- the rubber composition for a tire of the present invention pressurized high crosslinking density among vulcanization rate t 95 is fast short vulcanization of vulcanization can be achieved, and is excellent in long processing stability Mooney scorch time Therefore, processability is excellent.
- the present inventor considers that the rubber composition for tires of the present invention achieves the above effects as follows. Since mercaptosilane such as conventional comparative silane coupling agent 1 has a group such as [C 13 H 27 O— (CH 2 CH 2 O) 5 ], steric hindrance around the mercapto group is larger than comparative silane coupling agent 2. Is relatively large, and as a result, the above groups are considered to function as protecting groups for mercapto groups. However, as is apparent from the results of Comparative Examples 1 to 4, scorch is promoted because the effect of protecting mercapto groups of conventional mercaptosilanes is low with respect to the promotion ability of thiuram disulfide vulcanization accelerators.
- the skeleton of the sulfur-containing silane coupling agent represented by the average composition formula of the formula (1) contained in the tire rubber composition of the present invention is a siloxane structure.
- the sulfur-containing silane coupling agent has a monovalent hydrocarbon group having 5 to 10 carbon atoms represented by B, it is considered that B can function as an effective protective group for the mercapto group. Therefore, the sulfur-containing silane coupling agent is considered to be more bulky than the conventional mercaptosilane around the mercapto group due to the presence of B in the case of having B due to the siloxane structure of the skeleton.
- the Mooney scorch time of the tire rubber composition of the present invention is short and processing stability is ensured.
- a bulky structure does not hinder the vulcanization speed during vulcanization.
- the sulfur-containing silane coupling agent has a hydrolyzable group represented by C, a siloxane structure, and an appropriate molecular weight, it is considered that the affinity and reactivity with silica are superior to conventional mercaptosilane. .
- the rubber composition for tires of the present invention achieves excellent wet performance and wear resistance.
- the said mechanism is a presumption of this inventor, and even if it is mechanisms other than the above, it is in the range of this invention.

(I)

(I)
