利用上述技术可以设计成一种休闲躺椅,例如中国专利CN201020539131.4,专利名称为负角度后仰躺椅,该躺椅可以利用电动推杆将躺椅调整至负角度后仰,使人的头部位置低于脚部,人体的血液往头部涌,只须片刻,即感到头脑清醒,疲劳消除。该负角度后仰躺椅,它包括椅架、椅腿,椅架分为座架和脚架,座架与脚架活动连接;在座架的下方,设有一固定于椅腿支架上的带有开关按钮的电动推杆,电动推杆的头部与座架铰链及脚架铰链的连接点相连接;在椅腿的内侧,对称设有两滑动机构;滑动机构包括一固定于椅腿内侧的支撑板,支撑板底端间隔设有两个平面承重滚轮,在两平面承重滚轮内侧上方间隔设有两个凹形定位滚轮;有一弧形支架穿设于两凹形定位滚轮与两平面承重滚轮之间,弧形支架的后端设有一定位挡块,弧形支架上设有若干螺栓用于与座架固定连接。该方案是在座椅的下方设置朝下凸出的弧形导轨,该弧形导轨至少与固定的两固定点发生滑动配合,从而使整个座椅椅背和坐垫同时按照弧形导轨配合于固定点的轨迹发生滑动,实现负角度休闲效果。这类方案具有其明显的缺陷:因为弧形导轨和固定点支撑整个座椅及其用户的重量,所以其配合精度要求很高,否则就容易因为形变、毛刺、损伤等原因造成活动噪音大、滑动不良等严重影响舒适的效果,另一方面,较高的配合精度为这种按摩椅的活动部件加工工艺提出高要求,使其成本居高不下。
另外,针对由木制结构做成的高端休闲躺椅,通常将电动推杆安装在前侧的横板上用于推动椅架在座架上滑动,这种结构的躺椅对座架的承力结构要求较高,如果椅架受力不均衡,电动推杆在推动人体恢复正常坐姿时,会对木制横板产生很大的反作用力导致木制横板断裂,产品的使用寿命不高,而且很难适应体重较大的用户使用。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题在于克服上述现有技术中存在的不足而提供一种具有木制结构底座,能够承受大重量用户且使用寿命长的电动休闲躺椅。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用了以下技术措施。
一种电动休闲躺椅,包括椅架、底座和主推杆,底座包括两个相对设置的木制椅腿,两椅腿之间桥接木制横板,主推杆安装在椅架和横板之间以推动椅架在底座上滑动,椅腿上安装有金属支架和扶手,椅架包括座位部和靠背部,座位部通过金属拉杆悬挂式连接于椅腿中部,靠背部通过滑动装置承托于椅腿后部,金属拉杆与金属支架活动铰接,滑动装置包括导轨座和滑动导轨,导轨座固定安装在椅腿上,滑动导轨固定安装在靠背部上,导轨座包括支撑滑动导轨的承托件和限制滑动导轨向上跳动的限位件。
上述技术措施还可以通过以下技术方案进一步完善。
椅腿包括前腿、后腿和斜支板,斜支板的下部安装在前腿腰部,扶手安装在斜支板和前腿上,后腿的上部连接并支撑斜支板。金属支架包括加强连杆和支撑架体,加强连杆的两端分别与前腿和斜支板固定连接,支撑架体的两端分别与前腿和后腿固定连接,加强连杆和支撑架体固定连接。支撑架体包括两个向斜下方延伸的支撑腿,两个支撑腿分别安装在前腿和后腿上,导轨座固定安装在后侧的支撑腿上,金属拉杆活动铰接在支撑架体的中部。滑动导轨由钢管弯制而成,滑动导轨焊接在靠背部上,滑动导轨的下端由靠背部延伸至座位部并与座位部焊接连接。靠背部包括固定段和活动段,活动段活动铰接在固定段上且可翻转,固定段和活动段的连接处还设有插销结构,插销结构包括插销和两个销接孔,两个销接孔分别设在固定段和活动段上,插销***销接孔时阻止活动段翻转。承托件包括橡胶滚轮和承托支架,承托支架上设有下固定轴,橡胶滚轮套装在下固定轴上,滑动导轨的下侧面抵触在橡胶滚轮上。 承托支架上还设有上固定轴,限位件为圆柱形且套装在上固定轴上,上固定轴和下固定轴的外端部安装有外挡板,外挡板位于滑动导轨的外侧。椅架的前端连接有放置小腿的小腿架,小腿架与椅架之间具有控制两者开合角度的副推杆。椅架上设置有震动按摩装置。
由于采用了以上技术方案,本发明具有以下有益技术效果:
由于本发明支撑椅架的底座为木制结构,电动推杆安装在木制横板上,对底座的承力结构具有较高的要求,本发明在底座上设置了金属支架,并将椅架的座部通过金属拉杆悬挂式安装在椅腿中部,同时将椅架的背部通过滑动装置安装在椅腿后部。当用户处在正常坐姿时,重力主要作用在座部上,用户重量主要由金属拉杆承受,后侧的滑动装置承力较小,椅架处于悬挂状态,电动推杆用极小的作用力就可以克服惯性推动椅架滑动,木制横板上受到的反向作用力也较小,不易产生断裂。当用户处在卧躺状态时,重力主要作用在椅架的背部,用户重量主要由滑动装置承受,金属拉杆承力较小,椅架可以在用户重力和电动推杆的共同作用下实现复位,木制横板受到电动推杆的作用力较小,不易产生断裂。因此,本发明的木制结构可以提高产品档次,且通过科学的承力结构设计,显著提高了该类产品使用寿命长和最大承载量。
本发明的椅腿结构采用了双叉形结构,斜支板和前腿的上部构成的上叉用于承受金属拉杆的作用力,前腿、后腿和斜支板构成下叉用于支撑整体重量,该结构稳定性高,两个前腿和后腿的受力均衡,有利于提高底座的承力性能。
本发明采用的中部悬挂,后部滚轮支撑的椅架支撑方案,使整个椅架的俯仰姿态更平滑、舒适。且后部采用单点滚轮支撑的方案便于隐藏支撑结构,使产品的设计更加的美观。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细阐述。
实施例一:
如图1、图2、图3、图4所示的一种电动休闲躺椅,包括椅架、底座和主推杆16,底座包括两个相对设置的木制椅腿,两个木制椅腿之间桥接木制横板7,木制横板7位于椅腿的前部,主推杆16安装在椅架和横板7之间以推动椅架在底座上滑动,主推杆16的固定部安装在木制横板7上,活动部安装在椅架上,活动部在固定部上移动时带动椅架滑动,本实施例中的主推杆16为电动推杆,在其他实施方式中也可以采用气动推杆等其他类型的推杆。椅腿上安装有金属支架和扶手10,椅架包括座位部2和靠背部1,座位部2用于承托用户的臀部,靠背部1供背部和腰部等倚靠使用,椅架为整体式焊接结构。座位部2通过金属拉杆5悬挂式连接于椅腿中部,使用户在正常坐姿时,金属拉杆5承受用户的主要重量,且可均匀分布在椅腿上。靠背部1通过滑动装置承托于椅腿后部,当用户处于卧躺状态时,滑动装置承受人体的主要重量,椅腿后部为主要承力部。金属拉杆5与金属支架活动铰接,滑动装置包括导轨座3和滑动导轨11,导轨座3固定安装在椅腿上,滑动导轨11固定安装在靠背部1上,导轨座3包括支撑滑动导轨11的承托件和限制滑动导轨11向上跳动的限位件306。
如图4所示,承托件包括橡胶滚轮302和承托支架301,承托支架301固定在椅腿上,承托支架301上设有下固定轴303,橡胶滚轮302套装在下固定轴303上并可在下固定轴303上转动,滑动导轨11的下侧面抵触在橡胶滚轮302上,主推杆16推动椅架在底座上滑动时,滑动导轨11也在橡胶滚轮302上滑动,本结构可以大大减小滑动导轨11的滑动阻力。 承托支架301上还设有上固定轴305,限位件306为圆柱形且套装在上固定轴305上,为了防止滑动导轨11向上侧跳动,限位件306是由刚性且耐磨的尼龙材料制成,上固定轴305和下固定轴303的外端部安装有外挡板304,外挡板304位于滑动导轨11的外侧防止其向外侧窜动。
如图3所示,椅腿包括前腿6、后腿12和斜支板13,斜支板13的下部安装在前腿6腰部,扶手10安装在斜支板13和前腿6上,后腿12的上部连接并支撑斜支板13。木制横板7与两个前腿6固定连接,两个后腿12之间桥接有支撑板9,支撑板9通常也为木制板。前腿6、后腿12和斜支板13三者组成一个稳定支撑架结构,上部用于分解金属拉杆5对椅腿的作用力,下部稳定地支撑整体椅架。金属支架包括加强连杆4,加强连杆4的两端分别与前腿6和斜支板13固定连接,金属拉杆5活动铰接在加强连杆4的中部,为了防止用户在就坐时,由于冲击力使椅架产生滑动,在初始状态下,金属拉杆5处于向后侧摆动一定角度的位置,使椅架的重心位置向后侧移动,进而抵抗用户就坐时产生的冲击。后腿12和斜支板13的连接处设有加强二者连接强度的连接金属板,导轨座3也安装在该金属板上。
如图2所示,滑动导轨11由钢管弯制而成,滑动导轨11焊接在靠背部1上,滑动导轨11的下端由靠背部1延伸至座位部2并与座位部2焊接连接用于增加靠背部1和座位部2的连接强度。滑动导轨11与椅架至少有三个焊接点,分别为靠背部焊接点,连接处焊接点和座位部焊接点,导轨座3仅能在靠背部焊接点和连接处焊接点之间的区域内滑动。靠背部1包括固定段和活动段,活动段活动铰接在固定段上且可翻转,固定段和活动段的连接处还设有插销结构,插销结构包括插销和两个销接孔,两个销接孔分别设在固定段和活动段上,插销***销接孔时阻止活动段翻转。在包装运输过程中,为减少椅架的高度,将上述插销拔出,翻转活动段将椅架折叠,用户使用时,则将插销***,防止活动段翻转。椅架的前端连接有放置小腿的小腿架8,小腿架8与椅架之间具有控制两者开合角度的副推杆15。椅架上设置有震动按摩装置,振动按摩装置是将振动电机安装在软质材料上制成,电机产生振动可对人体进行按摩。当然在其他实施方式中,也可采用揉捏或敲击按摩装置。
实施例二:
如图5、图6所示,本实施例的基本结构和实施例一相同,所不同之处在于,金属支架还包括支撑架体14,加强连杆4的中部和支撑架体14固定连接。扶手10通过一金属连接件和支撑架体14固定连接,支撑架体14包括两个向斜下方延伸的支撑腿,分别为前支撑腿141和后支撑腿143,两个支撑腿分别安装在前腿6和后腿12上,承托支架固定安装在后支撑腿143上,支撑架体14和加强连杆4的中部固定一转销轴,金属拉杆5活动铰接在转销轴上,加强连杆4和支撑架体14上均设有相对应的转销孔142。支撑架体14将扶手10、前腿6、后腿12和斜支板13连接在一起,提高了椅腿的支撑强度。
本发明的工作原理为,当用户处于正常坐姿时,用户的重量主要作用在座位部上,椅架及用户的重量通过金属拉杆传递给底座,金属拉杆位于椅腿的中部,因此椅腿的受力较为均衡,且由于椅架处于悬挂状态,电动推杆仅需较小的力就可以推动椅架滑动,这样就有效防止了在初始位置时,推动椅架由静止到运动产生的惯性力对木制横板冲击导致横板发生断裂。当用户处于卧躺状态时,用户的重量主要作用在靠背部,金属拉杆处于最大倾斜状态,受力较小,椅架和用户的重量通过导轨座传递体底座,椅架基本上处于单点支撑状态,且由于设置了橡胶滚轮,二者的摩擦阻力很小,电动推杆也仅需较小的力就可以推动椅架滑动复位,这样就防止了在终止位置时,推动椅架由静止到运动产生的惯性力对木制横板冲击导致横板发生断裂。因此本发明在不同的位置采用不同支撑结构,将悬挂支撑和单点滚轮支撑相结合,有效克服了木制休闲躺椅的结构强度问题。
上述实施例仅为本发明的优选实施方式,任何在本发明的基础上做出的常规替代方案均属于本发明的保护范围内,实施将构成侵权。
工业实用性
本发明涉及一种电动休闲躺椅,采用中部悬挂,后部滚轮支撑的椅架支撑方案,使整个椅架的俯仰姿态更平滑、舒适。且后部采用单点滚轮支撑的方案便于隐藏支撑结构,使产品的设计更加的美观。本发明具有承受重量大且使用寿命长的有益效果,具有良好的工业使用性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电动休闲躺椅,包括椅架、底座和主推杆,底座包括两个相对设置的木制椅腿,两椅腿之间桥接木制横板,所述主推杆安装在椅架和横板之间以推动椅架在底座上滑动,椅架包括座位部和靠背部,其特征在于:所述椅腿上安装有金属支架和扶手,座位部通过金属拉杆悬挂式连接椅腿中部,靠背部通过滑动装置承托于椅腿后部,金属拉杆与金属支架活动铰接,所述滑动装置包括导轨座和滑动导轨,导轨座固定安装在椅腿上,滑动导轨固定安装在靠背部上,导轨座包括支撑滑动导轨的承托件和限制滑动导轨向上跳动的限位件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电动休闲躺椅,其特征在于,所述椅腿包括前腿、后腿和斜支板,斜支板的下部安装在前腿腰部,扶手安装在斜支板和前腿上,后腿的上部连接并支撑斜支板。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电动休闲躺椅,其特征在于,所述金属支架包括加强连杆和支撑架体,加强连杆的两端分别与前腿和斜支板固定连接,支撑架体的两端分别与前腿和后腿固定连接,加强连杆和支撑架体固定连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电动休闲躺椅,其特征在于,所述支撑架体包括两个向斜下方延伸的支撑腿,两个支撑腿分别安装在前腿和后腿上,导轨座固定安装在后侧的支撑腿上,金属拉杆活动铰接在支撑架体的中部。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电动休闲躺椅,其特征在于,所述滑动导轨由钢管弯制而成,滑动导轨焊接在靠背部上,滑动导轨的下端由靠背部延伸至座位部并与座位部焊接连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1或5所述的电动休闲躺椅,其特征在于,所述靠背部包括固定段和活动段,活动段活动铰接在固定段上且可翻转,固定段和活动段的连接处还设有插销结构,插销结构包括插销和两个销接孔,两个销接孔分别设在固定段和活动段上,插销***销接孔时阻止活动段翻转。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的电动休闲躺椅,其特征在于,所述承托件包括橡胶滚轮和承托支架,承托支架上设有下固定轴,橡胶滚轮套装在下固定轴上,滑动导轨的下侧面抵触在橡胶滚轮上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电动休闲躺椅,其特征在于,所述承托支架上还设有上固定轴,限位件为圆柱形且套装在上固定轴上,上固定轴和下固定轴的外端部安装有外挡板,外挡板位于滑动导轨的外侧。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的电动休闲躺椅,其特征在于,所述椅架的前端连接有放置小腿的小腿架,小腿架与椅架之间具有控制两者开合角度的副推杆。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的电动休闲躺椅,其特征在于,所述椅架上设置有震动按摩装置。
