具体的, 实现雾化组件与电池组件的可拆卸连接的方式如下所示; 第一种连接方式为, 该连接部 106设置为螺紋段;
在电池杆组件上,且与连接部 106相对的位置上设置有与该螺紋段匹配的 匹配螺纹;
通过该螺紋段和该匹配螺纹以使得雾化组件与电池组件螺纹连接。
以下结合图 2所示对第二种连接方式进行详细说明;
该连接部 106位于雾化组件与电池杆组件连接的端部,该连接部 106具体 包括:
用于使得位于所述电池杆组件上的第二卡扣旋转卡合的对接槽 201 ;
所述对接槽 201 的侧壁沿所述雾化组件的径向延伸设置有用于导引所述 第二卡扣的导向槽 202;
所述对接槽 201的侧壁上并位于所述导向槽 202的两侧设置有用于卡合固 定所述第二卡扣的第二卡槽 203 , 且所述第二卡槽 203与所述导向槽 202相互 导通。
为进一步的使得第二卡槽与第二卡扣牢固的卡合, 在可在所述第二卡槽、 的侧壁上设置有用于吸附卡扣的磁性吸附件。
通过位于第二卡槽内的磁性吸附件使得卡扣与卡槽紧密卡合,进而使得雾 化组件与电池杆组件之间牢固的固定或使得雾化组件与烟油瓶之间牢固的固 定。
为进一步的防止卡合在第二卡槽内的第二卡扣发生位置的偏移,例如卡合 在第二卡槽内的第二卡扣左右的移动,则在所述第二卡槽上设置有用于限定卡 扣的弹性定位件。
具体该弹性定位件的结构请参见 5所示;
具体请见图 5所示;在位于雾化组件的端部上的第二卡槽 203上设置用于 限定卡扣的弹性定位件 501。
因该弹性定位件 501的作用,使得卡合在第二卡槽 203内的第二卡扣不会 左右的晃动。
较佳的是, 该弹性定位件 501设置在第一卡槽的一侧;
更佳的是, 所述弹性定位件 501中部设置有用于收容卡扣的限位槽。通过 该限位槽能够进一步的防止卡合在卡槽内的卡扣的晃动,提升电子烟各个组件 之间的稳定性。
即通过第二种连接方式所示的结构, 使得电池杆组件与雾化组件卡合连 接。
第三种连接方式为, 该连接部 106为第一"" ^扣;
在电池杆组件上且与连接部 106对应的位置设置有第一"" 曹,该第一"" 曹 的具体结构与图 2所示的第二卡槽的结构相同, 在此不再赘述。
较佳的是, 所述第一卡扣为弹性卡扣。
以下结合图 3所示对第四种连接方式进行详细说明;
所述外电极 103内套设有弹性件 301 ; 组件外表面。
所述弹性件 301可为金属弹片或环形金属丝。
其中, 为环形金属丝的弹性件 301的具体结构可参见图 4所示。
通过位于弹性件 301上的第二卡扣卡合固定雾化组件和所述电池杆组件, 使得在卡合的过程很好的保持第二卡扣的弹性,从而使得用户拆卸以及安装的 过程更为顺畅, 以及能够使得雾化组件和所述电池杆组件的卡合更为牢固。
本实施例还提供了一种电子烟, 该电子烟的整体结构请见图 6所示; 电子烟本体,且所述电子烟本体设置有吸烟端 600,用户通过该吸烟端 600 即可进行吸烟。
该电子烟本体还包括用于给所述雾化组件 620供电的电池杆组件 610。 其中, 该雾化组件 620的具体结构如上述实施例所示, 在此不再赘述。 其 中, 所述雾化器 100的所述排烟口与电子烟本体内的烟雾通道相连通, 以使雾 化器 100内的烟雾经所述排烟口排出后从所述烟雾通道输送至吸烟者口腔。
由图 6所示位于该电子烟本体内的烟雾通道不会经过雾化组件 620的烟油 瓶,从而使得烟油瓶内未经雾化的烟液不会泄露到烟雾通道内, 进而使得用户 不会吸食到未经雾化的烟液,从而有效的避免了烟液的泄露。 而且不流经烟油 瓶的烟雾通道还可避免烟雾在烟雾通道内冷凝,从而有效的避免冷凝后的烟液 堵塞烟雾通道。
在本实施例中, 为使得该电子烟的整体结构模仿真实的香烟、符合用户的 使用习惯以及减少积油, 该雾化组件 620与所述电池杆组件 610同轴设置。
当然, 具体的设置方式在本实施例中并不做限定, 例如依次连接的所述电 池杆组件 610和雾化组件 620可交错设置, 使得该电子烟整体的外形为异形, 该异形的具体形状可为任意形状。
该雾化组件 620与所述电池杆组件 610还可非同轴设置,使得该电子烟的 整体结构呈 T型。
即本实用新型所提供的电子烟的具体外部形状不作限定。
具体的, 本实施例所提供的电池杆组件内部的具体结构为现有技术,在此 不再赘述。
更具体的, 所述雾化组件 620位于所述电池杆组件 610的一端部,且所述 吸烟端 600位于所述电池 组件 610的一端外侧、或所述吸烟端 600位于所述 述雾化组件 620的位置。
具体的,位于所述电池杆组件 610的一端外侧的该吸烟端 600可与电池杆 组件 610同轴设置,采用该种设置方式可使得电子烟的外形直观的模拟了真实 的香烟, 且使整体的烟雾通道较直, 可有效减少积油的现象。
或将吸烟端 600设置在电池杆组件 610的中部、或所述吸烟端 600位于所 述电池杆组件 610上远离所述雾化组件 620的位置。
在本实用新型中, 该吸烟端 600的具***置不作限定。
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方 案进行清楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实 施例, 而不是全部的实施例。 基于本实用新型中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人 员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型 保护的范围。 本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是 与其他实施例的不同之处, 各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种雾化组件, 其特征在于, 包括: 雾化器和与所述雾化器相互连接 的用于存储烟油的烟油瓶,所述雾化器远离所述烟油瓶的一端设置有供烟雾排 出的 烟口;
所述雾化器包括内电极、 外电极、 用于雾化所述烟油的电热丝组件、 用于 将所述烟油输送给所述电热丝组件进行雾化的导油机构以及用于与电子烟的 电池杆组件连接的连接部;
所述外电极套设在所述内电极外;
所述电热丝组件分别与所述内电极及外电极电连接。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述雾化器包括: 雾化器支架;
所述雾化器支架顶端设置有所述连接部;
固定设置在所述连接部内部并与所述电热丝组件电连接的所述内电极和 所述外电极;
设置在所述雾化器支架上的雾化套,且所述导油机构设置在所述雾化套内 部。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述连接部为用于与 所述电池杆组件螺纹连接的螺纹段;
或,
所述连接部为用于与位于所述电池杆组件上的第一卡槽卡合固定的第一 卡扣。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述连接部包括: 用于使得位于所述电池杆组件上的第二卡扣旋转卡合的对接槽; 所述对接槽的侧壁沿所述雾化组件的径向延伸设置有用于导引所述第二 卡扣的导向槽;
所述对接槽的侧壁上并位于所述导向槽的两侧设置有用于卡合固定所述 第二卡扣的第二卡槽, 且所述第二卡槽与所述导向槽相互导通。
5、 根据权利要求 3所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述第一卡扣为弹性 卡扣。
6、 根据权利要求 4所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述外电极内套设有弹性件;
所述第二卡扣设置在所述弹性件上并贯穿所述外电极至所述雾化组件外 表面。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于,
所述弹性件为金属弹片或环形金属丝。
8、 根据权利要求 4所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述第二卡槽上设置 有用于限定第二卡扣的弹性定位件。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述弹性定位件中部 设置有用于收容卡扣的限位槽。
10、 一种电子烟, 其特征在于, 包括;
电子烟本体;
所述电子烟本体设置有吸烟端、如权利要求 1至 9任意一项所述的雾化组 件、 以及用于给所述雾化组件供电的电池杆组件。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述雾化组件设置于 所述电子烟本体上远离所述吸烟端的一端;
且所述吸烟端位于所述电池杆组件的一端外侧、或所述吸烟端位于所述电 池杆组件的中部、或所述吸烟端位于所述电池杆组件上远离所述雾化组件的位
