图1所示的空气能婴儿保温箱的结构示意图,空气能婴儿保温箱包括有保温箱1、空气能装置2以及控制器3;保温箱1包括有透明箱5、透明箱盖6、自动开盖装置7、锁盖装置8、抽屉9以及抽屉驱动装置10,抽屉9动配合于透明箱5内的导轨11上,抽屉9的抽屉面板12与透明箱5的抽屉口47密封连接;抽屉驱动装置10包括有电机13以及驱动轮14,电机13的机座与抽屉9固定连接,电机13的电机轴与驱动轮14固定连接,驱动轮14与导轨11接触,利用驱动轮14于导轨11上转动,驱动抽屉8打开;透明箱5与透明箱盖6铰接,自动开盖装置7包括有弹簧15、上弹簧槽16以及下弹簧槽17,上弹簧槽16设于透明箱盖6,下弹簧槽17设于透明箱5,弹簧15被压缩于上弹簧槽16与下弹簧槽17内,弹簧15的长度大于上弹簧槽16以及下弹簧槽17的深度;锁盖装置8包括有电磁铁18以及铁块19,铁块19位于电磁铁18的对面,电磁铁18与透明箱盖6固定连接,铁块19与透明箱5固定连接,利用电磁铁18吸引铁块19将透明箱盖6与透明箱5吸合;空气能装置2包括有压缩机20、冷凝器21、蒸发器22、膨胀阀23、四通阀24以及温度传感器25,压缩机20的高压接头与四通阀24的输入接头连接,四通阀24的蒸发器接头与蒸发器22连接,蒸发器22与膨胀阀23连接,膨胀阀23与冷凝器21连接,冷凝器21与四通阀24的冷凝器接头连接,压缩机20的低压接头与四通阀24低压接头连接;冷凝器21以及温度传感器25安装于保温箱1内,压缩机20、蒸发器22、膨胀阀23以及四通阀24安装于保温箱1外,利用冷凝器21调节保温箱1内的温度;控制器3设有箱外温度传感器43,箱外温度传感器43设于保温箱1外的控制器3外壳上,用于检测保温箱1外空气的温度;控制器3设有控制线与空气能装置2、抽 屉驱动装置10、锁盖装置8以及箱外温度传感器43连接。婴儿床32旁边设有人体传感器4,用于检测婴儿床32是否有婴儿36。
为了提高散热的效果以及维持保温箱1的湿度,保温箱1设有板式散热器26,板式散热器26设有散热片,冷凝器21安装于板式散热器26内,板式散热器26内充满水;利用水将冷凝器21的热量传导到板式散热器26的表面,利用板式散热器26的表面以及散热板将热量传输到保温箱1内。
为了将箱外的空气净化引入保温箱1,保温箱1设有空气过滤器27,空气过滤器27的空气入口28与保温箱1外的大气连通,空气过滤器27的空气出口29内安装有抽风机30,抽风机30出风口位于板式散热器26的上方,保温箱1铰接有排气门31,排气门31在自身重力的作用下关闭。
为了提高保温箱1的监护功能,抽屉9设有婴儿床32,保温箱1设有智能手机34,智能手机34视频头35面向婴儿床32,空气能婴儿保温箱监护婴儿36时,利用智能手机34将婴儿床34上婴儿36的录像以及录音上传到互联网,婴儿36的父母或相关人员用手机或者电脑于互联网观察婴儿36的情况,对婴儿36实施全面的监护。为了可以于互联网监护保温箱1的温度以及湿度,保温箱1设有温度计44以及湿度计45,温度计44以及湿度计45显示面在智能手机34的视频头35视线范围内,用于显示保温箱1内的温度以及湿度,以及婴儿36的父母或相关人员可以于互联网随时观察到保温箱1内的温度以及湿度。
为了维持空气能婴儿保温箱的使用功能,保温箱1设有蓝光灯装置37、湿化器38、氧气输入接口39以及护理窗口40。
为了保持保温箱1的密封性,透明箱5与透明箱盖6之间设有第一密封件41,抽屉面板12与透明箱5的抽屉口47之间设有第二密封件42。
为了提高空气能婴儿保温箱的效率,提高节能效果,保温箱1设有多个,每个保温箱1设有一个板式散热器26,空气能装置2设有多个冷凝器21,每个冷凝器21安装于一个板式散热器26内,每个板式散热器26内充满水。
为了实施空气能婴儿保温箱的保护功能,控制抽屉9的移动,抽屉9的尾部设有感应开关46,抽屉口47设有感应件48,抽屉驱动装置10的电机13驱动抽屉9打开后,抽屉9尾部当感应开关46接近抽屉口47的感应件48时,感应开关46将其信号传输给控制器3,控制器3控制电机13停止转动;抽屉9的尾部设有限位块49,抽屉口47设有限位卡50,抽屉驱动装置10的电机13驱动抽屉9打开后,当抽屉9的限位块49移动到限位卡50位置时,限位块49被限位卡50卡住,防止放有婴儿36的抽屉9离开导轨11而掉下。
空气能婴儿保温箱的工作原理是:空气能婴儿保温箱工作时,根据婴儿的医疗需要,利用控制器3设置保温箱1内的控制温度,保温箱1内的控制温度包括有下限温度、上限温度以及失控温度,并启动空气能婴儿保温箱进入自动控制状态,待保温箱1内的实际温度达到要求后,打开透明箱盖6,将婴儿36放入保温箱1内的婴儿床34上,然后用手握住透明箱盖6的手把51克服弹簧15的弹力将透明箱盖6盖上;同时,婴儿床34的人体传感器4将婴儿36的信号传输给控制器3,控制器3控制锁盖装置8的电磁铁18工作,安装于透明箱盖6的电磁铁18产生磁性吸引安装于透明箱5的铁块19,利用电磁铁18的磁力克服弹簧15的弹力,使透明箱盖6保持在关闭状态;万一断电,电磁铁18吸引力消失,由于弹簧15的长度大于上弹簧槽16以及下弹簧槽17的深度,透明箱盖6在弹簧15弹力的作 用下自动打开,防止婴儿36被闷在保温箱1内;婴儿保温箱进入自动控制状态后,控制器3控制空气能装置2工作,利用空气能装置2的冷凝器21以及板式散热器26调节保温箱1的温度;同时,控制器3控制抽风机30工作,利用抽风机30将外部空气经空气过滤器27抽入,利用空气过滤器27将外部空气过滤净化后抽入保温箱1内;万一保温箱1内的温度失控,保温箱1内的温度值为失控温度时,温度传感器25将其失控温度的信号传输给控制器3,控制器3控制抽屉驱动装置10工作,利用电机13带动驱动轮14转动,利用驱动轮14于导轨11上转动,驱动抽屉8沿导轨11移动打开,使抽屉婴儿床32上的婴儿36移动到保温箱外,以免保温箱1失控产生高温威胁婴儿36的生命。所述的下限温度为30℃,上限温度为37℃,失控温度为≥38.5℃,或者,失控温度为≤25℃。
为了实施利用空气能装置2调节保温箱1的温度,所述的保温箱1的箱外温度小于≤25℃时,箱外温度传感器43将其温度信号传输给控制器3,控制器3控制空气能装置2的四通阀24工作于供暖工作状态,冷凝器21将热量传导到板式散热器26的水中,水将热量传导到板式散热器26,板式散热器26利用辐射以及空气对流的方式将热量传输到保温箱1内的空间;当保温箱1内的温度大于37℃时,保温箱1内的温度传感器25将其信号传输给控制器3,控制器控制空气能装置2停止供热。
所述的保温箱1的箱外温度大于≥38.5℃时,箱外温度传感器43将其温度信号传输给控制器3,控制器3控制空气能装置2的四通阀24工作于制冷工作状态,冷凝器21通过板式散热器26吸收保温箱1内空气的热量,降低保温箱1内空气温度;当保温箱1内的温度小于30℃时,保温箱1内的温度传感器25将其信号传输给控制器3,控制器控制空气能装置2停止制冷。
所述的保温箱1空气净化以及温度调节的路径是:保温箱1外的空气由抽风机30经空气过滤器27抽入,空气经空气过滤器27过滤后进入板式散热器26上方,再由板式散热器26上方经箱内通道52进入的保温箱1的上部空间33,上部空间33的空气由排气门31排出;板式散热器26上方的净化空气,经由板式散热器26进行温度调节后进入保温箱1的上部空间33。

Claims (10)

  1. 空气能婴儿保温箱,其特征在于:所述的空气能婴儿保温箱包括有保温箱(1)、空气能装置(2)以及控制器(3);保温箱(1)包括有透明箱(5)、透明箱盖(6)、自动开盖装置(7)、锁盖装置(8)、抽屉(9)以及抽屉驱动装置(10),抽屉(9)动配合于透明箱(5)内的导轨(11)上,抽屉(9)的抽屉面板(12)与透明箱(5)的抽屉口(47)密封连接;抽屉驱动装置(10)包括有电机(13)以及驱动轮(14),电机(13)的机座与抽屉(9)固定连接,电机(13)的电机轴与驱动轮(14)固定连接,驱动轮(14)与导轨(11)接触,利用驱动轮(14)于导轨(11)上转动,驱动抽屉(8)打开;透明箱(5)与透明箱盖(6)铰接,自动开盖装置(7)包括有弹簧(15)、上弹簧槽(16)以及下弹簧槽(17),上弹簧槽(16)设于透明箱盖(6),下弹簧槽(17)设于透明箱(5),弹簧(15)被压缩于上弹簧槽(16)与下弹簧槽(17)内;锁盖装置(8)包括有电磁铁(18)以及铁块(19),铁块(19)位于电磁铁(18)的对面,电磁铁(18)与透明箱盖(6)固定连接,铁块(19)与透明箱(5)固定连接,利用电磁铁(18)吸引铁块(19)将透明箱盖(6)与透明箱(5)吸合;空气能装置(2)包括有压缩机(20)、冷凝器(21)、蒸发器(22)、膨胀阀(23)、四通阀(24)以及温度传感器(25),冷凝器(21)以及温度传感器(25)安装于保温箱(1)内,压缩机(20)、蒸发器(22)、膨胀阀(23)以及四通阀(24)安装于保温箱(1)外,利用冷凝器(21)调节保温箱(1)内的温度;控制器(3)设有箱外温度传感器(43),箱外温度传感器(43)设于保温箱(1)外的控制器(3)外壳上,用于检测保温箱(1)外空气的温度;控制器(3)设有控制线与空气能装置(2)、抽屉驱动装置(10)、锁盖装置(8)以及箱外温度传感器(43)连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的空气能婴儿保温箱,其特征在于:所述的保温箱(1)设有板式散热器(26),板式散热器(26)设有散热片,冷凝器(21)安装于板式散热器(26)内,板式散热器(26)内充满水;利用水将冷凝器(21)的热量传导到板式散热器(26)的表面,利用板式散热器(26)的表面以及散热板将热量传输到保温箱(1)内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的空气能婴儿保温箱,其特征在于:所述的保温箱(1)设有空气过滤器(27),空气过滤器(27)的空气入口(28)与保温箱(1)外的大气连通,空气过滤器(27)的空气出口(29)内安装有抽风机(30),抽风机(30)出风口位于板式散热器(26)的上方,保温箱(1)铰接有排气门(31),排气门(31)在自身重力的作用下关闭。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的空气能婴儿保温箱,其特征在于:所述的抽屉(9)设有婴儿床(32),保温箱(1)设有智能手机(34),智能手机(34)的视频头(35)面向婴儿床(32),监护婴儿(36),利用智能手机(34)将婴儿床(32)上婴儿(36)的录像以及录音上传到互联网,使婴儿(36)的父母或相关人员可以于互联网随时观察到婴儿(36)的情况。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的空气能婴儿保温箱,其特征在于:所述的保温箱(1)设有蓝光灯装置(37)、湿化器(38)、氧气输入接口(39)以及护理窗口(40)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的空气能婴儿保温箱,其特征在于:所述的透明箱(5)与透明箱盖(6)之间设有第一密封件(41),抽屉面板(12)与透明箱(5)的抽屉口(47)之间设有第二密封件(42)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的空气能婴儿保温箱,其特征在于:所述的保温箱(1)设有多个,每个保温箱(1)设有一个板式散热器(26),空气能装置(2)设有多个冷凝器(21),每个冷凝器(21)安装于一个板式散热器(26)内,每个板式散热器(26)内充满水。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的空气能婴儿保温箱,其特征在于:所述的保温箱(1)设有温 度计(44)以及湿度计(45),温度计(44)以及湿度计(45)显示面在智能手机(34)的视频头(35)视线范围内,用于显示保温箱(1)内的温度以及湿度,以及婴儿(36)的父母或相关人员可以于互联网随时观察到保温箱(1)内的温度以及湿度。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的空气能婴儿保温箱,其特征在于:所述的抽屉上设有婴儿床,婴儿床(32)旁边设有人体传感器(4),用于检测婴儿床(32)是否有婴儿(36)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的空气能婴儿保温箱,其特征在于:所述的抽屉(9)的尾部设有感应开关(46),抽屉口(47)设有感应件(48),当感应开关(46)接近感应件(48)时,感应开关(46)将其信号传输给控制器(3),控制器(3)控制电机(13)停止转动;抽屉(9)的尾部设有限位块(49),抽屉口(47)设有限位卡(50),当抽屉(9)的限位块(49)移动到限位卡(50)位置时,限位块(49)被限位卡(50)卡住,防止放有婴儿(36)的抽屉(9)离开导轨(11)而掉下。
