Abstract

发动机节能净化助力装置
技术领域 本实用新型涉及一种汽车上使用的附加装置, 具体涉及一种应用于 内燃发动机净化排放气体、 并增说强发动机动力的排污加力装置。
背景技术 当前,汽车的能耗与尾气排放所造成的环境污染问题己引起越来越广 泛的重视, 空气中的微尘污染几乎使人们难以呼吸, 身体健康受到空气 质量日益严重的威胁。 一方面需要增强发动机的动力, 另一方面需要降 低能耗, 同时还需要考虑到排放出气体的净化, 因而它是世界各国都在 大力研宄的课题。 汽车的经济性与耗油量密切相关, 与汽车的性能和寿 命亦相关。 降低油耗, 提高发动机性能可以提高汽车的经济性。 另一方 面, 汽车尾气排放的过量污染, 是由于燃料的燃烧不完全, 即燃烧效率 低造成的。 长期以来, 人们一直在探求能有更好的途径来改善发动机的 燃烧效果。
发明内容 本实用新型的目的, 在于提供一种可置于发动机的***中、 促进燃 油燃烧、 爆燃、 提高发动机动力性能、 净化废气排放的发动机节能净化 助力装置。 本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的。
发动机节能净化助力装置, 其壳体为矩形的金属外壳, 在金属外壳 中的两侧安有塑料架, 两侧的塑料架之间平行安装有云母片组, 每一云 母片组由上、 下云母片组成, 在上、 下云母片之间紧夹有一铜片; 铜片 与高压线连接; 相邻的云母片组之间相互隔开一距离, 形成通风道。
高压线另一端连接在发动机的高压点火线圈上或变压器上,变压器 与蓄电池或发电机连接。
云母片组的数量为 3组至 8组。
云母片组的形状为矩形。
塑料架由金属外壳上的塑料架固定槽固定。
在金属外壳底部安有钢片,用于将该装置固定在空滤到连接发动机 进气管道之内, 或固定在发动机的中冷管中。
本实用新型利用了空气从上、下云母片之间的通风道间隙通过时被 电离, 产生臭氧, 从而增大了发动机的动力, 即为发动机加力; 并使排 放的尾气净化程度得到提高。
本实用新型的优点如下:
1、 设计合理, 制作简单, 安装方便, 成本低廉, 效果显著。
2、 有助于燃油的充分燃烧和爆燃, 增加了发动机的动力, 并减少 了发动机中积碳的产生, 还节省燃料, 使发动机寿命延长。
3、 使发动机排放废气被有效净化, 减少了大气污染的程度。 附图说明

参见图 1、 本实用新型发动机节能净化助力装置, 其壳体为矩形的 金属外壳 1。 在金属外壳 1中的两侧安有塑料架 2, 塑料架 2由金属外 壳 1上的塑料架固定槽 3固定。两侧的塑料架 2之间平行安装有云母片 组 4, 每一云母片组 4由上、 下云母片组成, 在上、 下云母片之间紧夹 有一铜片 5。 铜片 5与高压线 6连接, 高压线 6另一端连接在发动机的 高压点火线圈上或变压器上, 变压器与蓄电池或发电机连接。 云母片组 4的形状为矩形, 数量为 3组至 8组。 相邻的云母片组 4之间相互隔开 一距离、 形成通风道。 在金属外壳 1底部安有钢片 7, 用于将该装置固 定在空滤到连接发动机进气管道之内, 或固定在发动机的中冷管中。
本实用新型工作原理如下:
本装置可直接与发动机的高压点火线圈连接, 当发动机工作时, 蓄 电池或发动机的高压经点火线圈或其他装置变为脉冲高压,通过高压线 6分别连接到云母片组 4当中的铜片 5上, 通以的电压极性相反, 上、 下云母层有效起到了绝缘作用, 使得上、 下云母之间不会产生短路。 此 时空气流通进入本装置中, 从通风道间隙通过, 在高压脉冲电的作用下 被电离, 强烈的放电作用使空气中的氧发生反应, 产生臭氧。 本实用新 型也可以用变压器, 利用蓄电池或发电机产生高压, 产生臭氧。 臭氧进 入汽车发动机的燃烧室,参加燃烧过程,使燃烧充分, 同时还产生爆燃。 不但增强了发动机的动力, 而且使排出的废气被净化, 还节省燃料。

权利要求书
1、 发动机节能净化助力装置, 其壳体为矩形的金属外壳 (1 ) , 其特征在于: 在金属外壳 (1 ) 中的两侧安有塑料架 (2 ) , 两侧的塑料 架 (2 ) 之间平行安装有云母片组 (4) , 每一云母片组 (4) 由上、 下 云母片组成, 在上、 下云母片之间紧夹有一铜片 (5 ) ; 铜片 (5 ) 与高 压线 (6 ) 连接; 相邻的云母片组 (4) 之间相互隔开一距离, 形成通风 道。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的发动机节能净化助力装置, 其特征在于: 高压线 (6 ) 另一端连接在发动机的高压点火线圈上或变压器上, 变压 器与蓄电池或发电机连接。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的发动机节能净化助力装置, 其特征在于: 云母片组 (4) 的数量为 3组至 8组。
4 、 根据权利要求 1或 3所述的发动机节能净化助力装置, 其特征 在于: 云母片组 (4) 的形状为矩形。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的发动机节能净化助力装置, 其特征在于: 塑料架 (2 ) 由金属外壳 (1 ) 上的塑料架固定槽 (3) 固定。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的发动机节能净化助力装置, 其特征在于: 在金属外壳 (1 ) 底部安有钢片 (7) , 用于将该装置固定在空滤中,或 固定在连接发动机进气管道之内, 或固定在发动机的中冷管中。
