分(例えば中央部)が軸案内凹部10dを構成し、上記溝の他の部分(例えば両側部)が嵌合凹部10eを構成していてもよい。この場合、第1調節軸31の円盤部31bの直径は、軸案内凹部10dの第2方向(前後)に沿う幅寸法と略等しいだけでなく、嵌合凹部10eの第2方向(前後)に沿う幅寸法とも略等しい。
軸案内凹部10d及び嵌合凹部10eは、必ずしも連なっていなくてもよく、互いに離れていてもよい。
嵌合凹部10eは、基材10の表側面10a(第1面)に少なくとも1つ形成されていればよい。同様に、嵌合部11dは、第1可動部材11に少なくとも1つ設けられていればよい。
嵌合部11dは、嵌合凹部10eに第1方向へ摺動可能に嵌るようになっていればよく、必ずしも第1可動部材11の側板部11bから第1方向に突出している必要は無く、例えば側板部11bからまっすぐ第3方向の裏側へ突出していてもよい。
基材側案内部32が、基材10に一体成形されていてもよい。第1可動側案内部42が、第1可動部材11に一体成形されていてもよい。
基材側案内部と第1軸側案内部とは、互いに係合して案内し合うことによって、第1調節軸31の回転を第1調節軸31の第1面10aに沿う平行移動に変換するものであれば、その具体的態様は上記第1、第2実施形態に限られない。例えば、基材側案内部として、軸案内凹部10dに渦巻状の凸部を設け、これと係合する第1軸側案内部として、第1調節軸31の裏面に小円柱状の凸部を偏芯させて設けてもよい。
第1可動側案内部と第2軸側案内部とは、互いに係合して案内し合うことによって、第2調節軸41の回転を第2調節軸41の第1面10aに沿う平行移動に変換するものであれば、その具体的態様は上記第1、第2実施形態に限られない。例えば、第1可動側案内部として、第1可動部材11に渦巻状の凸部を設け、これと係合する第2軸側案内部として、第2調節軸41の裏面に小円柱状の凸部を偏芯させて設けてもよい。
上記実施形態では、第1方向を上下、第2方向を前後、第3方向を左右として説明したが、本発明の第1~第3方向は上記に限定されるものではない。

Claims (10)
- 基部と、本体部と、前記本体部に回転可能に連結された取付部材とを備え、前記基部が、第1面を有する基材と、前記第1面上に前記基材に対して前記第1面に沿う第1方向へ移動可能に設けられた第1可動部材と、前記第1可動部材の前記基材に対する前記第1方向の位置を調節する第1位置調節機構とを有し、前記第1可動部材と前記本体部とが間接又は直接に着脱可能に連結されたヒンジ装置であって、
前記基材の前記第1面には、軸案内凹部と嵌合凹部とが形成されており、
前記第1位置調節機構として、前記軸案内凹部に基材側案内部が設けられるとともに、前記基材と前記第1可動部材との間には第1調節軸が設けられ、前記第1調節軸が、前記第1可動部材に前記第1面と直交する第1回転軸線のまわりに回転可能に係合されるとともに前記軸案内凹部に前記第1方向へ案内可能に嵌められた第1軸部と、前記基材側案内部と係合する第1軸側案内部とを一体に有し、
前記第1可動部材には嵌合部が設けられ、この嵌合部が、前記嵌合凹部に前記第1方向へ摺動可能に嵌め込まれていることを特徴とするヒンジ装置。 - 前記軸案内凹部と前記嵌合凹部とが、互いの底面どうしが面一になるように連なっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のヒンジ装置。
- 前記嵌合凹部が、前記軸案内凹部の前記第1方向の両側方に一対設けられ、前記嵌合部が、前記第1可動部材の前記第1方向の両側部に一対設けられ、各嵌合部が、対応する嵌合凹部に前記第1方向へ摺動可能に嵌め込まれていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のヒンジ装置。
- 前記第1可動部材が、前記第1面に沿うとともに前記第1方向と直交する第2方向に延び、かつ前記第1可動部材の前記第2方向の一端部には係止凸部が形成され、前記係止凸部が前記基材の前記第2方向の縁に前記第1方向へ摺動可能に引っ掛けられており、
さらに前記基材には連結突起が設けられ、前記第1可動部材の前記第2方向の他端部が、前記第1方向に延びる連結ピンによって前記連結突起に前記第1方向へ移動可能に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1~3の何れか1項に記載のヒンジ装置。 - 前記基部が、前記第1可動部材に対して前記第1面に沿うとともに前記第1方向と直交する第2方向へ移動可能な第2可動部材と、前記第2可動部材の前記第1可動部材に対する前記第2方向の位置を調節する第2位置調節機構とを更に有し、前記第2可動部材が、前記本体部と着脱可能に連結される連結部を有して前記第1可動部材を挟んで前記基材とは反対側に設けられており、
前記第2位置調節機構として、前記第1可動部材に第1可動側案内部が設けられるとともに、前記第1可動部材と前記第2可動部材との間には第2調節軸が設けられ、前記第2調節軸が、前記第2可動部材に前記第1回転軸線と平行な第2回転軸線のまわりに回転可能に係合された第2軸部と、前記第1可動側案内部と係合する第2軸側案内部とを一体に有していることを特徴とする請求項1~4の何れか1項に記載のヒンジ装置。 - 第1面を有する基材と、前記第1面上に前記基材に対して前記第1面に沿う第1方向へ移動可能に設けられた第1可動部材と、前記第1可動部材の前記基材に対する前記第1方向の位置を調節する第1位置調節機構とを有し、前記第1可動部材が、取付部材と回転可能に連結された本体部と間接又は直接に着脱可能に連結されるヒンジ装置基部であって、
前記基材の前記第1面には、軸案内凹部と嵌合凹部とが形成されており、
前記第1位置調節機構として、前記軸案内凹部に基材側案内部が設けられるとともに、前記基材と前記第1可動部材との間には第1調節軸が設けられ、前記第1調節軸が、前記第1可動部材に前記第1面と直交する第1回転軸線のまわりに回転可能に係合されるとともに前記軸案内凹部に前記第1方向へ案内可能に嵌められた第1軸部と、前記基材側案内部と係合する第1軸側案内部と、を一体に有し、
前記第1可動部材には嵌合部が設けられ、この嵌合部が、前記嵌合凹部に前記第1方向へ摺動可能に嵌め込まれていることを特徴とするヒンジ装置基部。 - 前記軸案内凹部と前記嵌合凹部とが、互いの底面どうしが面一になるように連なっていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のヒンジ装置基部。
- 前記嵌合凹部が、前記軸案内凹部の前記第1方向の両側方に一対設けられ、前記嵌合部が、前記第1可動部材の前記第1方向の両側部に一対設けられ、各嵌合部が、対応する嵌合凹部に前記第1方向へ摺動可能に嵌め込まれていることを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載のヒンジ装置基部。
- 前記第1可動部材が、前記第1面に沿うとともに前記第1方向と直交する第2方向に延び、かつ前記第1可動部材の前記第2方向の一端部には係止凸部が形成され、前記係止凸部が前記基材の前記第2方向の縁に前記第1方向へ摺動可能に引っ掛けられており、
さらに前記基材には連結突起が設けられ、前記第1可動部材の前記第2方向の他端部が、前記第1方向に延びる連結ピンによって前記連結突起に前記第1方向へ移動可能に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項6~8の何れか1項に記載のヒンジ装置基部。 - 前記基部が、前記第1可動部材に対して前記第1面に沿うとともに前記第1方向と直交する第2方向へ移動可能な第2可動部材と、前記第2可動部材の前記第1可動部材に対する前記第2方向の位置を調節する第2位置調節機構とを更に有し、前記第2可動部材が、前記本体部と着脱可能に連結される連結部を有して前記第1可動部材を挟んで前記基材とは反対側に設けられており、
前記第2位置調節機構として、前記第1可動部材に第1可動側案内部が設けられるとともに、前記第1可動部材と前記第2可動部材との間には第2調節軸が設けられ、前記第2調節軸が、前記第2可動部材に前記第1回転軸線と平行な第2回転軸線のまわりに回転可能に係合された第2軸部と、前記第1可動側案内部と係合する第2軸側案内部とを一体に有していることを特徴とする請求項6~9の何れか1項に記載のヒンジ装置基部。
