Claims (3)

  1.  下フレームと、
     前記下フレームと対向するように配置された上フレームと、
     前記下フレームの上面側に配置され、被ラミネート体の一方の面を載置して加熱する熱板と、
     前記上フレームの下面側に配置され、ヒータを内蔵し、前記被ラミネート体の他方の面を加熱及びプレスするプレスプレートと、
     密閉されたチャンバを形成するため前記上フレームと前記下フレームとの間をシールするように、前記上フレームの下面側の端面又は前記下フレームの上面側の端面に設けられたシール部材と、
     前記上フレームと前記下フレームとの間の相対的な距離を変えるため、前記上フレームと前記プレスプレートとを支持し、あるいは昇降させる昇降機と、
     前記チャンバ内を真空引きするために、前記上フレーム又は前記下フレーム、あるいは前記上フレーム及び前記下フレームに形成された吸排気口と、
     前記昇降機の動作を制御する中央処理制御部と、
     を備え、
     前記チャンバ内を真空引きし、前記昇降機による前記上フレームの支持を解除することにより、前記上フレームと前記プレスプレートとを大気圧との差により生じる圧力で一体化して駆動することを特徴とする太陽電池モジュールのラミネート装置。
