本实用新型属于环保设备领域,特别涉及一种高性能氢氧内燃机节油尾气净化器。 
背景技术
目前,公知的汽车节油的方法很多,但效果都不明显,很难得到大面积推广,人们想方设法想解决这个困扰已久的问题,然而不幸的是效果都不理想。 
氢是人类迄今为止已知的最为理想的清洁能源之一,但是氢气携带不便,大量储存时也有一定的危险性,因此尚未在汽车上大规模普及。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:提供一种高性能氢氧内燃机节油尾气净化器,用可控电流电解水电解液体,产生氢氧气体,用该气体与汽车发动机内的汽油或柴油等燃料混合燃烧,从而实现汽车燃烧彻底、动力加大、省油、尾气排放干净。 
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了如下技术方案: 
一种高性能氢氧内燃机节油尾气净化器,包括壳体、输气管、进水口、电极、电极连接螺栓和电解槽,输气管与节气门相连接,进水 口与水箱相连接,电极连接螺栓与汽车电源相连接,壳体内部设置有多个相互独立的电解槽,每个电解槽均设有一个输气管、进水口和电极;所述电解槽和电极均为模块式,可以根据内燃机的大小任意组合;输气管上还设有气水分离器。 
更佳的,壳体内部设置有2-6个相互独立的电解槽。 
优选的,输气管与节气门之间的管路上还设有干燥器,可以进一步除去电解得到的氢气和氧气中的水分。 
本实用新型的有益效果在于电解得到的氢氧气体纯度高,通过汽车节气门进入发动机参与汽油或柴油的燃烧,氢作为燃料,氧作为助燃剂,保证了燃料的充分燃烧,增加汽车动力性20%,同时降低了汽车尾气排放,可以节约燃油18-30%,降低尾气排放75%。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示的一种高性能氢氧内燃机节油尾气净化器,包括壳体1、输气管2、进水口3、电极4、电极连接螺栓5和电解槽6,输气管2与节气门相连接,进水口3与水箱相连接,电极连接螺栓5与汽车电源相连接;在本实施方式中壳体1内部设置有四个相互独立的电解槽6,每个电解槽6均设有一个输气管2、进水口3和电极4;所述电解槽6和电极4均为模块式,可以根据内燃机的大小任意组合;输气管2上还设有气水分离器。

1.一种高性能氢氧内燃机节油尾气净化器,包括壳体(1)、输气管(2)、进水口(3)、电极(4)、电极连接螺栓(5)和电解槽(6),输气管(2)与节气门相连接,进水口(3)与水箱相连接,电极连接螺栓(5)与汽车电源相连接,其特征在于,壳体(1)内部设置有多个相互独立的电解槽(6),每个电解槽(6)均设有一个输气管(2)、进水口(3)和电极(4);所述电解槽(6)和电极(4)均为模块式,可以根据内燃机的大小任意组合;输气管(2)上还设有气水分离器。
2.如权利要求1所述的高性能氢氧内燃机节油尾气净化器,其特征在于,壳体(1)内部设置有2-6个相互独立的电解槽(6)模块。
3.如权利要求1所述的高性能氢氧内燃机节油尾气净化器,其特征在于,输气管(2)与节气门之间的管路上还设有干燥器。
